Hi All,

Please dont prefer ST Courier for anything. Because i have sent courier on 10-10-11 to symboisis university, pune.Its very important document regarding my PG, This courier should reach before 15-10-11 to the university. If its fail to reach before 15th, i will not able to do my PG.Before sending the courier i enquired with delivery person in ST Courier, whether my courier will reach the destiny before 15th? he said it will reach 12th or 13th dont worry. On 13th i checked the delivery status it shows in transit, i thought it will reach. Today when i checked, the delivery status, shows some maintenance is undergoing we will back soon. I felt very bad after seeing this. So avoid ST Courier forever

I send a courier ( no[protected] on[protected] , from chennai to Delhi under ST COURIER service. they assured me that the courier'll be delivered by 48 hrs & i paid Rs. 270 ( wt of curier = 1.9 kg). But the courier is not yet delivered to its destination and they'v been showing different reasons & saying that it 's been delivered.. its been 10 days & THE COURIER didn't reached its destination..even the online trackin g of courier is showing the DELIVERY REPORT as PENDING...PLZ help me

The Courier service rendered by ST Couriers www.stcourier.com is of very cheap quality and a very very bad service. They lie to the customers a lot and get business from them. Then they do not keep up their words. I wanted a document for my US Visa filing. The document was submitted from ST courier branch Ramapuram,Chennai on 6th september 2011 at 6 pm with destination address as Whitefield,Bangalore. They promised to deliver by 7th sep 2011 at whitefield,Bangalore. But did not even deliver it by 9th sep 2011 also. The bangalore whitefield courier office responsible person also spoke very irresponsibly and the courier boy did not even take the phone and respond to the urgency....I kindly request you to take severe action against such irresponsible persons who play with other's lives without any sense...

I am working in Wipro Technologies(CDC 5-Chennai).My parents had sent a courier from Mysore
(Karnataka) dated 19th june to me.It is almost nearing a month. But I have not yet recevied the courier. The consignment number is[protected]. Will I get my courier? I have attached the acknowledgement which I received from my office stating they have not received. Can I you help me in getting the courier???

I had sent a courier to Calcutta from Bangalore via road by ST Courier the receipt number of which is mentioned above. I was told that the same would be reaching the destination in 2 days, but in turn it reached after 7 days. But the most astounding part was that only half the items of the parcel reached. One Bag worth Rs. 1100/- and a watch worth Rs. 2000/- were missing/stolen from the parcel. I called their office and other numbers mentioned in the site to complain but they kept on giving me different numbers to lodge my complain. Finally I landed up with the number [protected]. I called this number on Wednesday and the man promised to revert back the next day. Obviously he did not revert. Moreover when I called again he pretended to be in a meeting and promised to call again. Obviously he did not call again.
Today since morning I’m trying to call this number and obviously he is not picking up. Moreover he has disconnected my line intentionally.

The negligence towards the customers in every front is just indicating the fact that this service is highly unprofessional.

I have no hopes for them to revert back considering the treatment I have got till now.

Please suggest what needs to be done??

WE SEND A MATERIAL FROM MADURAI PALANGANATHAM TO CHENNAI THROUGH ST COURIER ON 27.10.2010.THE POD IS[protected]. BUT THE MATERIAL IS NOT DELIVERED YET.

AS PER THE STATEMENT GIVEN BY ASM OF MADURAI ST COURIER " THE MATERIAL IS NOT ENTER IN TO HUB" SO THE MATERIAL IS THEFT BY ST COURIER PALANGANATHAM, MADURAI.

THEY ARE NOT GIVING ANY PROPER RESPONSE FOR THE PAST 7 MONTHS.

ST COURIER MANAGEMENT ALSO NOT CARING ABOUT THIS ISSUE.


PLEASE HELP US TO GET THE PROPER SOLUTION.

