We are from Suryabala Honda, coimbatore One small parcel booked for us from Sasi Auto Enterprises, Madurai. dated 20/05/15. But that parcel did not delivered to our-self till now. That parcel was very urgent to us. If we contact st courier by this number ([protected]) no response for us. Pls take necessary action to delivered our parcel immediately....

Already, I had received a day delay the parcel. Added that, at that time of delivering the courier, ST courier person words were very harsh. I have mentioned one landmark near to my home. He is asking me to come & collect in that mentioned landmark. Is this the way, treating customer? Is this customer duty to come and collect from landmark which we mentioned for ease access?
