SBI Clerk — run time error

HI there,

I am lovely from Delhi, I have been trying to apply online for SBI clerck, 2008, for last 4 days but every time i click the submit button, it gives me error saying "runtime error" however, i have completed within 5 minutes.

Please help me regarding this, as I have already wasted so much money and time.

I have an account in SBI Vijaynagar Branch- Recently i shifted towards Mukherjee Nagar in a rented accommodation. When i went to the branch to ahve my address changed they did not do so. They said show that the house is in your name or that electricity or telephone connection is in your name. When i told them that i am living in a rented accommodation and gave them a copy of my rent agreement also, they said this will not suffice and they cannot change the address on this basis. I also gave them a copy of the electricity bill in the name of the landlord but they declined to accept the same.
I am little surprised that the branch is not ready to change the communication address. What is the use of a branch being a CBS one then?
Kindly tell me what is the option available for me to change the address ...

    Thanks for the reply I got after putting two reminders.

    I bring to your notice again that I had already visited the SBI Branch[protected] times and contacted concerned person.

    But regret to inform you that till date the card is not activated.

    Now contact service is again telling me to go back to the branch to complete the formalities related to reactivation of card instead of giving the instruction to Branch to sought out the problem.

    I could not able to undertand the function of Branch & Contact Service related to the ATM card.

    This is the extremely poor customer services provided by SBI branch and contact service.

    To provide better service to the customer pl inform branch to take neccessay action and inform account holder to wastage of time and energy.

    I applied for 2nd ATM Card which can cover my both the above accounts.

    I received ATM card no.[protected] which was again covering my a/c no. [protected].

    SBI branch 1509 advised me to get this card blocked at Toll Free help line no. [protected] and they are taking an action for 2nd ATM Card which can cover my both the above mentioned accounts.

    For getting the card blocked I tried to contact help line 25/30 times on toll free no. But, I could get the card blocked after spending the money on STD at your land line no.[protected] and the confirmation no. given [protected].

    Due to the poor services, contact centre blocked both the ATM cards.

    Inspite of my regular visit to the branch none of my ATM card get activated..

    Pl take immediate action to activate my ATM card[protected] and issue 2nd ATM Card which can cover my both the above accounts.

    I hope that you will treat this matter most urgent and provide better customer services.

    Dear Sir,

    I had issued the above refered cheque in the name of Mrs Geeta Goel from the above mentioned a/c but to my utter surprise the chq was bounced/un-paid for the reason shown as REFER TO DRAWER . Here I may state that sufficient funds were available in the aforesaid a/c on that very day. Why & how Rs.75/- have been deducted from my above said a/c is a great shock to me. On asking the reasons from the SBI bank Authorities no one is able to explain the reason of bouncing the chq. This is sheer negligance on the part of the SBI bank personnels and a great harassment to me. At this age of my 70 years, I have had never been insulted like this.

    Kindly enquire into the reason nd waive off the penalty charges of Rs.75/- and credit it again in my above mention a/c.

    Futher a requisition slip of chq book containing 25 leaves free of cost was requested by me in January 2009 end instead of sending it free of cost to me the bank has sent a chq book containing 50 leaves & charging me Rs.50/- as cost of chq book with out my consent (i.e;Rs 2/- per leave for 25 additional leaves for the chq book) I may mention here that I am a retired Professor of CSA University & have no bussiness transaction any where.A chq book of 25 leaves (free of cost as admissible) is sufficient enough to meet my requirement in a year. So this is another pick pocketing of Rs.50/- from my a/c.This too may also be looked into.

      I Bhagwan Y Choudhari holding SBI credit card from last 2 yrs, and my card was going to expired in the month of july 2008. So SBI dispatched my renewed credit card through Elbee courier in the month of may 2008 . Elbee courier person delivered the my Credit card to another person without verifying the identity of the customer .On 28 th may 2008 i came to know that credit card is handover to unauthorised person and he swapped my card, and exceeded my credit limit, immediately i have made a compliant in SBI credit card dept for misused of my credit card . But after a period of 45 days neither bank nor courier company gave me proper response on the same. pl help me to do needful

      applied for the card at SBI Neredmet X road , RK PURAM , Sec'bad in dec 2007. enquiries made by the bank in several occasions. rep of some courier company called me at my office phone at sec'bad informing his impending visit within fifteen mins appx 25 days back.he did not turn up. Customer care of SBI contacted several times. according to their record no credit card had ever been issued i my name. they are willing clarify from their so called executive at SBI , Neredmet X road , sec'bad. SBI must clarify.

