Sir, i have a sb account with sbi, RAIGARH ( CG ) branch branch code is 0460 my account no is [protected] and my atm card no is[protected]. but it is not working from the day of i had received. I also intimated To my branch. it is not working yet. Once I request you to YOU, please arrenge me to help in this matter.

Sir, i have a sb account with sbi, chilakaluripet branch branch code is 1195. my account no is[protected] and my atm card no is[protected]. but it is not working from the day of ihad received. I also intimated o my neaest branch. it is not working yet. please check my account and my ATM card a/c also and take necessary work. Once I request you to, please send me a new ATM card for my use.

Since two days my ATM debit card is not working. I tried many times it says ur card could not processed. what would be the problem plz advise me. Presently I am on tour in Delhi my card belongs to Chennai. shall I contact local SBI bank or I should contact my own SBI bank in Chennai. plz advise its urgent. This atm problem put me in bad situation I am barowing cash from my friends.

I work in Union Bank of India but can offer the following suggestions

Please try your card in both SBI and other bank ATMS and keep the slips printed out, with the location details. Then go to the local SBI, give a letter of request with copies of these slips, and ask them to phone their ATM Help section. You can also get their ATM Help number yourself

You can also phone your branch in Chennai and ask them to find out what is the matter

Dont worry too much about the procedure, just find out what is wrong and what you need to do to set things right so your card can be used

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have some complaints while using SBI prepaid cards which was issued to my thru my Company (ONGC Limited). i am having 3 nos. of SBI Prepaid ATM Card. the all cards was issued to me for CNG filling up for pool vehicles. The card no.[protected] is not showing balance and also cant take out money and also not swiping tyhe card on any transaction like on petrol pump., etc.
In another SBI ATM Prepaid card No. [protected] has swiped more amount on actual bill of CNG was Rs.244.00 but the petro pump worker swipped the card with extra amount of Rs.2000.00 on dated 25.10.2011 at Diamond Auto Service, Chembur, mumbai.
You are requested to kindly look into the matter and help in out for the same.

    Dear sir,

    I am holding a sbi credit card no : [protected] . My card was deactivated few months ago , when i asked the reason for deactivation, I was told that i had to clear the current outstanding and only then the card will be activated. I cleared the total outstanding and called the customer care.

    I was informed that it will take more than 6 months to get my card activated again. I am really unhappy with this decision of the bank as this is the only card i have and 6 months is really a long time to wait.

    Please help me in this regard.

    State Bank of India — Deactivation of my credit card

    I am a credit card holder of SBI.I was unable to make timely payment due to some issues between myself and the bank, but lately I have paid all the dues including the interest and the late fee.

    Prior to paying my dues, I confirmed from the customer care that if my card be still active, after i make the payment.The reply I got was that "Yes, it will be."But as sonn as i Made the payment, and again called back the customer care, they asked me that it wont be possible for me to continue using my card, and I can destroy that. Moreover, on asking to transfer my call to the upper manager, i was told that "Manager is not there."

    I fully agree to the policies of bank, but it should have been notified to me earlier itself. The SBI people lied to me and I was kept in dark.

    Now, I seek advice from you, how to go forwrad in this.

      dear Sir,
      my sel[censored]seing tata cerdit card from last 3 years, now a days when i checked details of my account , i found that every month they have chage a very heavy amount on account of late payment fee and over due. i want to bring in your notice that company has given by focely some loan amount , and taken 15000 rs as a interest amount for 3 years for only 35000 rs.
      i have requested credit card company for for closer the are not ready to reduce the interest and they are giving me phone calls.

      when i write a mail company donot responed they simply ask to talk but i donot want to make a verbal communication

      Please note out of 63 thousand there is a loan amount were given to me for a tenure of 3 or 4 years and the total interest has been added in this amount , as per the policy you have to deduct those interest amount from the total out standing amount , neither you nor you customer care executive talks about this.



      First of all please revisit all the statement and my account for all details and please give me proper justification and complete account details for all payment credit /debit so that I can understand and pay.





