To whomever it may concern,
I have visited the sony ericsson serivce center(NEAR YMCA, LINK RD, ANDHERI WEST, PHONE:2671 3893, complaint id 11400, date visited 7th july, 2008. name of staff handling case: SHILPA) for a total of 5times in the last 3months due to some or the other problem, eg. call drops etc, phone hanging, buzzin noise, and numerous other problems. My phone is in the warranty period. It is extremely shameful that in the last week alone i had to visit the service centre thrice. They replaced the internal circuit (and did not inform me even after 10days, I had to call up the centre and enquire). After just one day o[censored]seage i discover that when i pick up the phone is is EXTREMELY hot and the battery charge dies out in a mere 2hours. ARE THERE NO QUALITY CHECKS PERFORMED AT THE SO CALLED "SERVICE CENTRE"??
So I had to take the phone to the service centre yet again, the engineer "fixed it" after a period of say 1-2 hours. WHY a newly replaced circuit has to serviced, is beyond my comprehension. They stated the reason as "moisture". Long story short, it is still in the same condition, battery dead within 2-3hours, WITHOUT using the phone, and now it is worse than before and I am left without a phone to use.
Even prior to this event, i had visited the centre approx 2-3months ago for the same problems, they claimed they would replace the circuit right then, but they only serviced it and the problems just kept cropping up in new and additional ways.
I have wasted enormous amount of time, effort, phonecalls into this whole situation and the level of service the world renowned sony ericsson offers is extremely service.
I request you to kindly address my situation ASAP since your staff that the centre has quite evidently made up their mind to waste a colossal amount of time with the outcome of poor results.

After 10 days we launched a complaint for breaking of key pad without any physical damage at Accel Front Line (Sony ericsson service center) in mysore but they have give reason as warranty has not covered for this problem.And i have send the broken key pad scaned copy to ur web site also by another service center located at Dev Raj urs road Mysore. And after few days i faced another problem in set of Not charging properly and again i went for that service center (Accel Front Line) and those people r taken 7 days for rectification and then we went after 7 days those people told that the board has some problem so kindly come after an week. Then we agree for that and we went after an week we got back our mobile.And for few days there was no problem in hand set after 15 days we again face the same problem but they people told that their is problem in board again and again we are facing same problem but due to this am facing so many problems please do needful for me otherwise i will go for consumer court and i will go for media also against the company