      SBI/CREDIT CARD — Looting the join fee

      I recently got the SBI credit card with the joining fee of 500+51.50 (tax). But after receiving the card only some of my friends told me that they got the card in none of joining fee. Their card is also having all the same features of mine. When I spoke to the SBI customer care he is a good tape recorder, repeating the message “Your card is in that category”. I don’t know how the same card is chargeable for some customer and not chargeable for rest of the customers? Can any one tell me how to avoid this amount?

        They are worst, they have charged annual fee every year, I need to yell at them and they reverse. This year I am out of India and tried calling them on their customer care number, it does not work. I emailed them, it bounces back. Finally had to send them letter via mail. Still no reaction.

          I have the SBI for the past one year now.
          Though I have never used it till now i have an outstanding of Rs. 10, 000/- to be paid.
          The Royal Sundaram Insurance Policy has been hit on me forcibly without my concent by the SBI card.
          I have cancelled it twice by sending emails to "gesbi" and received their Cancellation confirmation mails too. Still the SBI people have been harassing me by calling and eachtime i have to explain them that i have cancelled the policy. Every time some different person calls, and tells me that I have not paid the charges.
          Today I recieved a call from a number saying that she was calling from an Advocate's office, and that SBI has filed a case against me for 10, 000/- Also if i was ready for settlement then I will have to pay Rs 6, 000/-

          With due regards I would like to look into this matter:

          In the month of February 2007, I took a SBI Credit Card being constantly persisted by a SBI Card agent. No sooner I got the card I got a call from “Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Company” for their Health Insurance plan, I listened the whole plan on the phone, the caller asked my family details, I asked him to come over to discuss the plan, instead a week after a received a whole kit of health insurance. During this period, my mother got seriously ill; she was hit by “Brain-Hammeorhage”. She was in hospital the entire following month March, 2007, As I am the only bread-maker in my family, I was acutely busy the whole march. I couldn’t get time to open that kit, despite of my efforts I couldn’t save her and she left us on April 29, 2007. Weeks after I managed to handle my home and office affairs, when I opened that kit I was amazed to see that they had given us the insurance, there were four plastic cards on which the names and DOB of my family members were written, there was a Form indicating that if we wish to opt for that Insurance Policy, we should Fill the form immediately, paste the photographs and send it back. As I was not convinced by the policy I ignored it.

          I was again taken back, when I saw my Credit Card statement dated 17th March 2007, which reflected dues of 7960.25 indicating the various admin charges and the premium of the insurance company. The insurance Company without having my any written consent how can insure me against my will; they are not having any of my photographs or written consent.

          I complained this to SBI department, they told me that “Royal Sundaram” approved us to debit money from your account and transfer to them, when I talked to Royal Sundaram; they told me that SBI people had asked them to insure me. I immediately asked Royal Sundaram to cancel the policy as it was against my will; Royal Sundaram assured me that my policy will be cancelled without any Cancellation Charges being levied as it was a genuine case.

          But I received a letter from “Royal Sundaram” dated 22nd May, 2007 that my policy has been Cancelled and only Rs. 3475 has been reversed and rest has been deducted as Cancellation charges, since this outstanding amount is being reflected in my Credit Card statements, and my last statement of 17th Feb 2008 amounts to Rs. 9006.08.

          I had not made any single purchase throughout, I mailed and talked to all the concerned officials of SBI but all in vain, no replies from them, moreover I am getting threatening calls from SBI to settle the amount, not only this, These SBI people have hired “Private Gundas” who come to my home at odd times and ask for settlement of money, making a impression of a debtor in the society as well as among by clientele.

