I, Lt Col Shashi Kumar, resident of 139/2, Harding line, Ambala Cantt, has got a Sun Direct DTH box no PO [protected] and Smart Card No [protected]. This year Jul I renewed my subscription for one year the hindi and languages till Jul 2011. Last two weeks I am not getting Asianet and Asianet channel. On enquiry from all places including customare care service they said the channel has been cut. But as per their terms they suppose to inform the customer well in advance. But they did not do so. Secondly, They displayed that they have to change to direction of DTH for that they do the free service. Accordingly we called the service engineer to align the DTH but he charged Rs 50/- which is not in order. On enquiry to the local service provider they said that the company have not provided the service engineer for that. Can u register a complaint and let us know the result.

The Customer care service and the local distributors are so adamant even they cut the telephone call
Totally agree with this complaint, I had complaint with Sun Direct since 23rd October, 2010 vide complaint No.[protected]. Nobody to attend to this complaint properly. After that more that 15 times talked with Customer Care in this regard.

    I AM A CUSTOMER OF SUNDIRECT FOR MORE THAN ONE YEAR.YESTERDAY i.e WHEN I SAW THE WEBSITE OF SUNDIRECT I SAW A NEW PACK . THE NAME OF THE PACK WAS 'INDI PACK' . THE CHARGES WERE FOR ONE MONTH RECHARGE Rs.145+TAXES. IN THAT PACK ALL THE MALAYALAM CHANNELS WERE INCLUDED i.e ASIANET & ASIANET PLUS WERE ALSO THERE. I RECONFIRMED FROM CUSTOMER CARE OF KOLKATA AND THEY TOO TOLD THE SAME THING. I RECHARGED THE SAME INDI PACK YESTERDAY i.e ON 06 NOV 10. TILL NOW I AM NOT GETTING ASIANET & ASIANET PLUS. I COMPLAINED ABOUT FOUR TIMES IN CUSTOMER CARE . THEY TOLD ME TO KEEP THE SET TOP BOX ON FOR TWO HRS AND THE SERVICE WILL BE ACTIVATED.

REALLY IT IS A PUNISHMENT IF ONE IS TAKING SUN DIRECT DTH CONNECTION.IF YOU DONT HAVE THE THE PACKAGE WHY YOU ARE FLASING IT IN YOUR WEBSITE. SUN DIRECT IS ONLY MAKING FOOL OF OTHERS.     Sun Direct DTH — Poor Service and Non availability of channels on Sun Direct

    Its long time since sun direct has announced the change of satellite wherein the DIGICOMP of 5 million customers has to be upgraded. Sun direct says, that will be done FREE OF COST.If its free/not, nobody is there to do the same. For past 1.5 months i have been trying to get this job done.
    For that I,
    1) Called Customer Care - NO RESPONSE
    2) Called LOCAL DEALER - NO RESPONSE
    3) Phoned Ernakulam Nodal Officer - NO RESPONSE
    4) Mailed Ernakulam Nodal Officer - NO RESPONSE
    5) Phoned Kerala HOD for Sun Direct - SAID WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER, AFTER THAT NO RESPONSE

    Rite now, am getting 0 channels but am paying for the same. i was ready to pay for the upgradation also but nobody turned up.Now, i have decided for a better service provider, as i already have a TATA SKY connection which is far better, compared to SUN.

    SO, FOR THOSE WHO ARE LOOKING FOR A DTH SERVICE, I SUGGEST, ANY PROVIDER OTHER THAN SUN DIRECT, AS THIS IS THE WORST SCENARIO I HAVE EVER SEEN....
    I liby joseph smart card no [protected] reported many times you donot send technician for tuning to your new satlite.pl take immediate action
    the worst service provider in the country for more than four months . customer feel cheated for the they give .no one is there to listen to the problem and give solution,
    They are fakers... Nobody respond properly... fake sun direct... million compliant within one year... don choose sun direct.. please...

