i have given my skoda octavia(KL-01-AX-5400) for first service at 9th september.
after service ,when i got my car and on my way back the car stopped two times at the highway.
and the next day morning my car dint start.
they came to service the next day
but it was so poor service that the mechanic doesn't know actually what to do.
they first said there is a problem with the diesel filter later said...

If any one wishes to buy skoda cars,kindly contact at[protected],i ll give you proper and detailed reasons so as not to buy this car in future...
but unfortunately i am using skoda octavia and also skoda fabia but now the issue is not even a dealer is ready to buy the car,i think i need to dispose it off in mayapuri junk market......

I purchased a Fabia Elegance Petrol in May 2009. Initially, the central locking wasn't functioning & it was rectified. I had to face goof-up in RC book(mentioning the date of registration as Mar 2009 instead of May 2009), goof-up in Insurance policy mentioning it as Elegance diesel instead of Petrol & wrong mention of Cubic capacity. Innumerable calls & finally I had to personally take up the matter with Insurance provider...

I bought a Skoda Superb about on 20th August (Friday) from a Skoda dealership in Gurgaon India- Giriraj motors and the front tyre had a massive leak within the first 40 kms of my ride home on day one. I had called the contact person at the dealership on the same day and lodged a complaint about this and was asked to get the tyre in for inspection on Monday which is what I did.

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is for complaint against Heak Auto, Nasik about their poor service...

Even in the free service they charge 5000 to 8000 rupees. Good car with a company whose company aim is roberry. If you have a problem they will charge you 5000 and refuse to hand over your car unless you pay without even rectifying the problem.
The mechanics are untrained and rude. In short the car is overpriced even in comparision to their own VW. My advice to all DO NOT BUY EUROPEAN CARS LIKE FIAT SKODA OR VOLKSWAGEN....

new superbs horn is malfunctioning, dealer has a new explaination, that is it is controlled by intelligent system that prevents horns fm working due to battery malfunction.

I appreciate intelligent cars and gadgets but that horn fails to work is a bit too much to be accepted.

Another issue of concern is that the engine oil dipped to a dangerous level after 1 week of cars purchase, no explaination was provided...

i am rishi and i want to publish this grievance of mine through your good news paper, that the people in Lucknow and in the north region who have a passion for cars, should be careful while buying Skoda cars.
as i have Skoda Fabia, i purchased this car 1-1/2 ys back , just because this brand name i liked when i was in European country, thinking of the same standard should be maintained in India too.
