      I withdraw amounted 500 Rupees from my ATM Card in Byculla on dt.30/07/2008 but I cant immediate received such amount from ATM Machine So my money again return to ATM Machine so please give me guidence.

      I, Rajendra Prasad, having ac. number of[protected] tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. 5000/- from the SBI ATM machine located in Hazaribagh Road (Near Seventh Heaven), Ranchi at around 3:35 PM on July 1, 2008. At that time after entering the amount i pressed the enter button upon which it said "Please wait, Transaction is being processed". After waiting for some time the screen simply returned back to the starting screen without any transaction or without saying anything further about my requested withdrawal transaction. I again tried to withdraw the money from the adjacent machine in the same premise but to no avail. The machines were not even showing my available balance or the mini-statement. This problem was also being faced by a other people who tried to process their transaction. Few transactions were taking place but rest were not being processed.

      Later on, in the evening i checked my balance from another ATM machine and it showed that the amount of Rs. 5000/- had been withdrawn already. This is a negligence of a technical flaw caused by the ATM machine and I was in no way responsible for it. It is therefore requested to please rectify the mistake as soon as possible so that it might be convenient for me and is also requested to credit the amount of Rs. 5000/- back to my account.
      SUB:-Non payment through ATM at Secundrabad(STATE BANK OF HYDERABAD)at LALLAGUDA BRANCH -.
      With above refrence i amuing ATM Card at Secundrabad(STATE BANK OF HYDERABAD)at LALLAGUDA BRANCH -55-5855.
      on16.08.2008 ATM ID No.S1AN20008201, TXN1139 wide ATM Card No.[protected] of A/C No.[protected].and withdrawal R.5000/= but cash did not delivered to me by the ATM but withdrawal show in pay lip and Deduct in my account. in the same ATM print out other pay silip that is shown "Sorry Unable to Process"with the same TXN NO andTime.
      Im complain SBI(RLY.TATION BRANCH)MUGHALSARAI
      dated[protected].
      Then complain STATE BANK OF HYDERABAD)at LALLAGUDA BRANCH dated[protected].

      With reference to the above, It is very shocking that despite of my complaint to the top authority, no speedy action has been taken so far for recovery of Rs.15000/- which was wrongly debited from my account during ATM operation o[censored]nion Bank of India, Pataliputra Brach, Patna on 06.04.2009. Again I am furnishing below the details for quick action on my complaint.
      I Prabhat Kumar Sinha saving bank account holder in SBI, MARUF GANJ BRANCH, PATNA CITY, PATNA could not receive an amount of Rs. 15000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand ) which was withdrawn in ATM o[censored]nion Bank Of India, Pataliputra Colony, Patna on 06.04.2009 . As my account is debited with 15000/- which I could not receive as evident from pass book. I have lodged my complaint to my bank ie SBI, MARUF GANJ BRANCH, PATNA CITY, PATNA for rectification of this mistake but after the lapse of four months, the same has yet not credited back in my account. Several time I approached to Shri Umesh Kumar, Branch Manager, SBI/Maruf Ganj/Patna City, but Branch Manger did not entertain my complain properly. Some how he had taken my complain and harshly replied to me and taken a plea that it will take long time. Further he has suggested me to chase at ATM feeding branch, Union Bank of India, Patliputra Branch, Patna and accordingly I made request to the branch manager o[censored]BI but he did not paid any attention of my grievance and pretending that the redressal of my complain will be done at Branch Manger, SBI, MARUF GANJ BRANCH, PATNA CITY, PATNA .
      The attitude and arrogant dealing of branch manager of both bank has distressed me and now I am confused where should I go for recovery of this transaction. I am a poor paid salary person. Due to loss of Rs.15000/- from my account, financial burden has put me in trouble. Recently on 03.07.2009 and 13.7.2009 again I approached to the Branch Manager of both bank but again their approach was negative towards me.
      I, therefore, request you to look into this matter at your personal level and expedite your office procedure for recovery of Rs.15000/-( fifteen thousand ) which was wrongly debited from shaving account during the ATM operation o[censored]nion Bank Of India, Pataliputra Colony, Patna

