[Resolved] St Courier — Very Poor Service and Shipments Damaged | |
Below is my Complaint e-mail. I sent 7 boxes of House Hold Goods from Coimbatore to Delhi. I am looking forward resolution and an action against their service: Hello Sir/Madam, I am Sivakumar Umaiyan, sent 7 Boxes of House Hold Goods from Sundarapuram, Coimbatore to Indirapuram, Ghazhiabad, U.P. by Air Cargo on 10/10/2009 (Number:[protected]. The consignment was picked-up by Mr.Denish, Sidhaputhur/Coimbatore. After So many struggles and calls to Denish and Anand ([protected]) of ST Courier there were 6 Packs delivered with some utensils were broken. The 7th box was missing and after so many calls to Coimbatore and Chennai ST Couriers finally Mr.Anand arranged to ship to my address. It was a Mixer Grinder and it is completely broken and not usable. I called to the person from Trackon Couriers, who delivered the goods and he said he is not sure. I called to Coimbatore Mr.Palanikumar (ST Couriers - [protected]) and informed the same. I made to sent all the goods by Air because of safely and fast delivery of the goods. However the goods were not handled properly and broken during shipment. I would request you to resolve the issue. I am tierd of handling with ST and I would expect a fast resolution. If I don't get any and then I will decided to take legal actions against ST Couriers. After paying the money for Air Cargo I really feel very bad about the service by ST Courier. ST cargo is poor in service here in uae to India also
i sent a parcel on 5th december 2009 and they told it will reach at kochi in maximum 10 days
today is 27 and it is not yet reached; also the representative office here is telling, the parcel is in thiruvananthapuram. i am thinking why they sent to Thiruvananthapuram instead of to kochi

I and my friend send the cargo from ST CARGO (jubail branch) on dated 29TH NOV 11 with HWB Number A 03 29700 & A 03 29699
HWB Number A 03 29700 reached within 15 days almost same address (adjacent to my house) with all the goods in good condition.
HWB no A 03 29699 (my delivery) reached after 35 days & almost all the valuable items been missing from it, as it came in box my family in India received it without checking it.
And on complain to courier agency, I came to know that once it’s been received yours complain is not valid.
It’s been fraud and a lot of people are suffering from this cheat and fraud. Ok I do understand my family received it without checking it, but still are a lot of people who check the delivery & they do got missing & damaged goods, and after complain & visit to courier number of time they either got nothing or, got very less amount of their goods.
This is very good way of cheating as you cheat a lot of peoples, out of those suffer people only around 10% will do complain against you & out of those who complain you have to pay only around 10 %, because most of suffer people will leave due to so much time follow up & round of courier agency.
Saudi government, Indian government or, anybody just do something to teach these cheaters.
Because they are making money by cheating and fraud to people.
