I ordered a salwar suit worth INR 3038 on may 14th and paid through credit card.I recieved order no as 7112887 . On contacting after 15 days of waiting i havn't still not recieved a response to my query.Their customer care response is very poor.There hasnt been any response to my mails or to my calls.They inform that they have filed a complaint on their late delivery but still not i havnt recived any response from them.I would like to wither recieve my order as soon as possible or like to cancel my order with cash back facility.

They took full payment from me via credit card and delivery was promised within 7 days.

It has been more than 8 days and I have not received my order. When contacted customer care, they had no clue about order and they told they will check and revert.
Well, all I got was standard drafted response- We are looking into it.

I also tried contacting their vendor as mentioned by them.

This is a complete cheating business which rediff is running, they are taking full payment and not giving things as ordered, neither they are entertaining request for refund.

ALL- PLEASE DO NOT SHOP THROUGH REDIFF.COM, THEY HAVE PATHETIC SERVICE, TAKE PAYMENT AND THEN DO NOT DELIVER THE GOODS. I AM FEELING COMPLETELY CHEATED BY THEM AND THINKING TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THEM.

Please find the below mail which i have attached after i ordered Emergency light from rediffshopping ,this is the last mail which i got , after this i called 5-6 times to tell them i am fed with them i want refund , they are tettling they have to create a Refund order to the Vendor then only i can send the material back whenever i called the Rediff shopping custimer CAre they are telling within 24 hrs we will send the mail order for refund after which they will not bother to send the any mail , and also tried to call the vendor Ojjas enterprises on the mobile and the LAN line they are not yet all responding they are all cheaters and want to play with the customer emotion by giving the big big ADD , Dont try to buy any thing from Rediff shopping and also Ojjas enterprises which is very very bad in service you will not get a chance to check the material which they have delivered you can tell directly its a faulty item , All this return policy all those things are bogusss s, So Please dont try to buy anything from them .

They are the Big cheaters and dont know how to behave with the Customers :) Please help me to get back the Money . I have sent the mail ,same day after i received the material , The quality of the material is very very Bad not in usable condition itself .

I ordered a Mobile (LG VIEWTY SMART-GC900) from Rediff shopping on 29th April 2012 which is to be delivered to me in 5-7 days. Its been more than 10days the order is still not shipped to me by the seller(Mr. Chetan Gupta, Indimela Online Trade, [protected]@indimela.com). I tried contacting the seller as well as rediff in this regard by mail many times. But every time they mail me back that 'please wait for a day n we'll get back to you' but they never mail back. I even tried calling the seller on his mobile no. ([protected]) but he never receives the call except for once when he asked me for my order no.(which is 7080362) & said that he'll mail me the details in 10mins. After which neither he received my call nor he sent that mail.

I really need to buy a phone as I've borrowed my friend's mobile. So either rediff REFUND MY MONEY back or deliver me the new phone as soon as possible.

I had ordered christion Dior Poison perfume from rediff shopping (order no 7068536) on 23rd of april 2012, still the product is not delivered. I had asked for a refund from rediff shopping but there is no action from these guys. Its very disheartening to see such behavior from an organisation like Rediff.

Today i have receivd set of 2 nos. of MOSQUITO KILLER CUM NIGHT LAMP through courier from Rediff Shopping. My order no. is 7083924. I have tried this product by plugging in. But mosquitos are flying at ease in the same room where it is plugged in. IT IS BASICALLY A NIGHT LAMP WITH BLUE LIGHT costing Rs 349/-(including shipping charge of Rs 50/-). I doubt, wheather it has got any effect on other insects or not. Bcause, not a single mosquito is getting attracted by the blue light and killed. This way, Rediff Shopping is cheating their valued customers by putting attaractive ads in the website. So, I REQUIEST ALL THE REDIFF SHOPPING CUSTOMERS, THAT BE CAREFUL BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM REDIFF SHOPPING. THEY ARE BLUFFING IN THE WEB SITE AND TAKING MONEY FROM YOU WTHOUT DELIVERYING PROPER PRODUCT AS MENTIONED IN THE AD. I THINK, NO ONE SHOULD PURCHASE THIS BOGUS MOSQUITO KILLER. OTHEWISE YOU WILL GET CHEATED LIKE ME.

I felt displeasure about online purchase of mobile because Company (Rediff) cheated with me by providing a defective mobile of Rs.3800/- plus shipping charges of Rs.100/-. The mobile is useless for me and thus, i wasted my Rs.3800/-

1. Car Indoor Led Car Dome Lights 24 Led 1 INR 349 from Global Infosolutions

2. Pops a Dent + Air Compressor Multipurpose + Vaccum cleaner for INR 999+ INR 60( shipping and handeling)= 1059 from Ojjas Enterprizes

This order consisted of products from two vendors I received two different couriers 1,carrying car light and 2 carrying Pops a Dent + Air Compressor Multipurpose + Vaccum cleaner

Car light supplied by Global Infosolutions is perfectly fine and am using it
The other order carrying Pops a Dent + Air Compressor Multipurpose + Vaccum cleaner packet was mishandled and products were broken.
When I contacted Rediff, I was told that I should return the product and money will be returned.
I returned the products and Ojjas Enterprizes received those on 02.04.12.