    Sun Direct DTH — Non availability of Service

    I have not been receiving service from SUN DTH since Octobre 2010 even though my account is fully paid up.
    I logged a compliant no. [protected] with the company. A technician visited my residence in the last week of November 2010 but was not able to fix the problem.
    After that, no one has been sent by the company to fix the problem after repeated phone calls to their call center.
    Frequency 12316 Horizontal, 30000 Symbol Rate, its the home Transponder

    TP 1:12316H30000-5/6 [Home TP]

    TP 2:12434H30000-5/6[owned]

    Please re-install software by going to factory default setting and put 0000 on password and re start setbox and put 12316 and 30000 automaticaly the channels will re-tune to setbox

    I have done to my setbox success and a tick mark will come on INFO CHANNEL

    SUN DIRECT DTH SERVICE — Non Availability of channels since September 2010

    I recharged for 2000 Rs in August 2010. At that time many of the channels that I had subscribed for were not available. On calling the customer care they told that its because of some technical difficulties and that the issue would be resolved soon.

    September 1st week when I called they informed me that the satellite is being moved to a new one and an executive would come to my home for the realignment process in 10 days. After 10 days when I called I was told that they wont come till I register my name and smart card number. I did that immediately and was told that I would be contacted soon. In October when I called they asked me to follow up with Gopal Electronics and gave me the mobile number of a person there. I repeatedly tried to call up but the person would either not answer or his phone would be switched off.

    Then I called them back and explained the same. They said they shall take care.
    From the 3rd week of September almost every week I have been logging complaints with sundirect.
    Each customer care executive attends my calls and repeats the same dialogues that they understand my problem and that it shouldnt have taken this long to realign. They shall raise my issue as a high priority one etc.etc.etc...

    In november tired of all these calls I gave a call to the nodal officer Mr. Krishnan K.V (Phone:[protected]. He attended my call and told me he would call me back and fix the problem in one hour. Its been 2 months now. Later whenever I try to call the phone was not answered.

    Last week I called the customer care and asked them to connect me to the manager. The response was that the manager is in a meeting. This happened 3 times. All 3 times the manager was in a meeting. I threatened to file a consumer complaint against them and they said they shall call me back in 30 minutes. Its been 7 days now.

    I do not know where to go from here. All points of contacts and complaint modes have been tried. From the day I have recharged I have not received any channels that I had subscribed for. Repeated calls and complaints have not made a difference.

    Please take appropriate action against as this is a clear case of consumer harrassment and cheating.

    Sun Direct DTH — illegal deactivation

    My dth connection is de activated illegally despite having recharged timely. Only criminal waste of time and money by call center staff by repeatedly asking about customer details, speaking softly, doing nothing. in 4 days a simple problem cannot dissolved, even by senior department. Smart card no [protected].

    Sun Direct — Customer Care service phone numbers are not working

    i tried to contact sundirect customer care for add on packages from April 8, 7 pm still (April 9, 2 pm), but the numbers not at all working . Please take the appropriate action.

      When ever we call customer service, they say only one response that the person will be attending to you shortly by tomorrow without fail, and also they inform us that the complaint will be forwarded to the senior authorities but for no use.

      Is there any consumer helpline cell where we can raise the complaint. please inform me.

