Right now I am using sony ericsson K530i, there is no problem in using it provide me better sound quality and better picture and video quality, and I am totally happy with your companies mobiles, but I am totally fed up with sony ericsson's jack. There is no complain from my side to you but I want only this you should have to change your's jack. It makes reliable to consumers. If your company will change their phone's jack there purchase rate of consumer will increase.

sub standard sony ericsson service centre.
inefficient service.
service engineer not knowledgeable; entire flex change for the ringer not working.

I purchased a sony ericson mobile j10i2 (Elm) on Sunday 2/01/11
i have problem with camera ...it's 5MP camera but photo is very bad & also same line are come in photo
I visited 5/01/11 Sony Ericsson center (mobile technology, D.N. nagar.Andheri-W ) i show them the problem also uploaded new software but problem remain same I, said for new mobile but they not ready ... shopkeeper ready to replace but service centers not ready not even accept it's faulty mobile.they not stop here they said it happen in all mobile it's not big thing that meaning Sony Ericsson selling bad product under the wrong information they ditch customer.

Complain no: 89328586 and workoder no: SE311SS210038. I had bougt a SE Xpeira X2 on 02 12 2010 from the day one it has lot of problem I think it is a worst mobile phone plz try to retrun back my hard earn money.

Before 15 Month I purchase Sony Ericsson W995 by amount of 24500/-, but after 6 month Display gone then i make free service at OVEZ COMMUNICATION BANGALORE,
After Two month i am getting Charging Problem then also i make free service at OVEZ COMMUNICATION BANGALORE
After three Month i getting Again Display Problem so i submitted at OVEZ COMMUNICATION BANGALORE then he collect 1800/- and make Service but after Two Month again i am getting Charging Problem then i went at OVEZ COMMUNICATION BANGALORE he collect phone under Silip No. 2350 on[protected] but after one week he told me that we cant make service and returned..........

i am using sony ericsson xperia x10 ..the phone started mal-functioning so had given my phone to sony ericsson services center as phone is under waranty. they had promised me that they would replace the board of the phone in 7 days time as it was faulty but now its already 14 days and still when i contact them they dont tell me the exact date that they would give my phone.

Sony Ericsson - Spiro Mobile — Not as per the specifications

Hi, My Name is Shashikanth Sammiti ( [protected] ), I had recentely purchased two Sony ericsson Mobile phones (dec 26th 2010) from Univercel Showroom. As per the specifications it was told that Battery back up of the mobile is 4hrs talk time, 20 hrs music, 476 standby. But from the day one the battery back up is getting drained very fast (Hardly one Hr). In addition to that there are many problems of phone getting hanged frequently, geting swtich off and on autmatically. when I took to the Sony Ericsson authorized service center ( Shristi services, Domlur), they had upgraded the software and returned the sets.. Even after the upgradation problems still persists for which Shristi services Domlue confirmed that they had escaled the issue to Sony ericssion and expeecting an updated version of software in end of february 2011 and asked to wait until then.

is this the kind of customer satisfaction Sony ericssion is providing? After paying the money, why should we wait for sony to fix the issues for the phone. Can I get the phones replaced.. Request you to intevene and resolve the issue.

I have purchased my Mobile Phone on 15.10.2010, Invoice Number LC/2009/10/3360, Sony Ericsson Model No-J-105i, from kamla nagar, Lotus Communications.

After 3 months its keypad had been broke. So I went to your service center the name of Care on Services Address, 153-D Kamla nagar delhi-7. But there is no any single person who registered my complaint. I am very upset to saw the behaviour of your employees. Is this a the way to handle a Customer. Today is 15-1-11 and till the day no any satisfactory reply from your service center. & yesterday 14 January 2011 I was talk to Service Center kamla nagar they said do not submitted your Cell Phone because key paid not available in our store.

I hope you can understand my problem sir, so its my heartiest request to you please take some seriously action against them n about this matter as early as possible. So I can use my Phone properly.
