dear freinds, please dont be member of sterling holidays...it has been worst experience i ever had.there are lots of cockroaches,insects on our beds. no a/cs working,no remote of television .after that worst thing was that we complain ti their higher authority ,but no response from them.we also contact manager of sterling holidays (mr.rajeevkumar) but neither he pick up our calls nor reply via email.he was very rude. we want to become a member of sterling holidays ,but now i dont want to be. if any queries u can reply via email. I was mis-sold a package by a sales person of STERLING HOLIDAYS, I specifically asked him if I have a finacial situation can I downgrade ? he told me "yes" but only after 4 EMIs. When I contacted STERLING HOLIDAYS in the mid of Sept' 2012, they told me that they dont have option of downgrading their packages but only "UPGRADES".
I honestly told them that my 4 EMIs are over & I have a financial situation & hence requested them to downgrade. They refused the same & to add to it they told me that if I cancel my membership, all the money I have paid so far - 60, 000/- as per their policy they will not refund.
After repeated emails & letters, they havent got back to me. Only 1 response I received on 25th Sept' 12 where they told me they will get back on / before 3 working days. Its is more then 3 weeks now & no acknowledgement / response to my mis-selling complaint put forth.
I will be moving this matter to the consumer court, out of no options left.
