Dear All,

It is to bring into your kind notice that i am a citizen of india and i am getting problems from one of the esteemed banks namely STATE BANK OF INDIA .
Recently . there is a opening in SBI for the pots of PO. for which i have made the payment to one of their branch ( branch code: 03114 , sk puri PATNA) . but when i made entry in the online application and try to submit it thhe message of security check invalid is coming again and again.

now, when i am trying their customer support and service no they are saying that they dont have information and when i tried their Mumbai head office no they are saying that they also donnt have the information about this.
Nobody is taking responsibilty to clear the doubts nor even giving the right path or number to get my doubts clear .

immediate action is highly appreciated.
Also try to help me out .

      sir,
      this is prabhjit chopra having sbi card no. [protected]. i always pay the bill before due date n i have paid my payment of dec 09 statement before due date. then also your bank has charged me late fee in jan statement. contacting u on landline is very difficult i have tried many times. there is always problem with your card. pls revere the late payment fee as i will not accept that late fee. thanking you

      this is Dr.p.srinivasababu having sbi credit card number [protected] i will pay all the bills before due date in the month of december iam unable to pay amount as per date specified due to agitation in A.P afterwards i paid regularly in january2010 they debited fine from my account for both the months.Iam using the credit card since four years every year they are charging annual fees. so please kindly reverse the late fees&annual fees amount to my account.If i want to talk with your person incharge please mail his number. please mail to mail id [protected]@yahoo.co.in

        sir,
        I G.Sesharao having an account [protected] in SBI in the branch of EDIBAZAR near saidabad in hyderabad.I apllied for booking a movie tickets in vijayalakshmi theater in L.B.Nagar-hyderabad by online booking with my debit card account, while doing so the transaction was failed but my account was debited with sum of rupees 120.so, please add my debited amount of rupees 120 in my account.

          Dear Sir,
          Owing to it""s whims and fancies State Bank Of India 40-41, Bakshi house, Nehru Place, New Delhi has stopped crediting my pension since Nov 2009 besides releasing my medical allowance of Rs 600/- pm since Dec 2008 which had also been increased to 1200 from Jan 2009. I called on concerned Deputy Manager so many times prevailing upon him to release my legitimate pension and medical allowance but in vain. I had handed over Life certificate twice in Nov 2009 itself to the said gentleman. I also met his superior officers but no results. My PPO No. is 18/2008 and my SBI Saving A/c No. is [protected]. The said branch of SBI had earlier caused excruciating delay in crediting my pension for 12/2008 to 05/2009 even though my deptt. sent them necassary directions along with Pension payment order timely. What is wrong with SBI? Why are they bent upon harrassing retired persons like me without realising the fact that the old persons are most vulnerable persons in the society and pension amount is a sole source of their livlihood. With a flicker of hope.

            Dear Sir,
            The details are as follows:
            1. Cheque No. 806544 dated 15.02.2010 of IOB,Rajapuri Branch Dwarka for Rs. 5000=00 was submitted to SBI, Parliament Street Branch in favour of "SBI Collection Account NPS Trust" on 15.02.2010.
            2. Received a call from Mr. Suman, to whom the cheque was submitted (Ph:[protected] on 19.02.2010 stating that the above cheque has been returned with the comment "43 - Cheque is out of allocated range"
            3. Contacted the above IOB branch on 20.02.2010 to ask them reason for this comment. The Branch Manager categorically stated that the above cheque was never received in their branch hence they are unaware of the above comment
            4. Collected the cheque from SBI on 22.01.2010, and tried to get clarification on the comment. Unfortunately nobody in the depatment of SBI could explain what it meant - shameful isn't it. 5. I am asked to contact the concerned IOB branch to get clarification.
            6. Lodged a complaint with banking ombudsman on 22.02.10 via net.
            7. IOB contacted today (25.02.10) saying I had lodged a complaint and saying it was mistake of SBI. Nobody is owning the mistake. What should I do. Can I get compensation for the agony created. Is there any authority in SBI who can be contacted.

              My name Anoop Gupta. I have an account with SBI, Garhi bearing A/c no. [protected] and branch code 02346. I withdraw an amount of Rs. 25000/- from an ATM at Jammu bearing ATM Id SIA 00689403 at 12:59pm on 14.11.2009 but I receive only Rs. 21500/- i.e. Rs. 3500/- short. I then immediately rushed and lodged a verbal complaint with SBI Bahu Plaza (Jammu) and then assured me that the amount will be reflected back to my account on next worlking day as today is holiday and they wont work after 1 pm and also wont entertain any compliant after 1pm. After 2 days, I checked my account but the amount has not been reflected back.
              I then lodged online complaints to SBI Garhi, Zonal office Jammu as well as Head Office Chandigarh on 25.11.09, 30.11.09 and 21.12.09 with ticket nos as CC[protected] and CC[protected] but till today no reply is being received from any of the SBI offices. That was my hard earned money which is being duped by the SBI. So, I request you to kindly look into my matter and give me the right track that how I recover my hard earned money from SBI

