I HAVE PURCHASED ONE SONY ERRICCSSON MOBILE FROM RPG CELL COM STORE IN PIMPRI, PUNE. AFTER 2 DAYS THERE IS A PROBLEM IN HANDSET, I WENT TO STORE BUT NOBODY IN STORE TO RESPOND FROM LAST 4 DAYS I M RUNNING DAILY MORNING AND EVENING BUT NO RESPOND & THEY HAVE ALSO CHARGED THE BLUETOOTH AMOUNT FROM ME.I WORKS IN AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY AS A R&D MANAGER AND I WILL MAKE SURE THAT NO BODY IN TATA MOTORS, MINDA GROUP, ENDURANCE GROUP, BAJAJ GROUP ETC WILL PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM RPG STORES WHICH IS COMPLETELY FRAUD..

    Eversince I bought the Sony LCD TV KLV 32V 300A I have face problem of distorted colours, diffrent colour fonts.

    I made a formal complaint and the service personnel came and saw the TV .He even compared the TV with another one of the same model the difference was too much.He even took the pictures and vedio of both the TVs.Still I am waiting for reply as he says the process is long and I am waiting for their executives to come to Lucknow.Though he is helpful but this does not solve the problem as I have to still veiw a TV which is not performing.

      I bought a sony erricson mobile w580i on 07/05/2008 from HOTSPOTS retails limited.shop no 4, darshan toer, plot no, central market, vaidhali, ghaziabad..Whenever i make a call or recieve a call on my mobile i alwaus get an alert stating "ciphering is not provided by your operatoe.Insecure transmission", which i never got before when using other mobiles.

      I am facing this issue from the day i bought this mobile and inserted my sim in that.I have also checked with my operator (AIRTEl) regarding this and have told that there is problem with the handset.Please replace my mobile sonyerricson(w580i) handset.

      The problem of "ciphering is not provided by your operator.Insecure transmission" is because of the network provider not the handset. I am using sony erricson mobiles (T610, K320i, W580i & K550i) all give the same error when I enter punjab. In my home town I don't face this problem. And I am also using airtel from last 5 years, this problem is the same.

      So I wanna say this problem is because of network provider not because of handset.

      Ciphering is a secure function of all sony erricson mobiles.
      i bought asony erricson mobile w580i 1032008 from universal at tata silkform, near nr colony, basavanagudi Bangalore.i make a call or recieve a call on my mobile i alwaus get an alert stating "ciphering is not provided by your operatoe.Insecure transmission", which i never got before when using other mobiles.
      I bought a sony erricson mobile w580i at UK last month. When iam using there i found no falty or malfunctioning in my mobile. Last weak i came back to India and using the same mobile, but hear iam receiving a message "ciphering is not provided by your operatoe.Insecure transmission". WHAT IS THIS?
      Why iam receiving this message offen when iam speaking? i was seeing this message from the day when i atarted using this mobile in india(Chennai). Also the Mobile started to get Hang while using. Why these malfunctioning is happening.

      Please give me a solution asap, why the message is receving "ciphering is not provided by your operatoe.Insecure transmission", also because of this any majour problem will be occur.

      Hope i can get solution soon, so that i can be use the mobile with peace of mind.

      I face this problem since last 6 months.It started when I ebtered for the first time in roaming with this handset.(K 530i).Kindly tell me what must be the problem.Is it a problem with handset or network provider.

        Sir,

        The intention of the complaint is to make you all aware of the poor support I am receiving from the Sony Erricsson in respect of servicing my mobile during the warranty period. I would like to mention in your kind notice that it has become 2.5 months since I have given my mobile for servicing. Still I haven't received the mobile with the problem rectified. I have requested for a spare mobile for using during the service period in order to avoid my difficulty without using a mobile. The personnel at the authorized service centre informed that they have no provision to provide a spare mobile during the service period for warranty mobile. Therefore I was living without a mobile during these 2.5 months. I did n't complaint so far to anybody. My patience limit has crossed and decided to complaint. I am even thinking of raising a legal complaint to the consumer court. Because I've suffered a lot in these days without my mobile. I have missed somany opportunities. I have missed so many important calls. I have missed somany alerts. I could not enjoy the facilities like camera, mp3 player etc which I am used to with my mobile. I have incurred financial loss. Whom to blame for these losses???. Living without a mobile is unimaginable in this fast growing world. You might be thinking that I could have buy another mobile. This is because everytime I ask about the status of my mobile, the service person replies that the mobile will be handed over shortly. The days has gone like this and now it has become 75 days. I had decided to buy another mobile because I have lost the faith in the support from sony ericsson. Atlast I have purchased another mobile. This time I didn't go wrong. I didn't purchase the mobile from Sony Ericsson though the seller showed me somany Sony Ericsson mobiles. Before my bad experience with my mobile, I respected the brand, 'SONY'. Everytime my first priority was 'SONY'. I have SONY's camera, TV etc. Who is responsible for my financial loss?
        I am so much worried about my mobile because it cost almost Rs12000/ when I bought my mobile last year. The amount is pretty high for a middle class man like me. I have bought the mobile for this much cost because of my faith in the SONY brand.

