Since yesterday my rediffmail account [protected]@rediffmail.com is not giving access saying login failed due to wrong password/ userid. i am using this id for the last 5 years and sure about the password which i had changed day before yesterday. This is the complaint against rediff shopping for rakhi dispatch for order # 6589102, we placed order on 3rd aug 2011 and made payment online but it is still not delivered, what is the point ordering rakhi when it doesnt reach the festival day, i would like to escalate and take this complain further, we had selected the order reaching date by 11th Aug 2011 and were informed it needs 8 days for the dispatch to reach, its been 15 days now ...

3 days back my rediffmail account was suddenly blocked. And after repeated complaints to the Grievence cell' of Rediffmail.com, it was very casually told to me that your account has been blocked by the server and once blocked no body can unblock the account.
The surprising part is that although it is blocked, but the incoming mails will keep on coming instead of getting bounced.
So, the sender will not understand anyway...

I am not able to access my rediffmail account..I am getting the error of wrong password or wrong username..but i am 100% sure of my username and password as it's my official account....my email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com..please let me know what is the problem..i have important mails still in that account..please help me to recover my account at the earliest..

My name is Tarun from Delhi. On 2nd july, 2011 I made a mistake by ordering a product whose order number is 6527397 from rediff shopping.
This fake website guarantees a product delivery in 7 days but I got this product on 3 august, 2011.
Secondly, it is a defective piece that they have sent with some items missing in the kit might be a used kit.
Thirdly, this product costing was 288 incl. shipping...

Unable to login my account since today morning....

The provider rediff deal ho jaye accessed thru' rediffmail website took the order and collected money against order no 6553902 dt 18/07/2011 for two coupons of food at Golden Wok restaurent but sent only one coupon. Numerous calls to their call centres and mails to their customer support have gone unanswered. Some of their call centre executives even dis-connect the call as soon I identify myself...

I ordered one mobile on rediff website with features :
3G, wi-fi, 8MP cam, auto flash, 8GB internal memory, GPS, long battery backup, etc....

and they sent one china mobile with features:
No 3G, No wi-fi, VGA cam with defect view, Not working flash, 1MB memory, only 35 min battery backup etc......

when i sent mail to Customer care, they are not reaponding for any mail.
