    Dear Sir/Mam,,
    I am working in a MNC as an Engineer in Chennai and I am in need of a home loan. So, I went to my nearest branch ARKONAM(Branch code - 00893) on the month of October 2009. They told about the required documents for applying home loan. Next week I went up with the documents and they said "come next week". This statement continued upto November 2009. In the month of December they received the documents and filled the form and said "after a week you will receive the loan". Till now 16th February 2010 there is no improvement in the process of sanctioning the loan. I dont know why there is delay in processing the loan. Are they looking for bribe or any recommendation for giving loan, I am not sure. I dont know how to get the home loan as soon as possible as they are not at all responding or sanctioning loan.
    Can you please solve this issue in sanctioning the home loan.

    Home Loan — delaying for reqd documents

    I wants to transfer my existing home loan.but bank is delaying to send the documents I reqd for transfer
    Yes i support this, there is alot of communication gap between there branch and RACPC
    There is no difference in a branch or in RACPC.

    I have applied home loan 2 months ago in RACPC Ghaziabad. They assured me to sanction home loan in 1 month only.

    Now my file is at RACPC Ghaziabad under "Manoj Batra"; and he like so rude; even he is responding... where is our file and what is going on.

    All the government employees are so lazy and do not want to work. they just enjoying their free salary.

    It is really disappointing and now i am going to apply home loan in other bank. :(

      I have had investments in SBI mutual funds but no folio number till now. I did the investment online and since it did not show up on their system had to call up customer service. They only raised a complaint and asked to call back in 5-6 days. Then mysteriously after 3 days I receive email from SBI stating payment was successful. Next I submitted all documents to CAMs and there is no response. I call up customer service and they again raise a complaint. Then again there is email from CAMS that the folio has been allotted. No when I request for customer id there is no response from SBI. I have no paperwork sent to me for my documentation. This is extremely poor service and am now regretting investing with them. Service is done only when someone calls or raises complaint but even then there is no guarantee that this will be done.

      Very poor customer service and not sending statement properly
      This has reference to the SBI MAGNUM TAX GAIN FUND Tax

      Saver Dividend which I have purchased on January 07 through

      CITIBANK Saving Account Cheque No:- 64680 for Rs.15000/-

      which got cleared on 15/01/2007.
      Still I have not received any statement and Folio Number.
      I just got dividned from Sbi Mutual fund for Rs 1028.93 credited

      to my account...info as follows>CORP.TRF. UTR

      Sir,
      This has reference to the SBI MAGNUM TAX GAIN GROWTH FUND. I have purchased the units of Rs. 25000/- on March 2008. Still I have not received any statement and Folio Number.
      Yes, I totally agree with his complaint. Even I am facing the same problem. I had invested 49, 000 in SBI Magnum Tasgain fund. But havn't received any documents or folio number till date. I keep contacting the Branch and the concerned person, and he keeps telling me we will send you a mail. But not reacted till date. And now he never picks up my call. But I was stunned to see when my account was credited with 4, 800 in the first week of this month with reference CMP3706973 SBIMF 12175221 SBIDIV[protected]. Can anyone tell me what does this mean.

      we had two S.B.I. Mid Cap fund-D accounts with filo Nos. 5130424 &5130425 and 2500 units each I have not received any warrants for the last 3 years basing on your information card I traied to check any unclaimed warrants on the above 2 accounts but the very site was not found. hence i request you sir to please intimate me is there any unclaimed warrants to the above to accounts if so please send us at an early date.

          On DEC/2009 and JAN 2010 two LIC issued SBI cheques were deposited into my account no-[protected] of sbi MC-branch of THANJAVUR and not credited into my account and repeated quiery I am answered Fault is with SBI Thenambpet - chennai bank who is not working on it.
          This is being my monthly pension from LIC on my deposit I am made to suffer and mental torture created.
          request your help in this direction please.