        I have lost my faith in the Sony Ericsson support because it is the third time that the (said) rectified board from the company is resending back with same or other problems.

        Brief History:
        I had purchased my mobile (Model:K550i) on 5th April 2007 from a shop in Chennai, India.
        Within 2 months o[censored]se, I have experienced that my mobile is heating up even when I speak for 10 minutes time. Due to the reason that I have no spare mobile if I give it for servicing and also due to the nonavailability of service centre at my native, I have tolerated the problem for last ten months. Now the problem became severe and I found that my warranty period is going to be expiring and decided to give for servicing.I have given my mobile for servicing at M/s Synergy Services, Trivandrum, India(Authorized Service centre for Sony Ericsson mobiles) last week of February 2008. The service person at Synergy Services found that my mobile has no battery problems and board complaints at the prelims check. They wanted to reinstall the software. I questioned their logic behind the software reinstallation and argued with my common sense that how can a heating problem rectified by mere software reinstallation. In this process I lost all my contacts I have gathered for somany years (another great loss). The service person didn't tell me to take the backup of phone memory but only to take the backup in SIM . I have lost all the details in the phone memory including bank account details, passwords and other personal records. They gave back after reinstallation. On returing home, I have experienced the same problem.
        I again gave back the mobile for servicing on 15th March 2008.
        The service person checked the board for any complaints and found no complaints with the board and battery. Since the problem was still persisting, they have send the board to company for further investigation. It took 15days to service from the company. On 31st March, I received the mobile again. The company has send me another board (IMEI No: [protected]) in place of my old board (IMEI No:[protected]). I have verified (I had to verify..) whether the problem is still existing from there itself. To my disguise, the heating problem was still present. What is the role of authorized service centre?. They even didn't verify the problem reported is still present in the rectified board. They informed that the new board send from Sony Ericsson after servicing is having the same problem. They told that they want to resend the board. I didn't believe their argument since I had faith in Sony Ericsson and strongly believed that the resend board might be fully checked and verified from the company. I argued that the battery might be having the problem. But they verified with a new battery and found that the problem is still present, the first time I lost all my faith in the company. They resend the board again to the company for rectifying the defect. After another one week waiting, the mobile was received on first week of April. The service person at M/s Synergy Services, Trivandrum checked for any defect and found that the board is having some other complaints and informed that they could not hand over to me. They again send the board back to the company for the third time!!! . One month has gone. Still I am waiting for my mobile to come. I have lost the hopes. What can I do? What wrong I have done? Who is responsible for my losses?

        As a customer, I would like to know what is happening to my mobile? Why are they delaying it for this much time? Will I receive it after servicing and can I make sure that the serviced mobile is 100% OK? Iam very desperate and hopeless regarding the servicing.

        I request you to take necessary action and make sure that same inconvenience should not happen to other customers in future.This is a humble request.

        Hello!

        Date of Purchase: 2/8/2007

        1)I had a problem with my phone from the day when i bought it, it had the famous bug that when camera button is pressed 4 6 0 wont be working.
        2)I once gave it at Digicom kalyan to Mr Girish for charging problem it wasnt getting charged, he took nearly 7 days and told that the board of the phone is to be changed and once when i went there he just resetted it and gave it back anyhow the problem was solved.
        3)Then i started getting problem of camera pics taking time to getting saved on the MMC.
        4)While talking on phone suddenly the call used to drop and the Entertainment menu used to be displayed on screen.
        5)When unlocking the keypad sometimes it didnt used to get unlocked after pressing the * button the unlock key was showing on the screen that it is pressed but the phone didnt used to get unlock.
        6)Considering all this problems i went to Salora Service Center Grant Road(E), Mumbai. on 1/8/2008
        7)There they took my mobile for repair after an hour they gave it back to me and the reason given to me was that your cell is out of warranty as it has liquid damage on the keypad.
        8) I said ok as in the mobile was working well just having a few bugs in it as i am a Computer Engineer i do understand the difference between Hardware and Software problem so i accepted.
        9) Then i inserted in the Battery and sim card and turned on the phone, to my surprise the KEYS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 0, *, #, left Selection, WEBkey were not working so i said the concerned person to check the mobile and give it back to me as it was, he said that if it was to be done so easily i must have repaired it, i said i was not having any hardware problem but my problem was software bugs.
        10)So going to SE Service Center just increased my problem to a very great extent. I forced the Service Center persons to just consider the matter and look into it but they replied it cant be done, if i want it to be repaired i will have to pay Rs.600 for repairs as your mobile is out of warranty we wont even consider your case if you come after today. I asked them can i meet your concerned head they replied why?,
        after some time i was telling them and they were not responding me.
        11)After a request they provided me a Receipt of the complaint and told to me that "You Can Take Whatever actions you want against us!"
        12)I walked off from the Service Center.
        13)Then i used the phone for 2 days just to receive calls and to call them whose nos are there in my PhoneBook.
        14)I then tried to get it repaired from a local repairer and guess what he told me that the strip connecting the keypad and the socket was broken and guess how it happened "at the Service Center" i know that you people cant take water damage mobiles under warranty, its ok, but what if your engineer has mishandled it and broken inner parts, shall i pay for it?, Liquid damage can sort the electronic parts but can it cut a cable <<--Does it seem sensible.
        15)After reading the above matter do you believe that it was the liquid damage responsible for the non-working of the keypad.
        16)It was the mishandling of the Service Engineer responsible for it.

