    I noticed that my old emails (before March 2006) are replaced by someone else's emails. This is a critical security breach!! I cannot believe it can happen. I raised an issue with rediff support ('Rediff=[protected] but nothing happened except a request to keep my patience (huh!!). No one can play with someone's personal emailsmessages!! 100's of my emails are affected.

I GOT A MESSAGE IN MY MOBILE ON 21-09-13 FROM "BT REDIFF" THAT THE MATERIAL IS DELIVERED IN MY ADDRESS THROUGH FEDEX TRACKING NO[protected]. SINCE THEN I COMPLAINED VARIOUS TIMES TO REDIFF SHOPPING AND FEDEX STATING THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE THE MATERIAL. BUT BOTH ARE GIVING THE STAUS AS THE MATERIAL IS DELIVERED TO ONE MR. PANKAJ.         My complaint is against rediff online shopping. I purchased a chinese light sewing machine from their site in August 2013. The machine stopped working in its 2nd use itself. I tried to call on their toll free number, but it is invalid. I even e-mailed on their customer care forum, but there is no reply. Now what can I do? Please help.

          Respected Sir/Madam, I had ordered an bike body cover on rediff shopping.com vide order no.8475852 and it was assured to be delivered in 5-7working days as per order confirmation (from [protected]@shoppingmails.rediff.com). In reply of my complain ID 'Rediff=[protected]' for delay in delivery of item, rediffshopping.com sent me email (from [protected]@rediff.co.in)on date 08-sep-2013 stating that 'your item is delayed and we will give you further dispatch and courier information within 3-4 days' i.e. upto 12-SEP-2013. But despite of reminders, I am getting system generated number 'Rediff=[protected]' only and they are not giving any reply/information regarding delivery of item and expected date. Please help in delivery of item 'or' if it can not be delivered then refund of complete money by the same way as it was debited that means online.

            Hello, I purchased a Wooden laptop table from rediff.com. The product is defective and one leg of the table cannot be opened. As it is a manufacturing defect. I submitted a complaint and they asked me to ship the item back to the seller. I told them my problem and asked them to arrange a pickup. I also talked to the courier company ecom express and they said that if rediff says thay will get the pickup done from my home and return the product to the seller. It is their responsibility to deliver the right product but if the product is defective then they should take resonsibility and replace it. But they are not replying now on e mails. What if I return the product and then they will not reply. One of my friend has faced this as the rediff people do not reply after getting the product back and do not refund the amount. The customer care no. provided by rediff.com is fake. No customer care executive recieves call and call always get disconnected. Also, the phone no. of the seller is also fake, The no. of seller is always switched off or not reachable. Please help and get this replaced by rediff.com and tell them to arrange the pickup from my location. Thanks Sidharth Saluja [protected]

                  Sir, I have placed order for "Wireless Spy Ear Bug" (Order No: 8427576) from Rediff Shopping on 19 Aug,2013. At the time of purchase I was told that the product will be new & unused. But after the delivery of the product I found that the product I have recieve is stolen by the rediff shopping, as when I opened the parcel I found the letter inside the box saying that this is a defective product and the customer has ordered it from Naaptol.com where as I have ordered it from rediff shopping. So its my request that a serious action should be taken against the company for doing such a cheating and refund my money at the earliest, as they are providing the product of the another consumer which I have not ordered. AFTER COMMUNICATING WITH REDIFF CUSTOMER CARE, THEY ADVISED TO SEND BACK THE SHIRT AND I DONE THE SAME ON 27TH JULY AND I CONFIRMED THE SAME ON PHONE AND EMAIL. I M REGULARLY COMMUNICATING WITH THEM ON TELEPHONE AND MAIL, AND I M GETTING SAME REPLY THAT YOUR CASE IN PROGRESS AND WE WILL SHORTLY GIVE U REPLY, BUT TILL DATE THERE IS NOT A SINGLE REPLY REGARDING SHIRT RECIEVED BACK OR ANY REFUND. 2 DAYS BEFORE I ALSO WARNED THEM THAT IF I WILL NOT GET REPLY,THAN I WILL GO IN MEDIA OR DO COMPLAINT, BUT THEN ALSO I HAVE NOT GOT ANY MAIL FROM THEM.                         I ordered a purchase of a beard trimmer of make Proclipper, model RC-2000 (Made in China). The order details are enclosed as jpg files.
                        (The account was opened in the name of my wife, Sujata Dangwal).
                        Unfortunately, the trimmer hasn't worked even for a second and is not getting recharged at all.

                          Sir,

                          I have purchaged the Mobile online in the rediff shopping, as the product is not according to the specifications I have asked them for the return policy as per their requirments I have sent the product in the Blue Dart corrier by paying an amount of RS. 310 which they told refundable to me sent this courrier on 27/07/2013 they have told me that I will be refunded as soon as possible from then when ever I send a mail to them they are not responding and if we call them it will take hours to attend the call, even by chance they attend the call they will tell that it is in process.

                          Please look into this issue and make them to pay my mobile charges and courrier charges which they have promised to return as soon as possible.

