Dear rediff.com
It is to inform you that I am suffering from a cancer and wish to get details of my policy. How could i get my treatment? IT'S A QUESTION OF MY LIFE AND SURVIVAL, TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO THIS PROBLEM. IF ANY DETAILS NEEDED PLEASE INFORM ON [protected]/[protected]. MY ID : [protected]@rediffmail.com As i am uable to access a mail i.e. your internet service,a person me myself is not able to get my insurance policy updates and other business mails which are very much important for me.

It has been almost three weeks and I am unable to open my Rediffmail account. It always returns an message that 'Our servers are temporarily facing problems, try after sometime'. Since three weeks I am facing this problem. As well there is no contact / phone or email where we can raise this issue with rediff. I did try using there feedback system, but no response for that as well.
I expect a quick resolution from rediff and get the email access resolved ASAP.

I am user and customer of Rediffmailpro.com for last almost 10 years now.
Every year they give best and competitive price offer to NEW customer but for OLD customer they charge very heavy rates which are not at all competitive with other domain companies for example net4you give an offer of

New domain they charge 509/- and service offered to the domain are as follows

FREE with every domain

2 Email ids with 1 GB Mailbox for 1 year
Total DNS Control
Free Privacy Protection & URL Forwarding
50 Sub domain Free

Even other service provider are there but Why not Rediffmailpro.com when they call them self a reliable company?
Please find enclose a trail of mail written to company even.

I am individual and small prop. of business still screwed by rediffmailpro?

Request you to look into it and help me resolve.
Can you give me valid reason why you have raise your charges by more than double compare to last years when every other domain companies are offering cheaper web solution, If you check I am using this for last 10 years almost. or is this policy of taking undue advantage as you are aware that we can't change the registration company?

i am ankit jindal,

few days back i booked a order with rediff shopping, order request number is, 6870611 product is adidas fruity rhythm women perfume plus gift.

its good we received our product just in 3 days, but i was not in city so i already told my family members to receive that product while making cash payment, at monday when i came back and got that perfume and opened the package, as
i pushed on the button very first time, i shocked, fragrance is not origional!

i have bought that same perfume fruity rhythm from home shop 18.com 3 times, and i can surily make the difference between origional and duplicate!

this perfume is duplicate, i am requesting, you should charge some more, but you should not sell duplicate things while giving 10-20 rupee discount!

i can say, my experience is worst while shopping with rediff because we can't give our trust for getting origional product!



if you could solve my problem, i would be thankful to you!

from last 3 days i am not able to open "www.rediffmail.com" web. whenever i am trying to open rediffmail.com to open my mail account the wab page is directly get diverted to rediff.com instead of rediffmail.com.

The mala has been received on 31.12.2011 vide order no.- 6838186 from Rediff. com India limited vide bluedart courier AWB no.- [protected] from their vendor e-commerce(india). The thread found broken and one bead broken into two halves and nine beads out of the broken thread. Arrange for replacement on urgent basis.

The above was mentioned as feedback on 01.01.2012 at their site. Neither their courier person nor they contacted for the same.

Please arrange refund or replacement urgently.

My name is balaji chetttiar. I order one blackberry storm from rediff shoping. I got the mobile in non working condition. I complained to the rediff customer care. They confirmed my complaint on 05-12-11 and they told me that your handset will be picked up from your delivery address within 48 hours, now 15 days gone rediff shoping customer care executive are trying to fool me that within 48 hours the aramax courier service will come to your address etc.
I am fed off and harrased by Rediff Shoping service.
I want justice from the consumer court.

I placed an online order for "Jewellery Gold Plated Ethnic Kada" described in the website as one having Ruby and hones stones as well as it is adjustable for any size. Ireceived the item without any stones and is not adjustable. I made number of complaints on their website but no response so far. Also their website does not show any telephone number for contact. Refer to above online order # 6634679 through rediff.com, please note that i have received different goods in September.
As per my order # 6634679 @ rediff.com, the description is
"car scratch remover with pop a dent combo". When i have received courier, invoice received was for the same item but when i opened the courier box, i found one piece car scratch remover and one piece "wireless headset" which was different than my order "pop a dent". I made a complaint to rediff and they have provided with contact details of shipper "Ojjas Enterprises - Unit No 6,

UPON RECEIVING THE SAME AFTER PAYING FULL CASH FOR THE PRODUCT, IN ADDITON TO COURIER CHARGES ETC., WHEN I OPENED THE PACKAGE, I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE AN OLD SCRATCHED PRODUCT WHICH DOES NOT WORK EVEN. THEREAFTER I HAVE BEEN SENDING FEEDBACK TO REDIFF INDIA BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE. IS IT A WELL ORGANISED FRAUD IN ONLINE SHOPPING BUSINESS ?
