abt product availability

to who ever it may concern i wud lik to tell the marketing manager of pepsiCo india pune divisionn sir there is no name o[censored]ncle chips in our area.
the complaint is not only from my side but all customers who hav eaten ur product since they were 3yr old.
sir i know m nobody to tell u dat but people in pune have cumm from far places to wrk n study n i wanna request u as we r in a habbit to eat ur unclechips plzzz supply unclechips...

today it was shocking to see a insect in the slice bottle once i was drinking one..this could be really serious for health nd is a serious issue..steps must be taken to find out how insect could be found in a slice bottle..

pepsico slice — bone found in the sealed bottle

I the consumer of the above mentioned item found a bone in the sealed bottle of slice.This would have been fatal if would have been not observed on time.I claim a amount of Rs 75000/- against the company for their irresponsible behaviour nd for playing with the lives of consumers.I hope for some quick and strict action from your side against the company.

    Dear Sir / Madam,
    For Target achievement & Growth, a Sales officer, Area Sales Manager & Regional manager of PepsiCo(Fritolay) had given verbal proposal of CFA for their company Pepsico India (Fritolay Division) in Upper Assam.
    They told me to built a godown about 15000sq.feet immediately so they can start their CFA operation. I thought, I got an opportunity to work for PepsiCo and subsequently taken loan from bank about 50, 00000.00 and started immediately construction for huge godown for PepsiCo.
    Everything went ok till the construction over, and also in an official meeting in Guwahati (Assam) Mr. Amitabh Baisakh (RM east) along with entire team members & distributors announced the opening of CFA in Upper Assam shortly. They congrats me for my selection as CFA For PepsiCo.
    Till Today It’s three years passed, nothing has happened,
    I have cheated by A MNC Pepsico India(Fritolay- East).

    KAMALA WAREHOUSING — Pepsico (Fritolay-east) Cheated me.

    I Kumarjit Singh resident of MANIPUR from Shambu Store and the member address is SHANTA store town MOIRANG near UBI bank. I have a sub stockist working under PEPSICO FRITOLAY DEVISION BISHNUPUR District since the last two years and suddenly last month we have been told by Krishna Trading (distributor of MAnipur) to leave the sub stockiest without any reason nor any notification from Krishna Trading written on the papers. If I have to leave from all the current duty of PEPSICO FRITOLAY DEVISION than I should be given a notice which should be on the papers and the reason to leave. I expect full cooperation and look forward to your replies within shortest time.

      Dear Sir,
      I Mr.Chinmoy Mallick, bought a 200ml mountain dew on 16 march 2009 fromour local shop.After having a few sip i realsed that the taste of the drink was not o.k.I immediately checked the print and found that it was a backdated product.the MRP printed was RS.6.00 instead of RS.8.00.I immediately bought the matter to shopkeepers notice, who then clled the company persons, but there was no feedback on the matter.I am very surprised to see the reluctancy of the company in the matter.Later the shopkeeper found that all theMountain Dew bottles delevered to him by company were backdated.This is a serious issue and needs immediate attention.I look forward for your generous help in tha matter.

        I am a student of Sinhgad Institute of Management, Vadgaon (BK), Pune-41. We have a college canteen by name of SVCP and the coldrink Slice being sold there has MRP of Rs.10 but it is being sold at Rs.12 per bottle of 250ml. this happens with every individual (including me). On further clarification i was told that the cost price is Rs.10 and selling it chilled will cost me Rs.12. How a product of a certain MRP can be sold more than the MRP. and when I demanded for refund of RS.2 which I had paid extra I was denied and humiliated for such clarification saying that it is just Rs.2 .You can imagine that this Rs.2 can be a lot for him if he is selling coldrink in a large scale and being a college canteen he is really bluffing the students and earning a huge amount.

        Being a citizen of India it becomes my Moral duty to inform the consumer court about the incident which I have encountered today and many others encounter everyday. I hope that this issue will be taken seriously by the department.