          Therefore it is a due request you to please look into this matter and do something needful at the earliest,

          My name is Supriya Saha, a S.B.I. card holder since 02/2005 and my card no is [protected].

          I was not a defaulter member up to 02/2008. No outstanding was due against me towards payment during these three years.

          Now after 02/2008 unfortunately I am ill-treated by S.B.I. Card Management. Shortly I am stating the facts here.

          1) In the year 2006, I had denied for paying any service charge to renew the Card and it was agreed and the charge amount was reversed. In the year 2007 also I paid no service charge.

          2) I expected in this year the status will remain same when other Cards have no service charge.

          3) After telephonic conversation my service charge was reversed but bills are coming claming interest, charges on it. I fail to understand the fact where the principal amount was reversed then why I should pay the interest on it? the total amount claimed for Rs-2645/-

          Now I have stated all the facts and surrendering my Card with this letter hopping your kind consideration.

          Nor I applied or recd the said card no [protected] but many times recd the payment advice of Rs. 1238.98. Please stop sending this type of non sence post to address.
          SBI card –the logo should read ‘Make your life miserable’ instead of ‘Make life easy’-. I applied for a credit card in 2006 and received the SBI card no. [protected] 469.Within a few days of of receipt I got a call from Royal Sundaram Insurance offering me two insurance schemes amounting to Rs.3600/-.I agreed for one amounting to Rs.1900/-.To my surprise both the schemes were billed to me. I called back Royal Sundaram and told them that as they had not adhered to agreed commitment I did not want any of them. This was within their agreed free trial period. They readily agreed.
          However, the processing of the reversal was done by M/s Royal Sundaram beyond the trial period and from then on my misery started. Outstanding amount started appearing in my monthly statement .I talked to customer services and apprised them of the total story. Every time I was calling there was a different person on the phone. They would ask me to hold the line and start looking for records and come up with an answer that as reversal was beyond trial period I would have to pay the administrative charges.There was, however, no justification for that amount charged.
          I did not read the small letters in the application form for the credit card which the agent simply waived off saying these were the standard ones and I need not worry. But is it not the prime responsibility of SBI card to protect my privacy? How come my mobile number was given to Royal Sundaram Insurance with details of my profile, without my permission?
          I had opted for a credit card in the first place (and not for an insurance), in anticipation of expenditures for treatment of my ailing brother.
          Then phone calls started coming, in not so civil tone, to pay up. I tried to convince the persons on phone to give me a chance to clarify. I told them that I as a customer had no product/services from Royal Sundaram why should I pay? I had not even activated my card and as such there should be no claim.
          The frequency of phone calls increased with words like ’we will see how you don’t pay’.This continued for some time and then I was served with a ‘Advocates notice’ with dire consequences.
          I consulted a few of my colleagues and was advised not to go for any confrontation as that would cost me more time and money, leave aside the harassment.
          I rang up their agency mentioned in the notice and told them that I was ready to pay but they must give me a statement showing break-up of the amount charged. The reply was ’First you pay then we will see’.
          I told them to send me a mail giving the exact amount to be paid with penalty and all.An E-mail was received by me stating the amount(Rs.3600/-) and the mailing address, to which I complied.
          Next month again an outstanding amount appeared on my mobile and I rang up the person who had assured that there will be no further claim. He told me to ignore the message and he will look into it. I made several request through E-mail to send me a ‘No claim certificate’ but there was no reply.

          Settlement of Account: We would like to share with you that settlement offered on your SBI card account stands null and void as your SBI Card account settled for Rs. 2810.34/- and the same has to be received by us on or before 30th June 2008. However, We have received your last payment of Rs. 3500/- only on 30th July 2008.
          In view of the said matter, as per the agreement the cardholder is liable to pay the entire outstanding balance including the charges accrued on the SBI card account. We would also request you to refer the settlement letter for further clarification.

