Pepsi has now stooped so low( being a multi national company they think the ordinar indian consumers are ) I bought two packets of Lays as they have offered free talktime of Rs.15 with Paytm. I spent half an hour registering and than applying the coupon and at last I validated thru my email account. Recharge succesful!!! Wait a minute the recharge I got is Rs. 2.35 talktime, rest is Service tax and other charges. You got to be joking... Cheap way of advertising for PayTM. Pepsi Customers Beware

    Hi, I have purchased five bottles of Mirinda 2 ltr bottle. When I was using their free recharges all recharges are showing that you have already availed this offer. But infact I have never used that coupns, pls help as it is very short amount but felling cheated.

      I had purchased a 300ml Pepsi bottle from one of the retailer of mine city Firozabad.while having the bottle I found that rapper of some snack is lying inside the bottle.This is simply the case of negligence which could give a sever harm to health of consumer.         Went to Paytm.com and rechargeed my number. I had message from paytm.com. The message was Recharge successfully done Rs.15.00 but Talk time Rs.0.00, Processing Fee:Rs.13.35, Service Tax:1.65. Why making fool of people u (PEPSI + Paytm)... Both PEPSI and Paytm should be severely sued, fined, penalised for fooling Indian consumers. Please take necessary actions against them (Consumer complaint forum). Dont sleep as you have been doing for other complaints. What is the use if you dont take any action but create a complaint forum???? But anyway this complaint also is going to fall in deaf ears. Pity Indian consumers!

          i bought slice drink on[protected] in Mary super market, when drink it, it has bad smell and bad flavor like expired one. but in bottles neck denoted as produced date was 6-5-2014. but the merchant did respond for my queries. as mentioned by the manufacturer it should expire after 6 months only. i need justice.             i Have used the free talktime offer ...after doing all the said procedure behind the cover of bottle via Paytm.com i recieved a confirmation sms that Recharge successful for Rs.15 Talktime Credited Rs ) Processeing Fee Rs 13.35 Service Tax Rs 1.65 Current Balance remains the same...wth is this??These the way pepsi co fool its consumer ? i decided to boycot the Pepsi products its a shame to its huge brand doing such cheap trap to fool consumers...!!!

                Few days back i have purchased 4 packets of puffcorn and 2 out of which are defected, 1 is totally empty and another is having less quantity in it . I was totally disappointed by company . And want that company should revert back as soon as possible . I am having both the packets as a proof with me . Mfg date is 19March14 and batch No iz N356A.

                  Respected Sir/Madam Thanks for above mentioned offer on pepsi, mirinda etc. Today I am going to share my happy mothers day party special treat with pepsi 2 ltr. I bought a pepsi 2 ltr on dt 11/05/2014 with this offer. I was very much excited for free offer of recharge i got on mothers day. I kept the label in my purse safely. On dated 12/05/2014, I follow the steps to recharge my prepaid mobile with RS 15/- through Paytm.com. I was very happy as my transaction was successful. At 11:09 am I received a message showing your prepaid mobile has been recharged with RS 15/-. It was an exciting offer, as pepsi 2 ltr costs me just for RS 50/- instead of Rs 65/-. At 11:37 am I again received a message with details " Talk time credited RS 1/-, Processing Fee RS 12.35 & Service Tax RS 1.65" what an offer. Thanks Pepsi for such a great offer.

                    Dear Team I am a retailer ( Sanjiv photo studio & cold drinks )of your company from last six years and every sold out much more product of your company as compare to another and I had been done so many promotional activity as per your recruited dealer M/s Savita Cold Drinks. I need a freeze for improve the sale in the market but so many time I told to M/s Savita Cold Drinks about my requirement but he gave me only false commitment. And they do not give us proper response and delivery of goods.I need glass bottle's and other product 200 ml bottle are not provided from last 30 days and as per company scheme free water bottle on 2.25ltr cold drinks bottle but your supplier deny for this scheme all things are mention on bottle so I am completely disappointed with your supplier kindly resolve the proble as ap At this year completely disappointed for your services if you provide me some facility like freeze and bottle rake and other bottle other wise I will go for other option. But the distributor distribute the items partiality between the different shops. Those who are favour to the distributor, on that shops he allot special schemes on slice items.                                 Dear Team, Myself and my wife were doing shopping for Ugadi on Hosa Raod (Parappana agrahara jail road), Bangalore on 30/03/14. It was around 4 to 5 pm and we were thirsty. I grabbed 1 200ml slice bottle from the Pepsico fridge in the near by Bakery (Priya sagar sweet palace), near Reliance Fresh mart, as my wife was in another shop. I also took 500ml pet pack of Slice, who's MRP printed was Rs.32. I paid Rs.100, on getting the balance I asked what was the charge, the shop keeper rudely told me he is charging Rs.2 extra for cooling. I refused to pay the additional charge and returned the 500ml pet bottle. Now he charged me Rs.14 for the 200ml slice bottle. This time he said, the company is charging same to me, but printed wrong MRP on the bottle. He said you go and ask in other shops they are also charging the same. In front of my wife and all other public he abused me. I told him I will go to consumer forum, he said go to any where, but we will charge more than the MRP (he must be a fan of your old slogan "Yeh Dil maange MORE...!!!). I thought I will hence forth stop buying Pepsico products (although I like them)... My question is... 1. Does your company print less MRP and charge more to the retail shops? 2. Do you encourage shops to charge more for cooling (even though the fridges are given by you)..? 3. Do you monitor such malpractice in selling your products...? 4. Do you take action on such distributor and shops...? There could be many such people enduring such issues and keeping quite, but I choose to write to you to sort out this nuisance... as a liker of Pepsico products.                                   dear, as I purchased one 1ltr pepsi bottle from juice corner, garda college shopping center, near fuvara, navsari. gujarat. found was expired before 2 months ago. and still this guy selling this expired bottle of pepsi inspite of discard that stock. which is very dengerous for the retailer and as well as pepsi navsari. distributor for navsari region is nandanvan sales agency. so kindly check the stock at distributor as well as retailer level in favour of customer... are you aware of that things??? what your sales staff and marketing staff doing in this area??? are they sleeping while taking the orders for the products???????...

                                    respected sir, i ve a shop in village dadu majra, chandigarh with the name "JAIN STATIONERS" and i ordered some 600 ml bottles of dew which was 2 months old already and i havnt paid attention to this..now the dealer of my area isn't responding to my request. Please do something about my problem as i cant handle this much loss as i run a very small shop. I will be very thankful to u i[censored] can do it asap. thanks

The kurkure product was of manufacture dated 10 August 2013. Batch number N251A. I have purchased the product today- 24th Feb 2014. The expiry of the product is 4 month.                                         I am frequent buyer of pepsi products. i bought pepsi 3 times in last two days and each time i was failed to avail the free mobile recharge scheme of Rs 20. this type of fraud does not suits to this reputed company.it spreads negative words for the company.
