[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson — Service and repairs

I had got the Joy stick of my Sony-Ericsson K750i repaired from a Sony-Ericsson service center in Gurgaon, but after 2 days of that the phone display went white, and when I took the phone back to the service center the manager refused to handle the phone he said that the phone may have got damaged due to the software getting corrupted or some problem in the main board of the phone, how ever he confirmed that the Cap of the Joystick was not fixed properly. The cold response from the the Store manager made me write to the Sony-Ericsson customer service mail id, how ever I did not get any response from them.

hi i m shahjad ali paonta sahib himachal pradesh i purchase SE W910i in Oct. 2008 from last week its function except keypad & nevigation key right not working tell me what to do . i tried SE service centre in Dehradun but no results please help me
my sony ericsson zylo is now having some trouble in the display when slided. i bought it on 10th sept, 2010. I first observed the prblm on 7th nov, 2010. when slided, the display goes off.
my phone has been with service centre from last one month still they show the status the phone under repair this is happening for 2nd time my phone is w 350 i this people cant even reply for the mail most worst service one can ever get is sony service.

Above mentioned model of Bravia I bought on 13th Oct. 2010 from your
above shop. Invoice No. is 24274 818106 and product Serial No. is
2346266. The shopekeeper charged amount for this LED TV from me is
Rs.89900.00 but I came to know after a week that the MRP of this model
is only Rs.83900.00 from very starting.
In this way the shopkeeper has charged more Rs.
6000 from me. I request you to take proper action as soon as possible
and ensure the extra taken money i.e. 6 thousand to return me as per rule. I
hope you will take strict action against the above shop owner.

Yes the above conversation is acceptable one. Because, I am using SE c510 which I gave to service twice with in the warranty period itself. still it is having the same problem. It shows that customer caring is only at the time of purchasing not at the time of service. But, Generally Customer service should be good then only product gets goodwill.

Please Improve service Quality of SE.
LOTS OF TROUBLE SORT OF EXPERIENCE WITH SONI ERICSSON

I have purchase problem from Soni Ericsson name G900 Mobile .Problem has occurred in june. 2010 last time.and that time i kept my mobile in jayanti bazar, jaipur sony ericsson showroom for around 50 days.
but nw m facing the same problem and your showroom store keeper says that software will be changed and u have to pay for this kind of problem, until and unless my mobile is in the warranty and gauranty period.
please solved my problem as sson as possible otherwise i will be do the case in the jaipur court and after that i will not responsible for that.

i have a cell sony w395 and i brought it 7 month back but in 7 month i'm gone 7 time in sony center but they were unable to give a better service. now again display problem is come in my cell, i went to the sony center indore mp but they said this time we dont have the repairs part, come after 7 days.
so if you dont have the parts and facilty why you are saying we are good.
i'm not satisfy with your product and service.

Yes i too agree the comment, They have mentioned 4x digital zoom but the zoom works only in the VGA mode .
Posting comments here is useless .Lets take some legal action againt SE on fooling the public .high pricing for worst quality phones.Please join hands .
Raise ur voice coz its ur money and these ppl are misusing the trust they had earned .
Sony Ericsson service in India sucks big time. Shame on the company for not taking up these matters. Nokia is far better as far as service goes. Sony wake up and shut these amateur service centres that are ruining your reputation.

Sony Ericsson — w705 repairing

I had a earspeaker problem in my cell phone.that's why i give my cell phone to sony ericsson service centre(Allied info-tel,25-Tilak road,dehradun-248001) on 26 oct 2010.At that time they ask me to collect the phone in some 8 or 9 day's.when after that time iI asked about my product than they are said that your product is under process. after that I asked them 4 to 5 times than also they reply my with the same answer.

BUT within 3 months display and all went off...nd when i went to the service center they registered the complaint as "dead"...now it has been more than 8 days...and my cell is yet not repaired...and when i asked for providing me with an alternate one...they said that they do not have any cell nd i have to wait till mine gets repaired..

believe me SONY ERICSSON is the WORST thing to have...and their service is not up to the mark..

