i purchased a TV from Rediffshop online. in the packing list shown in the website Vesa wall mount support was included and before i purchase it the availability of the same was also confirmed over telephone. but during supply of the order at home no wall mount support was there. in place of that they provide a table mount stand (which was not at all mentioned in the packing list in the website.
on complaining about the same the rediffshop authority forwarded the mail to the particular vendor and in reply the vendor is telling that it meant the TV will support the wall mount feature. i am not at all convinced as it is still clearly mentioned in the website "Box contain TV, Vesa Wall mount support, Remote control, Battery".
the party might be out of stock for this item, so they are trying to convince me or they are doing fraud.
i want justice and proper action against the party.

    My shopping experience with rediff has never been easier. I ve used this website thrice and had issues on every order. yet I fell again bcoz I got attracted to their latest fraudulent coupon 100 off 200. When I placed the order the rs.100 got deducted from my cart value and the coupon worked fine. But on the payment via debit card the total amount got debited from my account exclusive of the deducted 100. :( When I contacted the customer support after waiting in a long queue the reply they gave is to send Dem a mail regarding the issue. I sent a mail as per de advise only to receive no reply from their end. I even sent a mail to cancel the order for which I didn receive any reply.( received an automated reply which is of no use) To my surprise even after sending the cancellation mail I received the dispatch detail of the product.
    It is not the money I crave for I feel cheated every tym I carry a transaction with them it hurts badly.

        Dear Sir,

        I had placed order for HTC Desire Vc (gsm+cdma) Dual Sim Smartphone
        through Rediff shopping having web address http://www.rediff.com .
        Postal address is not available on their web site.
        I have paid Rs.21139/- to Rediff.com India Ltd. Through SBT online
        bank transfer on 14th May 2013 against order no # 8024136
        On 16th May 2013 I have received a courier with following details for
        rediff.com.
        Velocity [protected] Air way No. [protected].

        I was shocked to discover the following and register my complaints as below:
        1. It is jail broken handset hand set form china with many unreadable
        Chinese letters and application.
        2. Ear phone switch cover is broken
        3. The model no mentioned in delivery chalan is different from the
        materiel received.
        4. Very low battery back up.
        5. Not able to connect to PC through HTC Synch Manager for data transfer.
        6.Since it is a jail broken handset, I am not getting HTC India tech
        support.
        7 No Invoice is given. No registration of any kind is there in the
        delivery note.
        8. Sr no of the phone is deleted in the phone settings. How do I know
        that this phone is not a stolen one.? Or used in any criminal network?

        I made my complaints on 17th May itself where I got a auto reply with
        ref no Rediff=[protected]' but till date no reply from you.
        Kindly take back your Htc Desire Vc (gsm+cdma) Dual Sim Smartphone and
        return my money back to me. You may please note that model no mentioned
        in delivery chalan is different from materiel received.

        Kindly revert as soon as you get this mail so that I am not forced to
        take up action for justice and a fairness in this purchase.
        To safe guard my interest, I am considering to file a FIR against you
        for selling a either a stolen products or smuggled product. Other wise
        kindly give a custom import document for the his product. Also since
        this a cheating through Internet it will be under the purview of cyber
        crime cell.
        Since you are not giving tax invoice, you are evading the VA Tax, this may not be odd case.
        You are not even having VAT reg No.
        Kindly resole the matter urgently.

          I need to register a complaint where the delivered product is defective. I tried to charge the phone but its not switching ON. I asked replacement for this product

          I have already discussed this with the Seller and Rediff Customer Support on phone. But their response has helped
          They asked to send an email and they would respond but havent heard from them with the process of replacement or refund.

          I have already spent my time and money on this, and I cant afford to spend any more.

          As per the Rediffshopping resolution given to em by a long delayed eMail
          have already reshipped the product
          confirmed with the seller that its delivered too

          Called Customer support, spoke with Nilesh, of rediff for updates as I had sent multiple eMails to know the status
          But they only repeat just one thing 'they would respond within 48hrs so wait for the email'

          Spoke with 'Rakesh Ogale' asked him to give details of who would be responsible if i dont receive the product by Saturday, he told he is responsible and refused to give any more details and hung up the call.

          I wish to file a complaint on RediffShopping and Sarf Trading, thus need help to do so.

          Attached the copy of the re-shipment that i had sent.
          The refund of the same is pending too which I believe with this slow and lazy process is difficult to get. Need Advice...

