Hello Sir/Madam
I had booked an Sterling holidays Package on February... One was sterling holidays id and other was RCI Id... Sterling holiday I'd is generated but RCI I'd is not yet generated its been almost 3months they said it will take 50days but its almost been 90-95 days I have not yet got any call nor any message regarding the I'd... And know when I am asking for refund they are not ready to give my money...PLEASE HELP...

HI iam Pavan. My dad had invested 40000 probely in the year 1997 as a part of your vacation scheme. He didn't get any reponse after that from your side. As per i know from couple of people sterling has a good brand recognition but not sure why there is no response from your team on the amount he paid. 40000 in 1997 would be nearly 4 lakh these days. I have all the documents he for the amount he piad. Iam attaching it. Please go through that....

On 14.5.2017, I was invited for the promotional event of Sterlings holidays organized at Hotel AnandaInn, Pondicherry.

They literally forced us to take the membership and to do the advance payment on spot for Rs 43, 000.

The way he spoke to us was harassing.

I told that I want to speak to my friends and parents before taking a call. But he was not listening . He was literally forcing me....

I am very disappointed after 2 years of taking membership by Sterling holidays. Sales staff & Lucknow customer service staff both very disappointed to me. When they want to sell the membership plan they have full time for you & will call again & again but after taking membership no one will even pick the phone for a week / Month. I want my money back because the service is very bad.

I am lodging this complaint for my dad. He is an elderly gentleman and sought help of Mr.Hari from your organization for membership and he bought a membership for around 300000/- even after I repeatedly insisted not to enroll with you people.
