[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Pending in reissuing of atm card

sir my account no is [protected].i did not reissued atm card after applying 2 times . i have submitted rs 200 also. i am trying for this last 2 months. plz do it in my favour as soon as possible i am facing many problems without it. hope in favourable reply.

I have lost my SBI ATM card no.[protected] on dated 02/08/2008. After doing all necessary procedure I applied for issue of a new ATM card on dated 14/08/2008 at SBI service branch at Kunjaban, Agartala, Tripura. But till date I have not received.

You are requested to do neenful action for early issue of the same.

I have already applied 45 days ago for duplicating ATM card by the branch of Medical College, Rohtak and the report is O.K but till date I have not received it. Kindly look into the matter personnaly and do the needful at the earliest.

but uptill now sir i dont get my atm pin coad.i am continous contact to the bank official staff
