Dear Sir,
iam amit kumar.s/o- dilip kumar,vill.-marpa mohan,p.o-deokulia,dis.-east champaran is a B.Tech 2nd semester student in punjab university.i was selected through AIEE fot this institute.i applied for education loan in S.B.I, Madhuban branch,East champaran,BIHAR.I have to submitted all documents and form before one month but my education loan did not sanctioned till date.every day i go to branch but no body responce me.at last when i go to branch manager cabin and said him sir my class will be held on 13 feb. if i can not pay my fee then i can not attaind my class.so please sanctioned my education loan then branch manager said your father is a farmer so i can not sanctione your education loan.if you want to sanctione then you will be give me 10,000 RS Extra for me.I said iam not abble to pay you and this is illigle, sir? then he use abuse word.
sir,my father is a farmer there is no any sources to pay my fee.sir, did my dream not completed?
so i request you please save my life.

    Dear Sir,

    Myself Manoj S. Andraskar, having the saving bank a/c no. [protected] at SBI, Nandanvan Nagpur. This is regarding my cheque no. 098891 dated 10/02/2010 has been bounced by SBI due to change in format by bank and I have old cheques which not yet used. But my last cheque cleared by SBI is on 27/01/2010. I have asked bank official regarding this as I have been charged Rs. 75 by SBI and Rs. 50 by HDFC bank where I credited the cheque. But official is saying that you should change the cheques as it has been changed.

    But my question is that if bank has changed the format why should not they get me at the time of transfer of a/c from Vayusena Nagpur to Nandanvan Nagpur. And my a/c number is core banking number which can be accessed from anywhere by bank. Then why they bounced by cheque. And if they changed the format then why they cleared my cheque last month.

    I want to get this charges back charged by SBI and HDFC bank from SBI bank. I will be grateful to you if you get me this.

      my client Amit Kumar s/o Ram Jeevan lost his passbook & his scholarship is debitted by anyone else.he is very poor person and when he complaint about this ,the bank manager is saying that you have debitted the money .when he gone to take a new passbook, Bank manager misbehaves with him.

      my complaint is that " in branch(SHIVRAJPUR BRANCH(11203))"
      1. there is no facility of checking photo & this may cause a great problem for a bussinessmans.
      2.this behaviour of bank manager is not acceptable for a customer.

      saving account of SBI — money withdrawl by someone else in Shivrajpur Branch

      my client Amit Kumar s/oRamjeevan lost his passbook & his scholarship is withdrawl by anyone else.he is very poor person and when he complint about this ,the bank manager is saying that you have withdrawl the money .when he gone to take a new passbook, Bank manager misbehaves with him.

        R/sir,
        I have account on SBI Bank Godhra for saving pluse. But some technical mistack i have got interest of ordinary account since june-09.I was number of time complaint to concern persion but no responce to get .
        At present my account is saving pluse & interest of saving pluse is above 7% but i have got of interest only 3.5 %.
        This is negligence of SBI staff.
        I hope to you sir you wiil do needful of this work.

        Respected sir,

        i have an account on SBI bank godhra.
        i have also activated net banking service, as a part of service you had been given me transaction authority.
        with that service last month i had transferred money from this account to another account which is on SBI-GIDC branch Godhra.
        now this month i am unable to transfer as message "You do not have transaction rights. Please contact the branch to get transaction rights. "
        Why?

        please do the need full at the earliest.

          Namaste, I am Manojkumar Sahebrao Borse, resident at Ashirwad Colony, Near Talathi Office, Rahatani, Pune -411017. I have applied for Government post in Tribal Welfare Dept of Govt. of Maharashtra for that I have submitted Demand Draft of Rs 150 drawn from State Bank Of India, Pimpri Town Branch, Pune-17. After some dyas later of submitting application,I recieved letter from Tribal Welfare Dept. that My application is rejected due to wrong name in favour of on demand draft submitted to department. Then,I immediately cross checked reciept of Demand Draft, but name written by me on DD appliacation is absolutely right.Then I came to know its mistake of Bank, which given me wrong DD. Here my mistake is i have to strictely cross check DD when i have acceptd it but bank too done big mistake for that bank must get fine. The loss faced by me is invaluable . Its a loss in my career, so I am filing this complaint against SBI pimpri town branch, pune .

