Blue tooth defective

I gave my blue tooth for replacement as the new one purchased failed within the warranty period (6 months) . The service centre Accel which is the authorized service centre for these products have unable to replace till date.

Poor Service - Sony Ghaziabad

I bought a SONY Home Theatre from SOny World on May 18, 2008. Despite several reminders and phone calls NO personnel turned up for the Installation. After numerous followups, SOny India sends an so called technician with NO tools to install. After Five days of Struggle, mental agony and followups was the Home Theatre Installed. Loss of Warranty Card

Hi

I was gifted a SE- W 580i phone some time back. I have lost the Warranty card.

Now the phone has some trouble and Sercive Centre isnt ready to rectify it. My IMEI No.[protected]-50.

From that no. am sure Sony can trace that its a genuine handset purchased from a genuine authorized shop rather than any other place.

Would be great if someone could help me get the warranty...

Complaint unresolved after one month and payment of money

I gave my Sony Cybershot W5 for repair at RMS Technologies Pvt Ltd, Bangalore service center of Sony India on 24 April in Jayanagar. The worst part is I have paid the money for the repair of the lens on 26 April and by the time i got it home it stuck again and I gave it back and am still to hear from them since 26 April. I have contacted Sony India, the centre and the regional office repeatedly everyday and been assured they will call back...

MOBILE DISPLAY FAILURE

I would like to infm that i hd purchased this sony ericsson mobile 02.05.07 and hd some problem in the main screen and I have given the mobile on 23rd April 2008 to Garage De Telecon / NO:10, 1ST FLOOR, DURAISAMY ROAD, T.NAGAR, CHENNAI - 17 for service vide JS.NO: 2976. and they hv promised that the problem will be rectified within a day or two.

Hi Sir,

keypad problem

the left soft key was damaged by its own .
gave the phone to sony repair centre but it doesnt hav the required material from 2 months and many of the other mobiles of the same modle (w580i) are still in the service centre without any work done...

The system was bought in Baharin from Ashrafs W.L.L. on 19th May 2007, after clearly ascertaining the fact that service warranty/guarantee will be available in India.

TV is not performing

Eversince I bought the Sony LCD TV KLV 32V 300A I have face problem of distorted colours, diffrent colour fonts.

I made a formal complaint and the service personnel came and saw the TV .He even compared the TV with another one of the same model the difference was too much.He even took the pictures and vedio of both the TVs.Still I am waiting for reply as he says the process is long and I am waiting for their executives to come...

I bought a sony erricson mobile w580i on 07/05/2008 from HOTSPOTS retails limited.shop no 4, darshan toer, plot no, central market, vaidhali, ghaziabad..Whenever i make a call or recieve a call on my mobile i alwaus get an alert stating "ciphering is not provided by your operatoe.Insecure transmission", which i never got before when using other mobiles.

Non receipt of mobile phone given for repairing even after 18 days

I had purchased a Sony Ericsson mobile phone, model K810i, in the month of July 2007 for Rs 16830/-.

I have given my Sony Ericsson K810i for repairing at Print Care Services (Sony Ericsson Service Centre) in Thane (W). I was informed that since the phone is in the warranty period, it would be sent to the company for the necessary repairs. I was also assured that I would get back my phone after 8-10 days.

I have not got my sony ericsson w200i headset from nearly 4 months.My headset was not working so i went to the service centre.There they told that my headset was in warranty period so they told that they would replace within 15 days.but more than 100 days have been passed i have not got my headset.I have complained to the delhi main sony ericsson centre 6 times but it went in vain.So i request you to talk some measures aginst the company....