      HEAD TATA CARD:- sir please look in to the attached mail and please take up with your end this credit card has become a trouble for my life. Getting lots of phone calls SMS, after given justification.



      Request you to kindly help me to come out from these types of problem, seriously I am a very simple man; I have not done any types of fraud so please give me some mid way solution to come out.



      I understand that for me or on my personal request you can help me.



      Request you to kindly, kindly, kindly reverse all interest charges and provide me total actual out standing so that I can pay and close this account for ever.



      I would like to state that please reply and provide me a mid way solution to stop mental frustration, and headache.

        I LODGED THREE NSCs HAVING AGGREGATE MATURITY VALUE OF RS.60450/- ON 9.1.2010 WITH HUC BRANCH, HYDERABAD. THE BRANCH SENT NSCs FOR COLLECTION TO NAGPUR MAIN BRANCH (MAHARASHTRA). DESPITE VARIOUS REMINDERS BY ME EVEN TO THEIR LOCAL HEAD OFFICE AND CORPORATE OFFICE AT MUMBAI, THERE IS NO RESPONSE. TWO MONTHS HAVE ELAPSED THE NAGPUR BRANCH DOES NOT EVEN INFORM THE FATE OF THE NSCs. I AM AVAILING AN OVERDRAFT LIMIT WITH THE HUC BRANCH, HYDERABAD. HAD THIS AMOUNT BEEN CREDITED IN TIME I WOULD HAVE SAVED INTEREST ON IT.
        IT IS REQUESTED THAT THE AMOUNT OF THE ABOVE NSCs BE CREDITED ALONGWITH INTEREST AT 18%. THERE SHOULD BE APPROPRIATE ACTION AGAINST THE PERSONS WHO ARE LETHARGIC AND DOES NOT EVEN BOTHER TO ACKNOWLEDGE AND GIVE INFORMATION ABOUT THE FATE OFTHE COLLECTION INSTRUMENTS.

          Dear All,

          THis is venkatesh, residing at mumbai goregaon(E). With great regret we need to tell this to the concerned, that SBI bank facilites at goregaon branch (virwani) are not at all up to the mark.

          THe customers are made to stand in hot scrotching sun for a long time. each customer's queing time is around 20 mins and to deposit the money to the other state to state facilites are not good. there is only one window operational at a time for the whole bank and the security personnel and the staff are exceptionally rude and it seems they dont care much about the customers a lot.

          THe line of people extends to the main road outside the bank premisis.

          Request the concerned to please take care of this matter immediately for the benefit of both customers and the bank itself.

            State Bank of India, Gopipura, Surat branch - The WORST bank in the world.........
            The banker is habituated in not clearing the customers' cheques by simply saying SIGNATURE DIFFER frequently although further cheques are being cleared. So what is going on with the bank? This is ruining our credit in the market. So plz don't ever open any account with this bank. Totally rubbish services from the bank. No responsible answers from the bank personnels.

              Hi I Rajani Vemula my Client ID is ESI71199, I applied 3 bids for the Jubilant Food IPO in the month of Jan 10 and they alloted me one bid and they gave the expected date ie., 16th Feb 2010 to return the rest of the amount to my account but till now I didn't get any amount and I gave a mail and I called to those customer care they are telling It will credit soon in my acocunt. I don't know when will I get the amount.

                      sir,
                      On 01.06.2009 I went to an ICICI ATM Counter to withdrawn cash for Rs.3000/-. After entering all require information the transaction processing was complete but payment was not made due to hang of server. I have not got money. I again withdrawn Rs. 3000. But Rs. 6000 money is debited from my account. I have complain in SBI Bank. After two month , SBI Deposit 3000 rupees money on my account on date 17/08/2009. But again unfortunately SBI draws Rs. 3000 rupees from my account on date 05/03.2010. What I do next ? So, kindly look in to the matter. My account from SBI Bank. How to Recover my Rs. 3000 rupees ?

