diet pepsi - 4 in 1 pack
the contents of 4 nos 330 ml can mfg. date is 25.2.2011 expiry date is 6 months from manufacture.
the outer pack packed date is April 2011
you can't find out the contents date of expiry.
If the outer pack date is April 2011 you would presume 6 months from this
whereas the actual date of expiry of the cans are 25th August, 2011.

I have found a Pepsi bottle which contains an Orpat 1.5 battery rusted in the unopened bottle...I've been running around so much since the last few months trying to voice my opinion to pepsico bottling but I've been told to remain silent or the Managers who look after this are out of station.I was once asked to get the bottle to 1 person but later on he started to avoid calls.I wanted to post the video online but since I got hold of this site thought I'l give another chance.During this time running around behind this I have incurred several expenses.I am a married person and hence cannot run here and there...Once I was offered 6 crates of pepsi for the bottle which I flatly refused telling them that how could I ever drink something like this ever.I live in Goa and this bottle was with the crate we purchased on a family gathering.Looking forward if I can get any help cause if some hand to drink this it would be a big risk to me and my family.

This mail is an escalation to make everyone familiar with the quality of Lay's American Style Cream & Onion Flavor potato chips with Batch No: N286A; N. WT: 110 g; MFD: 20 MAR 11, and bought from Food World, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. This packet which was manufactured in Pepsico's Pune production layout had a potato chip which was totally rotten, I am not sure whether its because of rotten potato usage or some harmful chemical or adulterant.
The attached pictures of both the packet, opened just half an hour ago, and the harmful potato chip are attached for your ready reference.
I couldn't believe my eyes that this is a defected product is from the Pepci Co brand. And, to be frank and honest, this has happened to me second time, as I ignored this the earlier instance presuming a one off case. It really hurts when a common consumer, paying high value for a product, gets this experience.

I am coming from Ramdevra after taking blessing of Baba Ramdev Ji. While returning from Ramdevra my car was punctured near Dechu so our taxi driver stop at Dechu stand and get the punctured tyre repaired. At Dechu, my wife demand for pepsi and my daughter for Juice. So I go to Navrang Restaurent, at the main road at Dechu and bought these items from the shop but I am shocked to find that the shopkeeper ask Rs. 25/- for pepsi which MRP is Rs. 23 and Rs. 15 for slice tetra pack which MRP is Rs. 12/-. When I ask for the MRP then he said yanha to yahi lagta hai kyoki hame Jodhpur se lana padta h. I said that I will not pay more then he refused to supply and also arrogantly ask me to note his licensee name and ask to complained any where where I want. Sir might be I will not buy but as the same is required by my wife and daughter I have to buy that. When I asked for the bill then he had given the same on a simple paper.

Sir it is not a matter of Rs. 2 or 3 it is matter when he charged the same to all who visit there. I know only about the things which I purchased but I think he charged for other things also. In the Shop the license is issued in the name of Shri Rewat Singh.

One thing which I also want to bring in your notice that, through out the highway, the shopkeeper are charging Rs. 25/- for pepsi which MrP is Rs. 23 and even at Ramdevra shopkeepers are charging Rs. 15/- for Rs.12/- slice. If you ask the forum then you know that every body is being looted by the highway vendors and govt. has done nothing to curb this practice

                        Jai Baba ri Himmat ji,

you r right that the vendor are over charging by MRP. but its not a big thing. .the overcharge bcoz they have costing high for that products at that place. .many time in train IRCTC vendor are also charging high. at ramdevra vendor use ICE for cheeling cold drinks. so that they charge rs. 2 extra. .i think u can understand how the managing there costing.. if the dont charge by customer then they have to pay it from there own pocket. .

It has been observed that soft-drinks like Pepsi are sold at a price higher than its maximum retail price.

A 200ml of Pepsi costing Rs. 8 is sold at Rs. 10. On asked, the shop keeper justifies this as a charge of electricity spend for cooling it, since Pepsi delivers these bottles to them at normal temperature.

Please conduct some surveys by the way of personal visits to assure yourself of such unfair trade practices taking place boldly since they feel no one will hardly care to complain for such changes.

I feel cheated, disheartened by the intention of shop keepers.

I am looking up to you for the change needed in this society.

I am totally disturbed due to the monopoly of the breverage companies in Gujarat. All the retailers in the state specially in the saurashtra region are charging Rs.2 extra on the MRP for the colddrinks and the reasons stated by them is that they are paying the electricity bills for keeping the drinks chilled. Excuse me.....Do we the customers are responsible for the electricity bills of the retailers???? This is becoming a common phenomenon in the state and no action has been taken against this by any company officials. For MRP of Rs.8 the retailers are charging Rs.10. And if you are not ready to pay you are told to buy it from somewhere else and ofcourse on the other shop you are going to face the same situation.

I suggest all the officials of the softdrink companies to look in to the matter and take corrective measures, as it is increasing the dissatifaction among the customers.

because they need their product to be sold and the retailer should get good margin that to from consumers so

                                      Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that a Coke or Pepsi Bottle of 200ml having a MRP of Rs.8/- is been sold at Rs. 10/-When i asked the retailer he just replied me that this is the charge for chilling it. My Question is what is the mean of MRP if Retail will put there own Price. I don't want to give any one shop name because the entire Asansol is facing the same problem. To any cold drink Rs. 2 or Rs 3 High from MRP in all size 200ml,300ml,500ml,2lts,ect. This is not the first time it has been a tradation in Retailer shop to take extra. This can be checked only by your company taking some serious action. As they will never give bill or cash Memo for it as they also know the Law & order. It has been years & years the same tradition has been flowed.
