Star CJ Alive — Star CJ- Complete Fraud Even After 6 Months Product not delivered

I had ordered for 3 pack ( one back contains 3 daily living boxes) of Daily Living Boxes wide order No. [protected] from star CJ on 31st August 2011. Till data I have not received complete delivery of the product.
Firstly instead of Daily living boxes, Price ware jar set was delivered to me in the month of December 2011. Then The same was replaced with only one pack of daily living boxes.
Then after three months of rigorous follow up only 2 Qty of Daily Living boxes have been delivered in the month of April 2012. Instead of two packs, which means 6 Qty of Daily living Boxes.
I had made payment of Daily Living Boxes in august 2011 and still waiting for complete delivery of my product.
Kindly take strict action against Star CJ.

Star CJ Alive is a fraud company.I have placed an order from my mobile no. [protected].I have paid 10K upfront and since three months I have not got the product nor the money back.The people running the fraud have to be arrested.It is a complete channel drawing money from all over the country.Something has to be done to take care of this mess.I have complained on 50 websites and have got responses from over 5000 customers who have been under the same circumstances.Its a shame,a shame on the business ethics.I am ashamed that such a channel is running and fleecing people.

Star CJ Alive is a fraud company, bogus website, false assurances and unprofessional.

The fact so far is no money in my account.
Shame on Star CJ Alive.
It purely implies these are people with no values and systems.
They must look within themselves whether they are going to sustain this way for long.
Delhi citizens who have similar complaints may all have to gang up and beat up the Star CJ band of robbers, right in the office.
Few of them have paid nearly triple as I have.
You thieves, wait and watch, how long can you harass customers and get away with it.
Indian citizens are not fools.
And its our hard earned money, that you have no right to keep.
And If you look at all the complaints only on this site, They have a similar reply.

i am old coustamer of star cj alive.last2 months ago i perchased samsung microwave convection 28 liter its price is Rs.9, 990.when i recived this and with it and another was gift box.Already the gift box was opend and i saw in the box there was no all free gifts immiedately, i called star cj alive but there was no better response.Then ihave 8 complained to star cj but no response. so i decided i will not next perchase from star cj alive.GOd, gave to punished .FROM, NADEEM BAQAI [protected], you belive i allready comlplaint, 17, 7, 2011, but no action shame on star cj seniors staf

I wish to point out that starcj is a big fraud with online shoppers as starcj charge high rates and supply sub-standard products. There is no after sales service. They
do not register customer complaints. They never reply to customer emails about complainst of products.
I purchased one Jaipan Juicer from starcjonline for Rs.1319/- on 21.11.12 vide order no.[protected].The juicer was defective.It did not work right from day one.Its motor was defective.
A complaint was made to starcj.They asked me to get in touch with Brand Supplier M/S Jaipan Industries, Mumbai.I contacted Jaipan Industries and told them about their defective Juicer. They advised me to contact their local Service Franchisee at Chandigarh, Mr. Jaspreet Singh of J K Refigeration Works, Phone No. [protected] for repairs of the product.
The Juicer was inspected by local franchisee in the first week of Dec., 2012.I was told that motor is defective and motor will be replaced after getting the supply of new motor from Jaipan Industries, Mumbai.
During the last 4 months I have made numerous personal visits to local franchisee, but to no avail. I have also made numerous calls to starcj, Mumbai and Jaipan Industries, Mumbai, but to no avail.The juicer has not been repaired so far. Neither starcj is refunding my money nor they are replacing the defective product nor they are repairing the defective product. Mr. Ravinder Guge, Mr. Rama Kant, Mr. Huzaifa, Mr. Himanshu, Mr. Lachman and Ms. Bhawna of Starcj have been giving me false assurances on phone that my complaint will be resolved within a few days.But nothing has been done during the last over 4 months. One Mr. Nikhil Ambekar of Jaipan Industies, Mumbai, Phone No. [protected] has been telling lies to me during the last 4 months that motor has been sent to the service franchisee at Chandigarh. In fact, no motor has been sent to local franchisee so far. Starcjand Jaipan Industries, Mumbai have never replied to any of my mails dated 4.2.13, 25.2.13, 15.3.13, 23.3.13 and 3.4.13
I feel that starcj is a big fraud with online shoppers.

Even i ordered a product for star cj alive through debit card and i received my order within a week. And the products are up to the expected standards according to me.

I have placed an order from my mobile no [protected]. Olive adroit sw520 mobile. This mobile not working properly in first day to purchase date. This mobile problem is on /off automatically & hugging problem and in last this mobile is off.I have compliant on 18/01/2014 but no response from star cj company.

i am premkumar my order no [protected], i have order swipe tab on your company, your company delivered on 22.05.2016 evening 7.30pm, i have check tab is network not connected, i have checked another service centre, tab network ic sip not corrected, so pl change your tab, i have complaint on 23.05.2016 10.30am, your side response asking to me you change replace or refund, i have told that person pl replace tab, but still date not response i have everyday followup you have not response still time i have order on 18.05.2016 today 10.06.2016 i have waiting on 23 days how to you customer satisfaction? every time your customer care reply answer will support team will touch 24 hrs but, i am waiting in 23 days still time not response, so pl change my tab, or answer, any rnot response i will complaint forward consumer court.

Wrong size of the apparels were sent to me. Called them for more than 10 times for return and refund, and despite all assurances, each time, all in vain. A month's time has passed and they have not even arranged a call back to me by their pick up boy...