                        Since there were repeated wrong transactions amounting to Rs.1,84,000 made by the State Bank of India, a complaint was lodged to the Prashant Vihar Police Station and the concerned State Bank of India Branch viz. V.P. Ghest Institute, Delhi University on06.11.2009(Proof is available). A complaint was also lodged at the State Bank of India Web Site vide Complaint Ticket :CC[protected]. helpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in vide their e-mail on Monday, Nov. 9, 2009 at 2,58 PM addressed to helplline.[protected]@sbi.co.in sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in and copy to us stated that it has been observed that some wrong transactions have been made without any notification of the account holder and the amount 1,84,000/- shall be refunded to the account holder througha bankers cheque from regional head office. copy of the mail is reproduced as below:

                          dear sir/ madam
                          i devinder singh was applying for the post of bank P.O in State bank of india..
                          i had made a bank deposit journal of 500 rs. in sec 26 chd brach...
                          but during the submitting of application form of post .. i come to know the qualification marks ... i m not eligible for this post..
                          i went to the concern branch and asked for the cancelation of the bank deposit journal.
                          but the concern office refused to take any action regarding this matter. he told us about that this amount is non-refundable..
                          but there is nothing mention in the application advertisement and not in the bank deposit slip.
                          i am ready to take back this amount after the deduction of bank charges.. but the concerned officers refused to do this...
                          please help me to slove this problem

                            I took an SBI credit card recently, Initially they said they are going to give me 1600 worth free vouchers and more credit limit than what I have currently with other bank (HSBC). Finally they gave me 1000 Rs cash back offer. I want to know how come free voucher and cash back offer are same. to avail the cash back offer I need to travel abroad, b'coz they gave me some travel cash back. it looks really stupid, they don't keep their promise, and its a reputed bank of India. I recommend others not to take this offer. Recently, they called me to know how their service is whether I m satified, I blasted that lady who called me, she simply said i'll consider it as complaint, but no response so far. I 'm still fighting with them its successfully 3rd month completed heading towards 100 days

                              This is to inform you about your dissapointing and unsatisfactory service given by the SBI Credit card department.
                              Mysel[censored]nmesh Dounde had applied for the credit card of your bank and my respective reference no is :[protected].
                              My Application form no : S[protected]
                              I had submitted all the required and necessary documents as to your bank request in time and with Scincerity.
                              I was informed as Liable for the Creditcard terms and conditions,but inspite it was very dissapointing to receive a rejection from the Bank side and that too was wothout any Specifications or exact reason.
                              What the heell are the policies of the Bank ?
                              If you dont explain it properly then why do u ask for the Creditcard application.
                              SbiBank Services are useless it seems ?
                              If A respected person completes the requirements then why is the application rejected?????????/
                              i hold 2 Creditcards of the icici and hdfc bank..i dint face any problems for the same and am availing the services of those banks with ease and satisfaction.What is the Problem with SBI Bank??????????
                              I want an immedeate feedback for the same if your bank serves people properly.

                                Dear sir,
                                I am a student . I purchase a bank draft of 2000 GBP ( study fee) from amritsar by a letter from my hometown branch manager because i have no PAN card . due to some circuimstances i am getting admission in other college so i asked them to canceled this draft . They ask me that they have needed a cancelation letter from your hometown branch manager . I have account in disst. Mansa branch (Punjab). when i went to our hometown branch, they did not give me any kind of cancelation letter . The bank manager of this branch Rakesh ...
                                is very careless person . I went to the branch again and again but the manager didn't give me cancelation letter, I have already submit my file at British High Comission. so i need letter from bank as soon as but they are so careless persons .

                                  while operating the ATM-CUM-DEBIT CARD of number[protected] on 7th march 2010 at about 8:42pm at the ATM machine situated at SBI industrial estate branch,Bhilai for withdrawing Rs.5000/-, I could get only Rs.4700/-.
                                  The remaining 300/- got sucked inside the machine by itself before i could take it out.
                                  please return the balance money as soon as possible..

