I have sent a courier from Chennai to Trichy on 26th Feb 2016 (11 AM) but till 29 Feb 2016 (today) 05:30PM it was not delivered. It was sent through ST COURTIER COMPANY. If I send via postal service the document may be deliver within 2 days. But the ST courier took more than 4 days. I paid 40rs charge for this parcel. Worst service from ST Courier.

    Sent some important documents on 12nd Jan 2016.But they didn't deliver it till 18th jan 2016 and raised complaint on 20th Jan 2016.I called them manytimes on, but received very worst customer service, they didnt even know where is my shipment present now.where is my parcel.
    Iam go to consumer court.

      I k.diwahar sent a courier on (12/02/2016) to cuddlore my consignment number [protected]
      at ST courier thillai nagar trichy, while placing the courier at courier office they told me that it will not be safe when transporting at normal courier, (normal courier charges rs.40), so send this parcel via ST courier priority services this charges rs.150, they told me this is the safest way to transport hand carry(priority courier) of the parcel so there is no chance of damage, then only i proceed to send the courier, but today(13/02/2016) the parcel which is damaged while opening in front of the ST courier delivery man, then the delivery man told contact trichy branch, then i contact to trichy branch they are irresponsible, they are not answering me properly,

        My friend sent a parcel through ST courier to my college address. It reached trivandrum. But the trivandrum st courier employees resent back to the address from where it was sent and informed that no one was to get the parcel. But they dont even come to college. They are too lazy to deliver the parcel. if they are too lazy to deliver a parcel, then why should they are doing courier business??

            POD No:[protected] booked on 1st from Ramnad- Anand Medical store to Niyamaa Life Sciences, Mylapore, Chennai-4. but till date not recieved despite follow from both NIYAMAA and Anand. Initialy they said address is not proper then we gave proper address too, but with of no use. On top of it we are not getting proper reply and the person who is talking also very arrogant in replying to us.

                          Why the hell they are still alive? No proper response worst website worst customer care. People getting cheated that they are delivering at correct time. I sent my courier by 3rd Nov 2015 still now there is no proper response. They said that they ll deliver within 2 days. What's the date I'm posting ? Government should ban these type of courier service.

                            A courier contains of important letter has sent to me on 28.10.2015 from madurai.I have to receive that courier on 29.10.2015 in chennai.Till date i didnot reveive that courier.I gave a complaint to Mr.Navarasan who is a branch incharge in Thiruvottiyur branch, Chennai.But he used abuse words and told that I will not get that courier on time.Now I wanted to know the reason for the delay and his filthy response.

I have called to the respected office (ST courier, Guduvancherry, Kanchipuram district) and there is no proper response from the staff and they are talking very rudely.                                       I sent a Courier 3 weeks back to Trivandrum from ST Courier. They dint deliver the courier. Also there was no response from ST Courier. We reached the Customer care number and then got confirmed that it was returned. The reason was unknown. They gave us a number. This Guy dint pick the phone even after repeated attempts. after 20 days I again called the Customer care. They gave me a manager number who gave me another number. This new guy told me that the Address was not clear and they customer dint pick the call. A LIE. They actually dont have service till Kerala. They dint reveal this when I booked. Now he asked me to send the courier through Professional Courier!!! ST Courier has wasted 20 days. worst Courier Company Ever.
