Hi,

I ordere a spy pen camera on rediff.com at a vendor ojjas enterprises. My order no. 7616556. But I received a defective product.
After many emails and phone calls I was told to return the product to ojjas enterprises and the product was returned and ojjas enterprises received
the product on 28/12/12. Even after sending the proof of delivery and the courier details to rediff customer service and so many phone calls, there
is no sign of refund. They are not taking any action regarding this. The phone calls are either not responded to or there is a connection error
on ojjas enterprises phone line. These companies are looting the customers by selling fake and defective products.

Mints - price in India : Rediff Shopping[/url] for Rs.199 which were the exotic mints containing Crystal Clear assorted mint candies.Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose syrup,and natural identical flavours and Extracts. Weight: 150gms

    From rediff vide Order no. 7709700 and I have been sent the regular fox mints and that too one pack, price for which is only Rs.50. Kindly have the product picked up and either send me the correct product, exotic mints, or refund my money now.

      I buy a "Flip Flap Solar Plant" by order no 7689797 through my account [protected]@yahoo.com . Its deliver to me today but when i check it i found that it is not working also product detail like "There is a switch on the bottom to activate if it charged by light" which mention on site is not found.There is a switch like button at bottom but it totally sealed, So finally i can say that this is look like a dummy product. Therefore i request you to take it back and provide me the original one which actually work. Kindly take quick action to my complain.

        I am highlighting the series of events which took place regarding My Online Shopping Experience with Rediff.com Online Shopping site.

        1. I had ordered my First Product (E table: Portable Laptop stand E table with 2 Usb Fan) with Rediff.com Online Shopping with Order Id: 7513051.


        2. I had just received the Parcel Thru Cash on Delivery on 07/11/2012 and Paid the Amount of Rs. 710/- to Blue Dart Person who delivered the Parcel vide AWB No. [protected] and to my utter shock after opening the product I saw One of the legs broken in the Laptop Stand.

        3. Immediately I called up the Customer service on 07/11/2012 at the Following number[protected]. As per the Information given by their Customer Service staff to resolve the Issue at the earliest for my Compliant No: 5129, Rediff.com's reference no. = "[protected]".I had sent them E-mail on 08/11/2012 with the Photographs of the Defective Product received by me.

        4. I was hoping that this would not be my First and Last time that I would be shopping at Rediff.com and I am sure they would want me to shop again with them in the Future also.

        5. They replied that they have not received the Photographs on 12/11/2012 so I again forwarded the same E-mail to them on 12/11/2012 and 16/11/2012 alongwith the Photographs.

        6. I received a reply from Rediff.com on 17/11/2012 that states as under:-

        We are sorry to note that the item that you have purchased through the order no:-7513051 is found damaged. This is a very rare and unfortunate case and we apologize for the same.

        We request you to kindly send the item back to our seller within 7 working days mentioning the order number on the packet.

        Items are to be returned with all accessories.

        Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit.
        Kindly do note: the above two points are to be strictly adhered to so that the sellers may process with a replacement.

        7. Immediately on receipt of the above E-mail I made the Return Courier packet and send it back to the above Address on 19/11/2012. thru DTDC Courier vide Consignment No. D11254200.


        8. I checked online and found that the Product which was sent back to their seller, Shopper52 by me has reached him / delivered to him on November 23, 2012. thru DTDC Courier vide Consignment No. D11254200.

        9. I still did not hear from them and finally, I only had to call them on 02/12/2012 at their Customer Care Number[protected] and ask the status and then they E-mailed me on 04/12/2012 that they would be sending a refund by way of a Pay order.

        10. Even after 15 days I did not receive any mail from them as to when I can expect a Refund from them in the form of a pay order. I received a mail on 24/12/2012 saying that we are sending a Pay order for the Amount paid by me for sending the return courier.

        11. I received the Pay order for an amount of Rs.250/- the money I had spent in sending the courier back to Rediff.com’s seller. However on presenting the Pay order to my bank. The bank returned the instrument and I ended up paying additional charges for dishonour of Instrument. I sent them an E-mail again on 30/12/2012 stating that and confirming the same to Rediff.com. It’s been more than 15 days and I have not received a Complete refund of my Money.


        12. The total monies to be paid to me now comes to Rs.1063/- and I am yet to receive my Demand Draft of the above amount even after their confirmation of sending me the money in 15 working days.

        Now I only want that my Money be refunded to me at the earliest in the form of a Demand Draft.

        Awaiting a quick resolution from your end.

        Rediff Online Shopping — DENYING RECEIVAL OF CHEQUE

        Hi
        I purchased a book from rediff online shopping they told me to drop cheque in ICICI drop box cheque was on their name and now money id debited from my acount is clearly visible in my passbook too.
        But rediff just says that we have not received any cheque.
        that's all nothing else.
        they asked a proof scanned copy of my passbook i sent them that.but now they are not replying any mail from past 15 days .and just say that they havent received any cheque
        Please ask the banker to provide the details of amount debited from your account. I think that should solve the issue.