        SonyEricsson K550i — headset service not completed even after 2 month

        Even after Mailing 2-3 times at Question questions.[protected]@support.sonyericsson.com i have not received any response, When call to service centre where i have given my head set they say we dont have any stock then only say call me on 1 St 10 th ... they have given me 25 Days time from 28-Jan-2009, but now it is more than 40 days i have not got any respond. So please help me to solve these issue

          I had purchased a Sony Ericsson mobile phone, model K810i, in the month of July 2007 for Rs 16830/-.

          I have given my Sony Ericsson K810i for repairing at Print Care Services (Sony Ericsson Service Centre) in Thane (W). I was informed that since the phone is in the warranty period, it would be sent to the company for the necessary repairs. I was also assured that I would get back my phone after 8-10 days.

          So, after 10 days I called up the service centre and asked for the status of my phone. They informed me that it would take more 4-5 days. On asking further where to followup regarding this, they gave me the Sony Ericsson HelpLine No.[protected].

          I called up the helpline and registered a complaint on April 16, 2008, and I was assured that they would get back to me within 24-48 hours, but still as on April 28, 2008, even after calling 5 times, their 24-48 hours have not expired.

          Now, even after 18 days I am getting a reply that "We have sent the part to the company, but they are yet to send a new part. They don't have parts for the K810i model available with them."

          Please guide me as to what should I do further as it has been more than 18 days and I am unable to get a proper reply either from the service centre or from the Sony Ericsson Help Line

          I have lost my mobile on 24th Dec 2008. I have registerd a complain regarding lost mobile ( FIR ). I have sent a query regarding stolen mobile to :- questions.[protected]@sonyericsson.com .

          I got reply from questions.[protected]@sonyericsson.com which says that once you give us IMEI no your mobile we can trace. I have submitted them my IMEI no. but when i called up on sonyericsson helpline no 39011111 Mr. Jitendra ( head of service provider...it is being told to me ) they told me sony ericsson doent provide such facility so my question is why ?

          "why? "sonyericsson doent provide such service to common people. that facility is available for special people ( big shot ) and if any crucial case is there. accrding to consumer act 2005. i have the right to get the information about my question "why"

          as i am the consumer of sony ericsson i have the right to get the proper information. On one hand Mr. Jitendr telling sony ericssson doent provide service to trace your mobile or damaged the mobile completely using IMEI no and other hand i am getting mail from questions.[protected]@sonyericsson.com which says that you provide us ur IMEI no and we can trace your phone

          my Questions are :-

          1. Why sony ericsson provide tracing the mobile phone facility using IMEI no only for special cases

          2.Why there is conflict between questions.[protected]@sonyericsson.com reply and Mr. Jitendra

          3. and If sony ericsson doent provide such service then under consumer act 2005 Give me the ans of my question " Why ?" sony ericsson doesnt provide such service

          I submitted a mobile handset of the make of Sony Ericson C702 for repairs in Techno Care,Lajpat nagar as the loud speakers were not working, 24 days back but till date the problem has not been sorted out even after various reminders.

          I, pradeep kumar sharma bearing a sony erriction mobile user ,has deposited my mobile for repair at janakpuri disctrict center ,new delhi on 07/05/2011 work order no. SE [protected] , till date the same has not been recieved inspite of repeatitive follow up no status (exact date of delivery) has been provided from customer care no [protected] and service center at janakpuri district center at new delhi [protected] .Company is giving fake commitments each time. Company/ service center has never bothered to inform or make a call informing the exact date on which i get my mobile repaired.Service center informs that the mobile has been sent to company for repair, while customer care tells no status has been updated in the system.each time i make a call to service center they reply it will take a week time, anthore a week time. The day 07/05/2011 i deposite my mobile,service center informed me that it will take 2-3 days for repair.Service center is giving FAKE COMMITEMENTS.company has clearly mentioned the estimated cost to be borne by the customer , but they never put estimated time required to rectify the problem in the mobile set.

