[Resolved]  Sun Direct — balance

this is to that complain that i have installed sun direct on 24/01/09 and they guy whow came and installed sun dth told me that i[censored] want any other channels u have to recharge for it so i have recharged it for Rs 200 for ten sports & zee kannda so i have recharged it on 03/03/09 so u r sun direct person tolld me that u can check on line also but going to online i can not acesse my accont so i want to know how to check my balance throw mobile or throw net.please tell me the detils...

But channel is not coming, So i request to solve tis problem as early posssible.

i activated my hindi pack on 11/12/09 and till now the it has not been activated. i'm following for this daily but no response. asking me to keep the set top box on line for r2 hrs but no response form anybody.

Very worst customer service. now i'm thinking why did i got this sun direct and i'm thinking o[censored]ninstall the same.