        MYSELF AND 5 OF MY FRIENDS ARE HAVING SUN DIRECT DTH CONNECTION. SINCE JULY 2010 WE WERE NOT ABLE TO GET ALL CHANNELS, BUT NOW WE NOT GETTING ANY CHANNELS ON SUN DIRECT. THE HOME PAGE IS DISPLAYED. WE ALL HAVE SUFFICIENT BALANCE IN OUR ACCOUNTS. THIS SITUATION IS PREVAILING SINCE 25th OCTOBER 2010. WE MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS THROUGH PHONE AND WEBSITE OF SUN DIRECT, BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE. WE ENQUIRED AT THE LOCAL DEALER AT VALPOI (NORTH GOA), BUT HE TOO WAS HELPLESS AND TOLD THAT SUN DIRECT TECHNICIAN SHOULD ATTEND THE PROBLEM. NOW WHAT SHOULD WE DO ? OUR MONEY IS GETTING DEBITTED EVERYDAY BUT WE ARE NOT VIEWING A SINGLE CHANNEL. WE ARE PLANNING TO FILE A CASE WITH THE CONSUMER COURT AT PANAJI, GOA, BUT WE WILL WAIT FOR ANOTHER 10 DAYS BEFORE DOING SO.
        I hope sundirect is providing worst service to the customer. I am one of the customer of sundirect I am not getting channels properly since two months. I contacted customer care, but they are helpless since two months.
        AS a customer I will not prefer any body to buy Sundirct.

          They have announced in channel that the disc positioning would be done by rep FREE of charge.

          They have not attended of their own and even after complaining on 25th OCT REF NO[protected].
          Daily I am reminding and am informed all other known inf reg Sub and due date but not replying for action.

            We have problems in viewing channels in sun DTH. We logged complaint 2 weeks before. No body responded back. I kept on calling them, the people there said they will fix the problem. Till now they have not even called. Sun DTh is the worst service i have ever seen. My neighbours are having some other DTH they have better service than Sun DTH. My problem is i ve paid money for the pay channel that is also not coming. Sun DTH should take care of this otherwise we customers are fooled by SUN DTH

            Sun Direct — paid channels not to be given

            i am lasma reddy i live in warngal we go 1year free sub after 1 year i have payed 125+tax and we have said to add zee telugu .but that have not added .we have call the local office that are not respoinding .its is so bad about sun direct. the service is so bad
            sir i will book the sundirect but in my smart card some more address is there so i want see the other address

              Due to the technical reasons Sun Direct DTH provider supposed to send their representative to re -align the dish to restore the missing chanels like Vijay TV etc etc. Even after registering repeated complaints thru the customer care telephone numbers provided by them no one turns to resolve the issue.

              Since they have collected the chsrges by advertising attracative schemes they are least bothered to attend to the customer's complaint. So I request you to intervene & resolve please.

                Sun Direct TV (P) Ltd — BRONAGH COMMITMENTS

                COMPLAINT REGARDING VERY POOR SERVICES OF SUN DIRECT(DTH SERVICES)


                I took a Sun Direct connection from SUN DIRECT TV (P) LTD. Distributor office M & S Technologies 183, Anand Complex, Pitampura, New Delhi -110034 on[protected] with 103 free channels. The distributor assured me to give certain 103 channels on the subscription of Rs 999/- on behalf of the Company. But after 1st April 2009 one channel namely COLORS is not coming on my TV. I called on the help line number but It was told that this channel has been a pay channel now and we can not give it with free channels. It means that if the any other channel become a pay channel after some time than I will have also to pay for it.
                I have a subscription for 10 months and I must be given all the certain 103 channels as I paid for. I have a contract with SUN DIRECT for 10 months, I don’t care how many channels are connected with this channel in what terms and conditions. If I knew about the very poor services of this SUN DTH Service, I never went for this service. I think I have purchased a tension for my self but not a SUN DTH Service.
                It is my humble suggestion to all the customers to think this type of cheating full and careless company policy before to go for this very bad SUN DIRECT service.

                pls never purchase sundirect dth, poor response. I had given complaint regarding re-aligment from 20-oct 2010 to till date ,still no technician came to

                We don't get any channels for the last 3 months and the dish realignment was not made despite repeated reminders and requests.

                Sun Direct Co has not made good the deficiency in services which is indeed regrettable and highly unbusiness like. On account of the company’s aforesaid dereliction of duty and failure and neglect to rectify the same I have suffered losses/incurred expenses.

