It has been weeks that I am following up on the status to do one simple thing - Unlock my so called new Credit Card from SBI.

I had dropped an email asking to unlock the card on 6th May - No replies from SBI

Dropped an email to Kartik.[protected]@ge.com since I only received an Auto Reply from them.

May 13 - Got a response for additional details. Was replied back with few minutes. Still havent heard from these guys.

If somebody from SBI Cards is looking into this Please Help or else I will have to stop using this card.

I am V.K.Khanna long back had a credit card of SBI no[protected] my card is closed as I have settled my case and paid all the amount at onece for which i have final settlement letter.I have informed telephonically many time to concern officer that I have settled my account but still I am getting the credit card invoice.My account was settled in Rs 4000/ long back.Now I received a invoice for Rs.56307.Bank officers are harrasing me by sending the wrong invoice .and also no body from the bank approach me for this account.please help me to settle my account. I have all the settlement letter.

    I have been using SBI credit card (Card Number: xxxx xxxx xxxx 2420). On 6th of Feb. 2013, while working at office, I got a massage and email ( at 11.21 am) saying "Transaction of Rs. 3,000 is made on my SBI credit card at [protected]@WIKIMEDIA.ORG". At 11.28 am, I got a second message saying "Transaction of Rs. 13,659.93 is made on my SBI credit card at EVITERRA.COM. "

    I was unaware of any such payments made by me, neither did I authorized anyone to use my credit card. Hence I immediately intimated SBI customer care regarding the FRAUD TRANSACTIONS and BLOCKED THE CARD at about 11:31 am on the same day. The customer care representative suggested me to fill up the DISPUTE FORM and send to the charge back department at SBI and assured me that if the
    transactions were not done by me, it would be reverted to my account and I need not pay that amount during the billing cycle. I had send the filled form indicating both the fraud transactions to SBI CHARGE BACK DEPARTMENT on the same day.

    I have registered an FIR at the local police station regarding the fraud. After about 3 months, I got the replay from SBI as

    Warm Greetings for the day!
    We sincerely regret for the inconvenience caused to you on the matter addressed to us. We are committed to resolve the matter to
    your satisfaction.
    We would like to share with you that we have investigated the matter addressed to us regarding the disputed transactions dated
    February 06, 2013 of Rs.14100.67 incurred at EVITERRA COM MOSKVA and Rs.3000.00 incurred at
    [protected]@WIKIMEDIA.ORG. The investigation for these transactions has been completed.
    We confirm that the transactions are valid as they have been performed in a Secure Electronic Commerce environment and have
    been validated by your Card CVV and Date Of Birth over the Internet. Basis our records, the account was registered for VBV in
    order to perform online transactions on December 06, 2012 and the password was sent at your registered mobile number.
    Since, the said disputed transactions have been done using same online password and there has been no change found in mobile
    number and online password, thus the liability for the transactions rests with cardholder.
    Since the card is still in your possession, therefore the liability for the said transaction rests with you. and we urge you to clear the
    outstanding balance of Rs.20756.72 at the earliest to avoid further late fee and finance charges on your card account.

      i deposited a ( Cheque no. 327206 for Rs.96000/- drawn on state bank of india,lalitpur issued by head post office lalitpur).in my a/c no. 19766 at canara bank,vibhav nagar,tajganj,agra on 24th april 2013. when i did'nt got any credit in my a/c after 15 days i contacted bank ,they said we did'nt Recieve the proceed so we are not able to entertain you.they told me to contact the bank on which the cheque is drawn(SBI,lalitpur). when i contact to SBI customer care service no. [protected] they replied as you are not SBI customer we cant entertain you.then i went the SBI lalitpur personally they told me they didnt received the cheque. So, i came back to Agra , got the detail of despatch no. etc. from the Canara bank and enquire through the post office they showed me that it was delivered to concerned bank on 29th of april.i again went to the SBI, lalitpur given them proof of delivery now they agreed that we have received your cheque and we will send the proceed. till today on 14th may i have not received any proceed from SBI lalitpur, when i contacted SBI lalitpur on no. [protected] they are not attending the call.

      please look into the matter and gave me the relief.

        when i got first time kit, i have logged successfully but my mob no. not activated. then i contacted to manager, he said to take new kit and crush the old one. with second kit i can not logged and after i take third kit. at this time i am not remember id password of any one kit. now branch manager is changed, i was contact many times but he not helping me. please suggest what to do.