                              I purchased Euroline Handheld Vacuum Cleaner 800 Watt through online portal (Rediff Shopping) on 12th July 2013. I received the product on 15th July. When i open the parcel i was shocked. It was a OLD one Used Product and not worth for my money. I have been calling the seller endlessly and they are not even responding to my calls. His name is Gupta his contact No is: [protected], [protected]. When i try to contact the customer support of Rediff Shopping, its also no response.

                              DONT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM REDIFF SHOPPING ONLINE PORTAL.
                              These guys are cheaters, they r not worth for running a online shopping...Guys go to kasi or rameswaram...to clean your sins that u get from innocent peoples...

                                I have ordered a "Hi Definition Stereo Earphones with Mic for HTC Wildfire S" via online shopping from rediff.com .
                                Received an defective piece.

                                I have called "Customer Care :[protected]" almost 15-20 times and couldn't able to speak up with Customer Care.
                                They use to keep you on hold with recorded message "All Our Customer Care executive are busy".
                                I have called them almost 15 to 20 times and continued the line for 20-20 mins but couldn't able to speak up with customer care.
                                You would waste your time and money by calling them again and again and kept the line on hold listening "All Our Customer Care executive are busy".

                                I have dropped mail to "[protected]@rediff.co.in" but didn't received any reply. Highly disappointing.
                                Too shameful for such a big online shopping site , As neither their customer care picks up the call not they respond on mail.
                                Too much irresponsible behavior.

                                This was quite awkward to know that they are not reachable; Neither on Customer Care calls nor on Mails.
                                Please look into this.

                                  I recd G'Nine phone but given image and description in add and my order is for x2 mobile.

                                  I contacted with Rediff Shopping and the shipper Rex Enterprises but not got ant revert.

                                  Rediff.com delivered me Two "Dual SIM Adapter" under order nos, 5744428 and 5744431, which is not as per the ordered or shown in advertise.
                                  as per the instruction of rediff.com I sent items through DTDC courier on 22/01/2010 and delivered to destination on 23/01/2010.
                                  Rediff.com mailed me that the product will be resend within 6-7 days but I am not received till now.

                                    I am very upset, I sent many mail to Rediff-Support <[protected]@rediff-inc.com> but no action taken yet. many times called to customer care [protected] but they didn't response yet and now didn't pick my call.
                                    This is very bad shopping site. I used this site first time for online shopping but this site is not genuine infact they are fraud and i feel very bad after using this site for shop. so i suggest everybody to never shop from this site. customer care service and complaint resolution end is too bad also.

                                      All products of rediff shopping are low quality products and not matched with their described and displayed products and no answer from customer support. I recently purchased one VOX tab and one Handycam both are different from described in their website and 3rd class products and no customer support reply.

                                      but it was not working. when i showed my watch to my friend he opened that watch and he saw china made machine was installed in watch. So friends do not buy any thing from Rediff Shopping.
                                      I have purchaised a mobile from rediff. But it was dubba mobile. Nothing inside. Just cheating! They are not responding also.

                                      It is "NOT" a C - Pen

                                        I ordered for an Ipad Mini Cover (Order No: 8283271) which was mentioned to be delivered in 3 days.
                                        Kept waiting but there was no update provided by Rediff.com so I contacted customer care multiple number of times and i was always replied in an email that it will be delivered in next 3-4 days.

                                        I called up again 3 days back and they mentioned we will provide you an update by next day. But still no updates and no information when the product will be dispatched.
                                        Also, I was surprised when they asked me to contact the vendor directly ( No one picks the phone on the number mentioned ). Why would anyone will purchase from rediff when they will have to contact the vendor themselves.

                                        I expect the money to be returned back as i cant keep waiting for the product and keep following up with rediff customer care.

                                        Rediff e shopping — Order item not delivered

                                        I had placed an order of Tool kit - (Make 77812) thru rediff e-shopping mall on 14th Jan'09. The order number for this is 5129881 which was delivered yesterday - 28th Jan'09. To my surprise, the packet I received did not contain the tool kit, instead it contains Building Blocks - "On U Mind Creative Blocks". I had informed the local dealer about it that very day itself. I had paid Rs 1990 + 199 (shipping charges) for this order. So far 8 days have elapsed but no progress is seen.

                                        While I was browsing thru rediff e-shopping site, I found that the same tool kit is available from other renowned makes like Fisher Price, Mattel at a much lower price of Rs 999 + 70 (shipping charges).
                                        As a consumer I feel cheated as I was charged approx. double this price for the same item and I did not even receive the ordered item. Despite contacting the local dealer so many times, so far there has been very little progress. I suggest such e shopping should be totally banned and strict action should be taken.

                                        Rediff Shopping / Mp3 Player — Product Not Deliver

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I Placed my order online at 15th March 2010 and company told me that my product deliver to my address between 17 to 25 march 2010 but product does not deliver at my address till 29th march. When i call to customer care they said that your complain forward to the department and not receive proper answers.

                                        Rediff.com — Item not delivered

                                        I have ordered a Lotto Shoe (UK-07) on 09.03.2012 with rediff.com. The company charged Rs.1059/- (Shoe Rs.999/- + shipping & handling charges Rs.60) and the amount was deducted immediately from my Bank account.

                                        I have contacted several time over phone with the customer care executive of rediff.com but in vain.

                                        Therefore, the same be dispatched within two days or the amount of Rs.1059/- along with interest be refunded directly to my bank account.
