[Resolved] Sun Direct HD — Cheating the customer
I am subscribed to Samsung HD Installation Package 2910+3590 with 12 Months Free Subscription + Samsung HD Tamil Subscription Package Monthly Renewal. I was enjoying the service (both tamil & malayalam), but suddenly from 5th October 2010 onwards i was not getting Asianet and Asianet Plus in my package.
When contacted the customer care I was informed that they are no longer part of the plan.
I have subscribed to this plan after consulting the customer care.
I have been informed that I am not able to add these two channels to my package until next year as add on package. This is ridiculous from a service point of view. One cannot discontinue the service and cannot give any alternate option for availing the service even paying some additional amount. while subscribing for this service I was told that there will be a dedicated Tamil HD channel. But was cheated.
