        Mail received on 02.04.10

        Attention: T.M.Selvakumari,

Regarding my meeting with the two top officers in your Reserve Bank of India, i was made to understand by them that they have gone through similar process before now that after they have made the transfer, there will not hear from the beneficiary again and the documents of the beneficiary will remiains with them, so there said they cant take such risk to proceed first with the transfer.

I also told them that it will not be possible for you to give each of them 5 lack because there have not done the transfer and you people have borrowed money with intrest which you have to return back and they told me that all what there can do for you people is to reduce it to 3 lack each and after that, the transfer will take place within 15 mins and afterthe transfer, the balance will be paid to them or else, there is no way them will proceed.

When i was wih them, i told them to call you people so that you can speak your local language but they said there is no need to talk to you people for security reasons because they knows what there are doing is illegal and this are the top officers in your Reserve Bank and i never knew that your country is so currupt in this way.

Please go through this email and get back to me immediately because we have to do something as soon as possible due to the time limit i have here.

Thanks for the understanding so far.

        My Regards.

        Diplomat Stev Brown.

In some places in chennai-Tamil Nadu, inside Movie theatres, the MRP of slice bottle is printed as 50rs and being sold as 50rs.
But, outside theatres if you buy in some other shops, the MRP general rate is printed in slice bottles as just 25 Rs only.
I am not sure whether the PEPSICO company itself prints 50Rs on slice bottles and sells to moview theatres or does Movie theatre owners print their own amount as 50 Rs and sells.
Selling 25rs worth bottles as 50rs mrp printed is outrageous. Please do something on this. paying 25rs extra is cheating inside theatres. If mrp is 25 printed and they sell as 50rs..that is fine. but how COME MRP ITSELF IS PRINTED AS 50RS ON SAME SLICE BOTTLE WHICH HAS MRP PRINTED 25RS OUTSIDE THEATRES.

With my family i had gone to see movie on 27th december, 2009. Outside food is not allowed inside the theatre. Agreed. However that does not give the liberty to them to charge exhorbitant prices. I purchased popcorn small size which cost Rs. 65 and 1 litre water bottle of Aquafina at Rs. 30 the great shock was that the price of rs. 30 printed on the bottle. this is real cheating of innocent consumers. Why such huge prices we are anyhow paying ticket charges. This plunder should be stopped somewhere. moreover they dont offer any bill for the same. i request to kindly look into the matter

I have faced the same situation in E-Square Vishal Pimpri last week. The Kinley 1 liter water bottle cost Rs. 30 inside the theater, but the bottle is available at Rs 17 everywhere outside.

Yesterday on 19th Nov. 2009,I purchased a Pepsi 1/2 Litre Plastic Bottle from shop near to Sec-23 Market,Faridabad,Haryana. At the time of purchase I did not check Manufacturing Date of that bottle.
But at home when I was going to drink to that pepsi I read that Manufacturing Date was 11.08.2009 and it should be consumed with in three months of manufactruing. So it's expiry date was 11.11.2009.
That means shopkeeper sold expired Pepsi to me,which could have caused major illness to me. I was saved as I read the Manufacturing Date at time.Otherwise it could have very serious effect on me and my family.

When I went to return that Pepsi to shopkeeper but he refused to take it back as it was opened.

Pls take action so that others are saved from drinking expired Pepsi.

Since May 17, 2011 I have been trying to obtain supply from Pepsi by attempting to approach a local Pepsi office. The calls have not been taken care until May 21, 2011 when one of the local sales rep named BUI KHUONG DUY came by to see me on May 23, 2011. Mr Bui looks very new to the company. During the meeting, he gave me a "hand-written" price list and also took away my permit (certified copy) and also my household registration (certified). He informed that his supervisor, Mr. Nguyen Van Xo would call by on the next following days to meet up with me and gave details of this contract. However, Mr. Nguyen didn't call me for the rest of that week. When I contacted Mr. Bui to find out the reason of the silence I was told that Mr. Nguyen was busy with meeting and did not have time to see me. I didn't give up in contacting them (Mr. Bui and Mr. Nguyen) and not until May 27, 2011 Mr. Nguyen, under my invitation, dropped by to meet me around 10am on May 27, 2011. During the meeting, Mr. Nguyen has promised to offer me with a large fridge to hold Pepsi product and I also made up my 1st order with Pepsi. Mr. Nguyen has explained that the application for a fridge will normally take about 2-weeks to be processed; nonetheless, because of my situation he will send me the fridge by the end of last week so I can meet my customers' need for Pepsi. I am selling Coca-cola in the meantime, but also receive request for Pepsi.

Two staff, claimed to Pepsi's technical personnel, came to take picture of my billiard centre on June 1, 2011 and I was re-assured by Mr. Nguyen Van Xo that everything (fridge and products) will be in place by June 2, 2011 afternoon. However, until now I have not received anything at all and I have been trying to contact Mr. Nguyen and Mr. Bui, none of them has picked up my call or call me back to tell me what's going on at Pepsi.

Since my 1st call to Pepsi, I really feel, compared with Coca-cola, the response and way of doing business from Pepsi is way under that of Coca-cola. It only took me less than 4-days to complete all the above processes with Coke and salesman keeps his promise accordingly. Comparatively, at Pepsi, I have the feeling I am begging for products but still not being proper taken care.

I have tried to contact superiors in Vietnam Pepsico but, after leaving message on the answering machine, not a word has been given. I have written to Andrea Gonnella Senior Consumer Relations Representative in the States who has requested me to write to you in regard to this matter. I feel so bad about the attitude and behavior of Pepsico in Vietnam. However, other bad feeling, who can look after my customers who want Pepsi ?

My child had food poisoning twice after having oats from one of the Quaker packets. She has had same oats in the past but not had a prob. However, this particular packet had substandard quality of the product.

I know for a fact that there is something wrong with Quaker Oats in the packets. TWO times in the past, I have opened a packet and emptied it into a bowl and seen dark silvery material in the oatmeal. The first time, I threw out the oatmeal. The second time, I called the company and they requested I send in the oatmeal and the remaining packets from that box. I did.
Their official examination of the dark grey silvery clumps in the oatmeal resulted in thir opinion that it was "soil".
I've never known of any soil that is silvery in color. Their answer is completely unacceptable.
I have never purchased Quaker Oatmeal again.
I just called Quaker and got a completely unsatisfactory answer to my complaint as well. I bought a box of Quaker Oats High Fiber instant Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal (individual packets). I thought the first one I ate tasted funny, but could've been my taste buds. This morning, I tried my second packet and got the same impression. I am highly sensitive to artificial sweeteners, so I re-examined the front of the box. High Fiber... but does not state "low sugar". Turned to the side of the box, 3rd ingredient listed is sugar... as I kept reading, there it was... sucralose (Splenda). No where on the box (other than ingredient list) does it state that it contains any artificial sweeteners!!! They have done this to fool people who look and think, "wow, 7 grams of sugar is acceptable", but do NOTHING to protect the consumer from the hidden, more dangerous side effects of sucralose. The gal at Quaker, said, "yes, I see that it isn't stated. I will pass the info along." She didn't offer a refund (after questioning, she offered a 1.00 off coupon for any other Quaker product), she didn't ask my name... she did virtually NOTHING! Quaker co. is a joke and will NEVER get any more of MY business.

When i returned to the shop-keeper he said his supplier wouldnt take it back since it was tampered(the bottle cap became misaligned when i tried to open it)!!! Then they had to use a knife to cut the whole plastic cap and gave it to me...