            I have ordered SAMSUNG UA 32EH4003 LED TV 32&quot; of worth INR 24, 700(Order No: 7988325) on 29th of April, when i checked my Order status it was Awaiting Dispatch from the second day of my Order and its been a month i never got any response from neither the Vendor or from rediff shopping

            When i Called customer Care on 15th May they said they will take a complaint and notify the Vendor and my product will be delivered i 2 days and they took the complaint (Complaint No-49530) Being such a big reputed shopping site Rediff is loosing the customer&#039;s trust coz of its worst service,
            Days are passing but they have not taken any action regarding my complaint, please help me getting the product or cancel the order and return the Amount paid through Credit card

              i place a order kids educational laptop on 16/8/08, i got conformation from rediff shoping with courier details but still they didnt delivered the product also i order another product for that they take the amount from bank and they ask me to send the details of credit card and my autherity letter, this is very bad service i hve seen.i think courier are fraud or rediff shopping

                Sir i am Sachin Khandare had placed my order 11142968 for HTC travel charger Model - TC E 250 but got a duplicate market product TC B 250. Product is not genuine and it is scratched all over the body. Original packaging is broken. There is no MFD, manufacturing company name on product. It is china product that i can get it in any shop just for Rs.150. Whats the use of shopping with rediff if you are providing me with cheap quality china products and your toll free also does not work. I have to call you on [protected] and its chargeable. I wish to apply for refund So please refund my money and take your product back.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I have a rediffmail account with id arup_binogram . Till february, I was able to open my mails properly. Suddenly from March 2013 onward I am not able to open most of my mails. It is throwing error RDRU4L24. I tried several times to open my mails but I was unsuccessful all time. I contacted rediff support team for this issue. All they say that the issue is being investigated by technical team but noting really happens. They don't provide any timeline for resolving the issue. On the other hand these mails are extremely important to me. I am not sure what rediff id really doing on this but I am not getting proper response from them. Please suggest me what should be done in this case.

                  RediffMail — useless folders

                  Hi, this is regarding the folders facility provided by rediffmail. i stored some of my important mails in the folder. after few days i accessed the folder an dopened the mails but to my surprise the mails were blank and also the sender's name was also not displayed and was totally pissed off and disappointed.

                    I ordered a Ben 10 Sipper Bottle for kids from Rediff Shopping and it was delivered on 16th April 2013. I wasextremely disappointed with the product.

                    The bottle has a foul smell in spite of washing it thoroughly. It seems like the material used is of sub-standard quality. The details of the order is given below:

                    I wrote to them about the same and they kept sending a standardised mail saying the complaint reached them after 48 hrs and as per their policy they cant do anything about it, The mail is as below:

                    I checked their return / refund policy and it says that any non perishable item would be returned / refunded, if any complaint, within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product:

                    Return / Refund / Replacement Policy
                    • In case of perishable items, the request for replacement / refund shall be submitted within 2 days of receipt of the items.
                    • In case of all other items, the request for return / exchange shall be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the items. There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items.

                    But they seem to be too callous about the same. How can I use the bottle with foul smell for my son (6 years old)? I need you to kindly intervene and get my money back from them.

They Said Return The Item Through Courier,I had sent it by the date of 15 th MARCH 2013..They Got The Item By 20th March 2013.(.through dtdc courier(CONSIGNMENT NO.-V[protected]" DELIVERED on Wed, Mar 20, 2013 0:46 PM").Now They Did Not Refund My Ammount Till Now! While they asured me i'll get back my money in 12-13 working day!

                          I have Booked a Sony 8GB Memory Stick Duo Pro with Rediff shopping by Order No reference " 7969778" on dated 21st Apr , I was told by customer care officer with in 7 working days the product will be delivered , I.e on 30th Apr , Even after chasing with them from last 3 days they ask me to wait and hve patience This is not the case now please let me know .
                          Now they disconnect my phone also ...I have written 3 eMAILS also but still its not resolved
                          1) The product will be delivered
                          2) What are the rules and regulation when the product is not delivered in the specified time ? Penalty clause i mean
                          3) the service from Rediff shopping is very pathetic even my last order placed ,
                          Pls let us know how Rediff is going to resolve these Problems created by rediff negligence & the customer harassment done .

                            I purchased Mobile Accessory through Rediff Shopping on 24 March 2013, I received wrong product, So I returned product back to rediff. Rediff confirmed me that they do not have this product & they will return me my money paid for this product. But from 8 April I am still waiting for my refund amount.                               On 09.04.2013 I order Luxor Assorted Fine writer 05 (Set of 10 Pcs) of Rs. 100. via Order No: 7939345 Date:[protected] Order Status :Approved. till 18th i not received my item i write rediff about my order. next morning i received SMS your item dispatch & delivered. my mail show its delivered by DTDC. BUT there is no AWB # of DTDC.IT WAS BOGUS DELIVERY. without AWB# dtdc don't deliver.
                              TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM AND NOT MU MONEY. EVERY TIME I CALL C.CARE TOLD ME we contact VENDOR YOUR ITEM will reach you in 2-3 days.
                              PLEASE HELP ME

                                I had purchased the CCTV Dome DVR Night Vision Camera TV-Out SD Card on 29th march 2013 of rs. 2500 and received the different product on 2nd april 2013. so i had returned that product on 05th april 2013 but almost 16 days have been passed but i had not yet received the refund.

                                REDIFF — SUPPLIED WITH DIFFERENT PRODUCT

                                I made a purchase of STUNT CAR in rediff shopping. I was supplied with a differenct product, other than the one which is shown web site. My complaint was rejected for the reason that, i did not lodge the complaint with in 24 hours. After much pursuation i was asked to contact the vendor not the REDIFF. i refused to contact the vendor because it is with REdiff i made transacation not with other person.

