[Resolved] St Courier — Package lost & Wrong delivery | |
I have applied pan card in december.From Uti(Pan Service) despatch it on 03-01-09, pan no:CDAPS6613Q, App no:[protected], coup no:27457908, but till now i have not received my pan card. i called courier office (ST Courier) they said its delivered on[protected]. i told i am not receive my pan card, they simply said we give delivery man cell no u ask him. and they not responsible for my complaint.i called many time that man he didn't attand the phone, only one time he came and meet me, till now he didn't find my pan card. my pan card is very urgent. I feel this company(ST Courier) very poor in courier service... what i do for this cases pls help me... Was this information helpful? | |

Sir please send ST Courier main branch address in my email id. I am collect the courier.

see my dear customer many times what happen that if any person on addresse door collect stating it, s my then the delevery boy might have delevered to him i thing so
but i request you please dont blame any company, i request courier authoriety to take prequations wile deleverig document inspect with id proof with there id no
one last advice to complanent that every delevery boy take consignment Enough care more then his money as this is a his responsiblity many comptitive company do only to gain name & fame which act & save advertisement cost mouth advertisement has the top power in this indistry
the one request to all courier, post, parcel recivers please conform who is the booking person (who is the sender who sent this ? ) dont blindly accept any thing in the form of courier, post, parcel until u r completly aware of sender,
these days if any thing is being accepted by third person this photo of the courier reciver should be snap so as a proof
