Hi,

I've been cheated by Rediff.com Online Shopping as I ordered for Skyline Hand Blender VI 9050 (SS Blade) and after 6 days of placing the order, I received the order and that too the a different model which i didn't ordered online.
I ordered for the Skyline Hand Blender VI 9050 (SS Blade) - which is a 3-In-1 Hand Blender + Multifunction chopper and the consignment which i got is of Model Skyline Hand Blender VI 7050 - 2-In-1 Hand Blender.

Please look into the matter seriously, this is first time I ordered anything with Rediff Shopping and I'm really dissappointed with this. I filed a complaint with Rediff Customer care on 10th January and got a auto responder email saying withing 48hrs i'll get a revert and its been 10 days and i've called your customer care 4 times but everytime i get the same thing "Sir, please wait for 1 day and you'll get a revert".

I had been repeatedly explaining my concerns everytime and still no action has been taken in this regard.
Hence I request you to take appropriate action against them so that more of the customers are not fooled.

This is really very dissappointing to see that Rediff.com like companies don't care for your customers and only do fraud and make money.

    Sir,
    I have ordered "INTEX BOSS 5.2" mobile on 07 Dec 13 from Rediff shopping and my order no. is 8832786. I have to get "INTEX BOSS 5.2" mobile and got "INTEX BOSS 5.2N+" on 14 Dec 13. There are many differences in both the mobiles and the prices too are also different.

    I have lodged a complaint regarding the same on 14 Dec 13. Till then the rediff shopping is saying that they will pick up the item and i will get new one after they receive the old item. But they have not picked up the item tii to date. Every time i will get the reply like " We apologize for inconvenience cause to you. With reference to your mail, we would like to inform you that we have forwarded your query to our concern department. As soon as we receive feedback from them we will revert back to you".

    Please do the needful.

            I ordered an OTG cable from Rediff shopping on 13th December 2013 and it was supposed to reach me within a week. Its been 3 weeks and there is no sign of the delivery or neither are the customer care helping at all. I have emailed them and called them but they are not interested in replying or picking the phone. The order number is 8862762. I would like to know what legal actions can be taken against them. I have already paid for the cable.
            rediff shopping is very bad. I faced many problems when I purchased a mobile from rediff shopping.

                  Fabric lint remover was ordered. The fraud vendor, sent a used, defective product which was not working . The product did not even have the battery compartment cover.
                  I called up rediff shopping but they were not clear about return or refund. I called up vendor on the phone number [protected]...he is not willing to pick up my call.

                  Such fraud sellers should be banned from rediff shopping ...otherwise customer should not be buying from rediff shopping

                  I have searched on Internet, this vendor normally supplies defective products to all other customer and still the rediff shopping does not take any action on him.
                  Please do not buy from such vendors and rediff shopping.

                    Rediff Shopping - Order No.8734116 - No replacement or refund made I placed an order at Rediff Shopping to buy a reverseble woman's jacket and Men's Polar Fleece Jacket -Buy One Get One Free on 10th November. I received both items sepately on 13th November 2013.At the time of placing order, (for men's polar fleece jacket-it was mentioned about size that fits all and there was no option to choose the size or colour. )Thats why I placed this order beleiving that the jacket which I will receive, fits to all.When I received this product (2 Men's jacket in green and orange colour )the both jackets were much more smaller in size and both jackets were different from each other in size.Imade call to customer care Nnumber of Rediffshopping[protected] and made a request to replace them and send the same of XL size and in Brown and blue colour.The concerned person at Rediff Shopping asked me send mail on their mail [protected]@rediff.co.in on 14th November, 2013. I wrote another mail to them explain g that I ordered for Polar Fleece Men Jackets with offer "buy 1 and get 1 free" for the cost of Rs.725.00 excluding shipping charges.I received the product on cash payment of Rs.835.00. Now the problem is that both these jackets are small in size and don't fit at all. While placing order there was no option for choosing size and color, but for size it was mentioned - "free size fits all", so I relied on this statement. Now the problem is that these jackets do not fit the person for whom it was ordered. Moreover the two jackets delivered are of different size, even the larger size does not fit. Is it possible to exchange theses for bigger (XL) size, and also that I want Brown and Blue color. So if replacement is possible, please send two jackets of XL size with brown and blue color. If this is not possible then I will request for refund. I received a reply from them which was for some other person who had purchased something else. I wrote another mail to them explaining everything again and requested them to replace the jacket with larger size or if larger size not available, then refund the cost of men's jacket.Since then I have sent them more mails and made phone calls to the customer helpline number but there is no response. Rediff customer care also is very negligent about my complaint.

                          Hi... I placed an order with rediff shopping and made my payment by credit card. I placed this order on 10th of Nov 2013. Order no 8734123. It is 25th of Nov today still i have not recieved my order. The Rediff customer care is telling me to contact the courier service(Logistics Velocity) and ask them about my order status. The people at rediff shopping wont bother to that ...they already got their payment...right? The rediff people cannot provide the number of the courier compnay ...i have to find it in the internet itself and call them up and ask them about my order status. I mean is this a joke that rediff shopping is playing? Or is this a big circus? I have not seen any internet shopping site handling their customers soo unprofessionally.                             Hi, My order no' is 8416504 I have asked for refund from rediff shopping 3 months ago and since then I have made several calls and email to them but nothing satisfactory has been done from their side instead they only take false deadlines to get it done and don't even update about the same through phone calls or email.                                 I had ordered a dry fruit cum chocolate box online on rediff.com for my parents in Delhi. The order which I had placed was for 2 kg for RS. 2100.ordr ID - 8692455 Somehow the box that has been delivered is only of 500gm. The condition of the box is horrible as if it is very old. There are no chocolates in the box. The dry fruits are almost black in color and have moisture in them. The dry seem to be extremely old. This is the condition of rediff.com, which is supposed to be a very good online shopping site. On an occasion like Diwali they cheat people like this. What they display on their website is far away than what they actually deliver. They should be ashamed of looting people of their money by such pity tactics, by taking full money and actually delivering such bad quality and less quantity products. They should either refund my money or deliver a 2 kg new dry fruit box with chocolates which I had actually ordered.

                                      i have Ordered a "Brass Finish Magnetic Compass With Cover" price 248 but they have sent me a very ordinary compass which is available at kolkata by 10n rupees. I have heard Rediff Shopping do it many times with many people. Please help me to get my real product or get my money back.
                                      If you have heard Rediff is not reliable, then you should not buy from them. They have a return policy on their website - have you approached them and advised the product is not up to standard and you would like a refund?
                                      Sir I had ordered for 2 boxes of Cadbury dairy milk chocolates worth Rs 1563/. after discount offer of 50% off.I was shocked to receive only one box and that too with 56 chocolate bars of 17 grams worth Rs. 10/. each total MRP Rs 560/.(56*10).This amounts to goods worth less than the original priceof goods without the discount of 50% off.

                                      The vendor M/s Exiciting Dealzs has deliberately scratched out the particulars of Contents/Net weight and MRP from the box shipped so that the fraud is not noticed.

                                      I hope a lot many people have not been fooled by this offer/vendor/company.

                                      Please look into this and please guide me If I have to do anything from my side to stop this online fraud.