          Dear Sir,
          I am in reciept of your reply and am astonished to note that credence has not been taken regarding the payment amount (Rs.3500/-) as against 2811/- till June30th.
          The amount Rs. 3500/- was asked by your authorised agency including penalty for payment beyond 30th. June as full and final payment towards the due shown and same has been paid within July'08 as asked.I don't understand why an organisation like you is going back on its word.
          In this connection may I mention that whatever due is shown against my card has not been examined by SBI Card.Every time I am talking to a different person and landing back to the square one.
          I had also attached Lalit Kumar's E-mail copy in my last correspondence.
          Kindly, obtain the details from your outsourced offices and arrange for reversal of account.

          I would like to mention that full settlement against a payment of Rs.3500/- was offered by Mr.Mannat Singh of SBI card and the amount was sent to A-14/3, Naraina Industrial Area, Phase -2, New Delhi-110 028, by at par cheque on AXIS bank.(Cheque No. 167648 Dated 21.07.08.)
          When the outstanding amount kept on appearing on my mobile I personally talked to him and he asked me not to worry and ignore it.
          The nuisance value the card acquisition has created, has put me into a mental trauma.The amount is not the big thing but the way I have been harrased. Firstly I never activated the card as you may verify. The amount carried is, I am told, for administrative charges of Royal Sundaram Insurance which already was cacelled as they did not adhere to their part of the agreement.They readily agreed and reversed the amount.
          The charges carried since the has become more than that combined value of the Insurances.Till date I have paid Rs.4100/- to SBI card (For what I am yet to know) and outstanding amount is still continued.
          Your offer for Rs. 1500/- by 31st.Dec'08 for full and final payment, is also a gesture, as very well known to you, that can not be fulfilled, because it is only three working days away.I know I am helpless against an organisation like SBI card and an undue advantage is being leveraged by SBI card.
          I simply want to rid of this nuisance value, the SBI card has created for me. Kindly, in your fair judgement investigate into the matter, and give me a fair opportunity to settle the case.

          I have not received any communication from your end since 31.12.2008.
          I had a talk with Mr.Mannat Singh of SBI card and it has been confirmed by him that Rs.3500/- paid in july'08 was in full and final payment against my credit card.He would look into the matter and see that Rs. 1500/- paid now, can be refunded.

            On23/05/08 I purchased some articles at acost of Rs612.75 atFashion Station, R.M.Garden Lane, Beleghata.At first Isubmitted my debit card no.[protected] in respect of myS/B A/C no[protected] and pushed my PIN accordingly.But since this card was shown to be Inoperative in the machine I handed over another ATM card(no[protected]) in respect of myother account(no.[protected]) to shopboys and pushed the relevant PIN.This time the card was shown to be operative and they gave me cashmemo and I signed on it as usal.But I with surprise found that an amount of Rs.612.75 was debited from my both the acconts.The shopowners told me that they have charged the amt from only the 2nd account for which I signed the voucher.No amount was credied to their account . I brought the anomaly to the notice of my Bank (Bikash Bhavan, SBI) and requested to set the matter right on 02/06/08).But no tangible action has yet been come out.Kindly look into the matter so that a senior citizen like me is not robbed of his hardearned money.Thanking you in anticipation.Debapriya Nag

                I am holding SBI credit card [protected]
                Iam a sincere payer of all my dues within stipulated time.
                My last statement for the month of JULY-08 due date was 22/07/08. I dropped the cheque for the amount Rs 11854/= on 12/07/08 and cheque dated 19/07/08, bearing cheque no 213326 from HDFC.
                SBI people presented the cheque on 14/07/08 which is 6 days in advance, hence HDFC returned the cheque even sufficient amount was there in my account.
                On 2 nd Aug-08 I got a call from SBI saying that my dues are still pending. I got shocked. I conducted my HDFC bank they explained me the details of advance presentation of cheque. Immediately on the same day I reported the SBI customer care and they said they will resubmit the cheque and get it honored. Get in touch with us after 4 days .Meanwhile I got next statement stating all dues and fine charges more over for immediate payment.
                I am getting frequent phone calls for the payment which disturbs me lot from my job as well as personal life.
                I am ready to pay my amount ( cash or cheque )with out any fine charges if SBI send me the old cheque.
                If they call me and disturb further I may be mentally hurt for which SBI will hold responsible. Do the needful at the earliest.