          I would like to draw your attention to the kind of after sales service you are providing to your client.

          This is really surprising to me that such a renowed big company has poor after sales service.

          I hope you understand my problem.Please expedite to let me know the status of the mobile and correct date of deliveiry of my repaired mobile
          i have bought xperia x10 mini 3 months back..suddenly one day it got switched off and some burnt smell came frm it..i gave that to sony centre vijayawada AP they confirmed it as battry problem and told they will replace it but it has been nearly one month since then..still they are not responding well..iam very much unhappy the way sony is dealing with the customers..this is not fair on the part of a respectable mobile company like urs..hope i will get some help

            I have not got my sony ericsson w200i headset from nearly 4 months.My headset was not working so i went to the service centre.There they told that my headset was in warranty period so they told that they would replace within 15 days.but more than 100 days have been passed i have not got my headset.I have complained to the delhi main sony ericsson centre 6 times but it went in vain.So i request you to talk some measures aginst the company.

              i am dhaval gandhi from surat, gujarat india. i boubht sony ericsoon w580i 2 months before.There was a problem in the body cover of the cell w580i and i went to customer care p9 and they gave me some time period so that it will get fixed within few days, i went to that duration and they give me another time for few days and i called them again and they said that they have fixed the cell phone, so they called me to receive the fone. but i went there, it was not fixed and then when i said that i will complaint about them, then they said "do whatever u want to do, we are not going to fix your cell."

              since i've experienced this problem. i have logged a complaint in your site for the results. So plz kindly favour my complaint and solve my problem

                From the day i have bought the cell phone i have been getting the problems and problems after that i have never seen such a defective model from your Sony Ericsson . the cell phone has not properly stayed near me. it is stayed in service centers mostly.
                talk to your seniors and head of the company is this a good service from your side .why is this service and lack of stock is there every time.i mean there are other customers too.but there is also a limit for service centers to provide service from your side.

                Sony Ericsson mobile phone w700i — non-fulfilment of warranty

                I purchased sony ericsson mobile phone "w 700 i" from authorized shop "sony world" shree parshwanath enterprises, vadodara in gujarat at the cost of Rs. 11730.00, on 7th January 2007.a guarantee IMEI no.[protected]. The product was guaranteed for 1 yr. , but within 6 months after purchase malfunctioning in the instrument started & no satisfactory working of the instrument was complained to the dealer. Inspite of several complains personally the instrument has not been put into operation. The instrument has stopped working at all.The dealer & the service station persons are throwing responsibilities on each other & not attending the complain at all. We have spent so many working days from the services in the office. We suspect that it is delay tactics adapted by the authorized company people so as to pass time till the warranty period is over so that they can escape from the responsibility. If not given satisfactory reply by the company we will be compelled to approach the consumer council of India. Also we will give articles in newspapers about the poor quality product & worst after sales service by the company like sony sricsson.

                I am having sony ericsson w700 model and it is only 8-10 months used but i am havin problem with charger and the socket on hand set.. the charger is not properly fixing with handset and it is not being charged..

                what i have to do??

                as sony ericsson is esteemed organisation and they are not correcting this query.. lots of my friends also having the same problem.

                  I am Viddhesh Borkar from India - Goa. My contact number is [protected]. I have a problem with Sony Ericsson K850i. The problem is stated below.
                  I answered a call, and hung it up. After that, I put down my phone and noticed in my peripheral vision that the lights on my phone didn't turn off, so i looked closer and noticed that the backlight for the keys are ON, and the blue light surrounding the lens is ON, however the screen is dead, and the phone doesn't respond.
                  What is the cause for above problem ?

                  They have told me that my cell will be replaced which means that i will get new circuit board fitted in old cell as they will be sending it to Chennai. Is this the meaning of replacement ? I think i am been cheated like this. Please can you reply me as this is a urgent issue. I have inveseted Rupees 20300/- for K850i SE Phone. I THOUGHT I WILL BE GETTING A NEW SEPERATE PHONE from the company.

                  Also please let me know about the warranty for the replaced cell ? I mean, will it be from the day i bought a new mobile or from the day i will get a replaced mobile ?

                    I have always been a complete fan of Sony Ericsson's products and have been using the same over the past few years, now my recent purchase of Sony Ericssons W960i Smart Phone has lead me to loose Rs. 27, 000/- and not even have the product in hand.

                    Cause Sony Ericssons service centers cant seem to figure out the problem( Problem - Phone switching on but not booting completely .. In short hanging) so they have sent it to their head office, if they cant figure it out "then" they will replace it.

                    Now are we stupid consumers to spend so much money and have no phone in hand.. The phone was 3 days old.

                    I Rest my case, No Brand will be a winner if they cannot handle, after sales service keeping the customers best Interest in mind.