            Dear Sir,
            I am Dhiraj Shivpuje.I work with axis bank IT department.I had SBI credit card.I had started using this card from april07.In the month of November 2007 five online fraudulant transcations had happened on my card(amounting to around 60000).All were airline ticket booked in india from different online sites.(one of the transacation got reversed from site of 12000 rupees).As sms was not provided for these transcation ,I came to know about these transcation when I had received sms for my dues.Immediately,I called call center person,he had asked me to fill the dispute form for these transacation.Then matter was under investigation.After 4-6 months,they said dispute is in bank's favour and you have to pay the amount.I asked for investigation report ,but they had not provided me the report.After that they harrased me for six months through phone calls.I visited there local helpdesk in mahim,mumbai.They said that they will check internally for any reversal,After that I stopped getting calls.But these people also were unable to provide investgation details.Now,these people are asking me to negotiate the amount after 24 months .But I think they have not done any investigation yet. after interest part my dues are around 1.3 lacs till date.
            As they have not provided any investigation details ,I have not filed any complaint to police.Also ,I am planning to file a case against them in consumer court. I don't know for fraud transacation who is liable? and what is the law?. These people are saying data has been compromised from my side without any investigation.
            Plz help .

                I have a SBI Yuva card. I received it around 8th January but it's not working till now. At ATMs, I get response code 070.

                When I went to my home branch, they talked with the head office but couldn't resolve the issue. I asked them to issue a new card but they didn't.
                I went to the bank 6 times for this.

                Today I tried to use the card for the first time online. But the 'Verified By Visa' registration blocked my card whereas all details were correct.

                I had to use athe netbanking service instead & as GoAir doesn't allow payment by netbanking, I had to go for Spicejet, which had a costlier ticket.

                SBI really sucks.

                They have given an email id '[protected]@sbi.co.in' on their site but all mails sent to it bounce.

                The card helpline numbers (Noida ones) do not work. They don't even exist!!

                The email address given on http://www.sbicard.com/sbi/grievance.jsp, which is head.[protected]@ge.com doesn't work at all!!

                I have gone to the bank 7 times, & each time stayed for more than 2 hours.

                I haven't been able to use my card for any purpose till now.

                I'm going to sue SBI.

                If anyone can help, please do so.

                SBI — Not in working condition

                with due respect i beg to state that my ATM card of SBI is not working properly.. or it may be totally spoiled. therefore sir. i have the kind request to u to issue me a new ATM CARD.

                NB : i have already submitted the application form in the concerned branch one month back. but still i m not getting proper response from them. i wish to know the current status of the card... whether it is been despatched or yet to be despatched.

                sbi yuva card — NOt Get The YUVA Card

                I had applied for the SBI YUVA CARD before 3 months, but till i have not get the Card.

                Plz suggest if anybody can.
                the SBI service is stupid and totally wrong.we don't get the information on cards like credit and debit cards.they don't provide any information on these cards i even have registered yuva visa card but not registered verified by visa.i have asked them to provide information .i am unable to use visa debit card.i have searched online for information and found this[protected]https://www.onlinesbi.com/atm_cum_debitcard.html
                and i have registered password here what is the use i don't have username and waste and we can call customer care they say very politly they can't provide information on this.SBI sucks.so finally they don't provide information credit card or debit card ...if you want to go for other banks the minimum amount to open a account is nearly[protected]rs .because of economic conditions we stuck here at SBI.we need finalcial freedom SBI is for poor or innocent online transaction are not helped

                  I received a letter from Mr Manish Jain, Chief Marketing Officer, SBI Card informing me about an "attractive offer" from Readers Digest for their annual subscription. The offer included a "Super Premier prize of Rs 30,00,000, First prize of Rs 30,00,000, Second prize of Rs 1,00,000 and other 3260 prizes valued at Rs 68,16,200" by "simply mailing the sweepstakes documents to Reader's Digest". The offer also mentioned "winning a car by responding to the special subscription offer within the next 7 days" and also "free surprise gifts JUST for subscribing". I applied for the offer and paid through my SBI credit card.The subscription money was debited in my Jan'10 statement. The first magazine was also received in Jan'10. However there was neither any intimation about the promised prizes (who won them ???) nor were the assured free gifts "JUST for subscribing" delivered. To add insult to injury Readers Digest this month sent me the Feb'10 edition of the magazine along with that of Dec'09 ! Apparently they didn't know where to dump their old left over Dec'09 magazines. My annual subscription begins Jan'10 through Dec'10. Why I have been sent the Dec'09 edition of the magazine ? Does that mean my subscription will now be valid only upto Nov'10 ? Why a reputed magazine like Reader's Digest is indulging in such cheap promotions? Why is SBI the country's largest PSU bank supporting such promotions ???