On 10.04.12 I received an amount of Rs 349 ( for car dome light) whereas I had returned Pops a Dent + Air Compressor Multipurpose + Vaccum cleaner and for it Rs 1059 was to be returned.
After My repeated e mails the Rediff representative says that money has been returned.
Also they claim that they have tried me reaching on my mobile phone but there was no reply ( which is totally false as my phone remains switched on 24 hrs and there is no call at all.
Now the question is that if online site such as rediff is cheating customers in this way then whom should one trust
At the end I feel that I HAVE BEEN CHEATED

I have placed an order with Rediff online shopping. Order# 7031933 on Apr-05-2012 for the below 3 items. two of them were delivered on-time while the third item(Wall clock) is never delivered to me. The online status shows the item delivered. my attempts to talk to rediff customer care through provided tool free number and email are not working. there is no update from the customer care as on today.

I'm having rediffmail account since 2002. Today as usual I was opening my account by putting user name & password. But I was not getting access to my account. Message was appearing that User name & password is incorrect. So I went for "forgot password" option. Where I was asked to answer a question. The question was ,"your favorate pass-time". However, now after 10 yrs I'm not able to answer rightly. Because I do not recollect what answer I had given that time.

Will you pl guide me to get me access back for the same account ?

i am rohit jain.I have purchased 'N9 smartphone' mislead me as a Nokia N9 product by shopping.rediff.com, with order no:7013240 but it came to me as a chinese product in Nokia N9 body. Even its charger,earphone all are fake.all these items came to me in Nokia N9 cover.I placed this order on 27 march 2012 and it arrived to my place on 30 march, after the very day of its arrival it stopped working. i tried to call up on the warranty giver CIRCONIA(Maharastrian company), but the phone no. was unavailable. Further i tried to call rediff shopping but they were not giving any response. i have cross checked this mobile with Nokia priority centre and they confirmed it as fake.

when i purchase htc surround gsm windows 7 mobile rs. 13990 by www.rediffshopping.com, on[protected] gave order thru mobile to rediff operator, after 2 day i received it 20.03.2012 6.15 pm by blue dart courier , mobile sender company is SNR ENTERPRISE 6, manekabaug society, s. m. road Ambawadi Ahmedabad 380015, gujrat india.
is not as an order and default piece. i complaint to SNR ENTERPRISE by mobile ph [protected] ( aakashbhai )
i tell him this product is default piece and its is not like as i had seen in rediff shopping. today 22.03.2012 i tell him to SNR enterprise to give my money back but he refused and going to send me a mobile worth rs. 11990 but i told him i don't want any other mobile now i want my money back.

We have ordered a whirlpool washing machine on 28th Feb 2012 through Rediff shopping.Before ordering i had discussed to customer care and they confirmed me about the delivery in 10 days.(Order no[protected].But we did not get the product till date and when i had discussion with rediff customer care, they confirmed me that the delivery will be done before 20th Mar or the amount will be refunded to my account.Nothing moves till date.This is completely cheating from Rediff shopping and Due to this cheating of rediffshopping, we loose the trust on all online shopping.

I advise all the online purchasers not to prefer the REDIFF SHOPPING or you will be trouble like me (Without getting product and getting the money back.

I had purchased a shoulder support and I received a cheaper product that was not the product advertised on the site. I attached the picture of the product that I had received vis-a-vis the product advt on their website.

Diagram 1 : What rediff website promised (Quality product for INR 980)
Diagram 2: Cheap product available from other websites (INR 250)
Diagram 3: Product that was delivered to me (which is exactly the same one and the same brand as well - Flamingo, as the one shown at Naaptol for INR 250 whereas rediff chaps have charged INR 980.)


I called up the helpline and waited for 5 minutes to talk to an associate. They have a lower wait time for ordering products and order tracking, but on the IVR of complaints the wait time is purposely kept high. Once I described the problem, I was kept on hold for 8 minutes. Once the supervisor spoke to me, I was told that the below items (1 to 6) will be emailed to me by 7:30pm the same day. No one bothered to respond.

1. Which address should I ship the product back to?
2. Which courier company should I send the product through?
3. When will the product be received by you?
4. When will you cut the check?
5. When will you deliver the check and when will I receive the check?
6. Timelines around each of the activities.

sir since last ten days when i go for logging to my rediff e,mail id which is gupta_bkr .i am facing problem and can not open the inbox in any way whereas the window shows that i have logged in and shows my name as logged in but can not open the inbox.