                    I had bought this phone(w960i) 7 months back from UAE. Now I am currently placed in India. The touch screen does not function at all! and the phone has to be restarted atleast twice every day.

                    Suprisingly the service centre is least bothered to get it replaced as it is outof warranty even though the warranty term is not expired. The service centre in Malleshwaram(Bangalore) is the worst I have seen. How can sony erricsson have such service centres????? As of now I am using the phone as a USB device after having spent 25000K.
                    my sony ericsson w960i touch panel is nt workng at all frm da rght side!!!n dis problem has continued even aftr changing the whole screen.
                    ppl plz tell me a solution

                      I bought Sony Ericsson W580i in January 2008. My phone is a walkman edition and if i ever played music for more than 15 minutes, whole of the battery used to get discharged.
                      I took my phone to Sony Service Center (Salora International Ltd, Bangalore) and they replaced the new battery with an old one. I somehow accepted the old battery because they promised me that I will not face any issues with it but battery performance improved negligibly.
                      I was managing somehow with that but after a month, all of a sudden my phone got switched off and when I took it to service center they said there is some corrupted software which affects the battery and they asked me to collect the phone after one week which was 15th April 2008 but on 15th evening I received a call from the Service Station that the motherboard of my phone is damaged and they are sending it to Chennai and it will take minimum 25 days to get the phone back.

                      I lodged a complaint with the Sony Ericsson Service Center on 8th April (complaint ID[protected] but did not get any convincing reply. They only informed me that my case has been forwarded to the concerned department and i will be informed about the progress.

                      I called up the Customer care on 15th April and asked them to provide me the details of that so called 'concerned department’ but they refused to disclose that information
                      And when I asked the representative to transfer my call to her supervisor, she refused to do that stating he will not be able to provide any solution to me
                      Now I am left with no other option than sending my phone to Chennai for infinite period. i am completely disappointed and feeling cheated.
                      please see if you can help me escalate this issue to the concerned people
                      I am also facing some problem with my Sony erricsson w580i mobile. I purchased new mobile with bill and warranty. They told one year of complete warranty. But I got display problem in my mobile within three months. I approached the Sony service center. They told that my mobile was affected by water and they were not willing to replace the display. This hot summer and I argue with them. They told if we access the mobile with sweat hands it ll affect the mobile display (I think we should buy this mobile in India and using in switcher land). They are cheating the customers like that only. I nervier seen such a worst customer care in any international branded companies
                      I am also very disappointed in Sony's w550. The phone sucks, it progressively.
                      loses the functionality of its keys so you are left with an inoperable device a few months after buying it.
                      I am pissed because my phone's select keys are useless, the same thing has happened to other people . It is the worst phone i have ever had my hands on. and the worst phone in the world.
                      The price is steep but the product itself leaves a lot to be desired, On top of that, it has three flexes that are very expensive. It is a shame Sony is producing this kind of product . Again i have to say IT SUCKS!!!. Once i have it fixed, i will get rid of it. Sony is two thumbs down on this product.
                      Hi, I am facing the same problem with my cell phone P1i. Its motherboard is faulty. Cell phone is with service center from last 1.5 months. Help me to get the new cell phone from the sony.

                        Sir, I have purchased Sony Ericsson Mobile from M/s. Social Eletronics, Fort, Mumbai-1 vide their Cash Memo No.4849 dt.[protected]. On the display small spot was shown and day by day it developed more and the screen was illegible to read. I made a complaint with the shop-keeper, who in turn advised me to contact the Service Centre of Sony Ericsson at Salora International, 384, Dongre Bldg, Sham Rao Vittal Lane, Lamington Road, Grant Road, Mumbai-7. My complaint was accepted by them vide their Complaint ID SES08MUM14402 on 2-4-2008. There is only one Tel. No. i.e. 23886570 is mentioned in the said Form. I have submitted my instrument for repair. However, it is very difficult to get their telephone No. Most of the time it is engaged or even ring goes but without any response. Since I am working in a pvt. co. it may not be possible to visit them now and then. It would be a great help if your your goodselves intervene in the mattr and get the service done for my handset.

                          Dear All,

                          I have purchased a Sony Ericsson model no. S500i from Hello World ( Chennai ) on 1st Sep 07 bearing IM [protected]. This was the day I did the biggest mistake of my life……. Sorry but the truth is this.

                          The problem started from December 2008 onwards……… The display went off……. And I gave the phone to ACCEL FRONTLINE LIMITED ( Chennai ). They took 15 days to get the phone repaired and asking me to follow up with the customer care unit for the spare parts. The question here is why I will be doing a follow up for the parts. Again the phone had the same problem in Jan 2008 and the problem prevailed in Feb 2008.

                          On 5th March 08 I got back my phone stating that my phone IM no. has changed from [protected] to [protected].And I was told that due to the manufacturing defect my phone IM no. has been changed.