                The Sundirect dish has not yet been realigned.

                this is Jay Mudaliar from ahmedabad, gujarat state - from last two days i am not getting any channels at home - on screen showing no signal so i had complaint again this and get this no. ( SUN 301532) after 24 hours nobody get the phone in ahmedabad office no. [protected] i tried more than 30 to 40 times but nobody pickup the phone when i try to talk with customer care no. i tried everytime i pay 30 min, minimum time for get line ([protected]) with customer care officer, at that he helpless to give detail because system is not working or net slow -

                if possible please do anything at the earliest otherwise i remove the same from my home

                  We are using SUN DTH at Chennai and would like to state that we have never seen any Comapny providing such a poor quality of service. They are not even sure who are their local service providers and the actual money and time loss is for the consumer.
                  SUN DTH is the worst DTH service provider. Firstly the installation guys ask for tips! secondly they take the money for installation and topup and you get to know later that out that money these guys have mysteriously few hundred bucks go missing!
                  Satellite feed problems, software problems and service related problems are mainstay of this DTH service provider. I faced all of them within 2 months of installation.
                  Please do not opt for SUN DTH or you you will suffer.

                    I am having Sundirect DTH connection and I am not getting the signal from the last one month stating that changed the satellite and dealer personl will visit to change the settings. I have given the complaing on 29/9/10 and they confirmed that they will attend in 72 hours. But still today nobody attended the complaing and giving a false information that will attend in 24 hrs time. I have done 5-6 times follow up and has become waste. I never seen such stupid service like Sun Direct.

                    Now I feel that I have done a great mistake by taking this connection.

                    Sun Direct DTH — NON WORKING OF DTH CONNECTION

                    Sir,
                    My DTH of SUN DIRECT Connection (smart card no. [protected]) is not working from today evening 6.30pm. Eversince then , I have been trying to register my complaint with Sun DTH toll free no[protected], which is always remaining engaged non-stop till this minute. I really doubt whether there is a WORST CONSUMER GRIEVANCE ATTENDING CELL LIKE SUN DIRECT.
                    I seek your help in getting my complaint registered with the company service centre and get my grievance solved.

                      I agree to your views, I am from bangalore and also facing the same problem. The STB is old and needs tobe serviced to capture the realignment software which cost about Rs.250/- and the equipment need tobe sent to chennai for service and not sure as to when it will reach me after service, all the above details have been told by one technician whom I contacted for realignment. Raised a complaint mid october and then on Nov 1st week till now noboday had turned down, after paying the advance amount for viewing the free channels we couldn't able to view the same which is against consumers' right. Mr. Maran is busy in promoting is films and not concentrating on the customers problem. My subsrctibtion is getting over by Dec'10 end, I doesn't mind in forgoing it and decided to scrap the sun dish and to go for normal cable which is trouble free.

                          When I called the customer care they gave me mobile number of Trade Horizon, however no one
                          responds when I called to that mobile number. Even Sun direct customer care tell me all the time that they
                          will send a technician but no one contacts me or fixes this problem. I believe Sun direct customer care is

                            This is exactly the case most sundirect customers are facing. They are publicly and outrightedly cheating people. Please take action against them.
                            I completing agree with this. Even the same thing I am facing issue with this from past 45 days. I transferred the connection from Chennai to Hyderabad and I have never seen a picture till now after transfer. I almost spent 2000 Rs for reinstall wtih which I can get a new connection (note that it is not SUNDIRECT this time). CSR has a default answer which I can also do their job very easily. when ever I call them, I get a new compalint number which has no action.

                              I'm a subscriber of Sun DTH and now they have announced change of satellite and free upgradation to all Sun DTH buyers. The Dish and tuner are insalled in Perinthalmanna. Whenever I contact the dealer / distributor :(Hytech - Phone :[protected]), they say the will send the technician . I have waited for three weeks. Now they say that the subscribers should pay a service charge of Rs. 150 for upgradatioon. There is no justification in it (?)

                              Sun DTH - Horrible service. First of all it is very difficult to get the customer care numbers. By any chance if we get it, most of the time they say the server is not working. Even after all these hurdles I managed to register my complaint 4 to 5 times. But till now no action has been taken.