The offer included a "Super Premier prize of Rs 30,00,000, First prize of Rs 30,00,000, Second prize of Rs 1,00,000 and other 3260 prizes valued at Rs 68,16,200" by "simply mailing the sweepstakes documents to Reader's Digest". The offer also mentioned "winning a car by responding to the special subscription offer within the next 7 days" and also "free surprise gifts JUST for subscribing". I applied for the offer and paid through my SBI credit card.The subscription money was debited in my Jan'10 statement. The first magazine was also received in Jan'10. However there was neither any intimation about the promised prizes (who won them ???) nor were the assured free gifts "JUST for subscribing" delivered.                   I have a card saying"3 free gifts are waiting for you" You better square this up because I can see people are mad at you. This is the last subscription you'll see from me!!!
                  Even i've experienced the same... but i didn't went for subscription... though readers digest are good for all ages...

                  I completely agree with you Mate, that such kinda promotions is not all valid... at least NOT from reputed brands like SBI, Readers Digest
                  Well, I have also had the same experience with the promotional offers made by Mr. Manish Jain. I had subscribed to an offer made by him jointly with Richard Evans, President TIME International, wherein they had offered a set of Webster's Thesaurus and an explorer telescope with a subscription for TIME. While they were prompt in charging the subscription amount to my credit card, I have not received the gifts although several months have passed.
                  yes i am 100% agree with u they are also chited me same, all these busteds are co-handed with each other, they are sitting there to loot ordinary people who earn money with his blood.Busted cheeters Readers diggest and SBI both.
                  Hi I just received that cover with set of sample signed cheques and other gift voucher details which is mentioned in the first complaint. They askd me to send back yes copy so that 449 rupees will be debited from my credit card.

                  I called SBI customer care and they too said its genuine..

                  Shall I believe this or not? please suggest.

                  I also faced the same kind of humiliation by both Reders' Digest for false promise and SBI for being associated with such a false magazine
                  Dear chief marketing officer,
                  SBI card

                  I am a customer of SB I credit card – [protected]. I have a list of complaints which is yet to be rectified despite repeated conversation with your call centre[protected] guys.

                  The complaints are:

                  1) The card that I have been issued has my name written wrongly. My name is Rakesh Roshan, and not Rakesh Roushan. I lodged a complaint in this regard and thankfully got new card much to my satisfaction of getting it so faster. But alas! When I opened the envelope, I again found my name with the same Roushan spelling. And the same problem is with my gmail id also. My id is [protected]@gmail.com not [protected]@gmail.com. Your guys said, while talking to me, gmail id has been rectified and I will be getting a mail in this regard in few hours. But even after hundreds of hour, I have not received any mail or so.
                  2) My online account is locked by my mistake, I am sorry for the mistake and I curse myself why did I commit that mistake. It has been locked for the last one month. Every time I asked your guys, they said it would be rectified in 72 hours or within 3-4 working days. But unfortunately both (neither 72 hours nor working days) is yet to knock my door. I have been asked to pay my bill immediately, now you tell me how one can pay the bill if one is not able to open one’s online id nor getting mail about the bill.
                  3) My credit bill is generated on every 25th of the month. Since my online id was locked while paying online bill of December 2010, which I had to pay before January 14. One of your guys contacted me on my cell number ([protected]) on January 15, 2011. I narrated my problem, he said he would be sending his collection boy to my home and I would pay the bill. As per your guy vow he sent a boy to my house address, I submitted a cheque (671691) on January 17, 2011, against which I was issued a receipt[protected]. Shockingly, even after 13-14 days the amount is yet to be credited to my bill. Due to this my bill, as I was told, has been generated with Rs 5, 000 of two months.