      problem at SBI ATM — non receipt of money from sbi atm

      iam having an account at state bank of india secunderabad branch.an atm card was issued .as carry of money is not advisable now a days we went to guntur on some work.on 27-7-09 as we need money we went to state bank of india pattabhipuram branch guntur where the atm is located.we used the card to get an amount of rs 5000/.insted getting the money a slip has received stating "sorry unable to process".again we went some other place where another atm is located ie at state bank of india tresury branh at guntur and used atm and we got the money of rs 5000/. but to my surprise the earlier used atm amount was also debited to our account eventhough the amount was not received.i have sent a fax to sbi secunderabad branch about the same and also an e mail to them stating the fact. but so far there is no response from any of the branch.i have also sent an e mail to sbi pattabhipuram branch also.my account no is[protected].i herd from other sourses that some instructions given to banks on this regarding prompt service to be extended to the customers with causing delays in settling such cases.we request you to kindly do the needful in this matter . if such problems arrises with atms customers suffer like any thing in places of their visit at new areas.sorry for the inconvenience caused to you sir in this respect. nageswara rao

BUT THE AMOUNT WAS NOT DISPENSED ALTOUGH IT WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE ALREADY COMPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES BUT THE BANK AUTHORITIES JUST TAKE MY COMPLAIN AND DO NOTHING.AMOUNT WAS 500 INR.
      PPLEASE TAKE ACTION IN THIS REGARD SOON.

      With due respect i say that i withdraw the Rs. 5000/- cash on 29.08.10at 16.02 hrs by ATM ID no. S1AN00639302, TXN No. 7763 amount detect my A/C No. [protected] but I did not receive mony. we had complain lodge on 29.08.10 to "Manager, SBI, Railway station, Mughalsarai, U.P. I am permanent customer on this bank. Mamager told me your matter sent to mumbai for updation and your amount approximat one month sent by ATM HQ in my account. but today 05.10.10 Bank manager reciept givin to me your transaction is successful and excess of Rs. 5000/- not found on 31.08.10, I may be saved from this mental harassment because this amount really matters a lot to me.

      Kindly this matter sortout urgently. I am highly obliged forever

        Dear sir/madam,
        i have opened a saving account in SBI Bank in vellore(new kaptpadi, siruthozhil branch) my account no is [protected] i had got the internet banking password one month before but till now i had not received the internet banking userid please do the needful as soon as possible
        I'm state bank of india customer in tirupati main branch. I received a internet banking kit form the bank two weeks before and I'm not able to log in to my account.

            I was travelling in 2854-Amarkantak express on 20.07.08 in coach no. S-5 on official tour to Jabapur. I had e ticket booked by me online bearing PNR No. [protected] on 15.07.08 . I had mentioned PAN Card No. AEFPD0133C in my name as ID proof and carrying the same with me as usual. I had just boarded the train at Habibganj (Bhopal) and about to put my luggasge and settle to my seat, Shri S.N.Sharma (He did not show his identity card) came to our compartment and asked for tickets. I showed to him my e tocket along with PAN card in original repeat original as an identity proof when asked for. Shri S. N. sharma refused to accept PAN card saying that it was not original and therefore i will have to pay the paenalty of Rs. 433/-. I protested because the PAN card I was showing was the same card ITO, Jabalpur had issued to me some 15 years back. As he was not convinced, I produced my driving licence in original and Bank's ID card in original which was more than sufficient proof of my identity. But this fello did not even look at them and insisted that unless I pay the penalty he will not let me go. He was using abusive language as if I was a fraudulent person. he even called Police and thratened me that he will go to any extent to book me and see that I will have seven years sentenced for. I was forced to pay penallty because of the adament attitude of Shri S N Sharma. I am surprised and unhaappy at the same time with this incidence because I had never tried to cheat and this fellow was repeatedly making such allegations for no fault of mine.

            I had given an application for my transfer of account and for the fixed deposit to S.B.I., Panchkula on 6th April'2009. The fixed deposit no. is 0030391. The branch code no. of Barola branch Noida is 5411 and the branch code no. of Sector-10, Panchkula is 1509.

            I am sorry to inform you that my account and F.D. are still lying with Noida branch and this has been confirmed by Panchkula branch today.