                              Above all there is no access to higher ups of SUN DTH. Further pathetic is the nodal officers' numbers. I tried several times, first few times came as engaged and last 3 times it is coming temporarily out of order.

                              I feel like I have been royally taken for a ride by SUN DTH people. I am not able to view many of the channels for the last 15 days.

                              Please don't go for SUN DTH.

                                I bought a Sun DTH connection (Smart card #[protected] in the name Manoharan) on April'10. The chose Sun DTH because of the brand image which i'm regretting now. Such is theri appalling service. In the mid of May, there was cyclone in TN which badly affected my dth connection. DTh services stopped working completly after 3 days. I kept calling people after people, CC and their distributor (Vidiyal Communications). I even took leave twice since i was promised that someone is going to be sent. But no one never turned up, Finally, i paid 300 rs and called another distributor (Kalki Channel Visions Selaiyur) to fix the problem. The technician found that the dish has turned which was the reason for no reception. This is what i've been telling them but no one turned up. trust me, the service wasn't working for 36 days.
                                Now again, after their recent satellite movement, half the channels has stopped working. I've been calling my distributor (Vidiyal Communications[protected] and its head Jai Shankar [protected] for the past 2 weeks since 15/10 still no has turned up. Everytime they used to say that they are going to send someone but no one has ever come here.
                                I've logged complaint to Sun DTh Nodal office krishnan KV but to no avail. No one has even acknowledged my complaint. I've been dealing with multiple brands (Airtel for BB, Aircel for mobile) but have never come across such a pathetic, rude service which never turn up even after repeated requests. With Diwali nearing, i'm left with hardly 5 channels to watch when i've paid for south, movie, sports and news packages totalling to 2100 rs for 9 months. hardly this service would have worked for 3months since i've bought it.
                                I'm filing this complaint here not because i want someone to take action (which i know will never happen) but to make people aware of their service. Just don't go by the ads tan tana tan. DON'T EVER BUY A SUN DTH SERVICE - this is not an one-off incident but i knew many who has had the same problems.
                                I've decided to sell this dish and set top box and moving back to normal cable. Atleast there, we pay only after getting the service.
                                I have purchased a Sun DTH on 3rd Oct. 2009 Saturday. on Sunday 4th Oct. 09 I have called to distributer for activation, he said that your activation will complete in half an hour. But after 1 hour there is no response of my call. Activation duration was 28 hrs. Call details on 4th Oct. 09 from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. as under -
                                1. To customer care[protected] times
                                2. To activation centre[protected] times
                                3. To Distributor (Manorama Infocom, Mathura Ph. [protected] (Mr. Lalit) - 5 times

                                7. To staff of distributor ([protected])- 2 times

                                I have complained SUN DTH customer care about the non-availabliliy of channels for past 2months. many channels are blank and pops up a message that a free realignment will be done. till date nothing has been done. we have paid for a years subscription in advance. If SUN is in USA. they will be out of business in a day. "It happens only in INDIA".
                                No radio channels, minimum basic channels and very very bad customer services.

                                  A Sun Direct DTH connection was taken in Hisar (Haryana) for Rs. 2000/- on 05.12.2008 by the undersigned but now for the last one week my T.V. is not receiving the signal that's why a complaint with your Hisar office Service Manager Mr. Parmod Jain on his mobile No. [protected] but he with one pretext or the other making a no. of excuses/promises but not sending a proper man to rectify the errors.

                                  what consumer service. i would have tried 1000 times on their number for reactivation or for any service required buggers were never reacheable and to top it they have numbers for different regional incharges which is also never reacheable. It is high time users realise these people are not for value customers and are trying to built volume on free channels and keep tweeking and fleecing hapeless ones.They have upgraded their desktop box features which were never upgraded for the old timers who also pay the same price or even more than the new ones being hooked. with this kind of attitude they will never stay in the market for long. I do not say tata or reliance is better customer serviced but compared to sun they are Miles ahead and decent people.

