We have booked a parcel to medlife agencies ernakulam on 18/06/2016 with pod no [protected] but st courier not delievry the goods saying that they have to gain amount from jodhpur franchie. As this is their internal matter how can they block my consignment. Since it conating medicine of quotation order i have incurred a loss of 50000. Know who is the responsible for the same

This is mr. R sankar - managing partner of m/s. Shiv sankara healthcare enterprises selling agent of m/s. Glenmark located at manali, chennai 600 068, doing our business and you are aware that you have been doing courier services for moving our product through cases/boxes to various places and its monthly business rs.80, 000/- for the past 9 years.
Now i would like to bring to your notice that i had booked valuable parcel to dr. S. Sowmiya, kattala house, po medical college, valappaya, trissur 680596 on 7th june 2016 from manali wide your receipt no.[protected] dt.7.6.2016. As of to-day (22.6.16) the said booked parcel was not delivered.
In this regard i spoke several times to your local office and finally i spoke to your vadakhancheri office also on 21.6.16 and there is no proper responses from your office. The consignee dr. S sowmiya also approched your vadhankanchery office on 21.6.16 and there is no proper response to the dr. Returned with mental stain.
This type of incident happen to us to make stress us to consider your business with us in future and more over why not we deduct sum of rs.20, 000/- towards the time lapse as compensation.

I have sent an courier through ST Courier for First Flight on 06 june 2016 but still today (15 june 2016) it is not delivered. the tracking status is the same as before it is not showing the latest one. Had follow up many times to deliver. Had supplied them with the receiver phone number and timing of the office to deliver. it is the working hour time only but still no proper response, they are giving false reply as it is delivered.
Never to believe on ST courier. Just waste of your money. They are playing with the trust of the customer, they dont even know the seriousness of any courier material i guess. too much frustrate on the service.

Worst behavior of your franchisee [no 9/85, east garden road, fair lands, salem - 636016, opposite soodamani hospita]
He's name logu [ [protected]]. Using bad words and then worst behavior.
Then he was told can't deliver your product you will tell any one of my higher staff don't mind. My question is why your guys service to me like this now i plan to file case against to st courier and that franchisee guy logu.

I sent a courier with tracking number [protected] from Bangalore to Gurgaon. The courier was sent on May 6th, today is May 15th and the courier did not reach the destination yet. As per the company website also, the package is not delivered. I raised online complaints using the stcourier official website and my query is unheard by the authorities. The documents I have sent is for medical re-imbursement occured during one of my international travel and the total bill amount is around INR: 157000. If this does not reach the destination within next 2 days, my medical claim will become void.I am afraid I am going to lose that amount just because of these irresponsible people and company.

I have sent a courier of 15.75 Kg from Marthandam to Mannarkudi (Booking ID: [protected]) and the product that I sent got damaged while they shipped it from Nagercoil to Trichy. I have given a writtem letter to the incharge in Marthandam office for the claim and I have oral communications with Chennai, Trichy and Nagercoil Incharge, none is responding properly. I am not sure to whom I need to escalate this.

Please help me out in getting my clainm without any delays.

I have sent my important company documents to my HO in Trivandrum. Till now it hadn't been delivered. I booked a week back for next day delivery paying extra amount. When I contacted the Trivandrum courier office they mentioned that door was locked. I cudnt understand how a firm / office will be locked where 30 to 40 employees are working. With lot of pain I got the delivery person number after couple of days and he was dubing that he knew the director of the company and has delivered the morning itself..also when I asked who had signed and collected he was not able to tell. Real cheaters . so think before using this service provider.

I sent by your courier to state bank of india, devadanapatti branch (Pod : [protected]) containing audited papers on 12.04.2016. Till today (16th april 2016) noon, it was not delivered. The response from your side is very poor. I am totally dissatisfied.

I have sent parcel through ST courier on 02.04.2016, to villupuram in the name of Zelous Pharmaceuticals., who receives couier from ST on daily basis, the docket no: [protected], when the receiver called to villupuram they have apologized and promised to deliver on tuesday, but finally when i called to the head office and requested they have delivered today by 6pm, without delivering on time to the regular parties whats the fun in sending courie??

I'm barath.P.R from tiruvannamalai. My amway online orders are processed through st couriers. Usually, it takes only 2 working days to deliver the products. But nowadays, they take 5 days or 6 days or deliver whenever they feel convenient.

Asking them several times only costed my money and time. The people in st couriers, tiruvannamalai should be taught on what is service all about, how to respond to a customer query and how to deliver consignment in time.

Late delivery costs me financial losses as customers are dissatisfied with the same. Can st couriers do anything at all to solve this issue?

My residence is just 1.5 km from bus stand, but they are not able to deliver my products in time; saying no autowala comes, no service boy available, etc. It's their problem and i have nothing to do about it. I need my consignments delivered in 2 working days.

Please help me solve the issue by taking severe action against st couriers.

I sent a courier to tirunelveli at month of February first week, But still courier did not reach where i have sent .how long it will take to reach.

I have sent a courier from Chennai to Trichy on 26th Feb 2016 (11 AM) but till 29 Feb 2016 (today) 05:30PM it was not delivered. It was sent through ST COURTIER COMPANY. If I send via postal service the document may be deliver within 2 days. But the ST courier took more than 4 days. I paid 40rs charge for this parcel. Worst service from ST Courier.

Sent some important documents on 12nd Jan 2016.But they didn't deliver it till 18th jan 2016 and raised complaint on 20th Jan 2016.I called them manytimes on, but received very worst customer service, they didnt even know where is my shipment present now.where is my parcel.

at ST courier thillai nagar trichy, while placing the courier at courier office they told me that it will not be safe when transporting at normal courier, (normal courier charges rs.40), so send this parcel via ST courier priority services this charges rs.150, they told me this is the safest way to transport hand carry(priority courier) of the parcel so there is no chance of damage, then only i proceed to send the courier, but today(13/02/2016) the parcel which is damaged while opening in front of the ST courier delivery man, then the delivery man told contact trichy branch, then i contact to trichy branch they are irresponsible, they are not answering me properly,

My friend sent a parcel through ST courier to my college address. It reached trivandrum. But the trivandrum st courier employees resent back to the address from where it was sent and informed that no one was to get the parcel. But they dont even come to college. They are too lazy to deliver the parcel. if they are too lazy to deliver a parcel, then why should they are doing courier business??

POD No:[protected] booked on 1st from Ramnad- Anand Medical store to Niyamaa Life Sciences, Mylapore, Chennai-4. but till date not recieved despite follow from both NIYAMAA and Anand. Initialy they said address is not proper then we gave proper address too, but with of no use. On top of it we are not getting proper reply and the person who is talking also very arrogant in replying to us.

Send a courier frm kanchipuram on 31 st dec still didnt received... when enquired on nagercoil st courier they were saying no vechicle nd we have enquired today only ... irresponsible guys ... i hope st courier will look into this matter ... if it continues st courier will loose their customers
