I had booked a parcel via ST Courier to Kozhencherry, Kerala on Oct 13th from their Velachery Office. The package has not been delivered to date and in spite of repeated follow-ups with their Velachery Office (in-person), help line number[protected] and with their Kochi Hub office and Thiruvalla office, I haven't received any update on where the parcel is or when it will be delivered. The answer being given is that their system is down or the contact person is not answering the phone etc.

I need help to get ST Courier to either return the parcel to me or have it delivered

MISSING THINGS

I had sent a parcel of printing process film sivakasi to kappalur (Near Madurai) on 14/10/2014. But our client was received the courier without material.only packing. what can i do?

ST Couriers AW Bill No.[protected] Courier from Srivilliputur to Qatar. Guaranteed time -5 DAYS
Booked at Sriviliiputtur on 11th Oct 2012; reached Madurai on 12th Oct 2012..there kept on hold by them untill 19th Oct 2012 (i have no clue about the reason)
then after several follow ups to the mobile number [protected] (Madurai HUb) they had promised it would reach Qatar on 21st Oct 2012.. Now on 23rd Oct 2012 5.55pm - no sign of delivery. Phone also not picked up by them; [protected] switched off. everyday phoning up and following.
Such a worst service and irresponsible answers and behaviour from them..

PLease investigate and recommend the people NOT TO USE this courier company

Respected sir/madam,
This month 2.09.09 I send courier from Vellore to Chennai(West Tambaram) till date courier will not to respcetive(My Area Bussiness Manager) person.More ever i complaint to Chennai Corporate Office Number[protected] from Saturday onwards till today(9.09.09).There is no response. my courier booking number[protected].From Saturday to Wednesday i spend nearly 50 Rupees for phone. Am not worryed about courier is not send. I need Reimbursment.What are bills i send in the courier,that bills i get duplicate i give it to my ABM By Bus so i need bus expenses.so kindly give immediate response.My phone number [protected]

8th August i booked an air courier in ST COURIER PALLAVARAM to mumbai....The air courier of ST COURIER is reached very early period,that is one week..My goods are stolen by them....i made a complaint to them the said they will get back the stolen materials so soon....but the date now is 4th september till now nothing is found and NONE IS ANSWERING MY PHONE....By interacting to them i came to know that this is done by understanding...

Dear Sir / Madam

I had booked a Visa Document Courier at your Jaihindpuram Branch vide [protected] on 13th January 2014 at 10.00 am to Delhi. I enquired about the operation and delivery schedule. Your representative confirmed me that the document would be connected to Chennai on the same day and on 14th morning it would be sent to New Delhi by flight and then it would be deliverd on 15th (Wednesday). On 15th I was contacting the addressee and also tried to track through your online tracking and it was showing invalid Airway Bill. I tried to contact your agents on 15th and also on 16th and they asked me to provide the address of the delivery and I gave it. I stunned to notice that ST Courier is not having direct connection and they are sending that courier through Maruti Services and Customer as well as your Jaihindpuram Franchise can't track the document. Today I visited your Jaihindpuram Office and they were helpless and they just gave your Madurai HUB number and your General Manager did not response properly and did not even bother to attend my call. Later I visited ST Courier HUB (So Called Franchise Office at Kamarajar Salai) and enquired about the Courier and came to know that they had sent the Document on 16th only through Maruti Courier Services vide[protected]. According to Maruti, their system reflects the date as 16th and they assured that the document will be delivered only on tomorrow. Due to this above delays, the document could not reach the embassy and it will reach only on Monday. Monday they will process and I will receive the documents only on 24th of this month. I already booked my International Flight for 20th, now need to be postponed, and Rs. 12, 500 is postponing charges I had to incur now. All the above delays were happened due to your lithological, irresponsible, careless, ignorance staffs and you had cheated me by providing false assurance through your website. I need the reason for the delay and how can I be compensated due to your ignorance. R M Babu +91 [protected]

I sent a courier to mumbai on 8th august 2012 through st courier from pallavaram...I saw the weight was 6kg and 120 grams exactly...
But the persons who are pallavaram was discussing how much to charge(In urudu language)
At last they said rs.960 in air which will reach tomorrow 11a.M.
If i send in ordinary courier means only rs.930 they said....

So i chosen air cargo and paid rs.960 in which they not yet delivered yet the date today is 12th august 2012....

I am confused that they charged me correct or they over charged me.....
2nd is the husband and wife who works in st courier was very found of they material(Salwar suits) that i sent.....
That person where asking me to give them 1 pc of salwar set while packing....

I am afraid that my product will reach the destination or not....I have a doubt the people works in st> courier pallavaram has sent or not......

Please st courier head office should help me....

