harrasment by the service centre

i own a sony ericsson K550i and its within warranty period. i went to sony ericsson service centre B.M.SERVICES shop no-6, pearl palace, ghumar mandi, ludhiana. they gave me the set after 25 days of regular harassment of every two days. now also the cell is not fit to use as it shows alien charging whenever i try to charge the mobile. they just want to pass away the warranty period of my cell. i want to take a strict action against them....

Bad after sale service

I had bought Sony Ericsson P1i in November 07. The phone was working OK. Recently I noticed that the touch screen is not responding properly. After speaking to Sony customer service about it I gave it for repairs to Air connection ( Sony Ericsson authorised service center). ringing tone is low

I brought cell phone from From Sony Ericsson Model no: W810I, Invoice.No: 1664, dt of purchase# 30th Mar'08 worth of Rs.9000/-. The cell phone ringing output is low and getting hanged which happened more than 2 consecutives times and show room executives took the cell phone and repaired it.
