Dear Sir,
My order number is 186603(Date[protected], USB Cable Charger Wire For iPod Shuffle Apple-new is not delivered to me but customer care is telling it is delivered. I have also given complain mail for that('Rediff=[protected]' ). I have called Customer care several times, and got same reponse. I have send them mail but no reponse. i have ordered the product on 26.06.13.thay are telling me we are investigating from one month. so do the refund or i will go for conumer court.

Order not delivered and intimation of Non delivery received just 6 Hrs before date of delivery.

I am extremely disappointed with this reply of yours. If this was outside your area of operations then either you should have informed me in advance or you shouldn't have accepted the order.

Order was placed on 27th August. This was intended to be delivered on 4th Sept and you are replying on 3rd Sept at 19:27. This is extremely unprofessional behavior and shows how much careless you are with your duties.

In capacity of an advocate I have filed a complaint with consumer court a copy of which will be sent to you by post and electronically as well.

I am also sending a copy of this email to Times of India as well.

I am not doing this for the sake of money as I don't want to have any damages in financial nature. It is more of a emotional damage that has been incurred as I failed to give flowers to my sister on her birthday.

Hence even if you don't return me my money that's ok keep it with you.

Rediff Shopping — Material not received

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I had booked one Car Vacuum Cleaner With Powerful Search Light through Rediff online shopping on dated 17.10.2010, Order No: 6128848 of amount Rs. 445 which was neither be delievered nor they refund my amount yet. I had taken so many follow ups but they didn't respond. I had also talked to one of their customer care officer regarding the same & told him to refund the amount & cancel the order.

So I request you that do the needful.

i have ordered a T-Shirt in rediff shopping on 18-mar-2013. the order number is 7874662. the product, according to rediff shopping web site was handed over to Aramex courier to deliver to me. the product was so far not delivered to me. to my shocking, in the rediff shopping and aramex web site.
still till date the product has not been delivered. is there any cheating in the process? pl help.
