Misbehaviour from Call Center girls

I have SBI Credit Card. This month due to delay in payments, Collection agency called me and asked for money. Due to some financial crunch, i told them that I will try and make payment as soon as possible. miguiding a/c holder

I have applied for net banking facility on my A/C- [protected] on dated 22nd of September 2008 in my branch Nimapara(code- 06480). But they refused to take my application and told that, the branch is not net banking enable. But i got the information from internet that my branch is internet enabled. atm machine going wrong & Misbehaviour of staff

I have an account with SBI. During an atm transaction the machine showed collect cash at the end of the transaction but no cash came out of the machine. Then a slip came out stating unable to process the transaction. To my grieve when I logged on to the machine I found out that amount has been deducted from my account. The amount of Rs.9000/- had been debited from my A/C using SBI ATM Card but the amount was not despensed out of ATM that to without Transaction Receipt, the transaction I was trying to make was at SBH-Darussalam. ATM transaction timed out yet money debited!

I went to a SBI ATM on 16th Feb 2009 near Forum, Bangalore having ATM ID: S1AN01050802in order to withdraw a sum of Rs.1000. The screen showed that the transaction was timed out and I didn't get any receipt. After 2 days while checking my account balance through net banking I found out that the transaction was actually processed having TXN NO.: 8549 and Rs.1, 000/- had been debited from my account without my knowledge.