            I never expected this kind of service from S.B.I.

            I, therefore, request you to kindly look into it and help me in this matter.

              Sir,

              One year back I was a member of SBI credit card (SBI CREDIT CARD NO: [protected]). Later, in the month of April 2007, I paid the total outstanding bill amount, which amounting Rs: 1218/- Cheque No: 471347 o[censored]CO Bank.

              After that I have opted for cancellation, and applied for same, also I have a got an SMS from your end which stipulates you are cancelled my Credit Card.

              Afterward in the month of May and June of 2007 you are sending me the statement which amounted 0.46 CR which means no payment required against my card and from then I am not get any Monthly Statement. I sanguine, that my card has been cancelled.

              But surprisingly, TODAY. On 27/07/2008 I receive a new statement which charged
              Rs: 842.36/- as Annual Fee and GST Debit for current stmt.

              I Hope it is a mistake from your end.

              Now I do not have your card and I am not using it also I am not interested to continue it in future.


              I am very much distress about the aforementioned matter and I have loss my mental peace and normal lifestyle.

              Please send me a confirmed `CANCELATION LETTER` of my SBI Credit Card as early as possible failing which I shall be constrained to take appropriate legal action both civil and criminal against SBI Cards & Payment Services Pvt.Ltd for harassment of my normal life.

              With due respect I want to inform u that I have conveyed you to cancel my SBI card before six months but your department has sent me the statement according to which I have to submit round about 600 RS.               Dear Sir,
              I was issued two cards. One on my name and the other in my wife's name. I was issued a legal notice for delayed payments of 28000/-. I told that I had only 22000 in my hand. One Mr Rajan (Mob Number [protected])sent me a message in my mobile and requested that If I made that payment of 22000 by 24 Aug 2008, the remaining amount would be waived off and my card would be cancelled immediately. I somehow arranged and paid vide their Book No.238833 Receipt No.11941647 on 23 Aug 2008 to come out of any dire consequenses.

              I had requested Mr Rajan, to kindly cancel my card and send a confirmation. He kept on promising that it would be sent as early as possible.But nothing has been sent till date.

              But after a week to my surprise I see that the mobile number is temporarliy out of service. Till date it has the same response.

              The most unusual thing is that I receive a statement which says my balance payment is 8600/- as on 05 Oct 2008.

              This has created such a turbulence in my mind that I am forced to write this. Please help. I also request you to kindly confirm the settlement of the credit card account as early as possible.

              i am holding sbi card for more than two year and i am very punctual in paying my dues every time whenever i got your statement before the due date
              but this month i didnt recived any statement from you but one message come on my mobile regarding total dues (2713.00) and the last date of payment (15.03.2009)so i prepares cheque dated 10.03.2009 and dropped in one of the sbi car drop box in pune .
              i dont know when you have collected that cheque from that drop box

              today iam first time looking this sbi card email sight and also i have registered myself.
              and just view my statement iam very surprised to see the. late fees of rs. 648.00
              this is the mistake from your side and i request you to credit the same amount to me.
              otherwise i will stop using SBI CARD.

              dear sir,
              i am not receiving monthly statements from last two months so please send those two statements to my email address.
              Well my name is Jayprakash Poojari and i recently received credit card from SBI on 2nd week of January 2011 and my a/c no.[protected] with a limit of Rs10,000/-. I was surprised to see the credit limit in my account as when i was contacted by their representive i was told that i would be given upto 5 lac credit limit which was like totally misguiding. Also when i tried to call the customer care of SBI to cancel on 39020202 / [protected] / [protected] we have to wait minimum half an hour to speak to the representive and still no one answers. this has happened 2 to 3 times when i called i was kept on hold for atleast half an hour all the time and no one answered and in the end i only got fed up and disconnected the line. i hope the board incharge looks in to this matter of poor customer handling.

                I am dr hiren shah (MS ORTHO) working at civil hospital ahmedabad. i had open up my sbi account on 27/05/2008 at civil hospital branch ahmedabad. By their negligiance they had open up two account on single application. i had applied for atm card and i had received consequently five atm card on zero balanced account no. [protected]. My original account no on which i had issued passbook and check book is no. [protected] . on this original account no. i can not get atm till today after visiting plenty of time to my branch. Even after two month i am suffering and i am not having my atm card.