                  I am an SBI creit card holder since the past three years with regular payment history. I have not received my statement since the past 1 1/2 year. The payment was made after information of bill by an agent over the phone. Written applications(Copies with received signature present) for address change have been made numerous times and customer care had also been informed about changed email ID.
                  Recently we recovered our bill from the net to discover a lot of irregular charges including late fee, collection fee and annual charges for a complimentary FREE card.
                  At present I and my husband are being harrased on a daily basis with calls on our mobile and to our work place only because we asked for six months of statement so that we can get the irregular charges deducted and pay what has been spent by us. Addresses for local credit card offices are unavailable on the net and one is unable to get the address through customer care.
                  PLEASE HELP
                  This is a very helpless situation. We want to solve this but each time a different customer care executive is the contact and the whole exercise starts from scratch.

                  SBI Credit Card — Non Receipt of Credit Card - harrasement for payment

                  I had applied for a Credit Card with SBI. I have not received the Card so far. I received my first call from Customer Service Centre after a year saying my amount due on the card is 6, 000/- rs. Now it is two years... I keep getting call that my payment is due and asking me to make a payment. Neither I have changed my residence nor my office, but i have not received any statements. Not only the Customer Service people are calling but even the legal department is calling me and harrasing.

                  This is as old as June 2007 case when i was issued with a card by SBI Pin never issued.

                  The card was never activated.

                  but I was charged for insurance which i never purchased.

                  when launched complaint my card was deactivated still was charged for insurance.

                      You have charge us annual fees on our July ’08 statement of Rs.750 + Rs.92.70. So that we had call to customer care and inform regarding the same and they have also revert the said charges. That time we have intimate them to deposit only actual expense.                       I am writting this mail with deep regrets. The reason is simple. Every day, I get a call from SBI asking me whether I would like to go in for an SBI Credit Card. In this juncture I have lot of complaints as detailed below:

                      1. Every day I am being disturbed, by these calls. I am a senior Citizen.

                      2. This is going on and on in spite of my request to them to remove my name from the calling list

                      3. First of all the people in your call centre agency do not have a database of those who are enjoying SBI Credit card and those who are not.

                      4. What they have is only phone numbers.

                      5. To day also I have received 5 repeated calls from Number: 43058964 and 42058967.

                      6. I am recording all conversations. This is as per the advice of Commissioner of Police that I should generate proof of such calls.

                      7. This I made known to all the callers from past one year that I am recording the conversation for submission to Police. But they just seem to ignore my request "not to disturb"

                      8. Had they had the data base of the ones who are already holding SBI cards, this situation would not have arisen.

                      9. This proves that SBI's approach is simply un-professional.

                      10. The real truth is I am holding SBI Gold Credit card for my self, my wife and my son from past one year. The numbers are [protected], [protected] and [protected].

                      11. Therefore, since your agency has failed to respond to my request to remove my name from the calling list, I am constrained to send the complaint to Police.

                      12. The next call from your agency may lead to that.

                      13. My problem doesn't end here. I stay in Kathriguupe. To drop credit card cheques, I have to go to Gandhibazar. Most of the time the M/C doesn't work. We have to go during Banking hours only. It is not 24X7. The SBI staff there are not at all approachable. They say that this belongs to Crdeit card division and that they, bank fellows have got nothing to do with it.

                      14. This again proves the un-professional way of working of SBI. There is no pint in SBI selling credit cards when you have not made proper arrangements for collecting the cheques.

                      15. I am giving a copy of this mail to the gentleman who is coming here to collect my personal information leading to selling your Credit Card.

                        I am banking with SBI, Kulti branch. The link of SBI ATM of Turner Road was down and while withdrawing cash from ICICI Bank ATM at HPCL Petrol Pump at Turner Road, Mumbai, I successfully completed my first transaction of Rs. 10, 000/- but while transacting the second transaction the link of ICICI went down and I did not get cash Rs. 10, 000/- which I had entered for transaction.