                Respected sir/Madam,
                Sub: Ignorance and irresponsibility of SBI staff in SVU Branch – Reg.
                We are the account holders of State Bank of India, Sri Venkateswara University Branch, S.V.University, Tirupati – 517 502 from many years and we are utilizing the bank services regularly. Many students from different places and the people around the University premises visit the University branch and they fulfill their requirements like taking Demand Drafts, depositing money in the accounts etc.
                The staff of State Bank of India, Sri Venkateswara University Branch are well known for their ignorance and irresponsibility. With due respect we want to say that the employees in the counters are not having full fledged knowledge, not able to work with systems and consuming more time for simple works also. We have taken this matter to the higher officials in the bank i.e. all the Managers in the branch. They simply given a statement that we should work together daily, we have to see their faces daily and we don’t want to command them.
                This was happening in the branch since many years. Of course some of the staff members were changed but no use. Up to now we are waiting for their improvement. We have no more patience to tolerate and we are not having that much of time to spend in the bank. For example if we want to make Demand Draft we have to wait for at least one and half hour, to deposit amount in the account at least two hours. At the time of any notifications regarding employment or CET exams they were not able to manage and fail to issue Demand Drafts in time. There are many things to say which may not come in to discussion.
                Recently they have opened a separate counter to V.I.P s, Senior Citizens and for Women, which is highly appreciated. Like wise we need separate counters for issuing Demand Drafts, Deposits and challans. They are extending their work to VIP’s simply ignoring normal citizens. At the same time we need expertise staff with good knowledge, self motive and who will take responsibility for their work. To look after all these things there should be an efficient higher official who can take immediate action.
                Our humble request is that we need immediate action in this matter. We hope that our problem could be solved with in a short period of time. At the same time we are blaming their work but not them. For your kind consideration we are here with attaching our signatures with Names.

                  I am having SBI MSFU-Contra (Folio No. 11902830 &[protected] mutual fund in which I am investing through SIP since august, 2009 . But the above folio no was stopped due to sign mismatch & the money was deducted for only three times from my axis salary a/c. Then after I requested for continue my folio with new ecs form & my another sbi a/c from feb2010.

                  Now this time I want to know that, Is my money getting deducted from my Bank Account.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    I have issued a card no.[protected] by SBI in 2003 for which i have paid full dues in Jan.2004.In Jan Statement they have charged annual renewal fee Rs.810/-.(I have never requested to renew my card )After the call of their reprsentative he waived off the chrges and told to me the cheque for the things i have purchased .And i have deposited that .and never used the credit card again and returned back to their office.
                    But in the subsequents bill they are chargings interest and other charges for which they have waived and that is unlawfull and illegal.Recentaly i have again write down a letter to them on 22/12/09 and again on 27/01/10.But of no use. They are not even replying my letter.So please interfer the matter to speed up the process.Thanks NARESH CHAND BANSAL[protected]

                      I have a current account in SBI, Nirman Nagar, Jaipur Branch. I have submitted three cheques for clearing in the branch but these were not credited in my account till 5 days. When I contacted Bank Manager he told that your cheques were returned and your account is debited for Rs. 75. When I ask him for the returned cheques he told that we have resent them in clearing. I told him that these cheques cant return as these were cheques of Coporate Company and likely treated as Demand Draft. So there was no question for returning these cheques. After all if these Cheques returned then atleast they should return these cheques to me but they again sent these cheques in clearing without my knowledge and acceptance. Behaviour of manager was very bad. When I ask him to reverse these charges he said there is no mistake of branch, go to clearing branch. When I say that I will make a complaint against bank in RBI, he say go to RBI or anywhere but dont waste my time.
                      State Bank of India and other banks of the State Bank Group all are having a work force o[censored]ntrend staff whose behaviour is really very bad. You cant expect behaviour from a Bank Manager like peon. There is no proper training system for behaviour with customer in State Bank. What training they give to their Staff, I cant under stand.

                        Respected Sir,
                        I am a Govt. Servant in U.P. Gov. SBI Card Issued a credit card in my favor. I have use a card and pay the dues by time to time. after some time the company stops to deliver my bill by time for which they penalise me and after some the penalty increases by time to time. Inspite that i have pay a lot of money to there agents in different months.
                        In middle term they block my card and stop any persuance with me.
                        Last year the agent of company comes to my home and said that company gives u a chance for settlement and give me a settlement letter. Then I have paid the amount of settlement.
                        After four month i have applied a loan then i come to know that sbi gaves my name to cibil defaulter list and my loan application was rejected.
                        So I want to inform u that i have pay three times more money to SBI Card for my actual purchasing and other expences.After this they gave my name to Cibil defaulter list.
                        It is requested that in the light above given facts kindly reccomend to remove my name from cibil defaulter list. Ill be so thankful to u.

                          Sir,
                          I am a retired Defence Personal and getting my Pension through State Bank Of India, Branch Haldwani, Uttarakhand.
                          My PPO No. is s/corr/102988/02 and Pension Account is [protected]-02.