My courier sent from my native on 05/07/2012 is not yet delivered to me. On calling they said it has been delivered on 06/07/2012. I even checked with my neighbours. I have been following up with for past 4 days.No proper response. They did not even call me when courier person is not available. They simply delivered to someone else. My courier ID[protected]. Courier — Courier not delivered.

This is the worst ever courier company i have ever seen. Everytime any consignment assigned to this company, They would return back with out even visiting the address to deliver the consignment.
This is 5th time i am seeing this problem.

Very very Reckless- I think, its license needs to be cancelled (If there is any such system)

I have sent one courier in ST Courier from Chennai to Trivandrum (Kerala) on 6th August 2014 .
The courier is not yet delivered.

While checking in online tracking, it is shown as in transit state.

I do not understand what is happening there.

My consignment no : [protected].

Actually it requires one day for transit for my courier to reach its destination.
But now its one week gone and still waiting for its delivery.

Please do the needful to deliver it ASAP as some of my works are pending due to this delay in delivery.

my friend sent me a certificate through st couriers to my address(Gollapudi) Vijayawada on 2nd. that office people said that it will reach with in two days to Vijayawada.but even after 15 days also it was not reached.i had called to Vijayawada and Chennai st courier office people.but they are not at all responding.nearly i have called 30 times but they have attended only 5 or 6 times.that to they are telling the exact status of my certificate.every time when i have called they are telling that your certificate will come on the next day.after these things happened i came to know that 2 of my friends also lost their valuables because of this st couriers.this is the present working status of st couriers in Chennai and Vijayawada.Iam advising others who wants to send their things to other places ,please do not go for st couriers.

sent a parcel through ST courier from Dharmapuri to Kulasekaranpatnam on the 3rd of May. We waited for 30 days and never received a call from them till now about the delivery. The parcel contains Books 30 days past already and also finding difficult to reach the customer care people to track the status..

There is a consignment send to my address from Kochi to Bangalore on 21st May 2012. The consignment not yet reached to bangalore. When i called kochi office they have given the number of Bangalore office. They have confirmed that they will deliver on 28th after 7 days and today is 29th may 2012 and not yet delivered. When i call for this to bangalore office they are continusly telling to call after 1 hr. After that i called chennai head quart and they told to contact Bangalore office. Could any body help me to get my courior from such a worst courior service?. From net i got a mail id to send customer complaint [protected]@stcourier.com but the mail is not going.
Could anu body forward me the correct mail ID?.

Hi All,

My mother in law sent a parcel through ST courier from Trichy to Bangalore on the 23rd of May. We waited for 3 days and never received a call from them till now about the delivery. The parcel contains medicines which supposed to be taken from 26th onwards however it's been 3 days past already and also finding difficult to reach the customer care people to track the status. We cannot afford this because the medicine is very much important and needs to be taken on a daily basis without fail. Atlast found the contact number to reach them and no one seems to be taking responsibility to do the needful. TOO MUCH OF CARELESS about the job what they are doing. The reason we approach them is to send or receive parcels within the short span of time and they are not worried about the emergency of our situation.I think they are doing this business just for COLLECTING MONEY. This is the first time that they have approached this courier service to send the medicines and NO RESPONSE FROM THE ST COURIER AT ALL.

It is send from Coimbatore to Erode but it is not delivered yet.
The customer care people in Erode & Cbe office are not picking up the call, if they rarely attend then by the time they are giving only lipservice.
So Never use ST Courier in India.

ST Courier — not received my courier

I have sen my couirer through ST couirer from Avinashi (coimbatore) to kanchipuram on 21/06/2010, but still not yet recieved. No response from both offices. If i called them, they are not giving proper answers.First the kanchipuram office staff said that the courier has taken for delivery, stil evening not recieved, after that he said that courier has not recieved from origin.please help me to get it back.

i have booked a courier to Aligarh, UP on 21st december from a collection centre in chromepet, chennai.
it hasn't reached the destination yet.
when i enquired on 26th december, the customer care replied that there is no such entry for the tracking number i have. and i am asked to enquire the local centre.
when i enquired the local centre on 27th december, the reply was the courier was collected from the local collection center only on 26th december.
it takes a whole week to move from local collection centre to the branch office.

the tragedy is still i am not able to track my courier.