                        The cash did not come out but my SBI a/c was debited for the first and as well as the second transaction of Rs. 10, 000/- each, whereas I got only Rs. 10, 000/-.

                        I approached the SBI Bank, Turner Road, Mumbai branch and the ranch bconfirmed the debit of Rs. 10, 000/- twice into my a/c. They were kind enough and gave me a copy of "Letter o[censored]ndertaking" and advised me to fax the letter o[censored]ndertaking along with the transaction slip to my base branch, which is KULTI near Asansol, West Bengal. I did fax both the documents to Kulti branch and advised my cousin to approach my base branch with the faxed documents for reversal of transaction.

                        My cousin approached an employee of the bank this afternonn (24.03.09) and got the rudest treatment from the employee. There were some good people as well and they advised my cousin to approach SBI Burnpur branch for necessary correction and added that reversal of amount will take minimum 45 days.

                        I am surprised that reversal will take 45 days whereas other private and foreogn banks reverse the amount within maximum 48 hours after intimating their call centre. The management of SBI should make use of technology and should get rid of anti customer employees as it reflects on business.

                        I hope to get my money back soon... I am not sure but hopeful...

                          I, Sachin Gajallewar having Saving A/c no. [protected] at State Bank of India, Main Branch, Kingsway, Nagpur.

                          Sir, on 07.08.2008 I have dropped my Salary Cheque no. 003689 for Rs.18, 000/- payable on SBI, Ramdaspeth Branch, Nagpur on SBI, Main Branch (where my account is lying).

                          But very surprisingly the clearing staff had sent it for clearing to the concern branch and after inquiring about the same they told me that clearing will be credited to my account on 11 of August instead of today because there is an error in system and is not working, hence they have sent the cheque for clearing before clearifying the systems problem. The staff is presurising and harrashing on me that I should deposit my cheque to Ramdaspeth Branch for immediate transfer. Here they will not going to do the same (Concern person is Ms. Dolke, PBB Department)

                          Sir, I request you, kindly suggest me the use of CORE banking facility which your bank is providing. What is the use of CORE Banking when such types of problem occurs.

                          I and my family totally depend on my Salary. I have to pay my utility bills etc... Already my salary has been iussed 5 days late to me and your staff is taking another 4 days for crediting my money to my account. I have opened my saving a/c in your SBI just for this purpose that I will get immediate transfer of my salary and I can pay my liabilities on time.

                          Due to delay of credit I have to bear interest of Rs.2315/- Kindly let me know, who will going to bear the same.

                          Please look into the matter.

                            The agent through whom I had applied for the SBI visa credit card, very clearly told me that this card would be free and will not incur any annual fee. Inspite of this assurance, I am charged annual fee every year and have to call up [protected], where the service person finally reverses the charges and instructs me to pay only my transaction charges. Sometimes they assure us they have reversed charges but we still get it in the statements and have to again call them up!
                            Why does one have to go through with this every year. If you have promised no annual fee will be charge, this should be entered in our computer records so that this fee not charged in every statement and we need not go through the entire rigmarole of reversing it!

                            Please resolve this issue and ensure that we are not troubled like this every year.

                                  SBI ZAKIR NAGAR (8079) DELHI BRANCH MANAGER JEET LAL IS CALLING THE WOMEN CUSTOMERS AND FLIRTING. AND HIS CALLS ARE HARRASSING THE FEMALES. I FEEL HE IS USING OFFICIAL FONE ONLY FOR FLIRTING. AS FAR AS I KNOW ONE FEMALE CUSTOMER HAD CHANGED HER MOBILE NUMBER BECAUSE OF HIS NUISANCE AND FLIRTING CALLS. NEEDLESS TO SAY HOW HE WILL FLIRT WHEN THE FEMALE CUSTOMER COMES TO HIS OFFICE. HE IS AN AIDS OF SBI. LET ME SEE HOW SBI OFFICIALS ARE RESPONDING THIS COMPLAINT BY TAKING ACTION AGAINST HIM.LET SBI IT SELF INVESTIGATE THIS MATTER.

