[Resolved] State Bank of India — For Life Time Free Credit Card Without Any Notification they Are sending a new card & charging annual fees for that | |
Date : 23/01/2008 To, SBI credit card Department Ref: Credit Card No. [protected] Sub:- Block the Card Due To Annul Fee Charged By You. & Resolve the matter. Dear Sir, i am having a account with credit card No.[protected] its given by you as a life time free credit card but after one year you charged me a annual fee for the new card. before sending a new credit card u have to confirm with me but you have not confirmed. against this i had already launch the complaint on your toll free no.[protected] complaint no.[protected] spoken with Mr.palam on Dated : 23/01/2008 at 2.44 pm and he is not ready to reverse the annual fee for the new credit card. if you had given me a life time free credit card than how can u charged me. for this reason i have blocked my card. please do the needful for me. thanking you Hitesh Khetiya ([protected]) Was this information helpful? | |