                          I am really bugged with the phone and the services of the back up team. I am also fed up traveling 20 Kms. Daily from my office to the service center.




                          One thing I can promise you all that going forward I will make sure that in office or at home nobody buys any Sony Ericsson mobile sets.

                          Again they have changed the mother board.

                          This the second time they are changing in one month time.

                          pLease do not buy Sony handsets.

                          Sony Ericsson S500i — Not getting on

                          Dear sir,
                          I have purchased the Sony Ericsson hand set on 12 th Aug 2007. Y'day all of a sudden the hand set got switched off. I contacted the nearest service station at Tilak Road, Pune. I was told that the hardware of the hand set needs to be change. The cost for the same will be approx 70 % of the purchase value. This amounts to Rs. 7000=00.

                          Kindly guide me.
                          my s500i is in its second month, it has been giving problems, however it restarted, today it went off on its on and is not starting, whenever i try to turn it on, its red lights flash on its sides, nothing else...can anyone help!

                              Dear Sir/madam,
                              I bought a W580i in Jan 08 but after 1 month its speaker stopped workink. I submitted it to the company's service centre at Vibrae tech Patel Nagar New delhi on 27/02/08.
                              They said that problem will be resolved in 1 week, but after 1 week i called them and got reply that the set can't be repaired will be replaced with new one. But at that time replacement was not done and the reply was there is no any stock.

                              Since then i called several times to vibrae tech, companies okhla service centre but got no any satisfactory answer. Some said set will be perlaced some one say it will be repaired.

                              Further i cALLED TO THEIR call centre twice but got no any reply.

                              Then i managed to get no of companies regional sales head Mr. Rajesh ([protected]). I made a call to him thrice always he made a commitment thet after 2 days set will be replaced but till now problem is not resolved.

                                Sony Ericsson K550i — Poor after sale service!

                                I Soumik Roy,have purchasedk550i on 10th Dec 2007.My Cell IMEI No. is [protected].The Head Phone is not working for last month.When i went to Service Centre,they are wanting around 3-4 months to change the Head Phone.Its a long period.It is regrettable that a company of high esteem like yours is insensitive to customers.Can I get within few days?I would therefore, request you to look into the matter and take necessary legal action if possible against the company so that no customer is subjected to any sort of harassment undergone by me and help me in getting my money back with compensation for the damages.
                                A positive action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

                                Sony Ericsson K550i Handset — Bad Service

                                I Submitted my sony ericsson k550i handset for repairing on 19th feb'08 when it get hanging problem, its backlight was also not working properly and was not getting charged even . I was told dat i'll get it repaired aftre 10days when i visited service centre on 29th feb'08 they told that my handset is repaired when they showed it to me that was totaly dead was not getting on even, they again took it for repairing and said will give back aftr 15 days. when i went aftr 15days they again told that will take 5 days more. When i tried to complain in sony ericsson customer care they refuse to register complaint saying they are not concerned with these complaints on requesting again they told that will look in to the matter and will call back. On 20th march'08 i got call from customer care they told me that till 29th march'08 they will give my handset back aftre repairing it. on 29th march same story was there they told will take 2-3 days more but still i haven't got my handset back.

                                Sony Ericsson Phone k550i — Poor Customer Service (After Sales)

                                Sony Ericsson Phone K550i, make 07W16; IMEI No: [protected] developed display problem during the warranty period (problem 0799). The service centre at Agra failed to accept the fault of the product and put the onus on me for breaking the display panel! To avoid any unending debate and to get the phone functional, I offered to pay the price of the part being replaced during warranty period and because of some manufacturing defect. The price quoted was Rs. 1235=00 only.
                                The abovementioned phone was given for repair/ replacement on cost on MARCH 26, 2008 under case ID : 3 AG:[protected].
                                The phone has not been repaired or the part replaced even after a moth. The service centre is also unable to provide any date.
                                Ideallt the phone should have been replaced because of manufacturing defect. But even on payment they are unable to do it. There is defect in product and also defect in service which is unlike Japanese culture and tradition.

                                I have bought Sony Ericsson Mobile (Model no K550i cyber shot) in December'07.Now it's speaker phone is not working properly. I am not able to hear voice properly.
                                I have gone to service center of Baroda for Sony Ericsson mobile. (Shree ji Mobile).
                                But they are not answering me properly. They are trying to make me stupid by saying that this mobile is working very well...

                                Sony Ericsson / K 550i — repair of the handset

                                I have purchased a sony Ericsson k550i handset on[protected].It worked well for a year but started giving problem of system connecter in july 2008. So I took the handset to SE company repair center, Salora International Limited, jalandhar city on[protected]. My handset was under warranty period. They told me to collect the set by next week. I am keeping in touch with them ever since but no appropriate answer is been conveyed. My complaint ID is 13163 and IMEI number is [protected].I am facing lot of problem due to this inconveniance.
                                So kindly look to this matter with atmost urgency and kindly reply with the status.