                  You say, whenever one tries to contact you on your call centre number, that you’re the best in the country, even I believed that you were the best. But going to the way of services that you provide to you customer, I think you are the worst in the world, not just in the country.

                  Now, if my complaint is not adhered to at the earliest, I will drag you all in the court.

The offer included a "Grant Prize Rm 200, 000, Super Bonus prize of Rm 20, 000, Multi - prizes Rm 150, 000 and President's Prize Rm 10, 000" by "simply mailing the sweepstakes documents to Reader's Digest". The offer also mentioned "winning a car by responding to the special subscription offer within the next 7 days" and also "free surprise gifts JUST for subscribing". I applied for the offer and paid through my SBI credit card.The subscription money was debited in my Jan'11 statement. The first magazine was also received in Jan'11. However there was neither any intimation about the promised prizes (who won them ???) nor were the assured free gifts "JUST for subscribing" delivered. To add insult to injury Readers Digest this month sent me the Feb'11 edition of the magazine alng with that of Dec'10 ! Apparently they didn't know where to dump their old left over Dec'10 magazines. such cheap promotions? Why is May bank supporting such promotions ??? I have keep all the SBI letter and will released to Sweepstakes Director, Reader's Digest.

                    This is regarding the Damaged currency notes which I had withdrawn from a Co-operative bank in Thane-Maharashtra. The bundle had it's Bank seal intact. I wanted to deposite this in SBI, Naupade-Thane Branch against my PPF account. The SBI cashier and the Chief Branch Manager both rejected the acceptance of these notes even though the Notes were in one piece and Numbers were clearly readable. Also the bank refused to give any written communication on this non acceptance.
                    I would like to know if this non acceptance from SBI is within the Legal frame of RBI directives.

                      i have opened 45 days before my salary account in sbi (kacharakanahalli) branch.i have given two address ,my house address and my company office address .but my company closed their office due to some reason. i asked to manager regarding ATM card that branch manager tolds me that we send ur atm card company office address but ur office was close .and they (b....y f...r) send atm card return to delhi without inform us.i am asking last 30 days when i ll get my atm card ,they tolds me it will come very soon.help me regarding this metter.......... i allready registered one complain regarding this metter 15 days b4 in sbi customer care and complain number is CC[protected]

                      Sir,
                      Since I am the Employee of SBI let me clear you the rules regarding ATM card delivery.
                      Since you were opted to recieve your ATM card on Office address but your office address was changed hence the ATM could not be delivered to you.
                      Aggreed.
                      According to rules.

                      What happens when the Card is Undilivered to customers address it goes to local post office. They retain it for 7 days.Then they send that Undelivered ATM card to the Place from which it came from i.e. THE ATM switch centre.you can term it as our ATM head office. They retain that Undilivered ATM for 7 days and after that they send that ATM to the Branch were you have open your SBI a/c.
                      This is the Procedure.
                      It takes almost 20 to 25 days if your ATM isundilivered to reach your local SBI Branch.
                      Now you can Claim your ATM card from ur A/c holding SBI Branch.
                      don't forget to change ur address in our System.

                        This is Jai jain from Gwalior,I have a problem during the use of ATM banking that happened in noida It was as follow :


                        On 11th December i have to withdrawl some money (3000 rs) so i reached an Bank of India`s ATM (ATM ID - AND8020) situated in Noida`s after follwing the required process.......few minutes later its show me msg. "YOUR TRANSACTION TIME OUT" and give me back the card.

                        I tried it again and the response was same..then i reached to SBI`s ATM(ATM ID-S1AN[protected] when i did transcation(of rs 3000/-) it show me that 6000 rs has been reduced from my account while i just withdrawl 3000 rs.
                        I withdrawl 3000rs but they reduced 6000rs from my account

                        When i raise this issue with deaprtment (Through email) they give me a ticket number for future reference which is CC[protected]


                        I also contact to local branch (where my account exist) they give me another no. AT[protected].

                        Now when i check the status of my complaint it tell me that complaint had been closed , but i still doesn`t get my money back.


                        Now i raise a fresh complaint thru your online system and it give me another ticket number
                        that is CC[protected].

                        when i contact to local brach regarding this ticket number they give me another no. AT[protected] .