        Internet banking — Internet banking not in activation

        I have my saving account in SBI, Sector-30, Chandigarh and I get internet banking kit on 13th December 2008 and even after 21 days (on 03/01/2009) it could not be activated
        How can i transfer money sbi to another netbanking is not activating right today
        Please help me

          i have a SBI a/c no that is ([protected])RIT,Adityapur, Jamshedpur.JHARKHAND. kindly change my mobile no bcoz I'm lost old registered no that was ([protected]).now i cant unable to transfer money to my home through net banking.. So please update my new mobile no ([protected]).

          Hey, you are just like my daughter who is also of the same type as you.

          Well then, it is your foolishness if you have lost the old registration number and that you should have the real COMMON SENSE and THOUGHT that there are lots of options in sending money and that net banking is another worst of this kind in transfers.

          Better go to the SBI and submit a letter stating that you had lost the old registration number and if you know the number then you are lucky or else request for a new registration number and also make a note of it in your books or dairy which you should keep separately for bank account number and phone bills and others.


          HAVE SOME COMMON SENSE AND THOUGHT.

ON 07.01.2013 RS.2264 DEBITED FROM MY SB ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION. I WAS GO AND MET A SBI ARAKKONAM BRANCH MANAGER. AFTER CHECKING IN MY ACCOUNT HE TOLD ME "AMOUNT DEBITED IS PURPOSE OF LOCKER RENT". I WAS CLEARED THAT TO MANAGER I HAVE NO ANY LOCKER IN SBI. HE SAID'SBI GUMMIDIPOONDI BRANCH 'DEDUCTED FROM YOUR (MY) ACCOUNT IN AMOUNT OF RS.2264/- SO, CONTACT SBI GUMMIDIPOONDI. I SUBMITTED THE WRITTEN APPLICATION AND PHOTOCOPY OF PASSBOOK DETAILS.

            I PROCEEDED SBI GUMMIDIPOONDI BRANCH AND I SUBMITTED THE WRITTEN APPLICATION AND PHOTOCOPY OF PASSBOOK DETAILS. ASK THE MANAGER MR.PRAVIN MANOHAR, HE PROMISED ME I CLARIFY THE ACCOUNT AND CREDITED THE AMOUNT OF RS.2264 UP TO 31.03.2013. BUT, TILL DATE I HAVE NO RESPONSE I ALREADY SUBMITTED APPLICATION AND MANY PHONE CALLS RESULT IS NO RESPONSE, I ALSO SENDING E-MAIL DATED.12/03/13, 03/05/13 AND 12/05/13 TO HIS PERSONNEL ID.

            State Bank of India — amount debited from my salaried account

            Dear sir,
            on 2nd august 2008 i use my sbi debit card in syndicate bank and try to withdraw Rs.5000/- from it but the money didn't came out and also the same amount is debited from my salaried account.i have made a written complaint in my sbi branch also i have contacted the syndicate bank personals but nobody is providing the correct solution.till date no money is credited in my account and the officials of sbi are blaming syndicate bank employees that the mistake is on their part.it's been around 2 months. kindly do something.

              Thare is a Saving Account on My Mother's Name in S.B.I.Rosera Branch.Branch Code is : 04580.
              My Mother was Died on 01/02/2013.I am single son of My Mother and also Nominated in Her Saving Account.
              I previous three months from their Home Branch Manager to Apply to the S.B.I.Senior Officer'm crying 'Mother's let me pay deposit in a Saving Account'.
              But Instead of Deposit at the S.B.I. of mom officer forward my Application to another is giving me the Complaint Ticket/Index Number.Complaint Ticket Number is : OP[protected],CS[protected] & OP[protected] and Index No.70309.
              Please Look over this issue and Resolve it for me.