            I had tried to withdraw a sum of Rs. 800/- from ATM of SBI, Olavakkot branch on 21/12/2008 but though the slip came showing withdrawal of Rs 800/- , I did not receive any money even though waiting for 5 minutes. Subsequently, I withdrew Rs 800/- from SBI ATM Coimbatore railway station on 21/12/2008. On checking my accounts on 23/12/2008, I found to the surprise that a sum of Rs800/- had been debited my account on 22/12/2008 even though I had not visited any ATM on that day.I imedietly submitted a complaint to the Branch Manager,SBI, Olavakkot branch. Even though repeatedly inquired with the concerned officials of the branch, I was told that the matter was being investigated. Only on expressing my displeasure on 25/08/2009, I was debited the above amount. since I had submitted my complaint on 23/12/2008 and as per RBI directive vide RBI/[protected]/100,DPSSNO.101/0210/02/[protected] ofJuly 12,2009 it was mandatory for the Bank to reimburse the disputed amount within 12 working days,i.e.04/01/2009, (I was reimbursed the amount on 25/08/2009)I ameligible for compensation of Rs100/- per day from 04/01/2009 to 25/08/2009,i.e.Rs20200/- for 202 days. There was no reply from the Branch Manager, General Manager, Complaints Redressal Forun, Thiruvananthapuram , Reserve Bank of India CONSUMER REDRESSAL CENTRE. I had lodged a complaint with the Banking Ombudsman, Thiruvananthapuram on12/10/2009 apart from receiving the acknoledment for my registered post, I have till date not received any communication from Ombudsman regaeding my complaint. shoul I approach comsumer court for redressal of my complaint?

              have been holding Tata Credit Card since last 1 year. Before some months ago officer told me about an offer under which the draft of Rs/-5000 on my name supposed to be issued and i can repay amount one month after i received the draft. I have agreed as i was i need of money.

              i recieved Draft late so that time i have no need of this draft & sent back to delhi main office.
              i spoke to customer care & told about the same . cust.care person told me, yes yet i got ur return draft .
              i said to customer care person, please withdraw the draft matter. then they told me. we will resolve this
              draft issue...plz give me some days for resolving problem.

              But after that there was no communication from Tata credit card for a month about the issuing the draft.

              One day I got the SMS of total card outstanding as Rs/-9000.This means i need to pay the amount which I never used.

              So I put one request for canceling the draft in Customer care center again & again. They said yes and i assumed that problem gets resolved.

              Again i have put an request to canceling the draft. but that problem has not resolved yet. so i m very fed up for when i attend call from advocate regarding draft without using payment . so please what i do for resolving that particular issue.
              customer care person is not solving that problem yet ......they r sleeping over the issue.

                I got my pension a/c in SBI ,IAF Camp, Bagdogra(Darjeeling) Branch My a/c no is [protected].
                as per corrigendum PPO vide no. 08/14/B/Corr/20900/2007 dated 22-Feb-08. bank was directed to credit the amount of arrears of pension/DCRG element into my account as early as possible.

                still amount not credited into my account.
                have requested numerous times through mail.
                personally visited to branch and appraised the branch manager.
                submitted the application with x-copy of the below mentioned letter to your branch.

                    Dear all

                    My mother Mrs. Tileswari Das (account Number [protected])applied for a Car loan by which she wanted to buy a Bolero SLX model Car. She is a government servant. Anyway SBI Bilasipara branch (Bilasipara is a subdivision of Dhubri district of Assam) has agreed to pay loan based on her request. The value of the car is Rs. 602000. SBI agreed to pay Rs.300000 as a loan and we had to pay Rs. 302000 as a down payment. So my Mother Mrs. Tileswari Das deposited Rs. 302000 as a down payment to SBI Bilasipara from where the Bank people were supposed to make draft that we have submit in the Showroom of the Car. She gave Rs.102000 in Cash and Rs.200000 in Demand Draft. It was a story of January 8, 2010. The manager of the Bilasipara Branch told us on that day that with in a week he will prepare the draft of down payment that we have to gave the show room. But unfortunately when my mother again went to the bank after 10 days the Branch Manager told her that to clear the draft (of Rs 200000 that she paid to the SBI) they need a more days. It can take more than a month or so. He on the same time assure my mother that he will involve a person of his own branch who will do the work within another week. So we need not to go through a rigid formal process. My mother took the mobile number of the Branch Manager and came back to home. After ten days when she again called him he again told my mother that he has already involved the person but still the work was not done. Again she called after 3/4 days this time the Manager was not receiving call. Every time he used to cut the call once she he see the number of our home. But when she called from another number the manager receive the call. It can indicate that he was not busy and was trying to avoid the call of a customer. Today it is 16 February 2010 but still the SBI Bilasipara could not deposited a draft of Rs.200000 to its customer’s account. She is that customer who is dealing with SBI from last two decade. So do SBI thinks that they supports such fake assurance? My mother is wants to buy the car quickly because at any time the car companies hike the prices of their cars. But if a bank play with such the belief of the customers then it becomes a horrible chapter for the customer.