                        They refuse to accept my hand written application in concern matter.

                        After almost 60 days i didn`t recieve my money back.

                          I have a SBI ATM card issues in Feb-2004. I have been using it since last SIX years. Now due to prolong use, i am frequently facing read error from its magnetic strip.

                          When i contact the bank they told i will have to pay Rs. 200/- for its replacement. SBI already charges Rs. 50/- per annum for this card.

                          The card do not have infinite life. Thus the replacement charge should be Nil after few year o[censored]se.

                          State Bank of India — replacement of atm card not received for nearly one year

                          i had applied for an atm card as a replacement for the one that i lost.Replacement requests have been placed on 06/07/2009 ,17/12/2009 .The reasons fpor the rejects have been invalid pin code and at time sthe call centre has asked us to have the branch call them back.
                          The account holder is a senior citizen and has lost her husband recently.Such insensitiveness is uncalled for.The a/c holder has frequented the branch over a couple fo times.
                          Pls help resolve.

                          If debit/credit card is damaged apply for replacement in your home branch/nearest branch. It'll be mailed to you within 7-10 days to the address specified in your account & later collect PIN from the bank. To block your lost/damaged debit/credit card, call SBI Customer Care @ any of these numbers:[protected]All India) or[protected]South India) or [protected](Andhra Pradesh) & request them to block your card after verifying either last 4 digits of the card or account number with which the card is associated. Generally the CS rep asks you to call again in an hour to tell the blocked card ticket number.
                          s, i have use 5 bank accounts & their debit & credit cards. i have replace sbi cards in every 2 years. other bank cards i not replace even a single time. the great SBI bank card quality & services is like this. very worst bank in india compare to all other.

                              but It has shown it as Process denied.Then again I did the same for 2 more times, It has shown the same message as
                              Process Denied.and I didnt receive any money but when I check the amount in my balance It was less by amount 360 rs which I did not receive.
                              so please recover my wrong debit of rupees 360/- from my account as soon as possibble.
                              I can see many complaints like this in SBI, So please Respected officials of SBI, Do take care about such issues and

                                I hold a SBI Credit Card for more than 10 years About 4 months back I got a call from them informing me that as a valuable customer for so many years they offer a Holiday Package of three days and Two nights and a Fly High! offer free. I was informed that an amount of Rs.6067/ will be charged to my card account,I agreed forthe same. They have an understanidng with Heritage India. After deducting the amount they ent a brochure informing me to choose the destination (only in south India) I chose three different places viz., Goa, OOty and Kerala. Of this they sent they sent me a mail asking me to to confirm Air ticket to Coimbatore by Spicejet and directed me that I should pay the airport Charges of Rs.1829/- whereas the ticket itself is Rs.1830/- So the offer (Free Ticket) is for Re.1/- only I refused to go for that and asked them to confirm the booking of Hotel. In the meanwhile I sent five mails to them asking them to confirm the hotel Atlast I got the confirmation that my hotel booking is done for 5th and 6th March 2010. Again here the cost of the hotel is Rs.4600/- only But they charged me Rs.6067/-. After lot of mails they are not giving me a facourable reply. As I have to arrange for my travel I booked train tickets on 4th and 7Th for return journey Are they right in charging me Rs.6067/- when they actually pay rs.4600/- Can I claim back the difference amount If so how? I fail to understand why SBI Cards enter into this kind of arangement with Heritage India. Is it only to cheat people. I retired from SBI recently. Can I take this matter to a consumer court for not allowing me to fully utilise the money that I sent.

                                1) Call The Priviledge Circle Helpline (not SBI) and ask for cancellation.
                                2) Record their conversation on phone. Do record they denying and not teling you about the cancellation policy (if they don't tell you, you should not ask for it)
                                3) Give recordings to SBI Ombudsperson through e-mail (Remember dont give complaint to Customer Care head but only Ombudsperson). Check your state and pick Ombudsperson accordingly from the following weblink http://www.sbilife.co.in/sbilife/content/11_3781. A chart is available there.