                I am working in NIOH, Central Govt. Institute, Ahmedabad & I have taken Home loan Rs 400000/- from your SBI Civil Branch, Ahmedabad. My premium is 4400/-. it is autometic cutting from my salary account which is existed in your Civil SBI Branch. But the problem is that for last 8 months you are debting some fine approx.                   I have already paid the full amount of SBI Credit card which have been used by me through SBI Credit Card But I do not understand why the are sending the falls statement again and again with some due amount which have not been availed by me through Credit Cards.

                        I am prasenjit kumar patra, I am a customer of SBI branch- haldia port, when I was at kolkata I used my SBI ATM card to draw Rs 4800 from SBI ATM MCC(NAGER BAZZAR NR FARI) but unfortunetly i missed to collect the money & that money rolled back into the ATM at the same time that amount has deduct from my account, I was complaint & send them a written application for that transaction to SBI ATM department but that amount is still not credited. so plz advice me for the regarding situation.

                        On 25 Sep 2008 at 5:24 p.m. I went to SBI ATM near SHADIPUR DEPOT(DMS) DELHI and punched amount of Rs 3500/- for withdrawal but what i received was only Rs 1500/- . I immediately dialled customer care of bank and they said within 24 hours correction will be made but nothing happened and i reported to my branch at EAST PATEL NAGAR after few days, there they asked for a applicationwhich i submitted same day but nothing happened after that, i again went to my branch at this juncture they told me to contact that branch in which juridiction is ATM, which was DMS SHADIPUR there staff told me to wait for another one week, but nothing moved till date .

                        I went there again and staff said records are locked in drawer

                        I am completely harassed and cannot use my money .
                        Kindly correct the entry at the earliest .

I have withdrawn only one time then the balance was shown Rs. 2, 117.85. Then i Have started my tour to Hyderabad. But after opened my net i shocked. Kindly reverse the double time debited amount of Rs. 2, 500/- in my account. This has happened because the same day in my account Rs. 75, 000/- transferred by way of transfer took place. so i kindly request you to credit my Rs. 2, 500/- and oblige.                         I'm custumer of ICICI Bank, I have made one ATM transaction on 8th Sep 09(around 8:30PM) for Rs.2000 in HDFC BANK ATM(INDIRA NAGAR BRANCH,BANGLORE) but money was not came & it showed me temperely unable to process but my money(Rs.2000) was deducted from my account, I tried so many times for phone banking but it was not connected.
                        I'm requesting you to please solve this problem.

                          This is Gospada Satapathy, from Mumbai, saying that the service of sbi card is questionable.I got a gold card from sbi 2 years back with a credit limit of 75, 000. I used approxmatrly around 60, 000. aftter that they blocked my card saying that i[censored] pay the total outstanding then we will release your card, this promise was from sbi helpline from gurgaon. I have paid all the out standing within six month with all the charges.from the time i got the card i had never asked to company about the charges because I delayed some of the monthly minimum payments i agrees about this.In the month of Feb 2008, I cleared all the outstanding with all the charges by Paying 26 thousand some thing by getting assurance from the call center that we will activate your card, but no result...?my card will expire on 10/08.when i called the helpline they are telling that your card is permanently blocked as per our internal policy. can i get justice from your side...?

                              In the last 1 month, I have received about 25 calls from SBI credit card collection department looking for one Mr. Om Prakash Deshpande.
                              I have told them several times that I am not Om Prakash Deshpande and have been using my cell number since the last five years. There is no chance that this number anytime belonged to Mr. Deshpande. But they fail to update their database.

                              The calls are coming from their gurgaon call centre - [protected] and some other similar numbers.

                                Dont think SBI Executive to meet @ ur place you have to give Applications on any of the Dmat enabled SBI Br. in mumbai SBI started a separate central processing centre only for processing DMAT applications, , , I found the following advantages with SBI Demat...
                                1) Once its opened unintureptd service
                                2) Very low AMC/Yr and Brokerage charges
                                3)No hidden charges
                                A/c opening is free of cost till 31/03/2009, , ,

                                Hello just make others not to join SBI...for the following reason...
                                1) No proper response.
                                2) Trading account is handled by 3rd party.
                                3) If any issue happens then SBI won't be responsible for it. It will point 3rd party (Motilal owasis). 3rd party will point Bank. you will be a dog.

