This is Inform you that I wanted to take a membership from Sterling Holidays. For the same on 23/10/2013 from your Lucknow (UP) office Mr. Sankalp Mathur and Mr Swapnil Bhatt had visited our place and i had made payment through my Credit card of Rs. 24983/- (payment receipt attached ).But due to some personal problem I wanted to withdraw my membership. This I had also informed Mr Sankalp on 28/10/2013. He had confirmed that payment would be credited within 10 days in my account. After 10 days he wanted my credit card details for return the money. I had send the details on the same day i.e. 12/11/2013, after 4days I had met personally with Sankalp at your Lucknow Office on 16/11/2013. He told us that the process is done and within 10 days amount will be credited in your account. Also 10 days have passed but he did not gave proper response and currently both are not picking my phone and no reply to my mail and SMS.
Today total one month 10 days have passed but till date I have not received my money or any confirmation from Sterling Holidays. As I have not started my membership and only amount had been paid from my credit card then why the money is not been refunded. Such type of service is not expected from a reputed firm like Sterling Holidays.
So You are requested to kindly confirm the refund of my money Immediately as I am losing my interest in credit card.