                                  The arrogant behaviour of Mr Manohar, dealing with the pension accounts at SBI, Perambur Branch and ill treating elderly people. The Existence certificate was given in Jan 11, 2010. I am 72 years with a history of Brain stoke, so unable to stand or walk for long, went personally to meet him & affix my Thumb impression. He is sitting in 1st floor and behaving rudely not replying properly. Till date pension not received since Nov 09. today[protected] again i went & sat in SBI, Perambur, Chennai, his reply is still rude. Request Mr Chairman to give respect for the elederly people, when dealing with our pension which is our saving for 35 years of toil & service. The Branch Manager is not competent to handle the situation at Perambur Branch. He should also be questioned by his authorities.

                                  When my daughter-in-law & my wife was explaining about my inability to stay long, he was making remarks of my inability.

                                  The Honourable Forum should take some steps for proper treatment of Pensioners. One could see the plight of Pensioners who are always accompanied by thier family members with crutches / walkers. The pension department is at First Floor. Expecting the pensioners to climb narrow steps, when the ground floor space is not given for them, is ill treatment of elderly people.

                                  The Pensioner can remain somewhere in the ground floor and inform the concerned officer who is supposed to go to him personally or through some representative to complete formalities of life certification. The Branch Head and Section Officer should take cognizance of the situation of the Pensioner and act in a befitting way

                                  The home loan asst. manager - Krishnamoorthy from Perambur branch- Chennai is Behaving rude to the client. We gave all the documents whatever he asked and he is not giving the complete list after two days he asked for another doc. like that 1 week he was doing the same. He is question us you all are educated people and dont you know all these procedure for loans - Hurting the client with his words. And more over he is not collecting the pending documents also. He says i cant come at your wish, i will come on my own comfort time and start processing. He is speaking rude to me rudely and cut the phone without any manners. As we are client to them they dont respect us. Very poor service. SBI has to take some action on this.
                                  Impersonal and Rude Behavior of Accountant - Mr Sundar, State Bank of India (SBI), Chennai Egmore branch (opposite to Baby hospital),

                                  I am pregnant impaired lady working in a company. One day, i went to SBI for some queries. Mr sundar State Bank of India (SBI), Chennai Egmore branch, deals me in rude and harsh manner, and treats customers in delicate manner. That accountant is treating all the persons and customers in rude manner. As a lady, i cant tolerate his harsh words...I don’t know what to do?.. Plz kindly take action on him.
                                  THE PENSION SECTION IN THE STATE BANK OF INDIA, PERAMBUR IS IN FIRST FLOOR (NOT IN GROUND FLOOR). MOST OF THE PENSIONERS ARE AGED AND IN A POSITION TO GET THE FIRST FLOOR WITH STRAIN. SOME OF THE PENSIONERS ARE UNABLE TO GET THE FIRST FLOOR THEMSELVES DUE TO THE AGE. THEY REQUIRE THE HELP OF OTHERS TO GO TO FIRST FLOOR. THEREFORE, THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD TAKE EARLY STEPS TO BRING THE PENSIONSION TO THE GROUND FLOOR.
                                  THE STAFF ATTENDING THE PENSIONERS SHOULD ADHERE THE GRIEVANCES OF THE PENSIONERS WITH PATIENT AND TRY TO SOLVE THE GRIEVANCES AND TALK TO THE PENSIONERS POLITELY. THE STAFF SHOULD NOT TRY TO EXPOSE THEIR POWER TO THE PENSIONERS.

                                  THE DAY WILL COME THAT ONE OR ANOTHER DAY THE STAFF ALSO WILL BECOME A PENSIONER AS WELL AS AGED PERSON AND STAND BEFORE AN OFFICER TO GET THEIR PENSION. THIS SHOULD BE REMEMBERED BY EVERY YOUNG STAFF.

                                  SOME YEARS BACK (MADAM) DIANA WAS IN THE PENSION SECTION AT SBI PERAMBUR. SHE BEHAVED TO THE PENSIONERS KINDLY AND POLITELY. SHE HAD DONE HER DUTIES SINCERELY. ONE SHOULD LEARN SUCH THINGS FROM HER. ALMIGHTY GOD MAY BLESS HER.
                                  SBI PERAMBUR branch always worst public service.