                          My Pension has been revised as per the recommendations of the 6th Pay Commission. I have received the first instalment of 40% on 03.02.09. The second instalment of (60%) has become long due. Inspite of my reminder to SBI Branch from time to time the same has not been credited to my account.

                          In addition to above, it is to inform that my pension for the period April, 2004 to October, 2008 I received less Pension. Despite repeated reminders I sitill not received the arears.

                          I, therefore, request the State Bank of India, Chandani Chowk, Pension Department to kindly look into my request and to make immeidte payment of above Pension Arears.

                            my mother is a familily pension holder, my father expired on 04.07.08 he was a pensioner in sbi kolkata airport branch vide pensioner a/c. no.[protected] and ppo no.[protected] after his death widown pension started with revised rate but till date she has not yet received. whenever the matter was told to the concerned branch it was advised it will be released by central processing centre sbi in due time but god knows when the due time will come. Two application was sent to central processing centre, sbi vivekananda road through disbursing sbi kolkata airport vide ref no. kol/airport/CPPC/388 dt.24.1109and kol/airport/CPPC/405 dt.17.12.2009 but no response received. I want your help so that my mother get pay commission arrear which was due to my father as well as my mother share as family pensioner.

The revised family pension she got, but the 2nd instalment of 6th CPC has not yet got. whenever the matter was told to the concerned branch it was advised it will be released by central processing centre sbi in due time but god knows when the due time will come. Two application was sent to central processing centre, sbi vivekananda road through disbursing sbi, Tollugunge, kolkata branch on november 2009 and april 2010 but no response received. I want your help so that my mother in law get pay commission arrear which was due .

                              We have two fixed deposit with SBI on account of my father Mr. Prabhakar Vyawahare at SBI Bank, Parbhani, my dad passed away last year.                               Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I am having a savings account with SBI Kamptee Branch, Dist. Nagpur, Maharashtra.
                              I have used Karve Nagar SBI Bank ATM, Pune. on Sunday 14 Feb 2009 for withdrawal amount Rs.1000/-.
                              A bad experience I have gathered. I have not received any money from the SBI ATM. But my account showing Rs.1000/- debited for the transaction.
                              I have also complained to SBI customer care and my complaints No is (AT[protected], But after 4 days i got the SMS and email regarding the complaints is that "Your complaint is closed and to get details please contact the branch.". My branch is in Nagpur district and I am working in Pune district...What can I do??????
                              SBI not responding about this matter.

                                Share stopped trading and not getting my Money back

                                In the year 2005 I had bought 1000 nos. of SHI Home Finance Share at an average price of Rs. 20.3.
                                Its almost 4 year till the de-listing of the share of SBI Home Finance, I have contacted many ways but till date I have not received any money back and my Rs. 20,300/- is on hold.

                                Hi,

                                I have a Debit Carrd of SBI from one of the branch in delhi, right now I m in pune wants to use Net Banking because my Salary A/C is merged with it and I am not getting any message while doing transaction through my debit Card on my cell, and Net Banking PIN is also not provided to me so tell me how can I apply for the same as branch is there in delhi and currently m in Pune. Pls let me know.

                                Sir,
                                I tried twice to withdrew Rs: 500/- on[protected] from SBT Atm at Chegannur Branch, Kerala State. I couldn't recived the amount twice but the statment was showing that I recived the amount twice. In this, I had given complient to my SB Ac Branch of SBI HUC and sevaral times I aproched to get a clearing of the above said transaction .Unforthunatly I didn't get any reply either from SBT or from SBI till to-day. hence I request you to help me in this regards and credit Rs: 500/- to my account

                                Write a letter to your branch regarding your internet banking transaction rights and pin and fax the letter your branch and call up n tell them to resolve your issue.
                                Recently I have applied for a new atm card(debit) and I received it.Previously I have linked my mobile number with it.But now I hardly receive message to my mobile . Of course I receive it, only after 2 to 3 hours atp message is received . I wanted a quick solution for this problem

                                  The toll free no provided by sbicapsec is never responding and the password provided are very lenghty the web site is not having the security padlock I want to close the account before trading any share.please help and penalise for wasting the time of the customer. The officials at the site are not communicable.

                                  I opened my DEMAT-cum-TRADING A/C (ESI71807) with sbicapsecrrities 8-9 months back, but could not trade a single transaction till date. They have not been alloting new internet passward. whereas old passward dosn't respond. I have been going 40-50 times to my sbi branch, Prashant Vihar, Rohini, Delhi, they say they don't concern with this matter. whereas Sbicapsec...they say take passward from your branch...                                     I am holding SB A/C with SBI Slaigramam Branch.

                                    I have given a cheque for Rs.800/- Dated 2nd Feb 2010 in the name of 3rd Block Welfare Association, Shanthi Tower, Vadapalani. The cheque was cleard on 6th Feb 2010. Usually my bank statement show 3rd Block as a comments. But this time it shows as ASSN. When I approached SBI Saligrammam branch, the accounts manager replied that he is not in position to check those information. Since that is my native branch, I am the person directly approaching the bank, I am not sure, why bank hesitate to give the information. Also he is the person, never move friendly with customer.