                                    I have a savings account (old-[protected], New No - [protected] ) since 08.08.2007 in State Bank of India , Hansquea Branch (Code - 9040) in West Bengal , as I have shifted to Jamshedpur , I have applied for transferring my account to Jamshedpur Branch (0096) in the month of January'2010, But still today my account have not been transferred. I have also complained to the higher authority online , they have accepted my complain and gave me a complain no : SBI-CF-[protected] but still today my account has not been transferred. I am facing a lots of problem for this. please help

                                    I was holding a savings account bearing A/c no: [protected] at State bank of India, Vinukonda branch (Code: 0780). As I am working in Maharastra state presently, I have submitted an application for transfer of my account to SBI, Tarapur Industrial estate branch (Code: 3918) on 17/03/2007 at Tarapur Industrial estate branch. Accordingly my application was forwarded to my parent branch and account was transfered from Vinukonda branch by sending a DD for balance amount with No: [protected] dtd 17/04/2007 for Rs 1888/-. But whenever I enquire Tarapur Industrial estate branch for transfer of account, they say that it has not yet recieved by them. Above DD details were obtained from Vinukonda branch and furnished to Tarapur branch also. But till today I did not receive my money which is causing inconvenience to me. Please suggest what shall I do in this case.
                                    My uncle is having a saving account with your Bank branch at Amravati, Maharashtra jointly with his wife. Now my Aunt has expired. As my uncle is bedridden due to paralytic attack, we have shifted him to Nagpur. He is not able to sign any documents. He cannot go to Amravati. Can the account at Amravati be shifted to Nagpur and what are the documents required as it is not possible to take the accoutn holder to Amravati Branch.
                                    Kindly advise
                                    I am having account in state bank of india brach vinukonda . I am sending request for cheque book through internet banking, everytime they are charging money for cheque book . But upto now i have not received any cheque book . I am not able to go there because i am in kerala . so what i have to do ?

                                      Sir,
                                      We are the savings Account Holder of State Bank of India, Badlapur E. Branch, Dist .Thane. we have applied for Debit Card to the same bank on 15.06.2011. But we have not yet recieved the ATM Debit card till to this date. My SB.account No. is [protected]. While updating the passbook on 30.7.2011, we came to know that an amount of Rs. 27445/- has been debited from my account. How can widraw the money from my account with out my consent.
                                      We have complaint this matter to the concerned bank for necessary action on 30.7.2011. The State Bank of India concerned officer informed us that the Debit card is being despatched from their office through Speed Post Reference No. EK[protected] IN. We enquired the same with the Badlapur Post Office master and they have given a copy of the "India -Speed Net Detailed Movement".A Copy of the same is submitted to S.B.I Badlapur branch. The same is not at recievd the Badlapur Post Office for delivery of the same. It is masplace to others to negligence of the bank.
                                      I humbly request your good self, please instruct to State Bank of India to credit my lost amount Rs. 27445/- along with interest as I am facing severe financial crisis.

                                        i am a graduate student and now doing MBA from AICTE approved collage .total fee is 5.6lak i have paid 3lak but i am not able to pay the remains fee for that i request to sbi manager in my home city branch code is 3416 which is in rural area and they enjoy their monopoly because there is no other bank .they told me i have not field officer and other reason is your gaurantar have already loan of 1lak

                                        but reality is that there is no need of gaurantar up to 4lak and my mother is a goverment employee and i can give him other employee for goaranter

                                        one thing more that i requested from last 8 months they have not field officer but they provide other loans i request to you please help me

                                        Respected Sir/Mam,
                                        Although I have all the document regaurdind this Loan like id/address proof, fees structure of collage, Parents coobligation, each and every doccument as i got suggest through custmer care and as i seen on your website.
                                        But, when also branch manager of ANPARA (distt : Sonebhadra, (UP)) namely Mr. Abhishek Kumar not reply proper responce.
                                        Indirectly, he said "I'm busy, domesile nahi laoge to loan nahi milega..mujhe malum hai tum domesile certificate nahi banwa sakte aur hum loan nahi denge".
                                        but domecile certificate is not mandatory according to Custmer Care Helpline or your website content..
                                        plz help me out..
                                        otherwise, i have to seeking for Consumer Forum..
                                        i will always greatfull to you and SBI.