                                Suggestion: Join ICICI both demat and online is been handled by them.
                                Enjoy SharesKhan then also do the same.

                                i have applied for Online Demat account opening in SBI Bank on 17th july, have not received the account opening, but their website says only bank has deducted the amount for ys to open but this takes too long, no response from the bank.
                                I have applied online for Demat A/c and got my Demat-webway Ticket No. SBI-DMT-361221. But no any your agent has contact with me for the purpose yet.                                 I have also applied for Deemat Account from SBI main Branch, Allahabad on 23 June-2009 but till date i.e.06.08.2009 i have no response from neither bank nor local representative.
                                I have applied the demat account in the month of june. After 3 weeks i recieved a letter from sbi "your account has been actived". no clint code no passdword. All most 10 days spend to get the detail of login pass word & trade password by visiting to bank. In the bank there is no proper person to give guidelines related to account open next follow ups what to do? how to do ? . The person who deligately oppoint for this work is almost out of the bank. we should talk to him on by phone it self. He never try to trace the problem. However by taking the other branch agent I have prepared login password & id.
                                At the last I have deeply strucked in fund transper from saving account to demat account. For this almost 3 week they are fail to identify the problem from both demat account branch. & SB account branch. For this I am fed & completely disoppinted. I don't know to whom I have to tress my problem.
                                Finely I conclude that I want to close the Demat. Account.

                                I am, Dhasarathan.K, i have SB account in our State Bank of India, Tamilnadu. I have my account in my permenent resident. But i am working in out of my permenent resident. I created DMAT account before 4monts through State Bank Of India.But still i am not able to access my DMAT account, due to Third party transfer enabling. I called to customer care of SBI, they requested to visit Home branch. i am not having leave on week days, even i got personal leave on my company and went to my native place. There i asked to Bank manager, but he simply say that " The forms misplaced somewhere come on another day". As an private company employee, how i can get the leave again.

                                Please kindly guide me to make an action for the irresponsible manager of that bank, Otherwise change the entire process in online.

                                I too strongly agree with the so far comments against SBI Demat Account.. I Humbly request to all, not to suggest any one to open DEMAT IN SBI. I have opened the DEMAT, But the trading account was not linked with savings account. I had to raise a request to them and then they did in 3 working days. After that now i am not able to purchase any shares. If I place a order, Its not showing at all...

                                I APPLIED FOR SBI DEMAT ACCOUNT ON 10.08.2008 .BUT TILL DATE I HAV NOT RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY ACCOUNT OPENING.THE CALL CENTRES ARE JUST USELESS.

                                SBI Customer care is worst, executives are not trained and competent enough to answer the queries. They have a run away attitude insted of helping the customer. They gave me wrong numbers when I asked for numbers for DEMAT relationship those numbers either doesn't work or does not exist. I don't know on what basis SBI is claiming to be No.1. bank in India...

                                STATE BANK OF INDIA- DEMAT SECTION — CHARGES NOT REVERSED

                                We had opened Demat Accounts in your Polytechnic branch of Ahmedabad in the scheme of ‘IPO Funding” with eztrade account of Motilal Oswal Securities. The Bank had charged Rs.300 on 20.12.07 per account.
                                As we had not require accounts, we had closed in November 08. However, They have charged per account Rs.300 again in March, 2009 and because of your charges, in the two accounts balance has gone below the minimum balance amount and respected branch has taken charges of Rs.200. So we are really surprised from complicated charging method. Every broking company charges yearly from opening date of account to exact ending date of month of next year but SBI charges differently from other. A new customer who opens an account does not know that he will have to pay twice a year.