On several complaints over phone to Sun Direct Customer Care and Intex Marketing one Mr. Rajender came from Intex Marketing on 7th October and told that the set box needs to be repaired and installed another set up box and told me that it will be activated within half hour but after 3 hours nothing happened and accordingly I informed Mr. Rajender and his superior Mr. Lalit about the same and also informed Mr. Manoj at your Noida office on their mobile numbers and your customer care centre No.[protected].

                                  Mr. Rajender told me that the installed SET UP BOX should be again replaced with another one and will be replaced next day.

                                  I requested all the people that my SET UP BOX was under warranty and they should have replaced with new one. They refused my request and say that they cannot provide me with NEW SET UP BOX. I am quite surprised to note that in your language WARRANTY means replacement with old one.

                                  Every day I am contacting your customer care office as well as Mr. Lalit / Rajender at Intex Marketing and Mr. Manoj / Om Tyagi at Sun Direct, Noida / Delhi on their mobile numbers. Till date neither my set box replaced with new one nor get it repaired despite my every day contacts with these people. I am very disappointed with your attitude and after three week has been passed and reminding your people over phone / mobile several times, my system is still not working and nobody came to my house for replacement of the SET UP BOX or rectify my problem till date.

                                  I think you are not interested in Customer care and only want to sell your product and forgot the customers.

                                  I need immediate attention of your senior executive and sort out my problem without any delay.

                                  Despite my several reminders over phone as well as mails, you have not yet replaced my Set up box till date due to which I am unable to watch the TV programmes since last one month.

                                  This is a serious violation and denial of justice to a valued customer from your part as my set up box was under warranty.

                                  Further to note that earlier you had assured me over phone as well as in your advertisement, that you will not be charged any amount for non availability of some channels due to your satellite shifting during the month of July, August, September. But you have deducted amount from my account for these month.

                                  I request you to reverse the amount to my account, which you were deducted against your commitment from my account and confirm.

                                  I have purchase Sun Direct last 2 year. But from last june there service is very poor.my experince is very very bad. They are displaying in there channels that they are shifting to new Satelight and they will be sending Service person to for adjust the Dish.

                                  Even after paying amount i am not able to view channels . and i have call more then 15 time to the customer care service but no response. Every time they give new date .

                                  Pls do not buy Sun Direct it 100 % fraud company. They can spend crores of rupees for add but they will not spend for Service, .

                                  I wish to say the following lines for your kind consideration and necessary action please.

                                  I am happy with to be a customer of Sun direct DTH. Your service was very satisfied past one year back. Now a day’s your service is not satisfied because your call centre staff has not given satisfy answer. This incident is not a first time it is done frequently whenever I recharge.

                                  Yesterday, I recharge for Rs200/- and contacted call centre on 14 Jan 2011 at 1400hrs. I spoke with Ms/Mrs Sweta in Hindi at 1400hrs for recharge. She told that one minute for hold but she taken 8 minutes for given the answer and also told that within two hours your tamil basic channels activated, but the channels not activated till 1700hrs and she has not given any complaint control number. She told that send your request.

                                  Then I spoke with Mr Gurudev, on 14 Jan 2011 at 1700hrs. He told that your disc alignment has done or not. My disc alignment was done three month before. He also told that within two hours your channels to be activated but the channels not activated till 2015hrs. He has not also given any complaint control number. He told that send your request and not given any number to you.

                                  Then I spoke with Mr Akash, on 14 Jan 2011 at 2015hrs. He told that your disc alignment has done or not. My disc alignment was done three month before.                                   In above the three calls centre staff told that set of box should be on for next two hours for activation. I switch on the set of box from 14 Jan 2011 at 1400 hrs to 15 Jan 2011 at 0630hrs.

                                  Then I spoke with Mr Suraj on 15 Jan 2011 at 0630hrs. He told that your disc alignment has done or not. My disc alignment was done three month before. He also told that within two hours your channels to be activated but the channels activated immediately, how is it been done immediately. He has not also given any complaint control number. He told that send your request and not given any number to you.

