Hi All, I never seen like this worst courier, i sent an document on Monday from Chennai to Bangalore.But till now, i didn't got any call or courier. If we call also none of the numbers working and also if people attend they also not responding properly..For this like they can close your office. Please take an proper step on this courier company. Worst Service in the world... don't even think of sending coriver Via ST Courier. I have sent a courier to Madurai from Chennai on Friday but even after 5 days it has not reached Madurai. So many cocked up stores they are saying but not delivering... planning to file a case against them. My contact Number is [protected]

We had couriered the parcel 4 days before still its not delivered. I have called to the respected office (ST courier, Guduvancherry, Kanchipuram district) and there is no proper response from the staff and they are talking very rudely. I think they are working for serving the customer. What is this? Is this the respect there are giving to the customer?

Not delivering the Amway parcels properly. Asking me to come and collect everytime. Behaving very rudely. Abusing me in bad words. Causing mental agony and depression to me. I claim 3 lakhs as compensation for losses incurred because of their improper, filthy and worst service.

I sent a Courier 3 weeks back to Trivandrum from ST Courier. They dint deliver the courier. Also there was no response from ST Courier. We reached the Customer care number and then got confirmed that it was returned. The reason was unknown. They gave us a number. This Guy dint pick the phone even after repeated attempts. after 20 days I again called the Customer care. They gave me a manager number who gave me another number. This new guy told me that the Address was not clear and they customer dint pick the call. A LIE. They actually dont have service till Kerala. They dint reveal this when I booked. Now he asked me to send the courier through Professional Courier!!! ST Courier has wasted 20 days. worst Courier Company Ever.

I purchased Product from sweetkhana.com and My tracking number is [protected]. The product shipped to salem and it reached on 19th July. But till now not received my product and i made a call to ST Courier Shevapet Branch, Salem and they said "We dont have manpower to deliver the product.Kindly request you to take action regarding the subject.

As I have booking a cover containg important information from bank it will produce to Income tax department at Chennai. I had sent courier to Madurai and Karur on 6th June 2015 through ST courier located at Karapakkam. The address of the courier office is No 60a, Rgm Complex, Karapakkam, Chennai - 600097, Omr. The receipt no.s are [protected] and [protected]. The person in charge of the courier office had only packed the items and she said it would be delivered on Monday(8th June). My items went missing once it was delivered. So I went to enquire about that on 8th June evening. They said me to contact customer care. The person from the customer care asked me to contact the owner of the courier office from which I sent the courier. I called the owner again and again to know what I should do to get my item back. He never responded promptly. Finally he asked me to write a complaint and give it to the courier office on 19th June. I went to the office on 20th June to file a complaint and the lady in charge of the courier office told that why do I keep on coming for a courier of such low amount. So I asked How can she talk about the money. Suddenly she started using filthy language, scolding me that what did I learn, why do I work in a software company without knowing how to speak. I responded back and she came to beat me. So I left the office and called the owner. When the owner was talking, the lady started shouting over phone also. Is this the right way to respond to a consumer?

I called up the customer care for an enquiry regarding my courier status they laughed and informed saying my courier is lost.. Can you send me the deatils of this courier.. Tracking number:[protected].. Provide a quality of service

We are from Suryabala Honda, coimbatore One small parcel booked for us from Sasi Auto Enterprises, Madurai. dated 20/05/15. But that parcel did not delivered to our-self till now. That parcel was very urgent to us. If we contact st courier by this number ([protected]) no response for us. Pls take necessary action to delivered our parcel immediately.

Already, I had received a day delay the parcel. Added that, at that time of delivering the courier, ST courier person words were very harsh. I have mentioned one landmark near to my home. He is asking me to come & collect in that mentioned landmark. Is this the way, treating customer? Is this customer duty to come and collect from landmark which we mentioned for ease access? I informed over phone, he is not listening what am trying to say. Am telling as am in office, he replying as ask someone to come & collect from landmark. Having no customer satisfaction….Very worst WORST WORST service..Also he shouted to my Mother-in-law when handover..TOOOO BAAD. Is he rights to shout my relatives? Beauty here is, parcels coming via post office, bluedart, professional couriers are finding my building which I mentioned. Only ST person couldn’t find it even home resides very near to landmark.NO patience to him.

I have couriered a parcel on 25/04/2015 with AWB.No [protected] to Delhi(Booked at ASP Keelkattalai). On the same day evening I received a call from someone that my parcel that send thru ST courier is found in the banks of Madipakkam lake. I rushed to the site and found my parcel along with more than 10 other courier covers found by the pedestrians. The courier booking agent and collection person were arrived to the spot. But no answer for the mistake that happened. I collected my parcel and left the place, no one from ST courier contacted me till 06/05/2015 regarding the booking. Such a irresponsible and worst service.

We, Bluemoon Fibre Tech India Pvt. ltd., Chennai-62 had sent a cover through your courier service by booking on 4.4.15 at ST courier booking counter near "Alamaram Bus Stop, Gandhi nagar, Redhills, Chennai vide Receipt No.[protected]. When the addressee has informed today about non-receipt of the courier, we gone to booking office and to our surprice we found that our cover is kept there without sending it to the address even after lapse of 5 days. When demanded they return back the cover and courier charge. We could not understand why you are allowing this type of person in your network. Hi, My uncle sent me a courier from Monday Market (Nagercoil) to Bangalore on 21/03/2015. The courier came to bangal ore on 22/03/2015 and it was out for delivery on the following date (23/03/2015) as per the website but I didn't receive the same. The status showed the same the next date as well (24/03/2015), i called the numbers given in the website but none was fuctioning/reachable so I called the chennai number and raised a compliant (AC123887). I asked for the status multiple times and finally I got an answer that the vehicle had broken down so will send it the following day. On 25/03/2015 I got a message on the complaint that it is out for delivery and I received a call around 1:30 that we are coming to delivery the same, i informed them come before 2:00 since I need to go to office. They came near my house around 2:20 and called me again, I told them I have left for office so please delivery it tomorrow, they didn't say anything but when I called the chennai no. on 26th March 2015 to again check the status they said that I declined to receive the courier and it has been sent to Chennai. I asked them why, there is no clear answer and I asked for the charges back buy I was told to check in Nagercoil. My uncle checked in Nagercoil they said they will not give the charges back until it is back and they courier is in bangalore Regards, -Balamurali

Hi I send one Hero pen in a package to motivate the SSLC examination to my relative from Chennai. But it is completely damaged while it received in Coimbathore. Even it is not worth to put it in dust bin too. Really disappointed the way they are taken the parcel while transit.