                                  3 months back I bought Valentine's day gift for my husband Order # : 7747432 for Rs 509/-. The product was completely broken when it reached us and the box was badly wet. We refused to accept the parcel on which Blue Dart asked to accept the same and we could complain Rediff for refund. We accepted parcel in damaged condition and wrote on feedback sheet for Blue Dart that the product is completely broken and showed the same to Blue Dart too and the external box was almost damaged and wet. Since 3 months there is a long conversation going on with Rediff where the customer care lady Catherine simply copies the template as pasted below and does not even check that I have already contacted seller multiple times before who does not respond. On telecon with customer care Rediff I was informed recently that Rediff is processing Refund which we have yet not received. Please Note : There is a long conversation since 3 months with Rediff on mail but no action taken. Its not about Rs 509/- but the casual attitude that such companies have towards customers and are cheating us for delivering something that is damaged and of no value to us. We shared the pics with the seller and Rediff the same day still no response since 3 months from them.

                                  Please assist.

This is ongoing since 3 months now and you charged for something which reached us broken and completely damaged and of no value to us.

                                  I purchased TRANSCEND USB Pen Drive - 4GB (4000 Mbs) With Manufacturer warranty thru rediff on 04-MAR-08, It was shipped late, around 14 days. But to the shock the product is malfunctioning. I ve asked for refund but the reply is " Thanks for your mail.Would like to inform you that the product cant be refunded.."

                                  3 months back I bought Valentine's Day gift for my husband for Rs 509/- from Rediff.com. The product reached completely damaged to my husband and was completely broken so we refused to take the parcel on which BlueDart said to take the same now and that we can raise a complain for refund to Rediff as it was of no value to us. We accepted the parcel but wrote on the Feedback sheet that the product is broken completely as it was glass item and the box was completely wet and had gone bad. There has been conversation with Rediff and they asked to contact seller. I wrote multiple times to the seller who did not respond and Rediff's Customer Service lady has a template copied in the below mail which she just copies and pastes without even reading my previous mails to the seller. On calling customer care they said Rediff will process refund and I waited for long which did not happen again. This is ongoing since 3 months and no action taken. Please assist. I could not paste the mail of 3 months conversation as my husband has recently deleted the same in anger due to no response from Rediff. Its not about 509 rs but the way such companies are so casual about Customer Service and are cheating us.

                                      Home Theatre — Non-replacement

                                      Due to wrong product delivery against order no.3669782, delivered to JIM THOMSON at 568, Pocket -E, Mayur Vihar, New Delhi was taken back for replacement with the correct ordered product about 20 days back, within 7 working days.More than 20 days have elapsed, so far no information or replacement.
                                      This is pure cheating b y the seller though the rediff website for which rediff authorities are also responsible.
                                      Please deliver the ordered item or refund the money already paid wthin three days, otherwise I have to move for legal action.

                                      Rediff Online Shopping — Non replacement of Broken Home Theatre Speakers

                                      I had ordered a Home Theatre Speakers on Rediff online shopping on Dec. 28, 2008. I not only received the product very late but when I got the product through courier, it was badly broken. I had placed a complaint through e-mail many a times but still they have neither responded to my complaint nor replaced the product.

                                      I HAVE BOUGHT ONE MEMORY CARD FROM REDIFF SHOPPING IN LAST NOV.2009 AND THAT WAS NOT FUNCTIONING. I HAVE CONTACTED TO THE SELLER AS WELL TO THE REDIFF SHOPPING. THEY REPLYED TO SENT BACK AND WE WILL SEND A NEW CARD.
                                      I HAVE SENT THE CARD BY REGISTERDE POST.
                                      TILL TODAY I AM WAITING FOR MY NEW CARD.
                                      THE REDIFF SHOPPING SITE DOES NOT HAVE CUSTMOR CARE NO. AND THE SITE IS COMPLETELY FAILED TO SATISFYE MY COMPLAINT.
                                      You may contact Mr. Javed or Mr. Vinesh on[protected] or 24449144 between 10 AM & 7 PM but don't expect much from them. They will raise their hand & will provide you non-working cell no. of seller. I too received cheap quality product & when I demanded to replace it, they have stopped responding.

                                        I purchased an apple brand 3g phone on dated 10th December-2012 from rediffshopping.com(Order:7595452) I received the phone & within a week phone stopped working. I went to apple service centre at Ahemdabad to get the phone repaired, they refused to repir by saying this phone is not indian phone it is Spain phone & we can not provide service. Later on i had to update the software by paying 500 rupees but still the phone didn't support other application. I made several calls to rediff & vendor & after a month they asked me to send the phone back & will repair it. I sent the phone by paying 300 rupees for courier & after 15 days i got it back without sim slot. Once again i had to call the vendor & after a week i received a mail to purchase it from market & the payment will be made by the vendor. I purchased the sim slot & started using the phone but everything was as it is nor i received any amount from vendor. After investing 11098 rupees i am unable to use the phone as it is not working & now i made several calls to rediff as well as vendor but i didn't receive any satisfactory reply.
                                        Kindly look into the matter, do the customer have to suffer even after investing a huge amount?
