[Resolved] Star Cj Alive — Very very Bad response and service. | |||
My Order no:- [protected], On Dated 15th March, Which covers Free Gift (Lock & Lock containers), After Several follow-ups till the date no product is delivered and when call to call center no conformation from call center persons. When talk to Star CJ Alive Person ( Keshor & Nandan) some unfaithfull response or answer pass by them. This is some thing discusting and very harrising. Most important thing is that this is shown on reputed Satellites services Like TATA SKY, Dish TV... etc... also very reputed name in channel is given to this. I request all the customers who got such kind of response from this organisation should come togather and make common complient against this. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi, my name is Rakesh, ordered Onida Lcd 32" on 5.6.11 and paid 19990.00 thru cr card, still not received. after making many comnplaints to cust care result remains same no action taken. do not know future about my money, reqst star cj pls do not play with AAM ADMI'S money...

not considering our problem
