[Resolved] Skoda / Car — Re : Missing Front Fog Lamp | |||
I Have purchased Skoda Laura - Ambiente TSI on February 2011. While Selling the car Executives from the Tafe Access Ltd. gave me the price list along with the specification and standard equipment. It is clearly mentioned that Front Fog Lamp is a standard equipment in the Model I have purchased but the delivered to me has no Front Fog Lamp, instead it is been fixed with the pvc grill. I have already brought this to the notice of Dealer & also the company many times but neither the dealer nor the company is responding. I would like to take it to the consumer court and have that feature fixed in to my Car. Please advice me. Was this information helpful? | |||

Yes I also bought an Ambiente TSI from Giriraj motors gurgaon I also did not get the front fog lamps as a part of standard equipment i am also starting to doubt whether they have given me Ambiente model or not though i did get the parking sensors and leather wrapped steering wheel and gearshift I am also worried since the brakes are different in both variants

Dear Fellow,
I have recently had a terrible experience with Skoda which has costed me a lot of money, harassment and still an unreliable Skoda Superb car. Astonishingly, The Skoda Company is hands-in-gloves with its Dealerships & Authorized Workshops, who are given a free-hand to exploit customers and fleece them mercilessly by Skoda itself.
I empathize with the similar exploitation inflicted on you by Skoda and hence urge you to not let it just be at the hands of foreign companies, who think of India as a dumping ground and Indian Customers a bunc of weak, uneducated .
I am creating a forum of 100 similar sufferers who can together jointly address our issues with Skoda to apt regulatory, media, public and rating agencies till we get a resolution.
Await your revert and support to reclaim what is rightfully ours.

l agree with Mr.Prateek and extend my support. let us fight against the company which is not customer friendly.
I am sure you are taking the matter further and pls keep me updated about the same. I am also finding the ways to lodge a formal complaint against the dealer in consumer court and shall update you once it is done.