        This is the attitude almost everywhere and has been on for quite sometime now. These shopkeepers either don't know that they're not supposed to sell stuff over the MRP or they know it and are misusing the inaction by the govt in this matter. They say "Rs. 2 for keeping it cold/chilled"
        I wonder if they sell Ice Cream for two extra bucks saying for keeping it cold.
        Cold drinks are supposed to be served/sold cold and that goes without saying. So catch all these shopkeepers and fine them and cancel their licenses.
        Yes, I agree. The same case is in patiala. They should be fined heavily. I wonder why no action is being taken.

        slice — Taken Over Price

        Sir, my self sonu kumar. i request to you please take some necessory action against SAWAT FOODS GNIT PLOT NO.7 KNOWLEDGE PARK-2, GREATER NOIDA, I went to bring a 500ml slice bottle.. the price of the bottle is 22 rupee. but he taken 25 rupee for the bottle..

          Sir, This is to notify you that I ordered a box of 12 bottles (1 ltr each) of Aquafina Mineral water from SRS value Bazaar, Bestech Central Square Sector 57 Sushant Lok 2-3, Gurgaon, Tel[protected] and [protected], email : [protected]@srsparivar.com, on 25/09/09.
          To my surprise they charged for the box Rs 156.00 whereas the print price on the box is RS 130.00.
          The only explanation they gave me is that they are selling the box as per bottle ie. Rs.13 X 12.

          This is open blackmarketing and someone should check it. How can they charge more than the print price?

          I have the original bill with me.

            I bought a packet of (Lay's-American Style Cream &Onion) potato chips a few days ago 32g B.No-N214B, MFD:20-Jun-08 and to my surprise when I tried to open it I realized there is nothing in but just air.

            I still have the packet in my possesion and it is still filled with air, I want to escalate this matter, cause I went through embarrassment in front of my 5 year son who only likes these chips as a snack.

            It is not about Rs.10 packet, it is about the brand Frito Lays, how can such a big company like Lays float products in the market before proper quality check.

            They better reimburse me for my embarrassment and improve in quality, I have the packet in my possesion and I will escalate this matter to the highest authority, and there are people out there to help me.

            Am MANOJ and am doing my B.Com and I seriously love lays chips and is mine all in all favourite and i can leave without breathing but cant survive without eating lays even for one day.
            The problem which i faced with your MNC is that once when i brought a lays chips and opened it i shock to see only three four pieces in it and i was almost shock to see that how come such a quality brand company be so careless and am so very disgraced that the just three four chips which was present in it was over fried and not in a condition of eating and i just wanted to write a letter regarding this along with that wrapper attached to it.
            Being a MNC please check to the contents of your pack before packing because a single damaged pack might look like a small mistake to you but its something big problem to us because we people depend on you people with only hope that you provide us the best quality which we require and if there is any disappoints like this then people will surely change their minds are have an bad impression about you.

            I bought a packet of [magic masala] lay's chips today on the 21st of December 2008 80gms B.NO

            N106B, MFD 29TH November 2008, BEST BEFORE FOUR MONTHS FROM MANUFACTURE.

            I still have the packet with me and i want to bring this in your notice that the chips in the packet were

            totally burnt n were inedible and not worth consumption . The Rs 20 packet was a total waste of money

            because the chips were burnt and had to be thrown.I think these chips should be taken of the market or

            proper inspection of the quality of the chips should be made in order to satisfy the consumers.

            I request the authorities to please take notice of this and to make proper inspection of the chips before

            being introduced into the market or you will lose your loyal consumers.

            Hi, I am a engineering student of NIT, durgapur, residing in Kolkata. Last day i bought a pepsi cold drinks bottle from a shop near AG BLOCK in Salt Lake, kolkata-64. I found that there was a typical fungal growth in side the bottle floating on the liquid. I reported to nearby "suppliers of your company"(pepsico) who instead of ownig up the problem showed quite STUPID, IDIOTIC reason for the case. I want to know that this is WHAT U MEAN BY CUSTOMER CARE??????