                    You must also take up the matter in writing with the higher SBI authorities of your district and a copy to Head Office stating your plea. The inefficient persons must be identified and proper departmental action against him be initiated for causing harassment to your mother by keeping the huge sum i.e. Rs. 200000/- for a long time i.e. more than a month.
                    I have a CAR LOAN Wwith your Bank. Account No.[protected]. I would like to know the outstanding balance in it and to know how much amount to required to close this loan account.                       Dear sir,

                      I would like to bring it to your notice that I have paid Rs.985/- (Rs. Nine hundred eighty-five only) through net banking on[protected], for Airtel telephone bill, but it was in single debit entry. Previously I informed to net banking section as per your formal paper process system, since two month ago.

                        Dear Sir/Mam,,
                        I am working in a MNC as an Engineer in Chennai and I am in need of a home loan. So, I went to my nearest branch ARKONAM(Branch code - 00893) on the month of October 2009. They told about the required documents for applying home loan. Next week I went up with the documents and they said "come next week". This statement continued upto November 2009. In the month of December they received the documents and filled the form and said "after a week you will receive the loan". Till now 16th February 2010 there is no improvement in the process of sanctioning the loan. I dont know why there is delay in processing the loan. Are they looking for bribe or any recommendation for giving loan, I am not sure. I dont know how to get the home loan as soon as possible as they are not at all responding or sanctioning loan.
                        Can you please solve this issue in sanctioning the home loan.

                        Home Loan — delaying for reqd documents

                        I wants to transfer my existing home loan.but bank is delaying to send the documents I reqd for transfer
                        Yes i support this, there is alot of communication gap between there branch and RACPC
                        There is no difference in a branch or in RACPC.

                        I have applied home loan 2 months ago in RACPC Ghaziabad. They assured me to sanction home loan in 1 month only.

                        Now my file is at RACPC Ghaziabad under "Manoj Batra"; and he like so rude; even he is responding... where is our file and what is going on.

                        All the government employees are so lazy and do not want to work. they just enjoying their free salary.

                        It is really disappointing and now i am going to apply home loan in other bank. :(

                          I have had investments in SBI mutual funds but no folio number till now. I did the investment online and since it did not show up on their system had to call up customer service. They only raised a complaint and asked to call back in 5-6 days. Then mysteriously after 3 days I receive email from SBI stating payment was successful. Next I submitted all documents to CAMs and there is no response. I call up customer service and they again raise a complaint. Then again there is email from CAMS that the folio has been allotted. No when I request for customer id there is no response from SBI. I have no paperwork sent to me for my documentation. This is extremely poor service and am now regretting investing with them. Service is done only when someone calls or raises complaint but even then there is no guarantee that this will be done.

                          Yes, I totally agree with his complaint. Even I am facing the same problem. I had invested 49, 000 in SBI Magnum Tasgain fund. But havn't received any documents or folio number till date. I keep contacting the Branch and the concerned person, and he keeps telling me we will send you a mail. But not reacted till date. And now he never picks up my call. But I was stunned to see when my account was credited with 4, 800 in the first week of this month with reference CMP3706973 SBIMF 12175221 SBIDIV[protected]. Can anyone tell me what does this mean.

                              On DEC/2009 and JAN 2010 two LIC issued SBI cheques were deposited into my account no-[protected] of sbi MC-branch of THANJAVUR and not credited into my account and repeated quiery I am answered Fault is with SBI Thenambpet - chennai bank who is not working on it.
                              This is being my monthly pension from LIC on my deposit I am made to suffer and mental torture created.

                                I am Dhiraj Shivpuje.I work with axis bank IT department.I had SBI credit card.I had started using this card from april07.In the month of November 2007 five online fraudulant transcations had happened on my card(amounting to around 60000).All were airline ticket booked in india from different online sites.(one of the transacation got reversed from site of 12000 rupees).As sms was not provided for these transcation ,I came to know about these transcation when I had received sms for my dues.Immediately,I called call center person,he had asked me to fill the dispute form for these transacation.Then matter was under investigation.After 4-6 months,they said dispute is in bank's favour and you have to pay the amount.I asked for investigation report ,but they had not provided me the report.After that they harrased me for six months through phone calls.I visited there local helpdesk in mahim,mumbai.They said that they will check internally for any reversal,After that I stopped getting calls.But these people also were unable to provide investgation details.Now,these people are asking me to negotiate the amount after 24 months .But I think they have not done any investigation yet. after interest part my dues are around 1.3 lacs till date.
                                As they have not provided any investigation details ,I have not filed any complaint to police.Also ,I am planning to file a case against them in consumer court. I don't know for fraud transacation who is liable? and what is the law?. These people are saying data has been compromised from my side without any investigation.
                                Plz help .

                                    I have a SBI Yuva card. I received it around 8th January but it's not working till now. At ATMs, I get response code 070.

                                    When I went to my home branch, they talked with the head office but couldn't resolve the issue. I asked them to issue a new card but they didn't.
                                    I went to the bank 6 times for this.

                                    Today I tried to use the card for the first time online. But the 'Verified By Visa' registration blocked my card whereas all details were correct.

