[Resolved] Shopping. Rediff.com — Order not received till date-Fraud company | |
I ordered for a toolkit online through Rediff Shopping on May 17th http://shopping.rediff.com/shopping/index.html#! They took full payment from me via credit card and delivery was promised within 7 days. It has been more than 8 days and I have not received my order. When contacted customer care, they had no clue about order and they told they will check and revert. Well, all I got was standard drafted response- We are looking into it. I also tried contacting their vendor as mentioned by them. you need any information on the product, you may contact the vendor on working days between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM 1. Product Title: Multipurpose 100 Pcs Master Craft Tool Kit 2. Vendor name: Pearl Technologies 3. Contact Person: Sumit Sharma,Rajeev Sharma 4. Phone Number: [protected],[protected] 5. Email Id: [protected]@hotmail.com,pearl.[protected]@hotmail.com Their vendor's phone is not working!! This is a complete cheating business which rediff is running, they are taking full payment and not giving things as ordered, neither they are entertaining request for refund. ALL- PLEASE DO NOT SHOP THROUGH REDIFF.COM, THEY HAVE PATHETIC SERVICE, TAKE PAYMENT AND THEN DO NOT DELIVER THE GOODS. That is ture, I even ordered a chrono watch a month ago, and they have not delivered it. Following up with rediff.com is useless. They say this is a "UNIQUE kind of issue". Finally after 4 to 5 times of word wars, they cancelled the amount and returned the money i paid.. Try calling +[protected] for speaking to a customer care agent in shopping department.

Rediff Shopping — Not received order
I placed an order for a book ( order No:[protected] which was to be shipped in 7 business days. I haven't received it yet.Also i had earlier placed an order for gift coupons ( order No:[protected] on 31-march-2008 and haven't received it till now !!
when i sent them an email regarding this i got the following response

Rediff Shopping — Order is yet not shipped
Hello,I ordered a perfume 26th of February 2009 from Rediff shopping website. It was suppose to be delivered in 5-7 days but still it has not yet shipped. I emailed to Rediff customer care but they just keep telling me that they are talking to the vendors. This is not acceptable. The order number is 5230456..