                    Dear All,

                    Please do not use any STATE BANK OF INDIA ATM counter/ATM Machine for cash withdrawal as because they are dealing with “FAKE CURRENCY NOTE” presently being the number 1 nationalized bank of India. I am telling this as I because I have faced the problem on last Sunday (i.e. 5th May 2013 at Beliaghata, Kolkata).
                    After that I have personally visited the branch beside to that ATM counter of State Bank of India, then the SBI officer confirmed me that they also know that the machine producing “FAKE CURRENCY NOTE” and many person complained regarding the same matter and also asked me to contact TATA (i.e. who had received the contract for cash filling at the ATM counter of STATE BANK OF INDIA by the bank authorities). So please say me as I have the saving account having with State bank of India which is registered under RBI, then why I will ask TATA regarding this matter????

When I called the customer care I was told that the application has been rejected, so I am confused because there are two versions & secondly what could be the reason for non-appproval as this application was linked to my Fixed Deposit.

                        when i provided a multicity cheque at the counter of SBI Sarai branch the accountant and the cashier asked me for the ID proof which is not compulsory in Multicity Cheques. And they didn't cashed the money then i have to visit the SBI Laalgunj Branch which is far away from my house. And they told me that you can complain it to the head of the Bank but the number was not reachable.
                        this incident took place on 7th of may 2013.
                        so i want you to take some serious steps regarding this matter against the accountant and the cashier at SBI Sarai Branch.

                          My name is Arabinda Pati. On 06.05.2013 I went to Indian Bank ATM with my SBI debit card. I used it for a withdrawal of Rs.5000 but the money not came from the machine and the receipt i get with transaction declined with responce code 072. But the amount has been deduected from my A/c. My SB A/c. No. [protected] with SBI. Kindly look into my case and debit the amount immediately.

                            My application form number is [protected]. Nearly 2 months elapsed no response. Please provide me correct infomration about my DeMat A/c for taking alternative decision.

                            Sir/Madam,
                            I live in Surat. I want to open Account in Bamroli Branch(10947), Pandesara Surat. They said that I have to also took SBI Insurance Policy to open account in SBI. I talked to Branch Manager about this. He replyed me that they will open account after 15 days because I did not take policy and they are giving preference to those persons who takes policy. They did not accept my application form and told me to come after 15 days. I also informed to SBI Helpline. Please do in this regard as early as possible.

                            It has been more than a month when i applied for demat and trading account but still no response from the bank or its officials.The person in chrge said that ur account has opened but still no result.i asked customer care ,they say it takes 15 days but i have waited for almost 40 days but stilll no result.I think the psu banks are worse in some cases.

                              Accidentally 6 months ago, I happened to transfer an amount of Rs 6000 to the above savings account by mistake, as the previous beneficiary details were still there.

                              After that I have written 3 times to SBI, REC Rourkela branch and even faxed them the same, but to no help.

                              I need that dormant account to be activated and transferred to SBI, Duliajan, Assam Branch.

                                  my father had availed loan from state bank of india hisar(dabra chock ) branch in 2000 and he completed it in JAN 2003
                                  but my father didn't get the NO dues from bank at that time, but now when we are going to sell the car and transfer the
                                  rc to other person we required NO dues ,my father has approached the bank so mamy times the only thing they said we
                                  already provided NO dues. but we don't have it.
                                  my father is facing problem of getting NO dues from the Bank.

                                  IS THERE ANY POLICY THERE ,HOW WE GET OUR NO DUES FROM BANK.

                                    This is complaint Against the TATA SBI credit card for the transaction dispute investigation Case ID[protected]
                                    I had raised dispute form against the payment of RS.750000 to country vacations, the transaction was disputed because the merchant did fraud with me by telling that the amount will be deducted through 36 EMIs which will be interest free but while swiping card he played trick and swiped card for 18 months, asking on the same, wile signing on charge slip, he convinced me and told that this amount can be converted into 36 equal EMIs by calling SBI help line as country vacations having tie up with SBI, but when I actual asked SBI about the same they denied and told that only 18 EMIs are interest free.
                                    SBI started investigation and after 150 days declared that the liability is with customer and not the merchant.
                                    I am not satisfied with the investigation SBI done in this case it was completely one sided and favoring to Merchant side because

                                    1. For the investigation the case was not properly understood by the SBI

                                    2. SBi had not contacted me more that twice to understand the case and my concerns

                                    3. I have mailed several mails during the investigation period to the valid email IDs and I have got no response other than the auto replies

                                    I had mailed several mails about my concerns to
                                    1.[protected]@sbicard.com,
                                    2. [protected]@tatacard.com,
                                    3.[protected]@sbicard.com,
                                    4.priority.[protected]@sbicard.com,
                                    5.divya.[protected]@ge.com but SBI had not shown no mercy to call or reply to the victim customer about his concerns, I have back up of more than 10-15 mails which was not replied other than auto reply during this investigation, what kind of investigation is this?

