[Resolved]  Split LG Ac — NO SERVICE

Today I got a call from mobile # [protected] stating the we wanted to come to see the AC, when I asked him for his name he very rudely told me they he can only Come to see the AC if this doesn't suit us to CARRY ON WRITING & CAN DO TO THE SUPREME COURT & cannot give his name
I guess this is the reason LG is going down after Mr. Kim left.
We will see you in Consumer Court. & if need be in Supreme Court.
However this is not the last you have heard from us. We will take this issue to the top to get a resolution of such arrogant behavior from your Employees & your ASC

Currently our complaint No. RNA[protected] DT 1.6.2012 STILL REMAINS PENDING INSPITE WE HAVING SPOKEN TO MR. SATISH BHATIA ON HIS MOBILE # [protected] & MR. Y.P.SETH ON MOBILE # [protected].
It is apparent that LG personal have become Thick Skinned & dam care about their customer.

LG Air Conditioner — No Service

I have purchased a LG air conditioner two months ago. With in two months it has stopped functionning. After contacting customer care several times, after coup0le of days one person had came and checked and reported as there is major problem in the compressor. After that there is no action taken. I am keep on asking about the issue but no satisfactory result. its near 20 days i have complaint about the problem. In this peak summer i purchased LG A/C in order have a good sleep but LG has taken away my sleep instead. In my life i will never rely on LG nor i will suggest anyone for any LG product.

LG Airconditioners — No service

We have purchase one air conditioner detailed mentioned below, and the same was been installed by Skan Enterprises.(Authorised distributors and dealers of LC products). With a week the gas was leaked from the same and we lodged a service request for the same.But to our utter surprise while visited by your service engineer ( Mr. Tanmoy Adhikary) on August 29, 2008, the same was not repaired saying that the istallation is not proper and dangerous. We are very surprised to know that at the time of installation the same was not dangerous and while servicing the same became dangerous. Till date the same has not been repaired. Every day we are lodging a service request at the LG service centers.

I have made a request on 18th Feb for servicing of my AC (request no. C[protected]) for which I had specifically told Mr. Suresh who attended my call that send the servicing guy after 2:30 since my office closes at 1:30 and I would reach home after 2:30. I got a call on 19th Feb by the servicing guy that I would be coming tomorrow i.e 20th Feb but he did not turn up after waiting for him till 6:00. I called up call center and Mr. Hiten Parmar told me that I apolozise for the same but the servicing guy would reach at your place at 8:00 on the same day i.e 20th Feb but again he did not turn up. Fed up I called call center again the next day i.e 21st Feb and Mr. Saurabh told me that the servicing guy had come to your place at 1:00 since the appt has been fixed for 1:00. I am clueless why he had come to my place at 1:00 when my office closes at 1:30 and there is no chance that I would reach home at 1:00?????. Secondly this update was not given to me by Hiten Parmar when I called on 20th Feb why did he tell me that the servicing guy would be coming to your home at 8:00. After all this mess Saurabh took my request again request no. C[protected] and have assured me that the servicing guy would attend to my call within 24hrs. Today i.e. 22nd Feb I got a call from Mr. Nadeem (Contact No.[protected] and he said he can send the guy before 1:00 today I have told him I had made the request on 18th Feb because we are available at home only after 7:30 during weekdays so why are you sending him at 1:00 to which he said then you should have said specifically to the call center that send service guy on Saturday or Sunday to which I gave I told him I had told this to the call center and they said the servicing guy had come on Saturday at 1:00 to which he said okay I will check why he had been to your home at 1:00 when the request was to reach at your place after 2:30. After 5 mins he (nadeem) gives me a call again and tells me that the servicing guy had come at 4:00??? Please make me understand the gap between the time said by your call center and the servicing guy.





I am totally fed up with your service it’s been 9mths since I bought this product and I have got only 1 servicing out of the 3 promised. I had made n no. of calls for servicing in these 9 mths only to get the same feedback. I have washing machine/fridge and microwave of LG I feel I have been cheated. I was supposed to buy LED TV from LG yesterday but after such a wonderful service experience I bought Samsung.

LG AC — NO SERVICE

No sevice backup for AC Make LG Model :LSA3ZP5NTY1 1 T purchased on 04/09/2010.

Only received 2 Free service thereafter no service received.