I sent a valuable courior to bihar betiah on 26th april 2011.I gave all the details of the sender n recieving person including phone numbers clearly. The courier persons DID not deliver it and neither they called me to inform the delivery return. Now when I confirmed from the recieving person today 1st june after lots of trouble and losses being caused to me, I informed the courier guys but now they say its not their fault they will not refund my money and they are no more responsible for the losses. Please help

Hi,I am Monika Dey from chennai,I havve couried some medicines and stuffs on 23rd May through ST courier to West bengal. It has not reached yet and they are not giuving me proper info[protected] ,on this number few peoples are just cracking jokes and using abusive they are nnot giving any valid respond to my calls. its very urgent, kindly do the needful

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have send courier ( #[protected] from the ST courier Teynampet branch (ST Courier, 141, Eldams Road, Teynampet, chennai - 600018 ) on 12.01.2011. But still it is not delivered to the receiver address. I have registered a complaint on the branch (comp. ID#: 1217). More than 3 times I went to the branch. But it is still not delivered. They have not called me to update the status. Again I went to this Teynampet branch on 25.01.2011, the customer care executive told your parcel was missed out by Trichy branch.
This is an irresponsible answer by them.

I have send the courier (dress to my sister's baby for Pongal festival). ST courier takes more than 15 days, but did not they delivered. I have totally disappointed with their service. Please do the needful to get my parcel back.

This is for your kind information that I am Devaraj, My brother Alban send Parcel to Kerala Ranni, Patanam Thitta, for Home Appliances. The value is more than 6000/- But the booking man said within 3 days the parcel will send. But not yet the parcel doesn't gone. Totally 8 days. the Parcel is carrying another person to saudi arabia. till not yet send. so you have to take action to the concerned ST courier company. Now i contact that person, his mobile is switch off, the office no is out of order. the delivery office of ranni it have the same problem. what shall i do? 26 th january is holiday. So i have a lot of expenses. So i want take action of the particular courier. I want penalty value. so i am affected by money and mentally. The parcel will send the Saudi Arabia Address or i take criminal action I want penalty more than 1 lakh. This is for my caution. Thanking you,

Had sent a international courier.It was not delivered on time.delayed by 2 days.When called around 1000 times they always give improper data . THey dont respond or behave properly.Worst service i have ever seen.Frustrated by their service.

Day before yester day (30th dec’2010) one important letter sent to me from your Avadi branch courier office ( To Hosur). Till this time I have not recd that letter. Yester day when I telephoned and asked ur office and they said due to some reasons letter was not dispatched and the same u will get today (1st Jan2011).We are sending the letters by courier for urgent requirement and safety purpose only. If we are not getting in time and proper response why we have to select ur courier services

Hi I sent one courier through ST courier from chennai to trivandrum, but for a very long time it was not delivered and when i asked the Customer care people they told that it has reached trivandrum and will be delivered in few days. And when I checked the status through online it showed that the courier has reached Andaman Nicobar. But the customer care people told me that it was some typing mistake like that. But after taking weeks the ST courier person from trivandrum called me and told that they will not deliver the courier to the destination town. In the TV ad of ST courier they are showing that they will deliver to all places but they are not behaving like that. Atleast the people who bought courier from me should have told this. But after months of time till now the courier has not been delivered. I need to raise this as a complaint.

MY BROTHER SENT ONE COURIER FROM THRISSUR TO CHENNAI ON 7TH OCT 2010 THRO ST COURIER(AWB NO.[protected]. AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THEY ASSURED THAT THE GOODS WILL BE DELIVERED ON 8TH OCT OR 9TH OCT AND THEY WILL CHARGE AROUND RS.250/-.
T'DAY IS 12TH OCT 2010, STILL THE GOODS ARE NOT YET DELIVERED. I PHONED SOMANY TIMES AND TALKING WITH SO MANY PEOPLES IN ST COURIER BUT NOBODY GIVE PROPER RESPONSE. I...

I sent a courier by ST Courier. When i took the weight it was .5kg. The courier agent took the charge for 1kg saying he will return it if the courier weight will be .5kg. When i got the bill the bill was torn at the place where the weight was written.

He did not show me the original bill.

The agent shop is at Secunderabad.

