My mother and father received a call from the sterling holidays offering a 2days free stay at resort and asked to attend a meeting at hotel. In the meeting the tried to convince us by offering membership. They kept offering us packages at declining rates and at last we were fooled by them and the managed to give us 25 years membership. We paid a down payment of Rs.27, 000 aprox through debit card. Later next day we realised that the offer seems to be fishy and when we went to the executive for a refund of the down payment as according to clause we would get it within 10 days. But they refused to give us refund and said that you were customer under special offer and refund of down payment is not applicable for special offer customers.
I would be now going to the consumer forum to seek my refund.
So guyz please be aware and don't fall to the fraudsters

Complaint marked as Resolved After requesting for refund on the consumer complaints website, the company person called us asking the reason why we want back the refund.
When we answered them they said that it will be done shortly.
Within 15 days, we got back our refund of down payment amounting to Rs.27, 105.
The company has a good after sales service. And also the company executive attended us in very good manner, and helped us to get back the refund.
The company is trustworthy and also the employees too.
As our executive has already informed you, we would like to reiterate that Sterling Holiday Resorts Ltd is not connected with Tree Magnum in any way whatsoever. Request you to get in touch with the correct organization for resolution of your concerns.