              I have purchased Sony Xperia Neo L(white) IMEI No - [protected] for my Friend "Vikash Kumar" and Order number - 7343100 on 21/08/2012 with warranty validity of 12 months ordered through REDIFF SHOPPING. This mobile suddenly stopped working hence i contacted vender CIRCONIA and they suggested me to send this mobile through courier so i sent the mobile on 22/11/2012 by GMS courier and they received the mobile on 27/11/2012 as Circonia employee confirmed.I have been contacting vender CIRCONIA regularly past 15 days after they have received the mobile and the vender Circonia employee still telling your mobile is under process.
              Finally I sent one e-mail to Rediff Shopping mentioning the same as above on 15/12/2012.Now I was regularly following both Rediff Shopping and Vendor CIRCONIA from 15/12/2012 till 14/01/2013.
              I want to give u some details of communication with Rediff Shopping through e-mail :
              1) I raised Complaint to Rediff on 15/12/2012.
              2) I got e-mail reply from Rediff with Complaint id as[protected] on 27/12/2012 as mentioning below:
              From Rediff To Me:
              With reference to your mail, we would like to inform you that we have once again forwarded your query to the concerned department.

              Please be assured that replacement product will be delivered to you shortly.

              NOTE :
              Conversation over voice on 28/12/2012:
              I spoke to Sr Manager Mr Chandan of rediff Shopping on 28/12/2012 and he told me that the handset is going to SINGAPORE to repair and rediff will deliver it after 2 weeks.

              3) Again I have send an e-mail to Rediff On 12/01/2013 mentioning when they are going to deliver the Hnadset.

              NOTE:
              Conversation over Voice with Chandan(Sr. Manager):
              He told me that he is delivering the product to me and the issue is not been resolved yet and saying it's an issue of software fault.

              4) Again I sent an e-mail to Rediff on 14/01/2013 Mentioning:

              i want an authorized e-mail from REDIFF SHOPPING mentioning Rediff team is not able resolve my issues.

              5) I received an e-mail from Rediff on 15/01/2013 mentioning:

              With reference to your mail, we request you to kindly contact our enabling partner Circonia ,since they would be in a better position to assist you further.

              I am so frustrated regarding this issue and not in condition to think what to do.I have decided to file a Case in Consumer Court.But I need suggestion that against which company i should file the Case?
              1> The Manufacturer of the product i.e. Sony
              2> Rediff Shopping through which i purchased
              3> The Vender CIRCONIA which has given the Warranty Paper.
              My next Question: is it advisable to send a Legal Notice to the company? If yes then to which company i should send a notice? Sony,Rediff or CIRCONIA(Vendor of Warranty).

                Dear Sir,

                I placed an order no. 7538249 for "Original power mat with accupressure technology" with rediff shopping on 13th November 2012 for Rs. 249/- and I made the payment using my master card.

                I found the consignment defective when I received it on 21st of November 2012. Then I talked to the rediff customer care executive and raised a complaint (wide complaint no. 2244) for cancellation and refund of the amount to my card. They asked me to send the defective consignment back to the vendor and email a scanned copy of the courier voucher to their email address.

                I sent back the consignment on 26th November 2012 with DTDC courier with consignment no. V05529182 and it was reached to the vendor on 27th November 2012. I mailed the scanned copy of the courier voucher to their email address requesting them for the refund.

                After communicating with the customer care they said it would take 5-8 working days for the refund to get processed and get reverted to my master card.


                It's since last one month I am calling them and mailing them several times, still the refund has not yet been reverted my master card.

                I am herewith attaching the photos of the defective consignment and the scan copy of the courier voucher.

                Hope the problem gets solved at the earliest and I get the refund.

                  I have orderred for a MB-8GB racer Pendrive through online shopping of Rediff which was approved with order no 7576944 on 02.12.2012. I have paid the amount while orderred through my credit card. In seven days i have received a courier from Rediff shopping through DTDC. The packet was including only the Bill and the Tax Invoice. the pendrive was not present in the packet. The merchait name is Priyali Infotech ( House no 70, ground Floor, Khasra No. 154-Ghumadwali Gali, Katwaria Sarai, New Delhi-110016. ph n0:- [protected]). I have repeatedly complained aginst the failure of delivery to Rediff support team through e-mail. Initially for first two days they wrote they are trying to solve the problem but not they are not responding me. Please sugest me with the steps to take serious action against rediffshopping on view of above.