                                    4. Recently I received a mail on 29th April 13 from the SBI that the merchant has delivered the charge slip copy to my residence address which was registered with SBI-i.e.-Premlok park C-38 flat no-8 Chinchwad Pune 411033

                                    But I want to mention here that the address registered with merchant was Different –I.e.Vishal angan Flat No-5 b wing Indira nagar Chinchwad,
                                    So merchant can not send anything on the address which was registered with SBI, this means SBI is playing tricks and safeguarding Merchant by telling lie with the customer and I have not received anything on the both the addresses mentioned above against my payment

                                    5. During this investigation I had raised the concern about the product and services not delivered to the customer against the payment of Rs.75000/-but SBI took no interest in this
                                    Against the payment of Rs.75000 I was supposed to receive the welcome kit in which there would be cards with membership number of country vacation and cards with the membership number of country club and the procedure and information manual about the country club. but received nothing till date
                                    Its now more than 180 days and I have not received the committed package from Country vacation even they have not informed me my membership number for country vacation as well as country club membership against which they swiped my card. I also shared with SBI several follow up mails for the same but SBI have shown no interest in helping customer to get justice but they tried to wind up the case in very rude manner
                                    I want Justification about the following points from SBI

                                    1. Why SBI has not returned my money back though the merchant has not presented any proof of goods or services delivered to customers residence, am I liable to pay Rs.75000 for not getting services from merchant just because SBI is having tie up with such merchants?

                                    2.Why the merchant and SBI both are reluctant to reply to any of my follow-up mails during this 180 days of investigation, why I was un answered all the time, is there any tie up in both the agencies for not helping victim customers, its look like that, as both are reluctant to help the customer

                                    3. Kindly justify SBI relationship with such bad record merchant whose representatives are arrested for cheating the customers, the proof of this was presented in my earlier mails to SBI

                                      My Father taken an educational loan from SBI Attabira for my BE Cource ,having an Education Loan Account No of[protected].After taking of 2nd installment, my father died and the third & fourth installment also taken as usual.I have complete my B Tec degree and the loan repayment start.

                                      While discussed with my friend, they told me they have got interest subsidy from their bank.Based on that i have talk with bank manager and ank manager told me, yes such type of subsidy are there if annual income of your family is less then 4 lac and after submission of income certificate, and a list of document.

                                      When i have given him all the document, he did not received the document & told me the time has elapse.The same case happen in the year 2011,2012 also. Further he avoid to talk with me & my mother.

                                      With the current salary i am able to repay only Rs 11000/-,& monthly interest added by bank is proximately Rs.6000, so the balance is deducted from my old accumulated interest.If this process is continued , i will never repay the loan amount in my lifetime.

                                      Further when i have talk about any grievance & any other way of getting subsidy, the bank manager is treating in a bed way.

                                      So please take any action against him and suggest the way as o how i can got any subsidy or grievance.

                                      Respected Sir,
                                      I had taken the education loan in the year 2009 and I did not notification from the bank the Govt has announced Interest subsidy for the students who gets the education loan, when I contacted to the SBI branch manager he is telling me that "sorry the time has elapsed for this better to try when the Govmt again launches the scheme", if this is the scenario then how the common people should survive in the society so please try to solve this problem.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have changed my mobile number. Now I wanted to update the new number to SBI PALAM VIHAR GURGAON branch. I was unable to visit branch personally , So I contacted customer care. As per them I need to send signed scan copy of branch approval form to email ID of branch.

                                        I did the same and after continuous follow up after 1 month and more it has not been updated yet.

                                        Customer care and sbi complaint handling system is so poor that that could not provide me next best option.

                                        my relative is transferring amount to me.. but your sec- 55 Noida State Bank of India branch is not updated
                                        in online transaction (IFSE code not match) so i unable to get the amount through online..

                                        so kindly do the needful ASAP