                                Sony Ericsson K550i — bad after sale service

                                i purchased k550i last year on the 3rd of november i encountered a problem with my numberpad hence i submitted my piece to sony ericsson's service center at eternity mall thane(w) on 22/10/08 and i have not recived my phone till date on enquireing they say it would take still 10 days more.please guide me whom should i approach?

                                Sony Ericsson K550i — Babli Media-worst service centre

                                I brought Sony ericssion K550i from Sony world Ultadanga... after 6 month i found some black line on the camera screen.. I rush to Babli Media (as gided by sony world). After 7 day i submitted the handset they give me back..But within a month the problem appears again.. again i rush to the centre but this time the took nearly 1 and half month.. all the while the are saying that my set has only camera problem..but their head office if out of stock of k550 camera...
                                after constantly calling them when they appear to give it back. I found the motherbord, Display are changerd... I asked them why they change my mother board they said camera problem is generating from motherborad... why the hell the display is changed???? I got no answer. First they said motherboard is chandged from head office. But when i pointed out why phon number are stored which are not mine and motherboard stiker is worned off... they took the phone inside and again change the mother board.. I am sure the mother bord they have given is not a new one and there was no need to change it.. The display the have given now is having a few bright spot on it... I contactd many times with Sony ericsson customer care in Delhi But nothig happend... and even they are not signing on the delivery paper that i can prove that they have changed my Mother Board.. I feel a bit helpless there...Dose anything anyone can do against them or they will keep froading people???????

                                I purchased a sony ericsson mobile (K 550i) in December 2007 from Meerut dealer (Teens Gallery Nai Sarak Meerut) & after 11 months it has got a problem like key pad is not working & the silver shading from camera went off, for this when I reached the service centre in Meerut people there directly said that these problems with handset are not covered under warranty provided by sony ericsson & they refused to repair or replace the handset. And I am not satisfied with the after sales service provided by the service center & the company, kindly do something either get my mobile repaired or get it replaced other wise I'll have to complaint further.

Last month 28/12/2008 (Sunday) at 9:45 PM, some unknown person (2 No) came in pulser and snatched my mobile Sony Ericsson K550i while i was talking to my mam. I was walking in road. They came back and snatched and went fast. They have changed the sim card. My card is with me now. I have posted a complient in Virugambakkam Police Station. Till now no reply from them.                                 Babli Media Centre is very shady. My K750i had a display problem, which they fixed taking Rs.2300 .. after 6 days, the same problem appeared !! Now they have kept it for a month ... I have visited them 5 times and still it is not fixed !! Now they are saying it is a motherboard prob .. and they want Rs.3500 ! They have ruined my wonderful phone !! And they are very rude and inefficient people as well !!

                                  Somy erricson mobile was purchased by me in february:

                                  Status of mobile: dead
                                  Date: 13th march

                                  Called erricson customer care on 15th to confirm the timing and place of sonyerricson service center and got the status that lajpat nager service center will open until 1800 hrs (the same was confirmed from the service center also). when i visited the service center (at 1700 hrs) it was closed. i asked to log the complaint of the same at customer care as why it was closed before time and it was not mentioned while i talked to them in afternoon. the customer care executive refused to do so and didn't gave me the complaint number.

                                  The mobile was submitted to service center of faridabad by me on 19th march. the date of return after rectifying the error is not commited to me. when the status was checked by me on 26th march (specially had to visit for checking the status) and found that the mobile was lying at the service center only and was not sent to the main office. when i asked for the time i was told that it will take minimum (minimun) 15 days more and then also no firm date was given.

                                  Its a real harrasment to customer following up for his mobile so many time and not getting a justified answer. it seems that i had wasted 10000 rs just like that and sonyerricson people are not bothered about customer satisfaction.

                                  I feel that the service center (lajpat nager and faridabad "near escort") should be closed immediatly and the customer care person taking my call should be put out of job.

                                  Moreso sonyerricson should compensate me for all the damage done to me.

                                  i bought Sony Ericsson mobile phone K530I on 29'jUne 2008 from Hot Spot centre in Rohini Sector-8 (Near Madhuban chowk). On Thursday i.e. 3'July 2008 I was sitting in the office & found out that one of the key of my mobile is missing. The key was one that is just above the back key. i found it really shocking that such a branded company can make such low quality products. In the evening I went to the hot spot centre rohini but they were not at all supportive. Please do not buy any phone from that hot spot centre b'coz their after sales support is nil. they told us to go to Sony Ericsson service centre which we did. But they also did not give any satisfactory answer. They said that they will contact the company & then let us know what can be done. I really feel cheated. I think one should buy cheap phones only & not branded like Sony Ericsson. It's disgusting.
                                  i purchased the mobile of sony ericsson w810i from amritsar hot spot liberty market.After two months it started giving me the problem with camera i went to the service center several times thaey told me that we have repaired ur set but the problem was still there, then i called at the company at[protected] bt they have not given me the good response.I have very bad experience.So please give me the way out what should i do.Should i gp tp the consumer court because 7months warranty is still there.