                                  If the customers wants to get their problems to be addressed and first to approach would be the Branch Manager. But if the customer have issues with the Branch Manager how it be solved at the earliest.

                                  Perambur Branch Manager "MR. RAMESH KUMAR" does NOT process the requests in orderly manner.

                                  For all other requests, they have their token system and are processed as per the token system. But there are no such tokens provided for any requests to the Manager in charge. So the Mr. Ramesh uses this to favor things for the people whom he already know. He makes people wantedly wait for long hours and sends them back saying in soft tone to come on another day to get it done saying he is busy and cant waste time.

                                  I have noted that he always delays the work and make people suffer and leave the place in frustration.
                                  And I have seen people visiting him for 3rd time also thinking the work would be done but unfortunately they have to be sent again to come another day.

                                  He has more mood swings and does work according to his wish which is not right just because he is the Manager. He commands the people who come to him as if they are his slaves. He uses harsh words and doesnt give respect to aged people also. He takes pride in saying he has work to do as if others who visit the branch have no other work. Very sickening statement from a Branch Manager who does not acknowledge others time and life.

                                  Mr.RAMESH does NOT know how to respect others precious time.

                                  Hoping that there would be some change seen in PERAMBUR Branch, am here to submit now..

                                    I am Pavan Chandra Sekhar.K, working as Engineer, ESSAR STEEL LIMITED, Visakhapatnam. My salary account (A/c No [protected]) is in SBI Kirlampudi layout Visakhapatnam. My contact number is [protected].

                                    On 4th Oct 2009 night at around 2130 Hrs (displaying as 5th Oct 2009 in my account statement) , I tried to draw an amount of Rs. 4000/-(INR) using my SBI ATM card. The transaction was declined and the amount was deducted twice. The transaction number is “6483” and Axis bank ATM Id is “S1AC369”. I have given a complaint in my branch on 5th Oct 2009. They have put a complaint in service desk. On 15th Oct 2009, I received 4000/- for the original transaction. The second amount i.e., the amount that was deducted with the same transaction ID (6483) and ATM ID (S1AC369) as the previous, I did not received.

                                    On 02nd Dec 2009, ATM AGM has sent a reply to the accountant in SBI Kirlampudi layout branch stating that he would deposit that amount in Accountant account within two to three days, and after receiving that amount, the accountant has to credit the same in my account. But, I did not receive that amount yet.

                                    Later, I called upon [protected] and launched complaint on Jan 7th 2010. They has given me Hyderabad SBI branch number. I called upon that number several times. They are not lifting the phone. I was given a ticket number and the same was closed on 15th of this month stating that my issue is taken care of competent authority. I went to bank and enquired about the same. They said that they did not receive any information regarding that. On 24th Jan, 2010, I asked them to reopen the complaint that they have placed previously. Again the same thing has happened. But, I did not receive the amount yet. I again called [protected], they asked me to be patient for some more time.

                                    It has been four months since I launched complaint. I have made calls to local authorities and [protected] several times. I went to SBI kiralmpudi branch several times. But my issue was left unsolved.

                                    I am not knowing what is happening…………..

                                    So, I request you to kindly look into this issue and do the needful at the earliest.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      Greetings!

                                      I requested to transfer my SB Account from Okha to Jamnagar Branch 6 months before as i was posted there in Okha and was posted again in Jamnagar on transfer. When i esquired about the procedure to transfer my account whatever they told me i have submitted. But i didn't take any receiving at that time. Freshly again i requested on 13/11/2009 for the same matter. This time i took the receiving and was told by the officer that my account will be transferred within 15 days. But so far neither i received any confirmation nor my account have been transferred.

                                      In view of above fact, it is requested to do the needful in the matter at the earliest.

                                        On 9th Dec 2009 I use my ATM card for taken money but sorry to inform you that my a/c NO:[protected] debited but have not received the cash. I have also inform the complain to their toll free number and their tkt no: ATI 18456808 till date no response received or got my Rs 2000/- My account is maintained at SILIGURI BR ( code No: 0184) pl look in to the matter.