            A cafe managed by a prominent restaurant at one of the famous sight-seeing spots in Mumbai charges Rs.20/- for a packet of wafers having an MRP of Rs.10/-. Are they justified?
            THAT SIR WE HAVEA CINEMA HOUSE AT MALIGOAN GUWAHATI AND ARE GETTING LAYS AND KURKUREE PRODUCTS FROM THE DEALER OF THE AREA AT MALIGOAN NAMED PURNIMA MKTG FOR SELLING AT OUR CANTEEN AND OUR MONTHLY REQUIREMENTS IS AROUND 200 CARTOONS.

            as i buyed an miranda the label it was printed eight rupees but they getting nine rupees and in the theatres they are getting thirty rupees for pep bottle for slice,miranda,pepsi,coco-cola etc

              It was just shocking to find a piece of broken glass in my mouth while having Slice Mangola at the office Cafeteria. The bottle was not broken so was surprised how it reached inside the bottle in the drink. Is there any fault with the production area of the drink? I think serious steps needs to be taken by you guys on the same and a check should be made. A glass piece in the stomach could have been dangerous. Think was lucky enough to recognize it before I had it. Please take a look into this matter and hope it doesn’t happen again Also I would like to hear from you guys how would have this happened? Who is answerable?

              And also after sending mail, these guys have only got in touch wid me once and then no reply from their side.

                Dear sir
                I am residing in Bangalore where MRP of this product is Rs.8 for 200ml but mos of the shops take Rs.9 They say that Rs.1 is towards cooling charges but even if i am not taking cold soft drink they still charge Rs.9.
                In few shops i have paid Rs.10 for cold soft drink.

                Pl note that they do not open bottle and give. I myself take bottle and open it.

                This complaint has been going on for a long time but unheard by the retailers or even by the company officials. Retail shops are not authorized to sell packed producted more than the MRP printed on it towards cooling charges or anything else. In most of the case the consumer won't get bill from local shops and even if they have the bill book they won't issue it since they are smell the danger..

                so the consumer can't go to consumer courts because they don't have the bill. The problems remains unsolved ...

                  "COLDING CHARGE",
                  yes that's the term used by many shop keepers who sell cold drinks such as pepsi, coca cola etc. These shop keepers charge the consumer 1 Rs or 2 Rs in addition to the MRP price for the cold drink. On asking the reason for the charges they say its for the electricity/storage charges for keeping the drink cool.

                  Well if it is so, why doesn't the chai wala ask for heating charge? And why not all hotel food ask for an additional heating charge for food being served?

                  This is just robbing the ill informed consumer, for no reason.
                  This is being practiced in areas such as Mira Road and Bhayandar. I hope some action is taken against these robbers.

                  Its really bad that although they r showing and telling it shud be serve chilled still etc everywhere around my place i was forced to pay rs 1 or 2 above MRP. They wats the need of MRP for any products its totally making people foolish
                  and it continues...

                    I am right now at Kolkata airport ( 13th July'2008 at 9.15 am ) waiting to board my flight 6E 409(Indigo) to Ahmedabad.

                    Being a fan of Pepsi i went to the pepsi counter to buy a PEPSI MY CAN...MRP @15 INR...But the person refused to take 15 INR and charged me INR 25. As i had already opened the can and to avoid any embarrsement i paid up. The person had one reason to say, " Airport mein to sab cheez mehgi hain"

                    I HAVE SENT A MAIL ALREADY TO consumer.[protected]@intl.pepsico.com .

                    As i have to go for security check now, i am unable to report this to the Airprt manager.

                      Extra Charge for Cold Drink by Retail Shop

                      I am staying in Ghatkopar, Mumbai. From my childhood, I have observe that for Cold Drink, All Retail Shop charge Re 1 or Rs 2 extra of MRP value.
                      My concern is, whether Retail Shops can charge more then MRP price.
                      Retail Shop not ready to give bill for the same. This is happening in INDIA's INDUSTRIAL CAPITAL CITY - MUMBAI.
                      Kindly guide us & help us to STOP this.

                      Hi this is Juhi from udaipur, i have purchased 150 gm packet of Lays which only has air and no chips .

                      i have been regular consumer and i definately feel tht this is not as per the standard of the company .
                      though the matter is only of rs 5 but the amount of shame i felt in front of my two daughters tht is not at all mesaurable .
                      they were asking me to buy this for long and whole coming from school when i purchased n gave them the packet they shook it n said there is no voice of chips in the packet, i was shell shoked and yes it was correct .
                      how MNC's can do so much blunder and if they are doing this they need to repay teh same .
