Sony Ericsson — Sony ericsson J120 i

I had purchased sony ericsson handset from Faridabad. The set is working finely upto 7 months. But nowits battery is showing problem.
Earlier it had problem that if fully discharged then it takes some time to charge but now after 5 hours of rigorous charging it showed very little charging.

i have bought sony ericsson mobile model no.j120i from Guntur Andhra Pradesh in local BIG C showroom.this set has hanging problem from the beginning.i have called the service centre at hyuderabad.but there is not any improvement it just same as before.i want to replace it .as a student i can not visit service centre alwayas. so i have faith in your company.so take appropriate action immediately.i will oblige to you.

I too faced the same problem what Mr. Gourav explained here.
But I had this problem from the day I purchased it from The Mobile Store, AS rao Nagar.
I took this hand set, but they refused to take it back.
I took it the authorised service centre they recharged the handset and gave back to me.
the handset once discharged it takes more than 24 hours to start the charging again.
I am fed up with this typical problem of this handset and now doing a booster charging to charg it .

Very bad product from Sony ericsson, very bad service from service providers.
