Sterling is a cheat - never go for sterling membership

When ever you call Sterling for any resort booking for a red season.. rest assured you will not get a room.. Sterling has started this un-ethical practice of giving away all the members allotted room's to Thomas cook.. Which is disgusting.. For every one who want to take a membership in sterling holidays.. its a big 'NO' from me.. dont get fooled and deceived.. keep away from sterling.. am suffering after taking such a foolish decision......

not giving refund of my amount paid

Wrong EMI deduction

I have paid my EMI of september on 28.08.2014 through netbanking and again sterling had deducted EMI on 07.09.2014 through credit card without my knowledge.
