[Resolved] Slice, Pepsi Co. — Fungus dirt particles in slice cold drink bottles | |||
Hi, I am Nitin from mulund west. i have purchased one bottle of "slice" 250 ml cold drink (pepsi co.) from nearest shop. I found durt particles surrounded by fungus floting inside the bottle. I have not opened this bottle and kept with me as evidence for further procedure. Please help me on this issue for legal action against contaminated production of cold drinks. I am Suraksha, from Mumbai. I am also suffering from the same. I had taken a Slice and my son had it. He feelt very sick and had vomit & fever. Next day we checked the bottle and found some black particles. The drink is full of Fungs and some dirty things. I called up pepsico company they wanted to send some complimentary gifts, but i refused to take. After arguing a lot they are send representative to collect the bottle, but what after that, i will not be having any proof. Please sugges, what I should do?

Dont buy Slice again and tell your friends also. Inform everyone you know and post it on website where ever possible.Stop people from buying that product.

i went to general store to some mango...then the uncle showed me the bottle of slice in which seen dirt particles some like fungus inside the bottle on 30th april 2011
i m complaining because on that day i din't drink it but i had drink it many times before what about that?
Hi I am Anam from Amravati, today I bought a bottle of slice, drank a full glass though I felt the taste was awful but still drank it, then I felt uneasy checked the bottle for expiry date and found something dirty inside the bottom of the bottle, what should I do?

I am Pratap Singh Maan from Gurgaon, Haryana. I am also suffering from the same. I taken a Slice and after getting it I am feeling very sick and have 2 vomit-tings. In the other bottle, the situation is more adverse. The drink is full of Fungs and some dirty things. I am also keeping this bottle unopened. Please suggest me a way, what I should do?