Its been a month i have bought Galaxy5 GT-I5503 and since day three i am facing problems with my phone. More than 20 mails to Samsung support, at least 30 calls to Mobile Technical support, two visits to Service Center and numerous callbacks but the state of problem still remains the same. I bought my a sony ericsson phone(W 705i) from HOT SPOT khanna market south delhi 15months back and got 2years warranty one from SONY and another from HOT SPOT. It started giving me trouble after six month once i got it repair also. Now another problem has been created that it's upper keypad is not working. I went to sony service centre they suggest me to deposite the set on HOT SPOT i did the same. I deposited the set on 17nov 2010 on HOT SPOT (ACHARYA NIKETAN (MAYUR VIHAR-1) NEW DELHI. They people took the set and told me to come after 15days. I am a business person i have to go out of station for the business purpose. There are many important data in that. It would be very difficult for me to do my work wihtout that. When i called the customer care of sony ericsson, they were needed the word order number. I told him that when i deposited the set on HOT SPOT how can i provide the you the work order no., he roudly hang up the phone by saying that if you have deposite the set with HOT SPOT its not our responsibility take care of your phone. I asked him for company's complaint ID but he did not provide that also. I am realy frustated what to do. I have also called up HOT SPOT care he told me that there is no status updated of your phone. Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaasseeeeeeeeeee helpppppppppppppppppppp meeeeeeeeeeeee.

I have a C510 Sony Ericson Mobile phone. SInce 3 weeks , my phone is having a problem - its not getting switched on. Yesterday (22.11.2010) at around 6 pm, I approached your authorized service centre at Dwarakanagar ( Bright Solutions) for getting the same repaired. However to my surprise the concerned head didnt respond properly reg the complaint and refused to take my phone for repair. He told that the phones can be taken for service only between 10 am to 5 pm. But as I am not available during the same hrs hence i requested him to atleast take the phone in evening and release the job card next day morning. However to this, he asked me to TAKE LEAVE FROM MY OFFICE AND THEN SUBMIT MY PHONE FOR REPAIR. It is very regretful to receive such kind of pathetic service from your authorized service centre.
Please do the needful as may be applicable.

i purchase sony ericssion c905 handset on 27/04/2010 within few days it has got joystick problem.
till now i had deposit this handset for 5 times to sony authorized centre (technocare lajpat nagar).during 6months period of phone usage it's in the service centre for more than two months.still now phone is in service centre.

On 22nd May i purchsed xperia-x2 in Authorised sony ericssion dealer in salem-TN (Consolidated Electronics - No 5/259-A N V Arcade, Five Road, Junction Main Road, Alagapuram, Salem - 636004), Bill No: ERIC-484, CELL SR.NO: 35780303, 038211-9.

Due to display problem i given cell to sony ericssion authorised service centere in salem on 31st July10 at Bird Enterprises. ( Bird Enterprises, Door NO:6, R.A.S. So on 11th September2010, i given cell to where i purchased, for display replacement it is in warrenty period,

But still i am not getting any reponse from your Authorised supports, its atrocious,

Sony Ericsson Mobile - Zylo Model — Manufacturing defect not solved in time

Dear Sir,
Recently I have purchased Sony Ericsson -W20 sliding mobile at Sangeetha Mobile Store MC Layout, 17th Cross Vijayanagar Bangalore -50 .(Invoice No SI/VJN/9666 Dtd 16/10/2010.) With in a month mobile display become blank and I contacted the Sangeetha for service/ replacement. The rejected to accept the mobile and informed me the contact Sony service center. As directed I went to Sony service center in Malleshwaram 25/1 Sreekanth Mahal, 1st Cross Sampige raod and enquired about the problem. They informed this may take weeks to get the part and repair. Now it is already 10th day and they are telling part is not avaialbe. I tried to contact Sony ericsson for this and they are not reachable. It is purely manufacutring defects and the product carry warrenty for 1 year. Being a global company they are leat to consider customer complaints and no information about the actual status of the mobile hand set. Since it is manufacturing defect with a month I urge for new handset to be given. I request you to help in this.