                    I have ordered two quantities of a product through rediff online shopping portal, however i received only one.I contacted the customer care support of rediff and they agreed then they told me that they are arranging a partial refund for that which will be credited to my account within 15 days. I have logged the complaint on 20 nov 2012 .Mean while i always call them to know the status of complaint but they keep telling me that they will call me or mail me within 24 hrs which they never did.My latest complaint no is 2791 and my order no was 7516926.kindly help

                      I have ordered a book from rediff shopping named 'how to sell anything to anybody' on 29.11.2012 and paid online rs.263/- but till now it has delivered to my address. Order no. 7570133. When i have tried to contact the responsible person mr. Ajay joshi by email, all the time mail bounced back. Company like rediff is doing this type of practices because i have paid before the delivery. Now everybody will pay after delivery?
                      PEOPLE FROM THE GLOBE MUST KNOW THIS.

                          I had ordered a pair of shorts amounting to Rs. 449 on Rediff shopping (big mistake) on the 27th of September hoping to receive it within the one week that they promised to deliver it in (which in itself is an unacceptably long wait in the face of its competition). A few days later I receive an email stating that the order cannot be processed and that the money would be refunded. A whole month later I realize that I've been waiting like a fool, but the money was never refunded. So I emailed them asking for an UPDATE and then, I receive an email notifying me of the status of the order no. 7428974, that the product has been shipped via blue dart consignment no. [protected]; which, by the way, is a fictitious reference number. I've been waiting and emailing since, but have seen no response from the shameless vendor that is Rediff and hence have turned to Consumercomplaints to help me resolve this long standing issue.

                            Hi,

                            recently i have purchased a gel mouse pad in Rediff online shopping and what i have received is some scrap or waste material which gives more smell and there is no gel and more over its not qualified as mouse pad.

                            i am completely dissatisfied with the product and i requested for a refund, where in the rediff support is asking me to courier the material back to some address with the original package.

                            i asked the person who delivered the product, whether i can check and return to him if i am not happy with it. but he directly says he is no where related to rediff and he cant do anything.

                            being a customer how i can make a package like original packing, and more over you will do online shopping to avoid the time spend on finding the shops.

                            now i need to spend time to finding a store to pack and then courier it to them and then follow up with rediff which is complete waste of my time.

                            please help me to get my money back.

                                Mumbai 400016 for not delivering my Order No 7478853 which consist of e Table - Foldable & Portable Laptop Stand from the last 7 days.I had send Demand Draft No 216452 of ICICI Bank in the favour of Rediff.com India Ltd via Trackon Courier No[protected] at the Following Address Rediff.com India Ltd.E-Commerce Account Ground Floor, Mahalaxmi Engineering Estate L.J. Road No. 1Mahim West Mumbai 400016 and as confirmed by Track on Courier Company the Courier No[protected] was dilevered at Rediff.com India Ltd.E-Commerce Account Ground Floor, Mahalaxmi Engineering Estate L.J. Road No. 1 Mahim West Mumbai 400016.But nor rediff.com is not sending my Order of e Table - Foldable & Portable Laptop Stand
                                and nor their Customer Care No[protected] is picking up the phone.Please take a legal action against Rediff.com India Ltd. E-Commerce Account Ground Floor, Mahalaxmi Engineering Estate L.J. Road No. 1 Mahim West Mumbai 400016 for mentally harrasing me and not delivering my Order of e Table - Foldable & Portable Laptop Stand as soon as possible.Thanks

                                  my rediffmail ( [protected]@rediffmail.com) facing a problem

                                  i cant able to access email id
                                  when i want to sent new mail i have to type full add to whom i have to sent.
                                  Actually previous it was easy. I just have to type a alphabet and automatically it used to appear on my screen but now a days it is difficult...
                                  hope you understand my problem

                                  please help as all my client email id are store in rediffmail

                                  Rediffmail.com — MAILS ARE NOT COMING INTO INBOX

                                  mails are not coming to my in box. yesterday i,e on 28Th March checked my inbox and There are mails. But today i.e on 29Th when checked my in box mails from 21st Feb to 28Th march got erased. Unable to get any mails in to my in box nor junk/Spasm.

                                  Rediffmail.com — delivery address wrong

                                  i have book online order with using rediff shopping portal. when we make payment. then confirmation mail shown us delivery address & Party Name both are different. so how can its possible. after nake i full information. i think all rediff & other party are chetting with me. all is chor.

                                      I hv ordered a USB 2.0 High-speed 4-port Splitter Hub from Rediff shopping site on 30/08/2012. It was delivered to me on 14/09/2012. But I am sorry to inform that of the four ports, two r not working. And the two that r working are very slow while transferring data to a USB drive. When I contacted them, they said on 29/09/2012 that they will refund the amount within 15 days. But till now they haven't refunded the money. When i mailed them, they didn't respond.

                                        black berry strom 9530 RS. 6999 in this case

                                        1] i received an a used piece of black berry phone 9530 but i order an new piece ( you never mentioned that this is used or second piece )

                                        2] i dont have recived the bill and warranty card of this produuct

                                        3] battary back up is only for 3 hour for only this i pay full amount of bill which you told me . . . .

                                        4] mobile phone screen is highly loose ,
