I would like to inform you that I have not Yet received the product at the same address which was provided by you at the time of placing order. After PLaceing an Order,

I didnot received an Email also and Even not a sms also. While Placing an Order,

We have purchase a Item vide order No.6674359 from Rediff Shopping but the same received not same as what we are looking for. We had complaint to Rediff customer care on.24/9/2011 and recieved a mail from their customer care that represenattive will contact within 48 Hrs. No body had conatcted till 30/9/2011 and hence sent reminder on 30/9/2011 but till date no response. We have contacted directly to M/s Mahadev International from where the product is despatched but they also have not replied.

Please take serious action against the defaulters.

Hi! The hompage of rediffmail.com comprises of obscene videos and pictures.It is highly irresponsible on their part since this website is one of the popular websites and minors also use it for sending mails. Some action should be taken against to stop promoting such videos. I believe it's not a porn website.

for the past 2 three dats i have not been able to access my rediffmail account and each time i try they keep saying that my account has been blocked for some security reasons. I am not able to access my rediffmail account..I am getting as account is blocked for sending a spam. I have been using this account for so long all of a sudden this issue. I am jobless and I have applied for all job vacancies and have stored all the contacts of companies and consultants. For the last two days I am not able to log and kindly request you to release the same immediately.

When I realized the matter suddenly I changed the password and used the mail. When logged off I tried again with the old saved password and it was not working. Now in the evening again When I tried with the new one it was not working . So I tried to recover my password by answering the hint question but no result. I should get back my password or I allowed to change it by answering any facts about me.

I have ordered Sony Xperia X10 in Rediff Shopping on 21/Sep/2011 and still the product is not dispatched.
When i try to contact the numbers they posted for Circonia, nobody is picking up.

From Rediff shopping on 12-Aug-2011 I have placed 2 orders for Rakhi .. But out of 2 orders only 1 order was delivered and no status of other order.

I have complained with Ferns N Petals Pvt. Ltd. who is the vendor for Rediff shopping and after several e-mails they have cancelled my order and said I need to contact rediff shopping to cancel the order so that my money will be refunded.

Daily I am sending mails to rediff customer care but not getting any response.

Can you please suggest me how to resolve this issue.

I am using rediffmail from past 10 years. But now, suddenly blocked. I contacted rediffmail customer care.

There is no valid reason has been shown. But the reply is "once it is blocked, we cannot unblock"

I booked shoulder support bra in shop .rediff.com as per the Order No: 6635127 on [protected]
Website shows MRP 550 and offered on Rs.149 (Rs.50 courier charge Extra).

I had complained against non delivery goods within reasonable time. Finally 1st sept 2011, you (shopping mantra entereprises ) delivered BODYWARE ORDINARY SKIN COLOUR BRA instead of my order as GLAMOROUS WHITE SOFT SHOULDER SUPPORT BRA.

So I am absolutely stunning vendor’s attitude, this is clear cut online cheating. More over packet of bra disclose MRP of the product as Rs149/-.