                                    I had to use athe netbanking service instead & as GoAir doesn't allow payment by netbanking, I had to go for Spicejet, which had a costlier ticket.

                                    SBI really sucks.

                                    They have given an email id '[protected]@sbi.co.in' on their site but all mails sent to it bounce.

                                    The card helpline numbers (Noida ones) do not work. They don't even exist!!

                                    The email address given on http://www.sbicard.com/sbi/grievance.jsp, which is head.[protected]@ge.com doesn't work at all!!

                                    I have gone to the bank 7 times, & each time stayed for more than 2 hours.

                                    I haven't been able to use my card for any purpose till now.

                                    I'm going to sue SBI.

                                    If anyone can help, please do so.

The offer included a "Super Premier prize of Rs 30,00,000, First prize of Rs 30,00,000, Second prize of Rs 1,00,000 and other 3260 prizes valued at Rs 68,16,200" by "simply mailing the sweepstakes documents to Reader's Digest". The offer also mentioned "winning a car by responding to the special subscription offer within the next 7 days" and also "free surprise gifts JUST for subscribing". I applied for the offer and paid through my SBI credit card.The subscription money was debited in my Jan'10 statement. The first magazine was also received in Jan'10. However there was neither any intimation about the promised prizes (who won them ???) nor were the assured free gifts "JUST for subscribing" delivered. To add insult to injury Readers Digest this month sent me the Feb'10 edition of the magazine along with that of Dec'09 ! Apparently they didn't know where to dump their old left over Dec'09 magazines. My annual subscription begins Jan'10 through Dec'10. Why I have been sent the Dec'09 edition of the magazine ? Does that mean my subscription will now be valid only upto Nov'10 ? Why a reputed magazine like Reader's Digest is indulging in such cheap promotions?                                       Well, I have also had the same experience with the promotional offers made by Mr. Manish Jain. I had subscribed to an offer made by him jointly with Richard Evans, President TIME International, wherein they had offered a set of Webster's Thesaurus and an explorer telescope with a subscription for TIME. While they were prompt in charging the subscription amount to my credit card, I have not received the gifts although several months have passed.
                                      yes i am 100% agree with u they are also chited me same, all these busteds are co-handed with each other, they are sitting there to loot ordinary people who earn money with his blood.Busted cheeters Readers diggest and SBI both.

                                      SBI card

                                      I am a customer of SB I credit card – [protected]. I have a list of complaints which is yet to be rectified despite repeated conversation with your call centre[protected] guys.

                                      The complaints are:

                                      1) The card that I have been issued has my name written wrongly. My name is Rakesh Roshan, and not Rakesh Roushan. I lodged a complaint in this regard and thankfully got new card much to my satisfaction of getting it so faster. But alas! When I opened the envelope, I again found my name with the same Roushan spelling. And the same problem is with my gmail id also. My id is [protected]@gmail.com not [protected]@gmail.com. Your guys said, while talking to me, gmail id has been rectified and I will be getting a mail in this regard in few hours. But even after hundreds of hour, I have not received any mail or so.
                                      2) My online account is locked by my mistake, I am sorry for the mistake and I curse myself why did I commit that mistake. It has been locked for the last one month. Every time I asked your guys, they said it would be rectified in 72 hours or within 3-4 working days. But unfortunately both (neither 72 hours nor working days) is yet to knock my door. I have been asked to pay my bill immediately, now you tell me how one can pay the bill if one is not able to open one’s online id nor getting mail about the bill.
                                      3) My credit bill is generated on every 25th of the month. Since my online id was locked while paying online bill of December 2010, which I had to pay before January 14. One of your guys contacted me on my cell number ([protected]) on January 15, 2011. I narrated my problem, he said he would be sending his collection boy to my home and I would pay the bill. As per your guy vow he sent a boy to my house address, I submitted a cheque (671691) on January 17, 2011, against which I was issued a receipt[protected]. Shockingly, even after 13-14 days the amount is yet to be credited to my bill. Due to this my bill, as I was told, has been generated with Rs 5, 000 of two months.

                                      You say, whenever one tries to contact you on your call centre number, that you’re the best in the country, even I believed that you were the best. But going to the way of services that you provide to you customer, I think you are the worst in the world, not just in the country.

                                      Now, if my complaint is not adhered to at the earliest, I will drag you all in the court.

                                        This is regarding the Damaged currency notes which I had withdrawn from a Co-operative bank in Thane-Maharashtra. The bundle had it's Bank seal intact. I wanted to deposite this in SBI, Naupade-Thane Branch against my PPF account. The SBI cashier and the Chief Branch Manager both rejected the acceptance of these notes even though the Notes were in one piece and Numbers were clearly readable. Also the bank refused to give any written communication on this non acceptance.
                                        I would like to know if this non acceptance from SBI is within the Legal frame of RBI directives.
