[Resolved] St Courier — Very Poor Service and Shipments Damaged
Below is my Complaint e-mail. I sent 7 boxes of House Hold Goods from Coimbatore to Delhi. I am looking forward resolution and an action against their service:
I am Sivakumar Umaiyan, sent 7 Boxes of House Hold Goods from Sundarapuram, Coimbatore to Indirapuram, Ghazhiabad, U.P. by Air Cargo on 10/10/2009 (Number:[protected]. The consignment was picked-up by Mr.Denish, Sidhaputhur/Coimbatore. After So many struggles and calls to Denish and Anand ([protected]) of ST Courier there were 6 Packs delivered with some utensils were broken. The 7th box was missing and after so many calls to Coimbatore and Chennai ST Couriers finally Mr.Anand arranged to ship to my address. It was a Mixer Grinder and it is completely broken and not usable. I called to the person from Trackon Couriers, who delivered the goods and he said he is not sure. I called to Coimbatore Mr.Palanikumar (ST Couriers - [protected]) and informed the same.
I made to sent all the goods by Air because of safely and fast delivery of the goods. However the goods were not handled properly and broken during shipment. I would request you to resolve the issue. I am tierd of handling with ST and I would expect a fast resolution. If I don't get any and then I will decided to take legal actions against ST Couriers.
After paying the money for Air Cargo I really feel very bad about the service by ST Courier.