                                We don’t expect all these from reputed and prime bank of the India. I requested to SBI please look in the matter and reverse back all the charges. We have been charged massively by both sides. So we really are not able to bear this kind of charges. .Branch taking Rs.200 per quarter, when i discussed with manager they replied me if Demat section will reverse your charges then we will also do the same. Please help us. Details are as under

                                I am also facing the same problem with SBI demat account. the customer service desk is 100% not supportive and no co operation is expected from them. Its about more than a months i have got the passwords, I cant trade in my account as it is not opening .

An amount of Rs400/- was debited from my SB account too but the online transaction Username and password has not been sent to me till date.                                 i was send my praposal to open demat a/c& online trading a/c.but no one is responding.
                                The Demat Account opening takes a lot of delay for which no one takes the responsibility. I had submitted and application in Sept 2009 and an amount of Rs400 was deducted from my account in Nov 2009. SBI, Town branch, Thrissur. I post this on 14Mar2010 and my trading account client ID, Password etc has not been forwarded to me yet. On the toll free No it was told that the application has been rejected but I havent received any intimation regarding the same so far.Even after a lapse of six months there is no intimation of the account opening. No satisfactory replies are sent back even though i complained about 5 times by E mail and contacted the branch on phone several times. It is a shame on the part of a reputed bank like SBI to act in such a callous manner. I would suggest all never to open a De mat account in SBI.
                                please avoid to apply for demat services with SBI. I think no reletation maintain any services with deef SBI to listen our problems.
                                State Bank of India Yol camp regarding a/c no [protected]

                                1. On 23/10/2006 after getting my updated passbook, I found that my misplaced ATM card was illegally misused by any person. I brought this incidence in the notice of bank officer concerned and told regarding my misplaced ATM card and also made request to stop ATM service of this a/c immediately. The concerned officer received my written request. I also received duplicate copy of my request from the officer who made initials with time and date.
                                2. On 26/10/2006 I wrote to bank regarding the varification of the illegal withdrawls
                                from my a/c on 05/10/2006 & 06/10/2006 and also mention regarding ATM blocking on 23/10/2006
                                3. Bank manager telephonically call me in the bank and told verbally that enquiry is in the process. After the completion of enquiry we shall inform you in writting.
                                4. On 24/08/2009 S.B.I.by their letter tried to misled me in the name of report of
                                enquiry by reverting the same information as given by me on 23 & 26/10/2006
                                5. On 26/10/2009 S.B.I. again misled me under RTI act 2005 by providing me copy
                                of already given letter by S.B.I. dt. 24/08/2009.
                                6. On 17/12/2009 in reply to my appeal under RTI, S.B.I. LHO chandigarh provide
                                me statement of a/c for 2006 having entry of another illegal withdrawl of Rs.13, 700/= made on 31/10/2006 inspite of my written request received by bank on 23/10/2006 to stop ATM service and this third withdrawl executed just after credit of my salary in my a/c and bank never endorse this withdrawl in my pass book updated from time to time.
                                7. On 28/12/2009 S.B.I. in reply to my letter wrote As per our record we donot appear to have received any such application on 23/10/2006. As such your card was not stopped. Bank also wrote Let us know the name of the staff member to whom you have delivered the letter for stopping the ATM card.
                                8. On 04/01/2010 by following the instructions given on 28/10/2009 Branch manager S.B.I.yol camp I wrote S.B.I. under RTI act-2005, to provide the identification of officer who forwarded my request dt.23/10/2006 to stop ATM service of my a/c.
                                9. In the letter no. 30/154 dt. 20/01/2010(Para no 3), Branch manager S.B.I. yol camp mention that ATM is stopped from 01/11/2006 which is wrong information, as in reply under RTI on 29/01/2010 bank state that ATM was stopped on 02/11/2006.
                                Para no.6 of this letter is also of serious concern which shows the poor credibility
                                of S.B.I. as this para indicates that S.B.I. yol camp is not responsible for
                                any type of committments made by this branch during period of october 2006.
                                10. On 04/02/2010 I made request under RTI(appeal) to give me complete and clear
                                information for my request vide letter dt.04/01/2010 under RTI act-2005.
                                11. On 25/02/2010 Appealant authority S.B.I. LHO Chandigarh made order to
                                CPIO S.B.I. Dharamsala vide letter no 683 for providing complete and clear
                                information under RTI act-2005 to me, which required to follow the instructions of Bank manager S.B.I.Yol camp as per their letter dt. 28/12/2010.
                                12. On 12/03/2010 CPIO S.B.I. Dharamsala denies to provide complete information
                                under RTI act-2005, and tried his best to conceal the facts very tactfully, to save the persons who made forgery and also to persons who made connivance to execute forgery in a/c.no[protected] of a female client.