                                  I have more expensed for telephone than recharge. In recent days, your service has not satisfied with customers whoever I contacted they told that the same problems.

                                  Dear Frends, I have purchased Sundirect during 2009 and since then, I have watched hardly 10 hours. Now since last three months, Sundirect have changed dish alignment settings and no one came to me and adjusted the dish. Since then I have lodged many complaints and service is poor. There is no response to rectify this. Suggested not to buy Sunnetwork DTH. They should have suggested how to change settings to view atleastsome channels.

It is suggested to new customers not to take Sundirect connection.

                                  I tuk sundirect 1 month bak & i startd hating it frm the 1st day itself...nothing wil be displayd if a rain comes & most of the chanel slots r empty wen i switch chanels...and abt discovery chanel its waste adding it by paying additional money 4 dat, dey playes english & hindi at the same time & we wont understand a thing...i dunno y r they ruining a wonderful chanel lyk dat..

                                  Sun Direct — Very Poor service & Response

                                  Sun Direct Services are very poor. I have been not getting channels for the past 72 hrs even after calling the customer care. Customer care has given me 3 complaint numbers. When I call and ask for the complaint number the executive says we could not find any complaint number previously raised and raise a new complaint number. To resolve this issue it would take 48 hrs. I have really called them for more than 10 times
                                  Even online recharging is very poor. Every time we get an error while online recharghing. Quality of transmission other than Sun network channels are not all good.I suggest all not to go for Sun Direct at all.

                                    My SUN DIRECT was not working and made complaint Nos. and[protected] and[protected] respectively. Engineer from SUN DIRECT taken away the the DTH Box on 14th September, 2010 for repair and not returnback till now. Now i have contacted the customer care again. They inform us that no idea about it who has taken away? asking to us. I think SUN direct engineer is not genuine and not allow them to enter in the house for installation. Please keep away from SUN direct service.

                                      I was using a sundirect connection in my residence(R-4 ;Sector 12 Noida ; U P .) since 7th Feb.2009,after paying Rs.2000. I got it transferred to Roorkee on 21st May 2010 and all the items were surrenered to their dealer (SUNRISE Automobile Engineer ;A-111,Sukhdev Market,Kotla Mubarakpur;New Delhi-110003 .Mob.[protected]) .Rs.150 also paid as dismantling charges. But I could not get it installed at Roorkee as there was no dealer for Sundiret in that city. Now I have come back to Noida and since 15th Oct.2010 I am trying to get connection reinstalled.                                         this is mr.x . experiancing major problem in the telecast from last 2 months. i had complainted to the sun direct many a times but still no development. nobody is coming to repair. all the channels are getting strucked. sun direct service is really very poor and not geiing to the customer. most of the people in my town is having same problem. complainting again and again is waste of time. so people who are attracted to the service please step backward. don not buy the sun direct service for ever. very poor customer service really dis satisfied.

                                        SUN DTH SERVICE — Poor Service

                                        We are holding this Sun DTH Servive for more than 3 years and the problem that we face with them is to the core. They just advertise that they are the leading DTH service provider but you will not be able to get the customer care executive on line so easily. The automated voice says "you are in queue and the call will be addressed in 10 mins" . If we have some issue with the service and we try to call the customer care, Please be noted that we have to wait for 10 days minimum to get them on line and the issue rectified.

                                        FED UP really with the service of SUNDTH - TAN TANA TAN. SUCKS!!!

                                        Hi. We hold Sun DTH for the past one month. Last 10 days our Home transponder not responding. No service person visited our place till date.
                                        Advertisements are very attractive but the service is very poor.
                                        Management has to take proper action.
                                        SUN DTH bolongs to Karunanidhi, Kanimozhi, etc etc they have to collect the money from the public to challenge the CBI case (200 cr scam) and get relieved from the case.
