I am very upset, I sent many mail to Rediff-Support <[protected]@rediff-inc.com> but no action taken yet. many times called to customer care [protected] but they didn't response yet and now didn't pick my call.
This is very bad shopping site. I used this site first time for online shopping but this site is not genuine infact they are fraud and i feel very bad after using this site for shop. so i suggest everybody...

All products of rediff shopping are low quality products and not matched with their described and displayed products and no answer from customer support. I recently purchased one VOX tab and one Handycam both are different from described in their website and 3rd class products and no customer support reply....