                                  Mobile Defective and Bad Service from the sony erricson service centre

                                  Dear Sir/Madam:


                                  I would like to inform you of my dissatisfaction with the Sony Ericssion P1i mobile phone and the service provided. Since I have bought this phone, it has been working well, until recently it stopped functioning normally. I returned the phone to your customer service(Bangalore, Koramangala) on 20th January. The customer service representative informed me that the phone mother-board has to be replaced and they would make the phone ready in 10 days.


                                  1 Month later, the phone is still not working.I received my phone with the motherboard replaced on Feb 18, Within 2days i had to revisit the service center as the phone started hanging frequently. Had called and enquired about the phone on Feb 27th. The representative asked me to collect it on 2nd May and now there is something wrong with the camera.

                                  On each occasion they have kept the phone and apparently worked on it with no luck. Their attempts to resolve the problem have not been satisfactory and they finally claim that there is nothing more they can do to help me. It appears that we have reached this unfortunate situation compelling me to put forward my complaint to you.

                                  Sony Ericsson - Mobile — Defective Mobile

                                  I resident at Dwarka and purchased Sony Ericsson Mobile Handset W100i from Spice Retail Ltd., BI-1 Janak Puri New Delhi on 14-Nov-10. From the very first week of purchase the handset is giving some or the other problem. Every time visited to their service centre at Janak Puri they take the mobile handset with the statement firstly software, then battery and then keypad. Since that time the mobile handset is with them - for the last one and a half month. Still they are not assured and saying check around 7th Jan about the same.

                                  I am not able to understand that apart from software, battery and keypad what else is balance in handset and still they are not changing the same with new one or nor returning money. 10 days back when I had given that handset to service centre it was looks like old set. it is having lot of scratching on the same.

                                  I am requesting them to change the same but neither they are changing the same nor they are giving back a perfect handset. they themselves are confused that what is the problem in the same.

                                  the handset is having no battery backup. it takes 2-3 hrs time to charge and also showing full charge but in a one call ring it got discharged. speakers are also not working.

                                  I am feeling very helpless and toucher after purchasing the same. I lost money and also chasing them and they are not listening properly. when i shouted they only suggested me to send my complaint to consumer court.

                                  please help me and arrange a replacement with new set or return of money.

                                    This is sydeeswara Rao, I have purchased Sony Ericsson W580i model on 18th of dec 2007, mobile is not working properly; I have given mobile to Sony ericsson service center (Accel Frontline Limited greams road, Chennai).the problem with this mobile is automatically switched off, if some one calling to me i am getting noise sound and that person not able to hear the my voice, blue tooth is not working, camera is not working and mobile is hanging problem...most of the times my mobile is in service center, they were resolved problems but I am getting the problems again and again, I have spoken to the service center employees, they told me to write you, to replace mobile, is it possible to replace the mobile, if it is not possible I will go for consumer court ..i am waiting for your reply as soon as possible.

                                    I was given a weeks notice for its repair. When i called, they told me to wait 20 days. I.

                                      I have sony Ericsson mobile Model No.W810I.(POP Date:28.06.07) Its display not working. I went to one of the Service centre at Gurgaon, they kept my handset & gave me Service Tag with complaint ID covering it under warranty on 17.03.08. On 28.03.07 when I went to get the repaired handset, first they said that they have repaired it & working ok. When they produced me & checked it at their own they said still there is problem. Again they tried to repair it for one hour, but when they failed they said this handset is not covered under warranty and they will not repair it. They returned the handset as it is. I am realy frustrated by the behavier of their.

                                        Dear Sir/Mam,
                                        I have bought a Sony Ericsson W580i model on 2-Feb-2008 at Hyderabad.I bought a sim on 16-Feb-2008 and on the day one we started using it, I realised that It was not detecting the memory card, so I met the service center people over here.They told that piece can't be replaced but they will rectify the problem and send the piece in 10 - 15 days.Those people never called me up and after blogging them for 25 days, they told to come and collect the piece. I went to collect it but there itself I have noticed that there is a network connectivity problem and it is not detecting the sim now.The service center people still said they will get it rectified without replacing it.
                                        I am not at all satisfied with your service.I have not used the mobile for a single day .I am not even getting the feel of a new mobile worth 11, 000plus.I haven't recieved my mobile till now and more over the service center people are treating me as though they are doing a free service though my mobile is in warranty period.
                                        Is this the right way to treat a customer who purchased the goods believng in the brand name?

                                        As the piece has so many problems, I am not interested in collecting the same piece again and want a new piece of same model(replacement).
