sir, I , kiran c patil has lost access to my email id [protected]@rediffmail.com .I didn't remember exact answer to hint question and not able to log in with my regular password. please help me . my alternate email id is [protected]@gmail.com. please suggest me any help.

I have made a online purchase a blackberry storm 9530 3g from rediff shopping. I ordered on 25th Feb 2012 & receieved the product on 29th Feb 2012, the payment was cash on delivery when i receieve the product i told the guy that i want to see the product before payment but he said this is out of policy we are here just to deliver the product. Any how i paid the required amount Rs 9019 for the same to him.
I opened the sealed product & find the product was not seeming brand new....for this i complained the same. Then i took the IDEA connection & activated the BB services from idea it took around a 7-8 days.
I used the BB services only 2 days....but when i was getting problems in using BB services i spoken to the idea blackberry customer care while talking to them i came to know this is basically a CDMA phone & they told i cant use the BB services on this device to use the BB services i should change the device & can use only as a normal phone..............i was completely shocked!!!!.............its really a nightmare for me to listen such a thing which i have purchased just a week before!!!................

Now i am really feel being so cheated ............is it my fault to trust on such a big brand REDIFF Shopping??? I just want my refund for the same.....
Please guide me........& what else action i can proceed....

I purchased a Blackberry phone from Rediff Shopping on dt.22.2.12 @ Rs.7099. The Vendor is Crosssales.in. In the online status it was showing the material was shipped on dt.25.2.12 through TNT courier via Consignment no.[protected]. On dt.28.2.12 at 8.30pm, the online status is showing 'the item is delivered'.

I haven't received the item.

I've tried the customer care nos., but everything is in vain.

My e-mail account has been hacked and I am unable to login or change password. My profile must have been changed. My e-mail ID is: [protected]@rediffmail.com
Kindly rectify the problem at the earliest and restore my rediffmail account. Kindly send a new password to my alternate e-mail account.

Hi Sir

I have plcaed on online order with Rediff Online on 6thFeb 2012 vide order number 6903128 and on 10th Feb 2012 vide order number 6912432. Both these orders were supposed to be delivered 14th February 2012.

Order Number 6912432 was never delivered till 13:30 hrs on 15th Feb 2012 and the order 6903128 was delivered and it had only 10 roses istead of 12 and teddy was not delivered.

I have lost my respect and face to the people whom this was supposed to be delivered and when contacted rediff online customer care was talking about half refund and refund of product that is not being delivered.

Sir, It is not about money or refund, it is more to do with the commitment of such vendors who promises the delivery on said date and when call up apologize with an excuse.

I kindly seek your help and support to address this issue and to ensure that such cases are treated to ensure that such things are not repeared in near future by Rediff or any such online vendors

I ordered material in 2 qty. online through rediff shopping and paid the charges by Debit card. Ord. No: 6905313

But even after several mail and reminders, material was not delivered (neither single reply was received ) to me unless and until i warn them of lodging complaint in Consumer court.

Finally they dispatched the material but to my shocking they have charged me for 2 qtys but shipped only one. It's totally cheating and robbing customers of their money, time and comfort...

I would like to warn other people to not shop online any more from REDIFF SHOPPING, go to any other online shopping of the world but not REDIFF. even if they claim to give you cheapest or product free of cost, avoid them.
You will certainly end in what i am going through.

REDIFF SHOPPING IS SURE A SCAM !!!!

For the last more than a week, On opening my rediffmail account, i find a message on top of the inbox saying the following...

"Dear Rediffmail user,

You will face a temporary inconvenience while we are moving your account to a more modern facility. We are working on it and we will let you know when the process of movement is complete. We assure you that your mails and other account related data is safe with us.

I find the whole thing absurd and feel that my account has been hacked as i m not able to access my folders in which i have some vital information

When I try accessing another rediffmail account of mine, I can get into my account without any issues.

I tried different internet browsers and tried clearing the cache too.

Please suggest what to do as I have lots of data in store in that account.

I have ordered a Nokia Handset on 25/1/2012 Order No:6882684 and the consignment No: B11307367. The delivery date was on 5/2/2012 but till date they have not send it for dispatch. When asked for the reason there is no reply from their side. I want to know whether the product will reach its destination or not. When asked there is no answer from their end.
Please inquire into this matter and do the needful. Waiting for your reply.

For past 3 days am unable to login to Rediffmail. The webpage for login screen is not showing up. Regular message of site under maintenance is viewable. Please take this on priority and resolve asap.

Hi,

I had ordered some diwali gift through rediff online (order no:) as a gift to a relative in COimbatore. The order was first split into two and given to two different vendors. One vendor delivered in correctly and the other part was neither delivered on time(as promised by rediff) nor did they delivered the full order. Immediately complained to rediff customer care and they promised to check and confirm and then they confirmed that since the order was not tampered and only one part was ordered hence they will refund the amount which was not delivered (735/-) only and Mr.Maqsood from rediff kept assuring me that within 7-10 working days I will get the refund.

But now it is more than 3-4 months and I have still not received the amount. I am attaching few correspondance copy of mail for reference.