                                We Applied for a demat & online trading account Through Mr. Keyur from SBI Gandhi Nagar & deposir Rs. 400/- in his account for this purpose.
                                on 1st April we got a confirmation message by SMS from BT-SBIDP about our BO Id .but till today we dont get any message from your Bank. although we tried to contact to Mr. Keyur, but we are very sorry to say that we not get any satisfactory reason, actualy so many times he cancled our phone call.
                                Please do not go for SBI DEMAT. It is one of worst demat service provider. Response for complaints is very bad

                                i have similar account with sbi, they have been charged rs. 3000 on my all accounts, on closer of ipo funding account. the reason that this was collective charges pending for ipo account that is been closed. where as they they themselves stopped funding facility. also, as per banking practice the charges should be debited as and when occurred. on top of all this they never send us any statement/receipt for charges in last 3 years. is this how a nations top bank work ?

                                  its happen sometimes, just go to bank & asked him that due to teller machine i couldnot pickup my money.bec ur money will remain in the atm machine & it will be credited to ur acount in a week.

                                    I am rekha emmanuel presently living in england. I am complaing on behalf of my mother who have an account with Ajnala SBI branch, district amritsar, punjab. The money has been taken off her account from ATM on two different occassions. the amount of money was Rs.15000 and 45000 respectively. She is old retired government servant who complained about it in the SBI bank, Ajnala. but despite her repeated request and visits nothing has been done till date to find the offender . since i live far off i am worried and concerned. Please do the needful and oblige.

                                      I had already cancelled my SBI card, Which i never used it from the day one. But still i am getting SMS (no hard copy of statements) regarding the payment due...don't know what is the charges against for...
                                      SBI Customer service is very bad for credit card queries (my experience).
                                      Who and where is the right person in "Bangalore" to be contacted for credit card issues/complaint.

                                      I am using SBI credit card since 7 years. I have done a purchasing of approx 16000rs. for whch i booked a flexi pay ( Monthly installments scheme) on phone. But the customer care executive didnot booked it on that time and they billed me entire 16000rs.I again called them they said its not been booked this was the mistek by the executive who dit booked it. In that month i informed on Customer care about the bll and informed them taht i will not be paying this entire amount as i have already booked a flexi pay. In that perticular month i havent made any payment. And in next month they charged me the intrest and late fee on that amount. Since that time i have been nforming them to renew the bill. But till today no revised bill came to me and the intrest they have charged me is 7000rs. I am continusly mailing them to send me the details of the intrest other vise i want to discontinue with the card but they are not even replying to my mail. And the recovery peopole are harassing me by calling atlist 15 times in a day.
                                      I have told them i am ready to pay the intrest and the late fees if there is any except this flexipay transaction's intrest. But no rely is coming from their side.

                                        I had opted for the L018 Magnum Tax Gain Scheme - Dividend in October 2007 using the SIP mode of investment. I'd applied for the scheme through SBI-Yelahanka, which is credited as the ARN/Broker with broker code STATE BANK OF INDIA - YELAHANKA in the statement of accounts till November 2007. While applying for the scheme, I was awarded excessive courtesy by the branch manager at SBI - Yelahanka and he was very patient and cooperative in resolving all my queries.

                                        Now, in June 2008, when I went to terminate my SIP, I was in for a rude shock. I was treated with utter disdain and insolence by the same gentleman. On being informed that I was there for ending the scheme, his response was "What can I do about it, you do it if you want" On being informed that the scheme was applied from the same bank branch, he replied gruffly that he was not a 'postman' to deliver my letters and 'had nothing to do with SBI Mutual Funds'. From a lady who was embarassed at her boss's idiotic demeanour, I did find out who I was expected to send the request for closure to. However, its possible that in case of postal delay, I may have to end up paying another month's investment, which I did not wish to. I don't think this is acceptable.