I sent a courier containing a gift to Ernakulam.But the gift while received there was completely damaged. shattered into pieces. Already courier was delivered very late and was also damaged. I sent it by 31/08/2010 and it was received by 09/09/10.
I feel very pity on this issue. How can believe any more on this courier service?
Very bad. People has to take care while transporting. I the company to reimbruse or I complaint this issue to the higher officials. Soon I will upload the photos of the damaged part.

india) 26/07/2010. but till today it was not reached. i wasted $50 in making phone call to india daily regarding my document, they said me that u will get delivery today .but never get delivery. and i call to india & singapore couries office no body don't know what is the status.

SUBJECT: COURIER SENT ON 02-APR-2010 NOT RECEIVED AS YET

I was to recieve two packages of courier AWB No.[protected] &[protected] sent from ST Courier Al Ain, UAE from my relative. After constant reminders to Khaja tel no.[protected], one of the package was received AWB No.[protected]. The person Khaja who collected the package was in a hurry as if he knew that he could make one of the packages lost.

However, there seems to be not trace of AWB No.[protected]. We have been calling Khaja tel no.[protected] & Jayanti/Naja [protected] regarding this matter well before the courier claim becomes invalid. I am always told to call after 3-4 days or a week. Sometimes they say the package is lost & then they as that they are seaching for it. I have phone records to prove that I have called you well before the claim invalidity period. This package was sent with hard earned money of my relative. The weight of the package was around 27 kg. It was worth more than DH 3000.

Kindly look into this asap.

But not yet recieved by the adresee and not returned back to me due to this delay the adresee unable to produce the document in the interview so she is at the verge of losing the job and despite of calling so many times at above mentioned mob.no, they are not responding properly.

Hi,
I am Garuni. i am living in Porur.
One of my friend had sent me a document via ST courier from Coimbatore on 21st of April around 10AM. its been more than 48 hours now and i am yet to receive the document.When i called these guys they simply say that they do not have any time. these are the happenings for the past 2 days;
Day-1:[protected]
10:00AM - Couries is registered in coimbatore and it is promised that they will deliver it before 12:00 noon the next day.

Day-2:[protected]
1:00 PM - i made a call to ST courier customer support. they gave me a mobile number and asked me to contact the person.

1:15 PM - the person told me that the delivery boy had taken the document and i will receive it within 3 PM that day.

3.30 PM to 4.30 PM - made several calls to the mobile number. they did not even bother to pick it up and around 6 times the person picked up and after hearing my voice he disconnected the call.

5:00 PM- called back to the customer service and spoke to the manager stating him the problems. he promised me that my document will be at my foot steps before 6 max.

6.30 PM - did not receive the courier; they are picking up my call and disconnecting ; called up customer care and just heard that ST courier operates only between 9 AM to 6 PM.

7:00 PM - called up the mobile number from my land line, some one picked up the call and just shouted at me telling that it is time for them to leave the office and cannot answer any calls.

7:15 PM- again called them and pleaded that the document is quite urgent and requested them if i can come and get it collected from office. they told me to come before 8 PM.

7:45 PM- i was half way through to the office and just called them to tell that i will reach in another 15 mins. some other person took the phone and started shouted telling that the courrier boy had met with an accident and is admitted in the hospital.
i told him that the courier had a ticket for my next days travel and it is really important. he started using bad words and raised his voice telling that all the documents are in the courier boy's house.
when i asked him how can he leave it in a place other than courier office he simply told me that it is none of my business and he CANNOT deliver it today at any cost.
this argument went on and i got really frustrated and hung up the call.

Day-2:[protected]

i had to cancell my trip since my document which was the key for the trip got held up with these people.
i did not receive any calls till 2 PM.
again i called them up and asked them about the status. the person told me that i will receive it in another 1 hour time. again nothing happend.

3.30 PM - called up the customer care and told the manager the whole story and requested them.
the person told me he will make necessary actions and i will receive it in another 30 mins time. he made a call to porur branch and enquired keeping me on hold. he told me that the porur guy had told that the address is not clear. when i asked him about the accident he simply disconnected.

its 5:50 PM now and i did not hear from them. none is picking up the call.

Will ST couriers ever understand their customer needs and respond to this problem...???