Hi I send one courier thru ST Courier , From Chennai to Hosur . I booked the Courier on 21 st Feb 2012 , I have asked them about the non delivery about 25th Feb 2012 , they told it reached the Hosur at 22nd itself, we register a complaint about this , will give information about this.On 27 th Feb also I inquired in both branches (Chennai and Hosur), They told it will surely deliver on today.But today also its not delivered and they didn't told any reason for non-delivery.In Hosur branch they didn't attend the phone call too.They attended only once when I called for the first time.VERY WORST SERVICE. VERY BAD . They charged 25 rs for that courier, for phone calls alone I spent more than 20 rs. . . I never seen such a service. So please avoid ST COURIERS

I am muhammed siddiq, i send on 17septenber 2012, Courier bill Number:[protected]. chennai chinthadripet branch, is a brown cover with a maxi size photos to my family address eral near tuticorin, thiruchendur, but
still now not delivered, but the thiruchendur ST COURIER branch manager Mr.Suresh, make a fake report it would be delivered on 21st september 2012.
but i asked chennai branch Complaint they given complaint number AI37525. BUT THEY compromise with thiruchendur branch manager. please re consider his Frenches authority of thiruchendur st courier.
otherwise your total image of marketing is damaged by that single person. Else ...Insha allah St Courier organisation will automatically destroyed by allah. this is my god Truth.

ST Courier AWB No :[protected]

A courier has been booked from Sivakasi to Bangalore on[protected]. Today is[protected] and I didn't receive it yet. When I checked the status online, it shows "Madurai to Bangalore - In Transit". When I called up Bangalore Operations Manager, he is telling that they didn't receive the courier yet from Madurai so he can't help it. He asked me to call up Madurai office to know the status. I asked him why can't he call up his counterpart in Madurai and check the status. He informed me that he won't get proper response if he enquires. If the branch operations manager itself won't get a proper response from a branch office, then think about normal people.

This is the worst courier service I have ever heard. The important documents were sent and I need to submit those documents here before[protected].

They don't do delivery on time and also no one is there to take up the responsibility. Don't think about their customer support team, they will never pick up the calls. I have called up more than 7 numbers to get this irresponsible answers.

Please raise a complaint against them.

ST COURIERS — bad service & poor response

My Pal has send a document from Cuddalore (Tamil Nadu) to Chandapura (Bangalore, Karnataka) through courier on 13th May 2010 with reference number [protected], But i didn't receive it while i was trying to track the same through net i came to know it was showing the status of delivered After seeing that i have shocked and made a call to local distributor i have received different comments from each of them, one is telling it has been received by Mr. Hari Its none other than me, another one is telling it has been returned back to cuddalore.
I have registered a online complaint in ST couriers website but still now no response.

Yes, ST Couriers have a very bad service. Sent courier on 12 Oct 2011 & status still shows as in transit.
They do not attend to your phone calls too. It is waste of our money using their service. Think many many times before you use ST Couriers, instead can send through normal Indian post for prompt delivery!
They just entice through advertisements, but not loyal in service. Very bad opinion being created in society!
Should close these services in accordance with people's demand.

St courier non deliver of courier
I have booked a courier 1 cd to chennai pallavaram to mysore, on 19/dec/2011 - they said it will delivered within 2 days. Today the date is 9th jan-2012, they keep deliviring my courier till date, when i call their customer care number given in bill[protected] its not working, their email id [protected]@stcourier.com not working getting failure msg form gmail and yahoo. Another number they have given as[protected] not working. Finally if reached them and asked about the package its sill pending awb#[protected], i want make this post as all you should be aware of this type o[censored]nprofesional business peoples. In case if i sent my important documents means i have to lost my document and keep seeing their mouth for reply. I have made sevaral calls to them to below numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] no proper responce from this stupids.

Friends please aware of this kind of business peoples. Go for better serivce as we are paying hugy money for prompt deliver of our documents.

I HAVE SEND THE COURIER IN MOGAPPAIR ST COURIER BRANCH TO PALLAVRAM.

REF NO AWB NO:[protected]

SINCE MORE THAN THREE DAYS IT HAS NOT DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS MENTIONED IN THE COVER.
INSPITE OF MAIN ADDRESS IN PALLAVARAM.

AFTER THREE DAYS SAYING THAT IT HAS BEEN RETURNED WITHOUT ANY PROPER REASONS.

THIS IS THE ONE OF THE WORST AND WORST MOST COURIER SERVICE COME ACROSS IN MY LIFE.
EVEN WITHIN THE CITY ITSELF THEY DONT HAVE CAPABILITY TO DELIVER IT.

KNOWLEDGE OF PERSON IN THE OFFICE IS EVEN WORST THAN 5TH STD STUDENT.

PLEASE DONT EVER THINK OF DELIVER ANY THINGS THROUGH THIS COURIER FOR ANY URGENT PURPOSE.DEFINITELY YOU WILL FAIL TO GET IT.

Another funny thing i want to highlgh here regarding my consigment...

I sent my courier package Chrompet, Chennai.
ST courier head office is in Pallavaram, which is around 2 to 3 kms to my destination...