                                    good evening sir/madam
                                    i would like to complaint against the State bank staffs in Valparai town for their disrespect towards the customers. This is a hill station sorrounded by 64 Tea Estate and most of the customers of the bank are the labours of these estates. The bank staffs are really showing their disrespect towards the customers verbally and also don't say a reasonable answer for any kind of questions or enquires the customers ask. This has to be questioned, if not i have an idea of filing a case these bank staffs in Consumer's court. So pl. take some immediate action

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I am having a SBI credit card since last 3/4 years and facing problems like non receipt of statements or receiving mostly in late, even if amount has been deposited in time, it took a long time to clear that amount ( at least a week), and mostly it is very difficult to open their web site to check your account details. Some time if you are lucky enough and get a chance to talk to their call center persons, but most of the time they were also having the same problem like server is not responding, so please call after some time. People always expect better service from SBI and hope these things they should realise. Expecting a better tomorrow.

                                      This is to inform you regarding my SBI Card payment was deu. SBI Card No:[protected]
                                      Valid thru 07/13 Name of card holder: Chirag Sachdeva.

                                      I have rec a call from CCE regarding EMI scheme, which is 9 chq amt of Rs 2009/- in which m agree to pay in EMI and i make 9 cheques of Rs 2009/- Dt: 15/of every month, but last two month no body will be comming to my place will be, bt from ur call center after every two days i rec a call regarding chq, bt no response given for ur side. and Mr. Kunal is misbehave with me.
                                      Now after Two month ur collection boy will come and take the cheque Rs 2009/- cheque no:160159 Dt:15/5/2009. Today i receive a call from ur call centre i don't know the name of the girl she told my that ur 2009/- is ur panalty payment. i clearly tell u that i not pay any extra money bcoz ur staff misguide me .
                                      So look into it asap . ur balance 8 chq with me i[censored] r interested to resolve this case so pl collect balance chq of Rs 2009/-

                                        Dear Sirs,

                                        I seldom introduce myself as one of the esteemed customer of your branch at Sikandrabad (0717) and I am working in nearby Factory M/s.Kajaria Ceramics Ltd.

                                        I, near about 5 months back, applied for a Housing Loan of Rs.300000/- from the said branch. But it is very shameless to say that till date the loan is not yet sanctioned. Mr. SK Aggarwal, Sanctioning Officer has many times asked me to put up the papers/drawings as per Banking Rules and even after submission of all the relevant documents as per SBI Banking Rules, the loan is not being sanctioned. He neither refuses to pay loan nor giving any satisfactory reply and all the time he behaves very rudely. As on date I have incurred an amount of Rs.10265/- for the preparation of Drawings as per the satisfaction of THE OFFICER. I have visited the branch many times. Presently the drawing got Okayed by Him and says he have no time to sanction the loan to me, even though, the Branch Manager, Mr.Pooran Singh told him to sanction the loan. It clearly indicates that Mr. SK Aggarwal is misguiding me or he has some other intension to get the loan sanctioned. He had already taken bribes from some of my intimates to get the loan sanctioned.

                                        It is very astonishing to see an Officer like Aggarwal are still in your Bank, as yours is a fast growing Banks in India.

                                        In this case, I request your goodself to take Necessary And Strict Action against the concerned Officer Mr. SK Aggarwal for making me FOOL and advice the Branch Manager to pay me an amount of Rs.10265/- which was incurred by me for making the Drawing as per Mr. Aggarwal’s satisfaction and the same can be recovered from his salary.

                                        If you can’t to do any thing, please be informed in writing, so that I can seek advice from any legal authority in this case.

                                        They are the officers getting life time salary to helping customers like you, you or any customers no need to pay any rupees under the table.I am usually doing is i will say in advance I am not intend to pay bribe money.All the bribing officers must b punished by law or law will be taken by the people.Here government must come forward and do some urvey or people must write to the government authorities about their bribing experiences.
                                        Two things are world wonder in India -1.Tajmahal, 2.easlyt bribing country
