My Father (Late Meghnad Roy Chowdhury)was an employee of SBI Berhampore (main branch). He died on 19/12/2007, while still in job. He was to retire in 2011. Since then we have been trying our best to get my mother's full pension sanctioned. After a delay of about 7 months since my father's demise, she was only sanctioned a half pension of Rs.463 only due to errors in bank records, though my father had served as a tenure of more than 20 years as a permanent employee of SBI. I have been running pillar to post since then to get the pension amount rectified, but till now no one has given any solid information. All the documents have been submitted to SBI Berhampore Main Branch personel Mr. Mihir who deals such issues. As per him this is the first such case from Berhampore, so I need to communicate with Zonal office at Ultadanga ( Kolkata) personally. I had contacted at the said office and only after about six months more the documents were forwarded to PPG department (Kolkata). I was asked to contact them. There i contacted Mr. Biswanath Biswas, who initially seemed to be realy helpfull with informations. Later he directed me Mr. Some, saying that he is the person who takes care of Pension revisions. Mr. Some, on being contacted, immediatly returned me to Mr. Biswas, stating that this was not at all a case of revision but of fresh sanction. Since then I have been trying to contact both of them, but if the former is present the later is absent and always the answer is that processing can start only when the later returns.
Please let me know what should be done in instances like this where an ex-employee's family is harased like this for even the pension.

I am having Barclays Gold credit card from last 1 year.
My Barclays credit card no.[protected].
I withdraw of Rs.9000/- in the month May 2008.
I have paid amount as follows:-

I don't know how they are charging interest rate.
I talk to customer care executive on Tel no.[protected]
regarding stopped card. But they are saying we cannot stop your card,
you have to pay all amount.
I am not capable to pay this much amout. Please look in this matter.
